Skylar: Hola chicos y chicas! Hope you are all doing well! I've decided to post another chapter for today. But I have an announcement at the end of this chapter. So, I'll tell you at the end of the chapter. Also, this song that 'm using is not mine though. The song is entitled "Better when I'm Dancin'" By Megan Trainor. And "Sing" characters don't belong to me. Only my OC's and the plot for this story.

It was the next day when all the Egerton's went to the garage for work. When Irene saw the inside, it was a little dusty and there were a few things that didn't belong in a mechanic's garage, but she didn't complain. She helped clean the garage up a bit, and Johnny along with Matthew thanked her. And with that, they opened the garage doors to let people know that business was open.

It wasn't busy but a few animals had come into the garage with car issues. Irene watched Matthew and Johnny fix the cars and came to understand what parts of the cars there are and what tools to use to fix them. But it was a little boring at times. So, she looked around the garage to see if she could find a radio to listen to music, but she couldn't. She sighed and looked around to find anything but seeing there was nothing to do, she headed to the couch and sat down.

She hummed and patted the couch in a rhythmic beat for a few minutes then Johnny came in with a bottle of water. "Hey Irene, what's wrong?"

She turned to face Johnny. "Nothing. Just a little bored." She shrugged. "I tried to find a radio so I can listen to some music, but I couldn't find one."

"Oh sorry. I guess we haven't been keeping up with the garage." He chuckled. "By the way, here's some water. It can get a bit stuffy here." Irene smiled then took the bottle and drank a little. "Thanks." She said.

"No problem." He replied.

Suddenly, Irene remembered what happened yesterday with Johnny. She furrowed her eyebrows.

"Hey Johnny, can I ask you something?" Irene asked.

"Sure." He said and sat next to her. "What is it?"

"Why did you act all weird yesterday when we saw Ash back at the ice cream place? I know you and Ash seem like good friends, but yesterday you seemed way out of character." Johnny realized that he was acting funny yesterday, in fact, so out of character that Irene had to kick him under a table to snap out of it.

"O-Oh… was it obvious?" He asked sheepishly.

Irene nodded. "WAAY obvious."

He groaned and hid his face with his hands and dragging them down his face. Irene raised a confused eyebrow. "Soo… are you gonna tell me what's wrong, or do I have to assume things?" She said, nudging him teasingly.

"It's just… back at the movies when you told Dad about the little dance party and how I was dancing with Ash… I don't know! I just felt embarrassed suddenly, and it only worsened when Dad asked if Ash was my girlfriend, I just wanted to die right there." He said then slumped.

Irene looked at him wide eyed and whistled slowly. "Yikes. I get it. Listen, there are times when your parents might embarrass you. I get that." She said waving a hand dismissively.

They both heard a honk and looked outside to see Rosita with her 21 kids. They both walked out while Rosita and her kids got off. "Rosita! What are you doing here?" Irene asked happily, and a little surprised to see that she had 21 kids.

She let out a breath while the kids started clamoring in the garage. "Hey Irene. Hey Johnny." She gave a tired wave to him, then leaned against her car. "I was just out with my kids but something's wrong with my car and I saw this garage, so I came here."

Matthew walked out of the garage and to the small group chatting. "Hello there! Welcome." He said with his hand out.

"Dad, this is Rosita, one of my friends and group mates. Rosita this is my dad, Matthew." Johnny said, gesturing to each other, while Rosita took Matthew's hand and shook it.

"Pleasure to meet you, Matthew." Rosita said with a smile.

"Well, any friend of Johnny and Irene's is a friend of mine." He said returning the smile. He then looked at the car. "So, what's the issue?" He asked while observing the car.

"Oh, I just have a flat tire and a dead battery. Think you can fix it?" Rosita asked.

Matthew nodded. "I can. And don't worry, it's on me for you today."

"Oh, you don't need to…" Rosita said.

"No, no I insist." He said then went in the garage to get his tools, signifying that the discussion ended. Rosita sighed and placed on her hips, wondering how on earth Johnny's father was a criminal if he was so nice.

They then heard a crash from the garage. "Oi, Johnny, can you help me? The kids are… very curious!" Matthew called from the garage.

Irene giggled, and then whistled loudly. All the kids immediately ran out and surrounded her and Johnny. The kids were asking a bunch of questions about Irene and asking her if Johnny was her brother or friend and jumping. Some were climbing on Johnny because they thought of him as an older brother.

Irene couldn't help but smile at that cute scene. "Hey kids, I want to ask you something. You all want to listen to a song and dance?" She asked while kneeling.

All the kids basically screamed excitedly, "YES!"

Irene laughed because of the kids' excitement. "Alright!" She turned to Rosita. "Rosita, do you have any cd's or a radio?" She asked.

Rosita thought for a moment. "I do. Let me get it from the trunk." She left and returned with a few cd's along with a stereo. "Hope this help." She said and handed them to Irene.

"Thanks!" Then she plugged the stereo and put a cd in. "Come on kids! Let's get dancin'! Because I feel better when I'm dancing!"

The music started to play from the stereo and all the stared at her. Irene thought for a moment, then got an idea. And that's when Irene started to sing.

Irene

Hmm, hey, mmh

Hey!

She then started to move her body along with the song.

Irene

Don't think about it

Just move your body

Listen to the music

Sing, oh, ey, oh

Just move those left feet

Go ahead get crazy

Anyone can do it

Sing, oh, ey, oh

A few of the piglets then started to dance in their own special way. Irene smiled the moved her body with the music more.

Irene

Show the world you've got that fire (Fire)

Feel the rhythm getting louder

Show the world what you can do

Prove to them you've got the moves

Hey! I don't know about you

But I feel better when I'm dancing, yeah, yeah

Better when I'm dancing, yeah, yeah

Irene noticed that all the piglets were finally dancing, and she smiled. She looked to see Johnny smiling at the kids dancing in their unique ways. She gestured to Johnny to come and sing and dance with her. He chuckled and shook his head. Taking no for an answer, she rolled her eyes and pulled him in the group. "Come on, Johnny! Let's do this!" She moved her hips and nudged him. He sighed, smiling while shaking his head, and then he started to dance. Then they both sang.

Irene & Johnny

Oh, we can do this together

I bet you feel better when you're dancing? Yeah, yeah (Ow!)

Pa-pa-pa-da-da

La-la-la-la-da-da

La-la-la-la-da-da

Pa-pa-da-da

Irene

When you finally let go

And you slay that solo

'Cause you listen to the music

Sing, oh, ey, oh

'Cause you're confident, babe (Hey!)

And you make your hips sway

We knew that you could do it

Sing, oh, ey, oh

Irene & Johnny

Show the world you've got that fire

Feel the rhythm getting louder

Show the world what you can do

Prove to them you've got the moves

I don't know about you

But I feel better when I'm dancing, yeah, yeah

Better when I'm dancing, yeah, yeah (Oh, ho)

Oh, we can do this together

I bet you feel better when you're dancing? Yeah, yeah (Yeah!)

Pa-pa-pa-da-da

La-la-la-la-da-da

La-la-la-la-da-da (Come on!)

Pa-pa-da-da

Pa-pa-pa-da-da

La-la-la-la-da-da

La-la-la-la-da-da (Mm!)

Pa-pa-da-da (Ey!)

Irene nudged Johnny again. "Come on Johnny! Sing the next verse! I know you can do it!" He laughed from Irene's energy then sang the next lines.

Johnny

Oh, ey, oh

Oh, ey, oh

I feel better when I'm dancing (Oh, ey, oh)

I'm better when I'm dancing (Oh, ey, oh)

Oh, ey, oh

I feel better when I'm dancing, yeah, yeah

Better when I'm dancing, yeah, yeah

Don't you know, we can do this together

Bet you feel better when you're dancing? Yeah, yeah (Ow!)

"That's it! Now everybody! Get your feet movin' and let's sing all together!" Irene called out and everyone sang.

Everybody

Pa-pa-pa-da-da

La-la-la-la-da-da

La-la-la-la-da-da (You got to move it)

Pa-pa-pa-da-da (Hey, Hey!)

La-la-la-la-da-da

La-la-la-la-da-da

I feel better when I'm dancing

I'm better when I'm dancing

Feel better when I'm, yeah, yeah

After they finished the song all the kids were dancing to the music. Irene and Johnny panted and smiled with their cute little audience. Rosita and Matthew came out clapping. "That's some talent you got there kids!" He bellowed happily.

Irene and Johnny beamed and bowed, the piglets following their example. "Thank you!" The kids said in union.

"All right kids, time to go." Rosita said. "Aww!" They said in sadness, but they hugged Irene and Johnny. "Bye! And thank you!" They said and they piled into their car. Irene and Johnny waved at them. Rosita turned to Matthew. "Thank you so much! Are you sure-"

"Yes, I insist." He said with a smile. "Now get goin'! There are kids who miss their mother."

Rosita gave a smile and walked to her car. "Thank you again! And I'll see you two tomorrow, right?" She asked to Irene and Johnny. They both nodded. "You can count it!" Irene called out.

Rosita smiled then turned the car on, and left, before beeping a honk to them. Irene and Johnny smiled. "Those are nice kids she has." Matthew said and put his hands on his kids' shoulders. "Yeah, they are." Johnny said with a smile. After staying there for a few moments, Irene piped up, "So, who's hungry?"

Johnny and Matthew laughed at Irene's innocent question and Matthew pulled then into a tight hug.

Skylar: Okay, I know you guys are gonna hate me, but I'm going to continue this story. And that means I won't be able to work on TMNT meets Author… I'm SORRY! I just got inspiration for this novel, so I'm going to work on this and after I finish this, maybe I can get inspiration to my other novel. I hope you understand. Well, I'll see you in the next chapter! Bye!
