The Sun was slowly rising on a beautiful normal Saturday morning in Canada as the birds began chirping which in turn began to awaken the United tribe, Humphrey who was laying on his stomach groaned as he sat up and yawned then looked next to him to see his beautiful wife Kate and his pups who were all beginning to awaken. As soon as they were all awake Humphrey looked at his family with a smile "Good morning my beautiful family."Humphrey said cheerfully "Good Morning Humphrey."Kate said with a warm smile.

"Good morning dad."Runt,stinky and Claudette each said groggily but happily after that Humphrey clapped his hands once and a smile formed on his face "Well pups you know the routine get ready for alpha and omega school."

The pups stood up still groggily but after they finished waking up they were ready to go after the exited the den they were immediately met with the arrival of Garth. "Kate Humphrey we have a little issue."Garth said making Kate and Humphrey look at at him with concern "What's wrong."Kate asked "Lilly is not feeling well she has a stomach ache."garth said "Oh no a stomach ache,was it something she ate?"Humphrey asked concerned for his sister in law "Yeah 2 whole carribu's in one go for dinner,She's majorly paying for it."Garth said with a light chuckle "Yep that'll do it."Humphrey chuckle "Well i hope she feels better."Kate said sympathetically "She will for an omega she's tough,She'll be out playing by tomorrow."Garth said with a smile Kate and Humphrey nodded in agreement.

Then Humphrey spoke after a important thought crashed into his mind if Lilly is out sick who's gonna watch her class "What about her class,if she's out sick who's going to watch them for the day?" Garth took a deep breath before looking at kate and Humphrey "Well that's what I'm here to discuss with you two right quick,Lilly knew Humphrey couldn't watch both his class and hers as that would be too much of a hassle so she picked a substitute." "Great who is it?"Humphrey asked with a little excitement Garth looked at Kate "You Kate."

Kate looked at Garth with wide eyes to say she was stunned wouldn't cut it "What?!"Kate exclaimed in bewilderment "You're kidding!"Humphrey said in disbelief "Nope she personally handpicked you Kate."Garth said.

"Why?!"Kate asked completely shocked Lilly would pick her out of all people to teach her omega class "Well she said that she saw you watch over a group of omega pups before."

"That was a sleepover Runt had!" Kate exclaimed Garth didn't respond after that "I can't believe she would pick me,Why couldn't she picked Salty or Shakey?"Kate asked still not understanding "Come on Kate you love teaching pups."Garth stated "Yeah alpha things not omega things I'm not cut out for that job I'm sorry garth i can't do it Lilly will have to find someone else." "There isn't anyone else Kate."Garth said Kate looked at him in disbelief "Really there's not one omega here that would be willing to substitute for Lilly?"

"No one she trusts completely like you Kate."Garth said crossing his arms Kate rolled her eyes in annoyance then Humphrey spoke looking directly at Kate.

"I think you should do it Kate." Kate looked at her mate in disbelief "Not you two Humphrey,i can't teach an omega class Humphrey I'm an alpha i know nothing about being an omega." Kate complained Humphrey just smiled "don't worry I'll arrange both our classes to be put side by side

I'll help you Kate just follow my lead." Kate face palmed herself "oh Fenrir give me strength."she mumbled in slight distress "and don't worry about your alpha class Kate someone will substitute for you."Garth said with a smile.

Meanwhile Runt,Stinky and Claudette who had been listening the whole time just stared at the adults with disbelief "Wait so mom who is an alpha is going to be teaching an omega class?"Stinky asked not understanding the logic in that "Yep."Humphrey said with a smile.

"No offense dad but this doesn't sound like a good idea."Claudette said causing Kate to snort "Exactly what I'm trying to tell them."

"Yeah dad mom doesn't exactly have the necessary skills for one thing she's not funny."Stinky said causing Kate to look at him offended "She's also a giant stick in the mud."Claudette said making Kate even more offended Stinky and Claudette looked towards runt expected him to add something but all he had was a worried expression on his face then he looked towards his father then spoke in a monotonous voice "Dad for the love of mike don't let her do this."

Humphrey looked at him in confusion "Why are you against this Runt your mom and dad teaching one big class together,you should be excited you get to hang out with both of us."

He's just scared that Mom is going to embarrass him in front of everyone although he has dad for that."Claudette said with a light chuckle glancing at Runt. Kate chuckled staring at her 3 pups "Oh my darlings,you know i wouldn't embarrass you guys in public...on purpose at least."

"Guys School starts in 20 minutes we should get going."Garth said walking out the den Kate let out a heavy sigh as she followed garth with Humphrey and the pups in tow "Don't worry Kate with me by your side you're going to do fine and besides it's just for one day after today you'll be back at Alpha school terrorizing the young Future alphas of your class again."

Claudette and Stinky looked at each other nervously knowing full well that meant them as well because they were in Kate's class "Lovely."Kate mumbled still completely annoyed she was about to do this.
