Chapter 5 The Beginning of the End
A.N. – The final fight against the security program and Evil William are about to begin! This fight will stretch along a few chapters. This fight, I promise, will be better than the final fight of Rise of the Lyoko Earth Defenders. Let's begin!
Short Summary – The Lyoko Spies arrive in time to see the security program rise again. Word of this spreads and panic starts. How will the Lyoko Spies stop him without endangering others and staying out of the government eye?
Disclaimer – I do not own Code Lyoko. I am just a fan of the show.
All four of the spies all stared down the new face of evil. The security program looked around and noticed something missing.
"Where are the two ladies? I though you all would welcome me back" the security program told them.
"They're busy" Ulrich replies.
"Busy? What could be more important than meeting me?"
"What he is trying to say is the two ladies and your past servant, Melissa, are all pregnant" Evil William told his master.
"What an unfortunate set of circumstances. It would be a shame if they were to perish."
Ulrich had a look of fire in his eyes. He immediately ran at the security program. He quickly dodged out of the way and Ulrich ran into one of the walls of the laboratory. He knocked himself out.
"Ulrich!" Yumi screamed loudly enough for the two to hear.
"Looks like we got some rats" Evil William said throwing his sword and creating a shockwave enough for the ground next to the girls to crumble. Yumi and Aelita fell into the lab.
"Perfect. Now I have all four of you," the security program said to them as he looked at all of them. "But I already see my first trophy." He walked over to Ulrich's body and picked him up.
"Drop him!" Yumi said threatingly.
"Give me a reason." Yumi threw her fans which the security program caught. Yumi gasped in realization. He then easily crushed them into scraps. "Oops." He opened his hand and the fan pieces fell to the ground.
"He crushed them like they were nothing" Aelita said, with a little fear in her voice.
"When I remade him, I made sure all his abilities and structure was enhanced. He also has more of an organic build too, making him immune to any of your silly viruses" Evil William explained.
"Now what?" Odd asks.
"We rescue Ulrich" Aelita replies.
"How?"
"Outsmart him. Follow my lead."
Aelita ran at him, and the security program stared her down. He quickly raised his leg and kicked her, outsmarting her.
"Aelita, no!" Yumi said, concerned for her unborn child.
"Such a shame I'll have to kill you and the child. However, this world will be better without you or any of your offspring" the security program said.
"How are we supposed to defeat an enemy that can outsmart us?"
"We need to free Ulrich. Chances are he's not going to let us go this time" Aelita reminded them.
Ulrich started to wake up and he found out that he was being held. He also noticed that Evil William and the security program were not watching him. He then silently drew a saber and struck him. The security program dropped Ulrich and he ran back to his friends. The security programs wrist that Ulrich sliced suddenly fixed itself.
"Self-healing. Now we can't touch or hurt him" Aelita said.
"I made him virtually indestructible and unbeatable" Evil William stated.
"You have done well, my apprentice" the security program told him.
The Lyoko Spies had a real problem on their hands.
Agent Chris and the man were having a fist fighting match. Agent Chris threw the man over the table.
"Is that all you got Chris? I heard you were a big bad agent of the government" the man said.
"I'm full of tricks" Agent Chris said.
The man started to attack, but he caught Chris off-guard and he punched Chris in the stomach a few times and he fell to his knees. "I will have what's mine."
"You don't know what's going to happen. He will kill you then kill all of us."
"Stay out of my way Chris. You're just a liability now." He kicked Chris in the face one more time before walking out. He left an unconscious Chris in the room.
The Lyoko Spies were at the realization that they had an enemy they could finally not defeat. There was only one option.
"Any ideas?" Ulrich asked.
"Yeah, strategic retreat" Aelita said as they all rushed towards the elevator. Evil Walked towards them. They all got into the elevator, and it closed before Evil William got there.
"Should we trap them?" Evil William asked his master.
"No, go confront them" the security program said as he and Evil William used the boiler room entrance to get back to the corridor.
The Lyoko spies all reappeared in the factory's main corridor and as they arrived, they Evil William and the security program appear.
"Don't think you can get away that easily" Evil William said.
"Continue to retreat" Aelita tells them.
The Lyoko Spies try to find a way out of the factory. Evil William launched an energy blast. Odd saw this and blocked it.
"Shield!" Odd said as the blast sent him flying back.
"Odd!" Aelita said as she went back to check on him.
"Aelita, just go. Save yourself and the child."
Aelita ran and Odd eventually got up and followed behind. Evil William and the security program pursued them. The eventually reached the upper part of the factory.
"There's the exit!" Ulrich exclaimed pointing.
"Not so fast!" Evil Said as he sent an energy blast at the roof collapsing it in front of the entrance. The entrance was no coved with debris.
"Dammit!" Ulrich said hitting the debris.
"Yumi, telekinesis. Hit them," Aelita told here, motioning towards Evil William and the security program. Yumi then lifted the debris and she flung it at the two. The two got buried under it and then the Lyoko Spies left. "We got to go. They won't be buried for long."
Just as they left a human armed shot up through the debris and the two climbed out. "I'm done playing around now! Time to finish this! Tear apart this city and find and kill them!" The security program told Evil William.
"With pleasure" Evil William replied with an evil smirk on his face.
Chris woke up a half hour later. He wiped his face near his nose, and he had some blood on his hand. "Fucker gave me a bloody nose." He dialed up the spies.
"Chris?" Aelita asked.
"Please tell me you completed the mission?"
"About that-"
"What happened?"
"Well, the security program has kind of returned."
"You're kidding right?"
"Unfortunately, no. And to make matters worse, he is now more human than digital and has acquired super enhanced abilities, making him almost invincible and untouchable."
"Can you kill him?"
"If we can touch him."
'If the security program is back, then that means the man will seek him out' Chris thought.
"Chris, you still there?"
"Yes, listen I'll send you some coordinates. Meet me there."
"Roger."
Chris sent them a specific set of coordinates. He then departed towards the location himself.
The security program and Evil William walked out of the factory. Evil William decides to announce his return and blasts a building with an energy blast. The security program hits a vehicle, flipping it over and landing on its roof. People start screaming.
"I'm back and better than ever!" The security program says.
"And this time, you'll all bow down to him!" Evil William says as the two head straight through the city, destroying anything in their wake.
Phones at the government building were going off the hook. The whole place was in a frenzy.
"Sir, we keep getting calls of panic and terror! Two unidentified men are destroying Paris" an agent told sec def.
"Is there a way we can get a visual?" Sec def asked.
"Not at this moment."
"Send the army."
"Yes sir!"
A call was put into the local military base and a few vehicles were departed.
"What do you think this threat is?" A soldier asked.
"Who knows? Nothing surprises me these days since the war" another soldier responds.
As the vehicles continued, they eventually all exploded. The security program and Evil William walk through the flames.
"Nothing will stop us" the security program said as they continued.
"Nothing" Evil William added.
Sec def has lost all contact with them within a matter of minutes.
"Get me a visual now! We got some domestic terrorists out there!" Sec def screamed in the room loud enough for every agent to hear. They all worked to see if they could find a camera near where the two were.
The Lyoko Spies and Agent Chris regrouped in a secure location to discuss the situation.
"So, he returned" Agent Chris said to them.
"Yeah, the data he recovered from us and what ever he had left after we defeated him the first time allowed him to use our supercomputer to resurrect him" Aelita explained.
"How do we stop him?"
"By killing him, physically" Yumi said next.
"Only problem with it is we can't use a virus to stop him. He's completely organic and not an ounce of virtual" Ulrich added.
"There has to be a way to stop him. I think we got bigger problems" Agent Chris told them.
"What?" Aelita asks.
"If this incident has caused enough havoc, then soon sec def and the government are gonna be all over it."
"And then we'll be fucked in the process."
"We will all go to jail. You for breaking your agreement, and me for using unregistered agents."
"What about your friend?" Odd asks him.
"He escaped again. But considering what is happening, he will resurface soon."
The security program and Evil William neared where Agent Chris and the Lyoko Spies were. They were soon stopped by the man.
"So, you are the result of my work, huh?" The man said.
"You did not create me" the security program responded.
"MY PROGRAM MADE YOU!" The man exclaimed trying to get his point across.
"AND YOU ARE NOT AGENT CHRIS!" The security program responded back.
"I created Project Carthage and you were made from it. I am your master and ruler. As your creator, I order you to stand down and we'll conquer together."
"You order me?"
"Yes, you MUST listen to me!"
"Must?" The security program looked away. "I listen to no one."
The man tried to attack him, but the security program was able to grab him without looking.
"I order you to release me!"
"No, I listen to nobody. And on top of that, you are not worthy to rule by my side."
"I admired you during the war. I traveled around the world trying to get to Paris to rule by your side. I saw what you caused and saw the power of my program. When I finally arrived, you were already defeated."
"I would still not let you rule by my side."
"I aided in your return. He will defend me" he pointed at Evil William.
"I used you. I knew you would be a valuable asset to help me resurrect my master" Evil William told him, smiling evilly.
"You betrayed me…"
"It's one of my many qualities. Here is another one." Evil William impaled him through the chest and Agent Chris and the Lyoko Spies all saw this.
"No one tells me what to do," the security program says, dropping his dead body. They also notice the spies and Chris at this time. "I take it you were watching it all." They approached them. "Get ready, cause your next."
A.N. – The first part in this final fight is over. I do have an old idea from the original to help the spies defeat him. It won't be the next chapter, but maybe the one after that. Who knows? Also, sorry for the delay on this. I had a lot of other things going on in the past week and almost little to no time to write. PM me with story ideas if you have any!
