Linnie: Oh dear...oh goodness gracious. I should have known this was coming up. Well..I can't lie to my son. I told him what I saw and he's really heartbroken right now. The kids are worried sick about him and I just...oh goodness. I was really hoping this wouldn't come up since I don't think it's my place to judge but oh dear...well, I don't like to lie either.
I really wish I could have a talk with Wanda right now, but I've never been good with confrontation. I'm sure she's still a good person that just makes mistakes from time to time, but I can't help but excuse me, somewhat narcissistic she acted towards him. She talks an awful lot about "her needs" and what "she wants"; it almost seems like a nagging list of demands to me, not to be rude.
Besides, confrontation might make the situation worse. I didn't outright say that she was cheating on him because frankly, I'm not sure the full context, but I think he's interpreting that way. He still hasn't come out of the bedroom crying. The poor dear. I'm so glad the kids are with me as well so they don't have to go through this alone.
