The next time Guang came down to the island, she talked to Tai Lung of a world that she would like to live in if she could find it. Far away from the confines of the mountain, maybe shielded by hills where a little village would hide and the people were safe. There would be fields or wild greenery as far as the eye could see, and none of the guards to beat her if she didn't feel like doing the job they wanted.

Tai Lung quietly listened to the stream of words, letting her imagination wash over him. Eventually he started to dream of the place she talked about, pleasantly passing the time when she was not there. When he got his scroll and the knowledge held within …

"What do you think?" He opened his eyes and saw that Guang was looking at him over the extended spoon. It was a few months after she first talked of the village. Seeing his expression she repeated, "Kola says there would need to be a stream nearby for water." Cocking her head to one side, "What do you think?"

He smiled at her and nodded. Then she started talking about where it should be and deciding on how big the village would be on the edge of the stream. He would use his scroll to make sure she was safe.
