After Shae was able to make amends with his mother, Nashi and her friends stayed in Rose Garden a little longer. They still needed to find some information about dragons that could help them out.

"So, how's the research going?" Gale asked Simon as all of them were enjoying some dinner.

"It would probably go a lot faster if the rest of you help out." Simon said being snarky. "It's going fine. Rona's photographic memory is helping out with it. We haven't found anything valid, but we're coming up with some theories. Although, we've got nothing to go on."

"Any information we can get could help." Sasha said. They all hoped they might find something that could help them against these ancient dragon slayers. For now, they're just trying to enjoy their time in Rose Garden.

"Excuse me. I like to say something." Sarah said as she tapped a glass and got everyone's attention. "I would just like to say it's been a pleasure having all of you here. Not only did I get the relationship with my son back on track, but I can see that Calleen is a lot happier. I would also like to say that I really hope that Rose Garden has been able to help you with what you need. I know you all came here on official business."

"We have been doing a lot of research." Rona said. "The information we've learned about dragons could help us."

"I think we've gone through almost every book about dragons we could." Athena said. "Another day or two and we might have gone through all of it."

"I am rather curious. What do you need all this information for?" Sarah asked.

"Let's just say we're dealing with a powerful force that we need to be able to fight against." Nashi said. "We can't go into all the details, mostly because we're not sure if you believe us or not, but we need to learn more about dragons to help with that."

"Well, I certainly hope Rose Garden has been some use to you." Sarah said. "For now, I do hope you all continue to enjoy your stay in Rose Garden." They all cheered to that. Even with a possible threat looming over their heads, Nashi and her friends still manage to find some of the better moments in situations.

Nashi

As the sun began to set, Nashi took a moment to stare out at Rose Garden. She stood on a balcony and stared off into the open space that Rose Garden had to offer.

"There you are." Nashi turned around and saw Drake was coming up to her. "What are you doing out here?"

"Just trying to enjoy some peace and quiet." Nashi said as she continued to look. "It's just... At moments like this, you almost forget that you're dealing with a real enemy. Sapphron and those other dragon slayers are still out there. They've been rather quiet since before. It's making me wonder what they're up to."

"Maybe we just haven't heard anything yet. Doesn't mean they haven't acted." Drake said.

"Maybe..." Nashi said. "I just hope we can actually do something. Unlike Ankhselam, we're dealing with an enemy that's been around for centuries. We never actually fought dragons and we're dragon slayers."

"Boy, you really overthink things like this, do you?" Drake said. "Not like your father. He probably just wants to skip straight to the fighting."

"What's your point?" Nashi said.

"My point is that we'll deal with them when the time comes." Drake said. Nashi figured Drake was right about that. Drake took a chance as he moved closer and slid his hands around her waist with her getting anxious. "What do you say you and I go somewhere private and take the edge off?" He tried seducing her again, but Nashi broke away before anything else could happen.

"Whoa, cowboy!" Nashi said as she pushed him away. "I... I don't think we should. I-I-I... I don't think this is really the good time. Besides, you said you give me some time. Plus, I'm sharing a room with Nova and Sasha. We wouldn't get the chance."

"Who said we need to be in a room?" Drake questioned in a flirt, but it didn't really help. Drake could hear the nervousness and uncomfortable situation Nashi was dealing and it was making him feel bad. "Hey, I'm sorry. I'm not trying to be some sort of creep or anything. I do care about how you feel."

"No! No, it's not that. I really mean it when I say that it's me." Nashi said. "It's just... I never done anything like that before. It was like something came over me. It's not that I didn't enjoy it. It's... I don't know."

"I get it." Drake said as he really did understand how confused Nashi would be since she's never done anything like what they've done before. "I'm not going to give up, but I will try to respect how you're feeling."

"Thanks, Drake." Nashi said as she caressed the side of his face. "You really are a great guy." Probably not the best thing in her situation. It certainly didn't help that she looked in his eyes and her heart started beating faster. She pulled away and walked out of there before anything else happens.

"She wants me." Drake said.

Later

Night soon came over Rose Garden. Everyone except the guards are now asleep. That means it's the perfect time for someone to sneak around. Two of the enemy dragon slayers, Lumiere and Kuroi, were able to sneak inside Rose Garden. They were able to make it to the Diles' property.

"You sure this is it?" Lumiere asked.

"I'm sure. Stay close and move quickly and quietly." Kuroi said. "We'll still need to be able to get her out of here." They continued to move through the place. Meanwhile, Nashi woke up in the middle of night while Nova and Sasha were sleeping.

"Man... I need some water." Nashi said as she got up while Nova and Sasha were still asleep. Nashi made her way to get some water while she was still partially asleep. With her senses dull, she was easily captured. Someone pressed a piece of cloth against her mouth and nose when she wasn't expecting. She was now in the arms of Kuroi with Lumiere appearing in front of her.

"Looks like we got her." Lumiere said as Nashi blacked out. "What does Sapphron want with her again?"

"Apparently, she has the ability to summon a dragon." Kuroi said.

"This girl? Capturing her was too easy. How could she have a power like that?" Lumiere questioned.

"Never mind that. We still need to get her out of here." Kuroi said. With that done, he hoisted Nashi over his shoulder and tried to carry her out. The two of them stepped outside and tried making their way out Rose Garden. Meanwhile, they were passing by the small house Simon, Storm, and Gale were sleeping in. Gale rolled right off his bed and and woke up.

"Damn that. What am I?" Gale said. When he got up, he managed to look out the window and spotted Lumiere and Kuroi with Nashi in their clutches. When his senses came to him, he realized what happened.

"They got Nashi. They got Nashi!" Gale shouted waking the others up. "They got Nashi!" No more being said, he and the boys hurried out and spotted them.

"Let her go!" Storm called as he used his ice and blocked their escape route. Gale tried attacking them as he stretched out his arm as a club, but they moved away. The commotion that happened was enough to alert the guards. Some lights were shined down on them and other guards came around them as an alarm went off. Everyone was alerted now as Sabertooth and the rest of Fairy Tail came out.

"What's going on?" Michael questioned.

"Intruders. They got Nashi." Simon said. That was all they needed to know. Simon jumped in the air and requipped into his Lightning Emperor Armor. He twirled his spear around and released lightning at them, but they were able to avoid that as well. They looked around and found themselves surrounded.

"Any ideas?" Lumiere.

"We'll simply force our way out." Kuroi said as he placed Nashi down. He formed an orb of darkness in his hand. "Dark Dragon Eerie Impulse!" He slammed it against the ground and unleashed a wave of darkness that spread around them and knocked some down and pushed others back.

"Did he use Dark Dragon Slayer Magic?" Storm said.

"They're dragon slayer. They must be with Sapphron, but what do they want with Nashi? I thought he was only interested in first generation dragon slayers." Simon said.

"Doesn't matter. We've got to get Nashi out of there." Storm said, but it might not be that easy. Lumiere and Kuroi their guard up with them being surrounded by the enemy. They tired to keep the pressure going as Sasha pulled out a pair dual swords and attacked from the air. She tried attacking them, but Lumiere jumped in the way and blasted her with some light.

"Light?" Sasha questioned as to what he did. Drake joined in as he tried attacking with his arms coated in poison, but Kuroi grabbed him by the arm and stopped Drake's attack with him being tossed back to the others.

"Let's just grab the girl and transform. They can't stop us." Lumiere said. "I think we better get out of here while we can."

"Good idea." Kuroi said. He reached for Nashi, but she suddenly disappeared and Rona appeared in her place. "Spatial Magic?!"

"Memory-Make: Spiral Lightning Twister!" Rona formed a twister that electrocuted those inside it. She was able to attack both of them.

"Nashi!" Storm called as he was worried about her.

"It's okay! I got her!" Athena called as she had Nashi with her. "I think she's okay. She's just unconscious."

"What about Rona?" Shae said. He got his answer when Rona was thrown out of her own attack. Owen reached out and caught her, but it looked like she took some damage. They saw the attack cleared away and saw both of them were unharmed.

"Not even a scratch!" Michael complained.

"They're much stronger than they look." Sasha said.

"It will only get worse if they transform." Nova said. The guards tried attacking them, but Kuroi and Lumiere were easily overpowering them. "We've got to do something about them before they get the chance."

"One uses light and the other uses darkness. How do we fight that?" Simon said.

"No problem." Michael said as he and Shae stepped forward. "These two are calling our names. Just leave it to us." Kuroi and Lumiere fought off the guards, but they did notice the two of them.

"Do you feel it, Lumiere?" Kuroi said.

"Yeah. It looks like we got a couple fellow dragon slayers." Lumiere said. "Let's see what they can do." Lumiere jumped in the air and fired blasts of light around him until he landed on a roof.

"Going somewhere." Lumiere turned around and saw Michael was already there.

"Someone's quick." Lumiere said as he was starting to find this interesting. Shae tried fighting Kuroi as he had shadows around his hand. He tried striking Kuroi, but Kuroi caught it easily with his hand.

"Shadow Dragon Slayer Magic... You might manipulate shadows, but I am actual darkness." Kuroi claimed. He swung his leg and kicked Shae right in the gut and did some damage.

"White Dragon Roar!" Michael tried using his magic against Lumiere, but Lumiere didn't even flinch. What he did was open his mouth and devoured it. This was a first for Michael.

"Not bad. You use light just like me, but you called it white." Lumiere said.

"Yeah. My magic is from the light element." Michael said.

"But all you have is white? You don't have other colors?" Lumiere questioned, but Michael didn't seem to understand. "Let me show you." He held out his hand and aimed it at some guards. "Light Dragon Red Burn!" He fired a red beam and blasted some of them as his attack scored the ground. He held out his other hand and aimed to the other side. "Light Dragon Blue Freeze!" He fired a blue beam this time and it froze everything upon contact.

"He can use different colored light, and each one seems to have a different attribute?!" Michael said as he never saw light magic like that.

"That's right. Light comes in all colors." Lumiere said. "Don't you know that when you have light pass through a prism, it refracts into a rainbow? That is the true form of light. I have all the colors at my disposal when you only have white." Lumiere is showing he has Michael beat easily. Lumiere closed the distance between them and held out his hands against him. "Light Dragon Yellow Zap!" He blasted a yellow light against Michael and it zapped Michael like lightning as well as blasted him off the roof. As for Shae, he kept trying to fight Kuroi, but Kuroi dodged all of his attacks. Shae gave it one more try, but Kuroi simply vanished into darkness.

"Where'd he go?" Shae said as he looked around for him.

"Your darkness is nothing compared to mine." Kuroi claimed as he blasted Shae in the back with darkness. This wasn't looking good out there.

"They're getting creamed out there!" Gale said.

"We've got to do something." Sasha said. With all the commotion that was going on, it was starting to get to Nashi and was causing her to wake up.

"You're awake!" Athena said with all of them seeing it.

"Are you okay?" Owen asked.

"Yeah... What's going on?" Nashi asked.

"A couple friends of Sapphron. Michael and Shae might need some help." Drake said. Nashi looked on ahead and saw her friends were in trouble against just two opponents.

"We could be in trouble, Nashi. Maybe you should bring out that dragon to help." Gale said.

"I can't. I don't know how...but I might have something else that can help." Nashi said. That had them all curious. "Ever since the war ended, I've been getting stronger and I got a little something that could help. I guess this is a good time to bust it out." Nashi was a little excited with what she might be able to pull off. She focused her magic and her flames started to envelop around her. Scales grew on her body, horns grew out of her head, and wings were emerging from her back. She was taking a form that all of them were familiar with. "These guys are about to see why I'm the daughter of E.N.D."
