Tony was handling Bucky being back at the Tower a lot better than Steve had expected.
Not only had Tony not tried to kill Bucky, he'd brought in one of the smartest men alive to get rid of his Hydra trigger words and he was planning on hiring a boatload of lawyers to get him pardoned for the Winter Soldier's crimes.
Steve was feeling pretty good.
That good mood lasted all the way up until he walked through the door to their suite and a vibranium fist whizzed past his jaw and smashed into the wall.
