FemShep's investigation of Cerberus' nefarious activities, while she struggles with questions about her own identity. This story is not super canon-y, but it fits with the story, especially if you aren't too personally attached to your own version of Shepard. It aims to fill in the gaps and is told from Ash's POV. This story revolves mainly around John Shepard and Miranda Lawson. The story of their separation and reunion... and of course the Reapers are coming. Only John and his friends believes the legend of the Reapers. Can they stop the cycle of extinction which happens every 50000 years?

Lieutenant Commander Shepard didn't know that she was never supposed to be on the Normandy, much less receive visions from the beacon on Eden Prime. But Fate, it seems, is a fickle mistress, and now she finds herself chasing a rogue Spectre across the galaxy. A re-imagining of ME1 with additional content that expands on the events of the game.

Dahnna, daughter of Eufemiusz Kiross and brother to the beleaguered Cuillean, is hunted. With the help of her friend, a silent drell from Rakha and known as the Morthwyl, she seeks to escape.

With friends and family at her side, Dr Liara T'Soni travels the galaxy, digging up the long-lost trail of the Protheans. Setting aside her life as an active Spectre, Shepard settles into domestic life (of sorts) to accompany Liara on her journey. Finally, a life full of peace, love and happiness becomes reality… and the long-awaited little blues get to make their appearance.

HMS Isaac Newton and HMS Alexander Fleming open the Shanxi Relay. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move. The following course of events would lead to Humanity's first hot war in over a century, a war which could have exploded into full on Interspecies Total War, assuming of course the various human nations could even agree on anything.

[Modified Destroy Ending] Post-war, Commander Shepard has done the impossible, ending the war against the Reapers. Not only that, but she has survived, though her crew are currently unaware. The Crucible has been fired. The crew of the Normandy, having crash landed on an uncharted world, scramble to repair their ship and reestablish communication with the Alliance Fleet. Uncertainty weighs heavily on the crew, especially its quarian engineer, who wonders if she will ever see her home, or the man she loved, ever again.

Everyone needs some rest at some point, right? Though, for Mia Shepard, that 'earned' rest could wait a little longer, at least to the moment when they would finally defeat the Reapers. However, it seems she has no other choice but to dock up her ship, and chill out for a couple of days.

The Citadel Council and the Turian Hierarchy has been at war for a good half of a century. Eager to break the stalemate, The Hierarchy seeks out a new ally in a rising Systems Alliance, bringing the war back to full speed. The Alliance now goes through it's trial by fire, as it emerges from obscurity into the galactic stage. (AU no Krogan Rebellions/First Contact Wars)

The Protheans eliminated the Reapers but their population has dwindled to hundreds and unable to continue their empire. How the story would go without the Reapers. FemShep.

Miranda Lawson has fallen for the Commander. Hard. It started with nothing more than dreams that she paid no mind to, but they have since manifested into a yearning to find out if fantasy may become a reality. Or, will it only remain a fantasy?

5 years post DE AU: Best Left Said. Osco is gone. Spectre T'soni and Dr. Shepard are now scouring the galaxy for any traces of advanced exo-alien tech in order to preserve the safety of their home from similar such threats. But there is more than one universe out there; more than one T'soni, and more than one Shepard, as well. All just as determined, but not all heroes.

Wrex's contract into Fist leads him to a new opportunity with a Spectre. He never really thought about any relationships or mates due to the genophage but he's drawn to Shepard. She's a fierce warrior who doesn't take crap from anyone. Their relationship remains platonic but it's a struggle with their sexual tension that could never bloom. Her love for Liara makes things difficult

The Reaper war is over, organics have won. Another war has already begun, with all alliances broken up due to the loss of comms, mass relays and guidance. Kaidan and the remaining Normandy crew must figure out how to get home. Shepard is injured, Gemma is lost and Kaidan is heartbroken. Can a happy ending become of all this loss and destruction?

Cerberus has spent billions of credits trying to bring Commander Jane Shepard back from the dead, and despite the odds it seems to be working. Then a saboteur inside of Cerberus makes his move and Shepard's resurrection takes a horrific turn, leaving both the Alliance and Cerberus scrambling to control the situation...all while the Collectors begin their harvest of humanity.

This is a project to create a coherent storyline from Andromedas' canon. Meaning I will be using canon as a touchstone, but I will be changing quite a lot. There is now an actual reason for being in Andromeda instead of a wishy-washy 'we wanted to explore'. The Characters will be filled out, given different roles in the story and in some cases, entirely new character arcs.
