This one is a lot shorter then the previous one. Although it has a lot of stuff going on in it. This is a heavy chapter that you are more then welcome to skip if you want to. I seriously don't know how I wrote this, since I don't like confrontation, people that are sad, scared or angry... I just don't like bad things. Take note of the warnings. I do write out how Autumn's mother is murdered in a flashback and that is part of the warnings, but take heed of them. Seriously, don't just brush over them.

'When it's like this, their using sign language.'

Warnings: Flashback. Child abuse. Murder. Can skip if you need to and I won't even feel bad. This one has a lot of stuff in it.

Disclaimer: Pokemon is amazing, and it's not something that I could have created. Autumn is mine.

-Autumn's P.O.V.-

Lillie was definitely depressed and so was Snowy, for the same reason. Both were sad that Lillie couldn't touch Pokemon anymore. It was easy to feel it the next day at school, "Lillie," Ash finally spoke up, "It'll be okay. You'll be able to touch Pokemon again, no doubt!"

Lana nodded, "It's important not to rush things!"

"Right," Kiawe added, "We're all on your side!"

"Just take it one day at a time," I finished.

"And Snowy is too!" Sophocles added, turning our attention to the Pokemon for a moment.

"You can do it Lillie!" Mallow cheered.

"I can?" Lillie asked, "Really?"

"Of course you can!"

"You've already done it before!" I beamed, "Just remember what it felt like to touch Snowy!"

"With a smile!" Sophocles added

Lillie smiled and all of us smiled in return, "Lillie!" Professor Burnet called into the room.

"Professor Burnet!" Lillie stood up, "What are you doing here?"

"I was wondering how you were," Burnet admitted, "I love to see you smile. It makes me happier than I can say."

Lillie nodded and turned to the Pokemon, "Snowy?"

"Yes?" Snowy asked.

"Let me try again, please?"

"Huh?!" Everyone, but me asked.

I just beamed, "You can do it Lillie!"

"Are you sure about that?" Professor Kukui asked.

"I've got to give it a try!" Lillie stated, determined.

"Lillie's determination is 100%!" Rotom stated.

"Try 110% Rotom," I smiled.

"Yes! I can rea-Lillie do it!" She changed her mind, telling herself to stop stalling, "Come here Snowy!"

That ended up with Lillie frozen in fear, "Maybe that was a bit much to start," Burnet gently pulled Snowy away from Lillie.

Lillie was depressed about it, "I guess," Her head lowered.

"But look, you tried your best!" Burnet cheered.

"Yeah," Professor Kukui nodded, "I know you'll be able to work up to it!"

"Right!" Lillie smiled.

"You're going to be touching Pokemon with no fear in no time!" I beamed.

Once school ended, Ash and I joined Lillie for a walk, "When you saw Gladion," Lillie asked Ash, "Did he say anything about me?"

Ash was totally caught, "How'd you find out I saw Gladion?" He asked, freaking out.

"You saw him?!" Rotom and Roxy asked, shocked.

Ash smiled sheepishly, "Yeah, I did."

"I just had a hunch," Lillie answered, "Nothing more.

"Uh, your hunch was right," Ash admitted.

He started to tell Lillie what Gladion told him as I took Nebby into my arms to keep him calm. Lillie laughed once he was done, "That's Gladion, all right," Then she turned serious, "At that moment, I remembered something."

"When you first gain your fear of Pokemon?" I asked, scratching Nebby on the head to keep him calm.

"I think so. The image of Silvally lunging towards me and how really, really scared I was," Lillie admitted, "It all came rushing back. How could I have even forgotten such an awful thing? An experience like that isn't something you forget, even if you wanted to."

"Sometimes," I placed a hand on her shoulder, "When something is really scary, we unconsciously block it. Usually, people don't really remember what happened, but there are some cases where we could remember what happened because of a trigger that's in that memory."

"How do you know all of that?" Rotom asked.

"It's happened to me before," I admitted, "There are some things that I just can't remember, but there are things that remind me of some of what happened."

"Now, let's stop," Ash suggested, "Since we're out on a nice stroll, let's talk about something that's fun. Hey, I know! Pikachu's funny faces were so great yesterday!"

"Really?" Pikachu asked.

"I recorded everything!" Rotom admitted, "Look!" And there was Pikachu, making a funny face.

That made all of us smile, "Thank you all. You've really cheered me up," Lillie admitted, "That's so sweet of you," Ash was definitely proud, "All right, I've decided!"

"What?" Ash asked.

"I'm going to remember everything that happened! I've got to know every detail. I must remember every second of what went on! Even if it makes me regress even more."

"You do?" Nebby asked.

"Lillie," Ash sounded like he was going to argue, but Nebby used Teleport.

We went to multiple places where Lillie recalled memories with her mother and brother, very clearly. Until we arrived in a place Lillie doesn't ever remember being, "So, how could I have gotten in here?" Lillie asked as we started walking. We teleported to a new place, "Here, too. I know this place," Then Lillie gasped.

Ash and I quickly looked behind us to see an Alakazam and Hypno, "Who are they?" Ash asked.

Instead of getting an answer, everyone but Lillie was lifted up and thrown into the wall, "Are you alright?" Roxy and Rotom asked once we landed on the ground.

We didn't have time to respond because Lillie was being taken away, "Ash! Autumn!"

"Lillie!" We both cried out.

I turned to the Pokemon, "Eevee! Use Swift!"

"Nebby! Teleport us to Lillie!" Ash asked once they were distracted.

Rotom turned on the alarm as we tried to teleport to Lillie. We got there just in time, "Now, Pikachu!" Ash immediately took charge, "Use Iron Tail!"

"I take that back!" Faba retorted, "Use Reflect!"

I took Nebby from Ash's arms, "Concentrate on getting Lillie back safely," I told him.

He nodded as I backed away a bit, "Now that it's come to this, I think you should all take a little nap. Hypno, it's time to use Hypnosis!"

"Hypno, use Hypnosis," He ordered.

I came back as Nebby teleported us away, "Using Teleport, eh?" Faba asked, "No problem. Now it's our turn. Use Teleport!"

Alakazam appeared right behind us, "Eevee! Use Charm!" I called out.

Faba wasn't done yet though, "Alakazam, use Psychic!"

We were thrown into a wall once more, "Let me go!" Lillie tried to get away, but wasn't successful.

"Hypno! Use Psychic and stop them in their tracks!"

We were frozen, "Autumn," Ash told me, "You're not there," He was trying to keep me from my memories, "You're in the Aether Foundation."

"Y-You're right," I mumbled, forcing the memories away.

We were brought back to what we were doing when Lillie screamed from Alakazam, "Lillie!" Ash cried out.

"Lillie!" Lusamine cried out as she and Gladion came.

Gladion quickly took charge and I couldn't hold back any more. I moved my arm and threw an Aura Sphere at Hypno, with some of it hitting Silvally's mask, letting him break free. When I was able to move, I just curled up into a ball, trying to ignore the memories. It didn't work, I was taken into my memories.

-Flashback-

"We're leaving and turning you in!" Mom yelled, finally done, "You won't be able to stop me!"

"Yes I will!" Father yelled, "Hypno! Use Psychic!" He cried out while calling Hypno out.

Neither my mom or I could move, "Let us go Milan!"

He slowly pulled out a knife, "You won't be able to tell anyone about what I've been doing to you!"

Mom's eyes widened as Milan started coming towards me, "No! Leave her alone! Don't hurt her!" Mom actually moved from Hypno's Physic hold and ran in front of me.

I watched wide eyed as the knife plunged into mom's chest, "Mommy!" I cried out, terrified.

Milan came up to me next, holding the knife to my face. I was terrified and he could see it. He pulled the knife closer to his face, "If you tell anyone about what I do," He gave me a quick cut, barely missing my eye, "I'll do much worse than that to you."

Hypno finally let me go, but all I could do was collapse on the ground and look at my mother's unmoving body. The only reason I have the scar is because I didn't take care of it soon enough.

-Time Skip-

"Hurry!" Milan yelled, hitting me, "Make the shield!"

I quickly made it, "Here, sir," I whispered.

He nodded, then called out Hypno, "Use Psybeam!" I kept the shield up even as the move hit me. I know he didn't want me to break it from the multiple time's he's already done this, "Keep it up both of you!"

-Time Skip-

"No! I won't do what you ask me to!" I defended, one of the few times I didn't listen to him.

He glared, "You will! Or you'll be punished!"

"I won't!" I stated, no room for argument.

His expression turned calm, "Hypno?" And I couldn't move.

"Don't do this," I tried to plead, but it didn't work.

Hypno kept my eyes open as Milan moved forward, "David!" He called cheerfully, "How are you?"

"I'm doing great!" David answered, "Are you coming to game night tomorrow?"

"No, wife wants me home more," Milan lied easily.

"Ah! You should listen to her," David patted his back, "Are you ready for our prank?"

"Yes, but I have one thing left to do."

"What is it?"

Milan plunged the knife in David's chest, "You won't be telling anyone about what we did. No chance," He stated.

Tears came to my eyes as Hypno finally let me go, "He didn't do anything to you," I muttered.

Milan glared at me, "Always go for what you want and never stop until you get it," He spat at me, "No matter what you have to do," He pulled me up and dragged me back home, hitting me and leaving me in the basement to freeze as my punishment. Along with no food and water.

-Time Skip-

I finally got away from him, hopefully for good this time. Riolu was in my arms as I ran through the blizzard to… anywhere really. I didn't care about where I went, I just wanted to get away from there. "Autumn, you need to find shelter," Riolu told me, "You're not going to survive if you keep this up!"

"I can't stop," I mumbled, "If I do, he'll find me."

"You have a seriously high fever and can barely put one foot in front of the other! Please! Find somewhere to rest!"

"I can't," I mumbled once more, everything looking hazy and the cold biting into my skin easily through the thin clothes I had.

"Autumn!" Riolu cried out as I crashed onto the ground, "Don't worry! I'll go get help!" And everything went black.

-Flashback End-

I came back to reality when I was at home again, "She hasn't responded to anything for over two hours!" Ash was freaking out, "What if something's really wrong?"

"If she doesn't respond soon," Professor Kukui answered, "We'll send for a doctor and see if anything's wrong. Alright?"

I heard Ash sigh, "Alright, but they need to get here as soon as possible."

I couldn't stand it anymore. I got out of bed and ran straight to Professor Kukui, tackling him in a hug. He didn't do anything for a moment, then slowly wrapped his arms around me. I started crying as I felt like my mom was here one last time. Ash slowly came up to us and I pulled him into the hug. When I finally let them go, Ash asked, "Autumn, are you alright?"

I sniffed and wiped my tears away, 'I'm… okay,' I signed.

'Are you sure?' Professor Kukui asked, also worried.

I nodded, 'Just… relived memories I didn't want too.'

'Alright, just make sure you rest,' Ash told me, 'I want to make sure you're alright. Lillie has something to show you tomorrow!'

I didn't ask what It was, but decided to wait for tomorrow. That was also when I was going to tell Professor Kukui that we were related. Ash was going to find out at the same time.
