Yolonda: Sexism huh? Well, I dunno. Miguel's beyond disappointed in how Blonda treats some of the males around, especially Wanda's husband. Always seeing him beneath her, I'm not exactly sure where we went wrong.
I guess maybe spoiled her as a kid? Or maybe it was just the "I'm better than you attitude" she seemed to have built over the years. I could only imagine what would happen if Blonda ever acted like that in front of Miguel.
Guess some of Miguel's work partners didn't help either. A lot of them were pretty sexist as well, so Blonda had seen a lot of them and associated them with success. She's always believed that despite their father, women are more successful as running their own business. Not to mention, the one time we let Wanda run the company..God! She really thought she was all that.
We're not perfect parents by any means, but I dunno. I wish I knew where we went wrong. Or maybe it's just a woman's nature to be more aggressive than a male. I dunno. Sometimes, if doesn't matter how good of a parent you are, the world'll find a way to slither its influence on your kids.
Miguel: Yeah, Yolonda's constant disappearance and me working all the time...yeah I can see where our kids would get those sexist beliefs. TV and the damn world we live in. So many evil people...Look, I'm not a saint either but come one...who said it was ok to treat your husband like that? Heh, I wouldn't be surprised if they asked for a divorce in the near future.
