Fairy Tail is a guild that has stood for over a hundred years. It's been living from one generation to the next, but it wasn't until the previous generation that Fairy Tail really made a mark on the world. That generation has faced one powerful enemy after the next, accomplishing things that regular humans and wizards couldn't even imagine. Now that generation has paved the way for the new generation.
"Come on, Dad. You've got to be kidding. There's no way this stuff is true." Storm said. When Storm and his friends were children, they were told stories of what their parents went through, but he had a hard time believing some of them.
"Why would I lie, Storm?" Gray questioned.
"To try and make yourself and the others sound cool when you're really not." Storm said. That bruised Gray's ego a bit. "You really expect me to believe you stopped the rain?"
"Ask your mother about that." Gray said.
"What about some of the other crazy stuff you said you and the others did?" Storm questioned. "You were turned into a lacrima? Nashi's dad brought down a giant that was over a thousand feet tall? Her mom took on an entire dark guild alone? Simon's mom actually broke through a meteor?!"
"Storm, everything I'm telling you is the truth." Gray said, but Storm didn't really believe it. "It all does seem rather crazy. It all does seem rather impossible, but it's all true. That's what happens when you're in a guild like Fairy Tail."
"What are you talking about?" Storm asked.
"Don't get it? That's okay. You're still just a kid." Gray said. "In a guild, we're able to make the impossible possible. I'm sure you'll see that for yourself." Children usually have great potential when it comes to believing and dreaming. Most loose that as they grow older. In Fairy Tail, it's just the opposite. That insight and potential grows even stronger that the members are able to make the impossible possible.
"Okay, but there's still no way Simon's mother actually broke a meteor." Storm said. "There's just no way to do something like that."
"You don't know her like I know her." Gray laughed. "You've only seen the caring, nurturing mother. She's a lot scarier than you might think she is." What neither of them knew at the time was that Storm is about to go through something like that himself.

Present Day
Loosing his mind, enhanced his own power greatly, and caught in the frustration of battle, Cerex called on his ultimate spell that could have a destructive impact. Believing in the strength his guild gives him, Storm charges directly for the giant piece of ice with hopes of actually being able to stop it.
"This is either going to be the coolest thing I did or the most painful." Storm said as his spire of ice grew higher and higher.
"You're just speeding towards your demise! There's no way you'll be able to stop that!" Cerex shouted.
"Our guild is known for making the impossible possible." Storm said. "Our parents always did something that seemed unbelievable. I guess it's time to see if I can really do that myself!" Storm charged right for the ice as his own on the spire formed around him into a lance-like tip. Drake and Cerex watched and see what would happen to him as he was about to make contact.
"Come on." Drake said as he hoped for the best. Cerex expected Storm to splatter like crushed fruit, but he didn't. Storm actually broke through the ice and was burrowing right through. That wasn't at all what Cerex expected. Cracks began to form around it as Storm pushed in deeper and deeper. Storm continued to push through with the ice breaking until it completely shattered. Cerex and Drake couldn't believe their eyes. Storm actually managed to stop something that massive.
"That's insane..." Cerex as he couldn't believe his eyes. His most powerful spell created from the powers of a dragon was destroyed by a mere human. The chunks of ice landed down, but weren't as destructive. They just crashed down like meteors with no harm coming to anyone. "It's impossible!" Cerex just couldn't fathom how anyone could have done anything like that. As he stared straight up, he spotted Storm in the sky as Storm dived straight down. "No human could have done that!" Cerex couldn't believe what he witnessed. It should have been impossible, but Storm was able to pull it off. He did something impossible, but he made it possible since he's a Fairy Tail wizard. As Storm headed straight for Cerex, he got another attack ready.
"This ends now!" Storm shouted. Cerex couldn't understand how Storm was able to pull something like that off, but he still believes that Storm wouldn't be able to harm him.
"Try whatever you like! My body is coated in dragon scales! There's nothing you can do to harm me!" Cerex shouted as he practically dared Storm to strike him down.
"Ice Dragon Demon..." Storm started. Cerex heard him and couldn't believe what he's attempting to pull off now. "...Frozen Excalibur!" Storm formed a massive sword of ice with it representing the legendary sword. He slashed it against Cerex and it slashed right through Cerex's scales and the rest of him. Excalibur is a weapon said to be wielded by the mightiest of warriors used to vanquish the mightiest of beasts and villains. Well, another grand warrior has just vanquished a dragon.
"Amazing..." Drake said as his breath was practically taken away. As Cerex fell out of the air, he could see how Storm was able to pull that last attack off.
'He must have devoured some of the ice and used it to forge this attack with help from his own slayer magic.' Cerex thought. 'Since it was formed from my own ice, I couldn't stop it.' Cerex didn't think this would happen to the likes of him, but someone who actually isn't a dragon slayer was able to defeat him. 'How? How could the likes of him defeat me? It's just not possible...' That was all that Cerex thought as he died in disbelief that a mere human could actually defeat him. Storm might have crashed against the ground, but at least he was walking out of this fight alive.
"That's how you slay a dragon." Storm said as he was pretty proud of himself. He was able to stand back up and turned to Drake as Drake just sat where he was. "You okay, Drake?"
"Yeah. I'm good. That was one hell of move you pulled." Drake said. 'I'm not lying. That really was incredible. I don't think I would have been able to pull something like that off.' Drake and Storm argued a lot, but they do make a great team. Despite that, Drake is starting to see how awesome Storm really is.
"Can you stand?" Storm asked.
"Yeah." Drake said as he stood back up and fought through the pain he was feeling.
"Nashi and the others are here. We better hurry and find them. We're far from done..." Storm was about to explain the situation when he spotted something above. At the edge of the giant hole above them, a huge chunk of ice sat there. However, the rocks couldn't hold it up anymore. It looked like they were about to fall and Drake was standing right under all of it. "Above you!" Drake turned around and looked up as he spotted the ice just as the rocks gave in. All of it seemed like it was going to fall right on him. Without even thinking about it, Storm moved fast and tried to save Drake. He pushed Drake out of the way just in time. Drake looked at Storm behind him just before the rocks fell on top of Storm and pushed him to the ground with Drake seeing horror now. As they all crashed down, Drake was saved, but Storm wasn't as lucky as the rocks came down around him.
"STORM!"
...
Sapphron
While all of that was going on, Sapphron set the final pieces he needed to put his plan into action. He drew a complex magic circle in the ground. He stood right in the middle and was ready to begin. With the bone scepter in his hands, he was ready to begin.
"Sapphron!" Just before Sapphron could start anything, Sharell came walking in. "I'm afraid that our little prisoner has escaped."
"Has he... No matter." Sapphron said as he was all set for it to begin. "It all begins now."
"I don't think so!" Sapphron and Sharell looked to a cave and saw that Nashi was able to find them. "I knew that scent was yours Sapphron. You're won't be able to give me the slip this time."
"Nashi Dragneel... I should have known you would be here eventually." Sapphron said. "However, I have no reason to run this time." He took the staff and all his and his companions waiting comes to an end. He tapped the staff against the magic circle. That was when magic flowed through it and the circle began to glow purple.
"Sapphron! Stop!" Nashi called as she hurried to stop him, but it was too late as a pillar of light shot out of it and passed right through all the stones with it reaching outside, still stretching all the way to the sky. Nashi hurried to do something, but Sharell stood in the way.
"You will not interfere with what we had planned for centuries." Sharell said.
"That's what you think!" Nashi said as she charged right at her and was ready to strike. All of a sudden, Nashi found herself further way from them. That part confused her since she didn't see Sharell do anything. "What the hell? How did I get back here?"
"I told you I won't let you interfere." Sharell said as she readied herself for a fight. Nashi knew she might have to fight both of them, but Sharell's powers are clearly mysterious and Nashi knows absolutely nothing about this dragon slayer. "If you want Sapphron, you'll have to get through me."
"Fine with me." Nashi said as she was about to attack again.
"Wait, Sharell." Sapphron said as he walked out of the pillar. "I wish to deal with this one myself." Sharell didn't show any opposition as she just stepped to the side.
"Sapphron, stop this!" Nashi demanded.
"I'm afraid it's too late." Sapphron said. "The spell has been cast and it can't be stopped. There are many layers between this world and the afterlife. That light acts like a drill that is breaking through the layers. Soon, it will reach the after life and the dragons shall live among us again."
"We'll see about that." Nashi claimed as she wasn't going to let that stop her. Maybe stopping Sapphron will stop this. There's still time for Nashi to find a way to stop the spell before every human in Fiore is killed. One can only hope Nashi is powerful enough to beat Sapphron and stop that spell before it's too late.
