Ranting- Linnie Cosma
Not exactly sure if he's speaking to himself, but it's probably more inner monologue if anything.
Linnie's a pretty tolerant person, but there's just one thing he absolutely can't stand..
Linnie: "You know what I don't understand. Deadbeat parents. It's just so fascinating to me how cruel some people can be to these poor babies and children. How could anyone that makes the decision to have a relationship with someone, and as soon as they bring a child into the world, it's over? How can someone leave their own child knowing well that they are a mother or father? It just doesn't make any sense to me. The ungratefulness of some people.
I don't mind the fact that not everyone likes children. I understand. They can be a handful sometimes and not everyone is fit to be a parent. But children aren't just created by accident. You have to take the time and energy to "create" the child, if you will, and then depending on who you are, you carry the child and give birth to him or her.
I might be biased here, but I've always felt that if you chose to put a child in this world, you have to take care of them. They deserve two parents that love them very much and want to see them grow and develop. Every child does. But unfortunately not every child does. I just don't understand the monsters that look at an innocent child's face and act as if they aren't enough. That they're not worth the responsibility for them. Truly disgusting if you ask me.
I could never forgive Nora for what she did to Cosmo when he turned 12,000. Leave until he had moved our. I've tried multiple times to forgive her, but it just...I never forgive her. I've turned my cheek numerous times on her, but now she's not much more than a deadbeat to me. And she knows how much I hate deadbeats.
