Storm may have found Drake, but trouble has found them. Just when Drake and Storm reunited and were making things right with each other, Cerex found them. Now the two of them have to work together to beat this enemy.

"Last time, Sapphron pulled me away before we could even finish anything." Cerex said. "This time, you two won't be so lucky."

"Luck's got nothing to do with it. All those years you've been around were just wasted." Drake taunted.

"Seriously. Who cares if you've been around for so many years? Against the both of us, you're the one that doesn't stand a chance." Storm said.

"Is that so? Let's find out!" Cerex dared as he held out his hand and fired shards of ice at the two of them, but they both jumped to the side.

"Ice-Make: Hammer!" Storm formed a giant mallet and threw it at Cerex, but Cerex didn't even flinch. He was able to catch it and started to devour the whole thing.

"You're using ice against an ice dragon? Not very smart." Cerex said. He aimed at Storm and fired a powerful cold blast. Cerex thought that did the trick, but he was surprised to see Storm was able to take all of it and wasn't even frozen.

"Ice is one of my favorite snacks, too." Storm said as black markings appear around his body and Storm tried appearing a little more sinister. "I'm a type of slayer too, an ice demon slayer. I'm about to show you how cold and painful ice can really be."

"Really? You try going all demonic now?" Drake said.

"Sorry. It's a bad habit of mine when I get serious with this type of magic, but the power is for real." Storm said as he charged right at Cerex. "Let's see how you handle this ice! Ice Demon Zero Longsword!" Storm formed the attack and tried attacking him with it, but he moved to the side and avoided the attack. He took a look at the damage that was caused by the attack and kept it in mind.

'I've never seen ice magic like that before. Interesting...' Cerex thought as he now knows to watch that attack.

"Hey! Don't forget I'm here!" Drake called. "Poison Dragon Scales!" Drake attacked with scales of poison, but Cerex jumped around and avoided all of his attacks.

"I've seen your tricks. You poison won't be able to work on me. There's no way you'll be able to beat me." Cerex said.

"Don't be so sure about this. My poison might not work with you, but I've got plenty of tricks up my sleeve." Drake said. He snapped his fingers and unleashed a powerful blast of sound. Luckily for Cerex, he knew that was coming. That's why he formed ice in front of him to absorb that attack.

"I already know about your sound magic! I told you that your tricks aren't going to work on me!" Cerex claimed.

"You think so? You haven't seen everything I can do." Drake said as he called on a dark power. "Poison Shadow Dragon Mode!" Cerex was surprised by something like that. It gave Drake the chance to move with incredible speed and slashed against him with his hand like a claw.

"How?! Two elements at once?!" Cerex said as he dropped down and held his waist. "I've heard of something like that, but I never thought it was real." Cerex could see he underestimated these two. They're clearly much stronger than he thought.

"Our power is as real as it can be! Just watch!" Storm said as he went to attack him again. He formed ice around his fist and tried to smash it against Cerex, but Cerex jumped into the air and avoided his attack.

"Ice Dragon Slash!" Cerex formed a claw of ice around his arm and tried attacking Storm with it. Storm was able to evade it, but he did grab Cerex's arm and took a bite into the ice. When he did that, he had all the ice flowed into his mouth. "Are you crazy?! Get off!" He landed a good hit across Storm's face and knocked him back.

"I never tasted ice from a dragon before. That actually tastes pretty good." Storm said. "I wonder how it will taste with your blood." Storm actually licked his lips for that taste.

"And people think I'm nutty." Cerex complained. What Cerex didn't expect was for Drake to come out of the shadows and grabbed a hold of him. He tried to hold him down so he wouldn't escape.

"Hold him still. I still got some anger to let out." Storm said as he readied to use Cerex like a punching bag. However, Drake had to let go when he heard Cerex was about to do.

"Ice Dragon Frozen Scales!" Drake jumped away right when Cerex caused spikes of ice to form around his body.

"This guy really doesn't know when to quit." Storm complained.

"And I thought you were pretty stubborn." Drake joked. "Want to try a double whammy?"

"Yeah." Storm said as he liked the sound of that. They both had their respective magic form around their fists and they tried attacking together. However, Cerex formed ice under him and shot himself in the air with it. Just as the two of them smashed the ice and it broke apart, Cerex jumped off and formed platforms of ice for him to jump higher and higher.

"Where do you think you're going?!" Drake said as they both got ready for their next attacks. Drake unleashed multiple blasts of shadows and poison, but Cerex was able to avoid all of them.

"I got him!" Storm said as he formed a bow. "Ice Demon Zero Destruction Bow!" He fired the arrow at Cerex, but Cerex thought creatively. He formed a spiral of ice and actually slid against it to help him change directions and avoided the bow. "Damn. This guy has got some serious moves." When Cerex was close enough to the ceiling, he formed even more ice and had it curve so he could stand on it.

'I can't believe these two are actually having me run around like this.' Cerex thought as he looked down and thought about what he was up against. 'That fellow ice user wouldn't be a challenge to me, but this strange magic he uses is a bit concerning. It's magic similar to mine, but it's designed to slay demons. I'm not sure if I could devour that kind of ice. The other one is just a nuisance with him being able to use two elements like this.'

"Sounds like someone is starting to take us serious." Drake said as he could hear Cerex's thoughts. "Sorry, but you can't hide anything from me. I can hear you're starting to get a little edgy, anxious about us and what we can do. Storm, how about we show this guy just how powerful we can be, especially when we fight together."

"Hell yeah." Storm said as he liked what Drake was thinking. Both of them took deep breaths and got ready.

"Poison Shadow Dragon Roar!"

"Ice Demon Rage!" Storm and Drake used their attacks together. They both aimed right at Cerex and their timing appeared to be perfect. The two attacks merged together into a single attack.

"A Unison Raid?!" Cerex said with surprise as he didn't expect that. The combined spells caused a large explosion that blew the ceiling off the place. When these two work together, they really are a powerful force. With the sun shining through the new opening, it marked what appeared to be the end. The two of them thought this fight was done as they reverted back to their original forms and saw Cerex fall to the ground.

"Told you I still had some anger to get out." Storm joked.

"It's not over." Drake said. Cerex wasn't beaten yet. He got back up, but he could see what he was against.

"Are you serious with this guy? We blasted him with our combined powers, and he was still able to get up after that?" Storm complained.

"Not bad. It's been a long time since someone has actually given me a challenge." Cerex said. Knowing he was up against, he figured he had only one thing to resort to. "I didn't think I would have to use this against the likes of you, but I'm up against powers I never even knew about. Ice Demon Slayer Magic... A dragon slayer using two elements at once... This is the first time I've seen such powers. I didn't want to pull my trump card out so soon, but it looks I've got to."

"Are you talking about your dragon form?" Storm said.

"Oh no." Cerex said as he chuckled. "I've got something else for you. Something much more powerful for us dragon slayers."

"What is he talking about? Does he mean that power called Dragon Force?" Storm questioned.

"No..." Drake said as he could hear what Cerex was thinking, but he didn't understand what it was. "What are you talking about? What is this power?" In their confusion, Cerex took pleasure in their squirming.

"Four-hundred years gives you plenty of time to unlock new power. You grow and develop your abilities and it can cause you to get creative and uncover and create newly discovered techniques." Cerex said as he began to radiate magic. "What I'm talking about is a power for dragon slayers that goes beyond Dragon Force. Sapphron was the one to create it and he showed it to me. One that you can't stop and will crush you!" Magic suddenly erupted from him. Storm and Drake felt the power as it blew against them like a powerful wind storm.

"What's happening?!" Storm said.

"I'm not sure! I've never seen anything like this before!" Drake said. This power was immense. They both spotted a wave of cold power was coming their way. Storm moved fast and formed a wall of ice to block what was heading their way. Drake and Storm looked around and saw ice was forming over the whole place. "Everything is freezing over!"

"Just how powerful is this guy?!" Storm said as he tried reinforcing his wall to resist, but Cerex's ice was forming over Storm's. "It's even freezing over my ice!" Drake and Storm never seen a dragon slayer with power like that before. When it settled down, Storm's ice wall crumbled to pieces. On top of that, the entire area appeared to be covered in ice. A sign that they are dealing with some serious power. "What did this guy just do?"

"We're about to find out." Drake said.

"Dragon Force might have been considered the final form of our magic, but that's only because the world hasn't seen this power yet." Cerex claimed as he has taken a new form. "It's a power can only be obtained by those like us." His new form consisted of him having wings made out of ice. He had blue scales around his body with light blue markings around it. He also had his dragon tail with his hair changed to make it look like it was made out of ice. Not only did he look like a cross between a human and a dragon, but his power was immense, stronger than what they've been up against before. "This is the power that goes beyond Dragon Force. We call it Dragon Supremacy!"
