Hello everybody! I know that this chapter is a bit on the short side so I apologize for that one. I originally planned for this chapter to be a bit longer. But I decided that it would make more sense to end it where I did. I have also been busy playing Legends Arceus, I have gotten myself 2 shinys at the same time! Anyways let's get back to our favourite Bonii-chan

Back in the 6th floor of The Great Tomb of Nazarick

"Are you ready to talk now?" Momonga asked the unnamed man.

Bound by the chain that was fear, the man didn't move. After a moment of hesitation he spoke up.

"I will not give information to such a filthy being such as yourself!" Even though the man felt weak and could barely talk, his spirit would not waver."

Momonga was getting annoyed, he had revived the man about five times now. The man had already been reduced by many levels, and his body wouldn't be able to survive many more resurrections. Momonga wasn't happy with having to waste mana in such a way. Whilst the mana that he had spent was only a bit less than 1% of his entire mana pool, he never knew when he would have to enter combat. Usually he would consider being Nazarick as an impenetrable fortress, but with this new world, he didn't want to take any chances- even ones as small as this.

"I can do this all day, every man has their breaking point." The light in his crimson eyes glimmered ominously.

The guild leader of Ainz Ooal Gown had used many spells to kill the man. Though he knew that he could use his avatar's spells, he wanted to test them all and see their effects. Better now than in the midst of battle.

"Do your worst." The man taunted, hiding behind the hollow mask that he called bravery.

"That can be arranged." Momonga moved closer.

"Let's see... [Magic Arrow] [Maximize Magic: Fear] [Maximize Magic: Dehydration] [Maximize Magic: Open Wounds]!"

The reason why Momonga used this specific combination was to test if [Open Wounds] would affect lower tier spells like [Magic Arrow]. Since using [True Resurrection] lowered the level of the target by 2, simple spells like [Magic Arrow] would eventually deal greater damage as the target's Magic Defense stat was reduced.

The man screamed in agony. He was confused and afraid, the only people that could use magic as powerful as this were the members of the Theocracy's Scriptures. He looked at his abductor, whose inhuman face seemed to exude boredom. This only caused the man a greater amount of distress.

The robed skeleton spoke once more.

"[Insanity]"

The man's eyes opened wide. It was as if someone was trying to peel off the skin that surrounded them. If he wasn't chained he would have tried to gouge them out.

All the screaming caused the man to violently bite off his tongue. A couple of seconds after the occurrence of his own afflicted injury, the man started to choke on his own blood. He gasped for air but that only made him ingest more of that scarlet liquid.

Momonga pitied the man. The only reason why he was here was because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. After a minute or so the man stopped struggling. His own blood continued to drip down his neck, staining his divine armor.

'Man, this guy must be seriously loyal if he is willing to go through all this. I should try something else. Isn't there a spell or ability that makes the target spill the beans?'

Momonga sighed.

[True Resurrection]

The moment he conjured the spell a soft mist as dark as night enveloped the man.

The gears inside the now undead's head were spinning at an incomprehensible speed trying to figure out if there was anything that could help him in a case such as this.

'Bingo!'

Momonga remembered that Ulbert, Demiurge's creator, gave him the ability to control beings under level 40 with his voice. It wasn't really useful since every time they wanted to use that ability they would have to type the order and wait for the NPC to enforce it. Since it would take time to type the order it was only used once or twice by the guild, and the level restriction had made it practically useless in combat.

"Well then, playtime's over. Demiurge, would you be kind enough to make this man talk?"

If this was now reality then [Command Mantra] would be extremely helpful since they wouldn't have to go through the entire ordeal of typing the command. The Unnamed man was originally level 52 but thanks to his repeated deaths he was now within the ability's level range.

"Of course, my lord!"

The grin on the Arch Devils face grew wider with each step he took. Momonga stepped to the side and let the guardian of the 7th floor work.

"[What is your name, scum?]" The crimson demon's voice echoed around the arena.

"The name that I was given at birth was Saiden."

The now named Saiden was stunned. While he never had the intention of giving this monster his name, it was as if he was nothing more than a puppet dancing in the tune of the puppeteer.

"[What realm do you come from?]" Demiurge spoke once more.

"I come from The Slane Theocracy." Saiden could do nothing more than talk. His own free will was now stolen by these monsters.

"[Where and what is this Slane Theocracy?]" As far as Demiurge knew there was no such place as the 'Slane Theocracy' in Helheim. That's when he remembered Sebas's report.

"The Slane Theocracy is a human nation. It's a highly religious country, we worship the Six Great Gods. It is of course considered the strongest human nation in the region. It is located to the south of the Re-Estize Kingdom and west of the Baharuth Empire."

By now Saiden answered without resistance. If these monsters could take control of his own body, what was the point in resisting?

The mention of gods piqued Momonga's interest.

"Who are these so-called 'gods'?"

Since Demiurge didn't use his [Command Mantra] Saiden held his tongue. That was of course until Demiurge spoke again.

"[Answer you mongrel!]"

"Like I mentioned before, there are six mighty gods. The God of Fire, Dathomier, The God of Water, Aqua, The god of Wind, Venti, The God of Earth, Terra, The God of Life, Alah Alaf, and The God of Death, Susharna."

At the mention of the god of death many in the colosseum chuckled.

"They arrived 600 years ago and introduced their tier magic to us mortals. Sadly they met their end when they fought with the Eight Greed Kings." Though under the control of a demon Saidens voice was dead and devoid of life at the mention of his god's death.

"[Does your country have a military? If so what does it consist of?]"

"The Theocracy's military is made up of 6 legions all named after the 6 mighty god's elements. Each legion is composed of 20,000 men. They are each commanded by one of the six Scriptures."

'Does their entire country revolve around their gods? All I've heard is six this and six that.' Momonga asked himself.

"[What are these scriptures?]" Demiurge spoke with curiosity

"Like you may have guessed, there are 6 Scriptures in total. Each Scripture has their own beliefs, principles, strengths, and doctrines. Each Scripture corresponds to one of the Six Great Gods and are deployed based on their specific skill sets. There's the Sunlit Scripture that specializes in extermination of Demi-human cities and encampments. Next is the Windflower Scripture, it specializes in gathering information and espionage. There is also the Clearwater Scripture, they specialize in foreign infiltration and intelligence gathering. Proceeding that is the Holocaust Scripture, their job is to conduct assassinations, guerrilla warfare, and counter-terrorism. After that is the Catharsis Scripture, this scripture specializes in warfare. They are usually present when the Theocracy goes to war with other countries. The only reason that they aren't currently involved in the war against the elves is because they are preparing for the revival of the Catastrophe Dragon Lord.

Last but definitely not least in the Black Scripture, I myself am a member of this scripture, they are the strongest amongst all the scriptures. They have the authority to use any legacy if their mission calls for it. Most of their members surpass the limits of humanity. The only exception is the Extra Seat of course."

"That will be all Demiurge, we will deal with this human later." Momonga was still processing everything that he had just learned.

'If the 6 gods of the Theocracy were Yggdrasil players then that would be trouble, although Saiden did say that they were dead, they could certainly be alive and the Theocracy might just not know it.'

"Of course, Lord Momonga," Demiurge said as he returned to his previous position, genuflecting and at the side of his fellow guardians.

"My lord! Please forgive me for I have forgotten one of the most important steps when presenting ourselves before the might of the Supreme Being!" Albedo said just before Momonga could start speaking.

This caught Momonga's interest. He wasn't really against anything that the guardians did, by their previous behavior he could be certain that they were certainly loyal.

Momonga nodded.

"Please permit us to begin the ritual of fidelity, for it is only proper of us to do this before the presence of a supreme being" Albedo spoke, passion covering her every word.

As soon as she finished, the loli vampire stood up and presented herself before The Lord of Nazarick.

"Shalltear Bloodfallen, guardian of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor of the Great Tomb of Nazarick. I bow before the Supreme One." Shalltear's words were coated with a layer of lust and loyalty.

As soon as she returned to her previous position the next guardian stood up.

"COCYTUS. GUARDIAN. OF. THE. 5TH. FLOOR. OF. THE. GREAT. TOMB. OF. NAZARICK. - I. BOW. BEFORE. THE. SUPREME. ONE." As Cocytus said this, a breeze of freezing cold air escaped his turquoise mandibles.

Aura and Mare stood up after Cocytus genuflected once more.

"Aura Bella Fiora, guardian of the 6th floor of The Great Tomb of Nazarick. I bow to you my lord." Her childish voice rang throughout the floor.

"M-Mare Bello Fiore, guardian of the 6h floor of The Great Tomb of Nazarick, I-I bow before you Lord Momonga" His voice was the complete opposite of his sister's.

Following the elven twins was Demiurge.

"Demiurge, guardian of the 7th floor of The Great Tomb of Nazarick. I bow before you, oh Supreme One." His voice lacked the arrogance that it usually possessed. How could it? He was in the presence of the most powerful being that ever lived.

"Rubedo, area guardian of the 8th floor of The Great Tomb of Nazarick. I bow before you lord Momonga" Rubedo's childish voice remained but it now had a hint of seriousness.

The last to speak was Albedo.

"Albedo, Overseer of the Guardians. I bow before you, the mightiest of the Supreme Beings."

Momonga turned to his one and only butler, Sebas Tian.

Not expecting to be called out, Sebas kept quiet. After a couple of seconds he understood what was being asked of him.

"Sebas Tian, butler of the Supreme Being Himself. I bow before you my liege."

"Overseer of the Guardians, Albedo. I bow before the Supreme One. Other than the guardian of the fourth floor, Gargantua, and the guardian of the eight floor, Victim, all of the guardians have gathered to bow before you. Please bestow your orders upon us, Supreme One. We offer our complete loyalty to you."

The other guardians followed up after the Overseer finished speaking

"Wonderful!" This now erased all of Momonga's doubts, seeing the creations of his comrades have such passion made him happier than he had ever been in his life.

Meanwhile Saiden was shitting his pants.

"One last thing before we resume the meeting."

This caught the attention of everyone present. The guardians and the butler of steel were waiting in anticipation while the 6th seat of The Black Scripture had nothing else to do.

"Tell me, what do you all think of me?"

Following the previous order, Shalltear spoke first.

"You are the crystallization of beauty my lord, as well as the only Supreme Being that stayed with us until the end."

"YOU. ARE THE. EMBODIMENT. OF HONOR. AND. YOUR. STRENGTH. KNOWS. NO. BOUNDS.!"

"You are as kind as no other lord Momonga! Even just serving you brings me great joy!"

"Y-You are the most c-compassionate of all the supreme ones l-lord Momonga! Y-You are also very kind, j-just as Aura said."

"You are the embodiment of wisdom my lord, we servants don't even hold a candle compared to you!"

"There is no other being that deserves the title of Master of The Great Tomb of Nazarick. You are without a doubt the perfect being."

"You are the one who released me from my chains, you are the one who will always have our unwavering loyalty, and you are the one who stayed with us even when the other Supreme Beings left."

"Every choice that you make holds a deeper meaning, just as Lord Demiurge said your great wisdom knows no bounds. Like Lady Aura said, your kindness is a vast ocean that we servants are lucky to swim in. And like Lady Shalltear explained, the only Supreme Being that stayed with us until the very end. We servants are lucky to even be in your presence my lord."

Momonga didn't know what to say as emotions flooded him. Within seconds, however, the familiar green aura surrounded him, his mind clearing.

"This brings me great joy, my Guardians! I couldn't be any happier than with all of you being here with me!" This wasn't just Momonga praising the Guardians, he meant it from the bottom of his non existing heart. He didn't have anyone to rely on in his old world so having the Guardians at his side brought him great joy.

"Now, Sebas you said that the tomb is surrounded by grasslands right?" Momonga wanted to confirm what he had heard earlier.

"It is as you say my lord, what surrounds the Great Tomb of Nazarick are plains and nothing else."

"Ok, is there anything else that I should know about?" Momonga asked.

"No my lord, like I said before, the only being that I found outside the tomb was this young man."

Before Momonga could say anything one of the young elves spoke.

"D-Does this mean t-that Nazarick is i-in plain sight?"

Momonga turned towards Sebas.

"Lord Mare is correct, there isn't even a single hill surrounding the tomb." The elderly butler answered the young elf's question.

"That's troublesome" Momonga whispered under his breath.

"I-If you would permit me to speak my lord." Mare spoke once again

"Please continue," Momonga urged.

"We could hide Nazarick if I mold the surrounding land to form hills around the tomb. While I do this I could also cover the walls of the mausoleum in vegetation to decrease the chances of us getting spo-"

Mare was interrupted before he could finish speaking.

"YOU DARE TO SULLY THE WALLS OF NAZARICK WITH DIRT!"

The rage of the overseer frightened the guardian of the 6th floor.

"ENOUGH!" The overlord's dark aura flooded the 6th floor.

"Albedo, think for a bit, what else could we do? Covering Nazarick with an illusion spell would cost too much mana."

"P-Please forgive me lord Momonga, I hadn't thought of that!" The overseer begged for forgiveness

Great idea Mare. When do you think you could get this done?" Momonga said, trying to reassure the young elf.

"I-If I start once the meeting ends I could finish by t-tomorrow morning."

"Very well." Momonga spoke in a calm, soothing tone.

"Could I add to Mare's idea my lord?" The archdevil asked.

"Of course Demiurge."

"Thank you, if we take the opportunity to fill these hills that Mare will create with summons, then we can deter the enemy from getting closer to the tomb."

"Marvelous! I expect nothing less from our defense strategist." Momonga was amazed with how smart the guardians were. If Mare hadn't spoken out, the tomb would have been left wide open.

"You humble me my lord, I am sure that you had already thought of this." After being praised by Momonga, Demiurge's tail started to swing in a lazy arc.

"Now, what shall I do with you..." Momonga wondered about the fate of the 6th seat. He could release him, but that would bring too many disadvantages. He could make him work for Nazarick but his loyalty would be questionable. And then was the 3rd option...

"Sebas." Momonga spoke

"Yes my lord?"

"Would you please take this human to Neuronist Painkill? There is still some information that I want extracted out of him. Especially about the so called Eight Greed Kings and these 'relics' he mentioned."

"Of course my lord, I shall do so right away!"

Before Sebas could take action, the 6th seat of The Black Scripture screamed.

"I ANSWERED YOUR QUESTIONS! WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO ME? ARE YOU GOING TO KILL ME?" Saiden's eyes flickered back and forth, frantically searching for any hint of escape or mercy. His expression one of the utmost terror- but little did he know that death should be the least of his fears..

Momonga's eyes flickered with intense hatred.

"Here in Nazarick death is a mercy that few deserve. But please don't worry, for I have great plans for you..." Momonga spoke in a commanding voice, his [Aura of Despair] leaking out into the environment for a few seconds.

By the time that Momonga had turned to face Shizu Delta, Sebas was already gone.

"Shizu, I want you to take the lance that you are currently holding and take it to the treasury. Tell Pandora's Actor that I shall have a use for it soon."

The petite maid nodded and proceeded to leave the colosseum.

Momonga then turned towards the guardians.

"Now my faithful guardians! I shall take my exit, if anyone needs me I shall be in my office on the 10th floor. Make sure to work hard in the name of Nazarick!"

Without saying another word the master of the great tomb disappeared, his form disappearing as he activated his teleportation ring.
