So... I wasn't able to fix this chapter on Friday like I had thought I would, but here it is! Hope you still enjoy it and read it and all that. My Christmas Family party was really fun though! We had the Grinch show up and my nephew was completely confused since he hadn't seen the movie. It was even funnier since he handed out onions and 'Who Hash' that's really just Pringles. His face was hilarious when he was handed an onion by someone wearing a Santa suit, but was green. My... I guess cousin niece was terrified of him though. I hope everyone's holidays are as fun and happy as mine are!

Warnings: Panic Attack. Nightmares.

The song I thought of while writing this is Reflection from Disney's Mulan. I love each and every version of it and I don't care which version you decide works. It's something I wish I could say I wrote, but I did not write that amazing, beautiful song. It's all Disney and whoever wrote it... I should probably figure out who wrote it since it's my favorite one.

Disclaimer: Don't own Pokemon. Autumn's mine.

-Autumn's P.O.V.-

I knocked on Kiawe's house, anxious. Sima answered, "Autumn! What are you doing here?" She invited me in quickly with a smile.

I held up a CD, "I promised Kiawe he could be the first to watch my music video, so I brought a copy over."

Sima smiled wider, "That sounds interesting. I'll go get him if you want to wait in the family room."

He arrived a few minutes later, "I didn't think you would be done with it before the sleepover this weekend," He admitted.

We all decided to have a sleepover at Professor Kukui's house a week after the first girls afternoon Burnet and I had. Professor Kukui agreed, but only if it was on the weekend so he would be able to do everything he needed to for work, "I finished it earlier then I thought and figured you'd want to watch it."

He led me to his room and put it in his laptop. I sat anxiously next to him, wondering what he would think. This song is one I wrote while I was finding myself. Hiding behind a mask from how scared I was about showing who I truly am, wondering when I would be brave enough to show who I truly am. Throughout the video, I kept looking at my reflection in the water (it took me forever, but I found the time of day and angle where you could only see half of my face), moving my bangs from my face. The very last shot was of me looking in the water, but they were able to see my entire face as I held my bangs back.

"So," I asked as the 'credits' were on screen (mainly the name of the song, who wrote it and everyone that was in the video with a mention of Sophocles, thanking him for helping me find the equipment), "What do you think?"

Kiawe blinked, then turned to me, "That was amazing!" I jumped at his enthusiasm, "Your passion to be yourself and not hide is clearly heard and shown in this music video! It's as strong as the fire in Wella Volcano! The passion just makes it even stronger!"

I blinked a few times, "Thank you," I finally managed to say.

That's when Rango knocked on the door, "Is everything alright in here?" Sima and Mimo were with him as well.

Kiawe smiled, "Everything's fine! I was just telling Autumn what I thought about her music video."

Mimo burst forward, "You made a music video? I wanna see! I wanna see!"

Sima laughed, "If it's as good as your other song, it's sure to be a hit."

I was totally red, "If you want, you can watch it. I just have to show it to Professor Kukui, Professor Burnet and Ash tonight before I post it."

Mimo beamed and quickly got the CD, "I'll go put it on the TV!"

Rango nodded, "Great idea Mimo," And we were all in the family room, watching it.

When it was done, they were all crying a bit, "That was beautiful Autumn," Sima complemented.

Mimo was ecstatic, "I want a copy of this song! Please!" She begged.

I smiled, "I'll bring you a copy soon. I have to make it first."

She cheered as Rango asked, "Where did you get your scar?"

My smile fell, "My father gave it to me," I admitted, "It's why I live with Ash and Delia."

Both Sima and Rango looked at me with pity and sadness, "I'm sorry you had to go through that," Sima told me.

Rango nodded, "No one should have to."

"It's alright," I told them, partly trying to convince myself, "He doesn't know where I'm at and can't get me."

"He's not in prison?" Sima asked, shocked. I shook my head.

"If we ever see him," Rango stated, "He's not going to get away."

"Thank you," I smiled, then stood up, "I'd better get going. I promised Ash I wouldn't be gone too long."

"I'll walk you out," Kiawe stood up with me as we left the house, CD back in my bag.

"Pelipper?" I asked, "Are you ready to go back home?"

"Yep!" She quickly got back up and got ready to fly, "Ready whenever you are!"

"Autumn," Kiawe stopped me just before we took off. He looked like he wanted to say something, but instead, just said, "Fly home safe."

"I will," I smiled, "See you tomorrow?"

"I'll be there," He agreed and I took off.

I got the same reaction from the Professors and Ash. All of them loved it and I thought it was terrible, but posted it anyway, "Autumn!" Ash woke me up the next day, "You're on the news again!"

"Again?!" I yelped and ran out to see.

It was about my music video, "Just as we all thought she wouldn't be making another song," The newscaster stated, "Autumn posted a music video of a new song last night and it's already gotten hundreds of views," I had to check on Roxy to double check that information, "Everyone loves it just as much as her first one. Here's what people are saying."

It actually showed people talking about what they thought, "It's questioning why we hide who we are," A girl about our age answered, "It's asking why we think we need to hide when we really shouldn't!"

"I thought people wouldn't appreciate me if I showed them who I really was," A slightly older male said, "But after hearing this song, it made me want to stop hiding. Turns out, my friends like me a lot more when I'm myself!"

"I want a copy of this!" A young enthusiastic girl cried out next, "When are we going to be able to get one?!"

"I wonder what her inspiration was for this song," A man asked, "And if it has anything to do with the scar she shows at the end of it."

"Nothing is confirmed yet," The newscaster was back on, "But we're hoping we'll get answers to her inspiration and where she got her scar. Honestly, showing it in the video makes her stronger in my eyes."

I groaned, "I didn't think it would blow up overnight!" I stood up, "I thought it would take a few days before it did! Why does this keep happening?!"

"Because you're good!" Ash answered, also standing up, "People love your songs because they inspire them to be themselves and to face challenges they think are impossible! You're living proof that people can and will get better if they keep trying!"

"I just sing what I think," I admitted, "It's how I feel sometimes."

"Exactly," Professor Kukui answered as he gave us breakfast, "People love that you're open about how you feel and take inspiration from that."

Somehow, I completely missed that all the Pokemon were already fed and started to slowly eat. Once the information sunk in, I quickly finished eating then went into the kitchen, "I'm going to bake something," I would have worked on dresses or jewelry, but I promised Ash I would stay home today. Baking gave me something to do, but also let me think about things.

Oricorio pointed out the problem, "You may want to get ready first."

I was still in pajamas and my hair was a mess, "Right," So, once I got dressed and helped Eevee into a new outfit (just a simple red dress with a sparkly overlay on the skirt) I started baking… after I gave Eevee a bit of a makeover, "What do you think Eevee?" I asked her once I was done.

I took her bangs and curled them while also getting them to be swept to the side, "I love it," She whispered, in awe, "It's perfect!" Then her energy came back ten fold and quickly showed off her new look to everyone that she saw.

Eventually, we all got to bake a few things. We all had on red aprons with blue aura designs on them (something I insisted on so they didn't get as dirty) and baked bread, chocolate cake (since Sophocles didn't get to try any at the Aether Foundation) and cookies. I was actually making the cookies when everyone arrived, "Alola!" They answered as Ash opened the door.

I was mixing the frosting for the cake and walked over to the door with it, "Alola!" Ash and I responded.

The Pokemon were all crowding at my feet, wanting a taste of the frosting, "Calm down! You'll get a taste once it's on the cake!" I told them, but it didn't work much.

Professor Burnet joined us at the door, "Oh look! The gang's all here!"

"It's Professor Burnet," Lana observed.

"It's nice to see you," Lillie smiled.

"What's the Professor doing here?" Sophocles asked.

"She was giving Nebby a check up," I answered, "Nebby's as healthy as he can be!"

"Right!" Burnet smiled, "And we're all done!"

"Oh, yeah!" Ash turned to Burnet, "Why don't you join us, Professor Burnet?" He asked her.

"We're having a sleepover here!" I explained, then had to run to the kitchen to move Nebby away from the cake, "Nebby, the cake's not done yet!

Nebby pouted, "Can't I taste it? Please?!" He gave me puppy dog eyes.

I shook my head, "I still need to frost it, Nebby, but," I grabbed a piece of star candy and put a bit of the chocolate frosting on it, "What do you think of this?"

Nebby eagerly ate it and beamed, "Delicious! Can I have more?!"

"Once I'm done," I reminded him.

"Thanks so much!" Everyone finally came in.

Sophocles gravitated towards the kitchen, "What smells so good?" He asked.

"It depends on what you're smelling," I answered, "I baked bread, cake and cookies! The cookies are in the oven right now, but I'm almost ready to frost the cake!"

Sophocles was drooling, "Can I have some?"

"Once it's done, everyone's going to be able to have some," I answered, "So, you're going to have to wait."

"Oh man!" He walked away so he wouldn't have to look at it.

That's how the others got into a game of hide and seek with Nebby being the one being found. I frosted the cake while they played and just finished the white designs when Lillie screamed, "Lillie found Nebby!" I cried out, quickly covering the cake and taking Nebby into my arms.

Nebby looked confused, "Did I do something wrong?" He asked.

I shook my head, "Just don't touch Lillie unless she touches you first, alright?"

Nebby smiled, "Will do!"

"Lillie," Mallow asked, "Are you alright?"

"I'm fine," Lillie answered, still a little shaken.

Well, until Snowy jumped into her arms, then she relaxed, "Let's check out the loft!" Lana suggested.

"Yeah!" Mallow agreed, "Let's go!"

"Wait," Kiawe asked as Mallow, Lana and Lillie went up to the loft, "How are all of the girls going to sleep up there?"

"I'm sleeping in my room," I answered, "I don't want to wake everyone up if I have a nightmare," And I've been getting a lot more of them lately which is why the Professor and Ash let me sleep in when I can.

No one had to ask what they were about, everyone knew. So, we started a game of Z-Move Pose, One, Two, Three. I was doing pretty well, but the game ended when Kiawe and Trutonador did the actual move Inferno Overdrive instead of just the pose and name, "I'm so sorry," Kiawe apologized.

I finally burst out laughing, "I'm sorry, but that was hilarious! You did the actual move!" Everyone eventually joined me in laughing until we realized we had to clean up.

It took awhile for everyone to get cleaned again, but everyone was done just as the timer on the oven finished, "What's in the oven?" Mallow asked as I quickly got up to get them out.

"Cookies!" Ash cheered and ran after me.

I held him back, one hand on him while the other held the pan of cookies, "Ash, wait until they cool down. I don't want you to burn your tongue again."

Ash pouted as Sophocles joined him, "They smell so good!"

"I should get started on dinner," Professor Burnet stood up, "We can't have sweets for dinner!"

"You're a guest!" Professor Kukui argued, "I wouldn't think of it!"

"It's the least I can do in light of your generous hospitality," Burnet wasn't going to budge.

"Well," Professor Kukui gave in, "I suppose if you insist-"

"Great!" Burnet beamed, "I do!"

"Professor," Mallow raised her hand, "May I help out?"

"Me, too!" Ash added.

"Oh? You sure?" Burnet asked.

"I'd really like to help, too!" Lillie added.

"Then you three are my official helpers!" Burnet smiled once more.

"Alright!" Lillie and Mallow smiled.

"Okay," Professor Kukui said, looking around the house, "The rest of us are on room cleanup detail. After all, we can't really have a relaxing dinner with the room in this condition."

I put the cookies to cool down in an out of the way spot so they would have enough room to cook, then joined the others and helped clean the room, "This is messier than I thought it was," I mumbled as we started to pick everything up.

Kiawe and Turtonador were still a bit embarrassed, "Yeah, sorry."

"Ash's room is worse sometimes," I waved him off, "This is nothing."

"Hey! I'm not that bad!" Ash retorted.

"Have you ever seen your room when you're sick?" I asked back, "Other than that, he keeps it sort of clean."

"Everyone gets a pass when they're sick," Sophocles stated, "We feel awful and can't do anything."

It actually wasn't that bad with everyone helping, "Great!" Professor Kukui looked at the now clean room, "Good work, everyone!"

Sophocles sighed, "Glad we're finally done with that."

Lana smiled, "It sparkles."

"I'm sorry I blew up your living room," Kiawe apologized once more.

"Don't worry about it," I patted his shoulder, "Ash's done it multiple times already."

"Kitchen crew?" Professor Kukui turned to see what was happening in the kitchen. They were still working, "Seems like they need more time."

"Professor Kukui?" Sophocles asked, "Mind if I watch some TV?"

"Of course. Why not?"

"Let's not watch the news," I added in.

"That's not what I was going to watch," Sophocles turned on the TV, "It's time for Professor Oak's 'Got to Catch the Pokemon Poems' program!"

We watched it for all of one minute before Rotom turned it to Detective Laki, then Lana turned it to a fishing competition, and finally, Kiawe turned it to a Pokebase game, "It's time for more sweat, tears and guts than should be allowed on TV!" He cried out as he turned to the game, "A moment when people and Pokemon combine in glittering displays of cooperation and victory!"

They fought over the remote until Oluolu appeared on TV, "Wow! Look at that!" They all cried out.

I smiled, "I guess we're watching Pokebase," Then I joined in on the cheering.

Once it was over, dinner was ready, "Here we go!" Professor Burnet called out and we saw the multiple dishes she created.

"Wow, does that look good!" Sophocles couldn't wait to eat.

"And there's so much!" Kiawe added.

"Sandwiches are my specialty!" Ash proclaimed.

I shook my head with Riolu, but neither of us said anything, "And it was Lillie who made the yummy soup!" Mallow bragged.

Lillie smiled, "Yes, but it was because of Mallow's help."

"On to the table," Burnet stated.

"Right!" Just as we were about to grab some, Munchlax came and ate everything. Except for dessert.

The Professors decided to go on a quick shopping run, "You shouldn't!" Mallow told Sophocles, who was starving, "The Professors will be back from shopping soon!"

"Why not have dessert then?" I asked, standing and moving to the covered cake, "Munchlax didn't get to the cake!"

Sophocles was instantly at the table, "Alright! Food!"

"Are you sure we should be having dessert first?" Lillie asked as they all joined Sophocles, "I feel like we should wait."

"I already asked the Professors," I started to cut the cake, making sure Munchlax didn't eat it, "They said it was fine as long as we saved them a piece."

"Did you decorate it too?" Mallow asked.

I nodded, "Autumn's one of the best bakers I know!" Ash stated, staring at the cake hungrily.

I got through the first tier and gave everyone a slice, "Tell me what you think," I smiled and continued cutting the cake for the Pokemon.

They all reacted at once, "Delicious!" I smiled as they all devoured their pieces.

"Riolu, Eevee?" I asked, "Could you help pass out the cake to the Pokemon?" Soon, even the Pokemon were enjoying their slice.

"There's three slices left," Sophocles noted.

I nodded, "The professors each get one and then there's an extra."

"Aren't you going to have a piece?" Kiawe asked.

"I'm not that hungry," I answered, "I was going to give it to Sophocles since he wasn't able to try out the cake when we were at the Aether Foundation."

"Alright!" Sophocles beamed as Lillie looked a bit down.

Something was going on with her, but I didn't want to ask her since she would tell us if she wanted, "Just make sure you save room for dinner," I told Sophocles as he devoured the last piece of cake that could be eaten.

I put the cake away and we ended up going out to train as something to do. When the Professors got back, we had all forgotten about how hungry we were. Professor Burnet whipped up her quick meals for us to eat, which were delicious. After we ate, we got ready for bed and started talking. Well, the others talked. I listened, not knowing how to add anything to the conversation, "Okay!" Professor Kukui called out, "Lights out gang!"

"Alright," Everyone called disappointed.

They laid down, but kept on talking, "Just make sure you guys get some sleep tonight," I told them, "We don't want anyone to be exhausted tomorrow."

"We will," Ash answered absentmindedly.

I rolled my eyes and went into my room, hoping for no nightmares that night. I wasn't so lucky. I got less than an hour of sleep because I had to relive that day. I sat up with a scream stuck in my throat, breathing heavily, "Just a dream," I told myself, "Just… a dream," Without disturbing my Pokemon, I snuck into the bathroom to clean the sweat off of myself. Once I was done, I stared at my reflection for a bit.

"Don't worry," I could hear my mom tell me, "This will all be over some day. You just have to go on. Wake up every day with a smile on your face and do your best to make it a great day."

I snuck back to my room and sat, curled up at the windowsill the rest of the night, watching the stars. I even pretended that I was laying down outside with my mom, learning the constellations again, "Autumn?" Eevee mumbled behind me.

I turned to see her coming towards me. I pulled her onto my lap, "Bad dream Eevee?" I asked.

She nodded, "About my mom. She died saving me."

I just hugged her a bit tighter, "So did mine Rose," We sat there in silence for a moment, then I asked, "Why don't you tell me about her Rose?"

Eevee smiled, "She was really kind, like you. She never turned away a Pokemon or person in need and did everything she could to help them…" We ended up telling each other about our mothers until the sun came up.

I placed a sleeping Eevee back in bed and went into the kitchen after getting ready for the day, "Alright," I whispered, not wanting to wake anyone up, "Time to make breakfast."

By the time they started to wake up, there was a very tall stack of waffles with sausage, eggs, toast and bacon, "Something smells good," Sophocles was the first to wake up.

Mallow was right after, "Who's cooking?"

"Are those waffles?" Lana asked.

Everyone came down from the loft as Ash, Kiawe and Professor Kukui sat up, "It's morning already?" Ash asked.

"Morning everyone!" I called out, realizing everyone was awake. They all turned to me, "Breakfast is almost ready."

I started to set the plates on the table, which was just missing the food, "How long have you been awake?" Kiawe asked.

I shrugged, "Don't know. So, I decided to make breakfast for everyone!"

"This looks delicious!" Lillie smiled.

"There's so much!" Ash noted.

"Dig in!" I stated as I set the multiple waffle stacks on the table.

All of it was gone by the time everyone was done, "That was so good," Sophocles moaned, "I don't think I can move!"

"I'm stuffed," Ash agreed.

Everyone else was in a similar state, "I'm glad you liked it," I told them as I started collecting the dishes.

Kiawe was almost instantly up, "What are you doing?"

"I'm doing the dishes," I answered as I started taking the taller than I thought it would be stack, to the sink.

Kiawe pushed me away from the sink once I set the dishes in it, "I'll do the dishes. You get some rest."

Everyone agreed and I was forced to sit on the couch. Ash let me help clean the bedding up that everyone used, but he was the only one. Soon, everyone was leaving, "Let's walk them home!" Ash pulled me along, making me nearly drop Riolu and Eevee.

"Calm down Ash," I told him as we caught up to the others, "I don't want to drop anyone."

It wasn't long before the conversion turned to the sleepover, "We should really do this again sometime," Ash said.

"Next time," Mallow agreed, "We should have a sleepover somewhere else!"

"How about my house?" Sophocles asked as Lillie slowed down, "Mom's cooking is really good!"

"It sure is!" Ash agreed.

"Let's do that!" Lana nodded.

I walked with Lillie, wondering if I could help, "I wish I could talk to Gladion," She admitted softly.

Nebby, being the bright ray of sunshine he is, used Teleport to let Lillie's wish come true. For some reason, he took me as well, "Huh?" Lillie looked around as I took Nebby out of the sky, "What's this?" She gasped, "Gladion!"

I turned them out to look at Nebby, "Nebby, I thought I told you not to teleport anyone without their consent."

Nebby smiled, "She wanted to see her brother! So I granted her wish!"

"That's very kind of you, but you still need to ask first," I wanted to tell Nebby that it was the best little Pokemon in the world because he helped Lillie, but also scolded him for not asking before doing.

"Silvally!" Gladion cried out, causing me to look up.

Right in front of us was a Pokemon in a mask. Lillie was scared, but I walked up to it, "Does that mask hurt?" I asked it.

"Yes," He growled, "But we don't know how to take it off."

"I'll think of ways to help," I nodded as Gladion rushed forward.

Nebby teleported us back to the others and I realized what state Lillie was in, "There!" Lana said, "Lillie and Autumn are back now!"

I quickly set Riolu and Eevee down, far enough away to not scare her as Oricorio landed next to them. Lillie fell to her knees as I hugged her, "I'm sorry," I told her, knowing that the Pokemon with the mask was the reason for Lillie's fear.

Lillie was shaking head to toe, "I can't believe it, but I just saw my brother."

"You saw Gladion?" Ash asked, clearly knowing something.

"Along with… a Pokemon I'd never seen," Lillie finished.

"I'm here for you," Snowy said as I let go and she came forward.

"No! Stop!" Lillie quickly held her hand out.

I just pulled her into another hug, "I'm sorry you regressed," I told her, "But don't worry. Everything will be fine… someday."

Lillie was depressed that she couldn't touch Pokemon, "I can't touch Pokemon again," She said sadly.

I held her tighter and waited until she stopped shaking, "Don't worry Lillie," I smiled and backed away a bit, "Just take it easy today, okay?"

She nodded, but didn't say anything for the rest of the walk, "I wish there was something we could do to help," Mallow said once Lillie was at home again.

"I know," Ash nodded, "She was doing so well!"

"Autumn," Sophocles asked, "Do you know why Lillie regressed?"

I nodded, "The Pokemon we'd never seen before," I answered, "It's the Pokemon that's part of Lillie's fear. That Pokemon was there when she first gained it."

Nothing was said after that. We all went home in silence, wishing that we knew how Lillie became afraid of Pokemon.
