"BAKASTA, WE'RE LOST! You just had to go running off from the group." Yelled Noelle, she looked down on her shorter companion. Not happy that they have been wandering around the city of Crocus for the past two to three hours.
Asta just rubs the back of his head with closed eyes and an easy-going smile to calm down Noelle a little before he spoke "Sorry Noelle, but I thought I heard someone yell out they were selling tatoes." But Noelle looked like she didn't like that answer.
They kept walking trying to find anything that looked familiar until they heard a loud ruckus coming from a building called Bar Sun "How about I ask someone in there for directions to the inn where we're staying at." Said Asta, only to turn to Noelle with an embarrassed look on his face "Do you remember what it was called?" he asked
"Huh… do you know anything, Bakasta?" Looking down again at the short muscle head before answering "It's called Sweet Pork Inn." While flicking one of her pigtails over her shoulder while looking away "You would be so lost without me."
"But we're both lost?" A confused Asta said.
"Well… that's because I thought you knew where we were going!" Noelle flustered while pointing at Asta with an embarrassed blush across her face. "Just… just go and get some directions I'm getting sick of walking around." Getting herself back under control.
Asta walks up to the door of the Bar Sun the noise gets louder and louder as the sound of a party becomes clearer with every step closer towards the door. He opened the door, all he saw was a rowdy group getting drunk and starting fights with one another. Both he and Noelle stepped in and closed the door behind them, a few patrons turned to see who came in, most went back to the party where one or two people just kept looking at them. Asta was walking up to the bar to see if he could get some directions, he stopped walking just when a person came flying past in front of him. From being punched away from a pink-haired guy standing on a table screaming in victory "So who's next!" Yelled the man.
Before Asta or Noelle could continue to the bar they were stopped by a tall red-haired woman in armour looking down on them. "Can I help you?" In a somewhat aggressive tone, which seemed to stop the party to some degree as nearly everyone turned to look at what was going on.
Asta, not wanting to stir up trouble, rubbed the back of his head while putting on a friendly closed eye smile, before replying to the somewhat scary lady before him. Noelle seemed to move behind him slowly to not to draw attention from said woman. "… Well you see we're a little bit lost, and we couldn't find anyone on the street that could give us directions. So we came in here. As there was a lot of noise, I thought maybe one of you knows where our inn is." He got out while keeping his friendly smile on at all times so as not to set her off, as his instincts told him that would be a bad idea.
"Hmm… I'll believe you for now." She replied. "But how did members of The Black Bulls that are taking part in the game end up here?"
"… because we're lost?" Asta said he then heard two people laughing only to see the redhead turn around knocking both to the ground.
"Do you find something amusing?" She asked, but both couldn't answer her question due to them being knocked out cold. Asta and Noelle just sweatdrop at her actions, as well as the others in the pub.
"Sorry about that, she takes a bit of getting used to. And she sometimes forgets her manners." A beautiful woman with white long hair with a front ponytail wearing a black dress spoke to them "My name is Mirajane but you can just call me Mira, that's Erza." Pointing towards the red-haired woman. "And the two on the floor are Natsu and Gray. Natsu's the one with the pink hair."
Only to be interpreted by Natsu himself "It's salmon!"
But Mira continued as if she wasn't interpreting "The blond helping him up is Lucy. Now you said you were lost, maybe I can help you, I know the layout of Crocus quite well." She finished only for a bird to fly onto Asta's head resting itself in the nest of Asta's messy hair as it looked down at him before proceeding to peck his forehead repeatedly.
"Oww oww oww." Asta yells and swings his arm to shoo the bird away. "Why do you have to do that Nero?" Yelling at the bird as it flies up to sit on a support beam. Before he could continue Asta's face was met with a foot pushing him to the ground. He tries to look up to see who this foot belongs to only to hear him yell at him.
"There you two are. I can't believe I had to go out and look for you two when I could be making another figure of my precious Maire. I should squash you like the trash you are." Pushing and rotating his foot further into Asta's face.
"That's not going to happen, I've been training really hard" Asta smiled back giving a thumbs up, only to get stomped on again repeatedly.
"Man, you're annoying." He continues stomping on Asta, he turns to Noelle "How did you get lost, you're supposed to keep an eye on the idiot." Finally letting Asta up, waiting for Noelle's response.
Noelle just started giving off the air that she was better than everyone in the room, even though just before she was hiding behind her smaller teammate. "I was, that's how I got lost, insect." Before Gauche could respond to the insult from his teammate another person walked through the door with an alcoholic drink in hand.
"There you two are, why didn't you tell me you were going to a party. I would have joined you." Vanessa puts her arm around Asta poking his cheek with a pout on her face. "I could have been drinking instead of trying to find you." Vanessa lets go of a blushing Asta. Walking towards the bar to get another drink as the bottle in her hand is now empty.
"We aren't here to enjoy ourselves, boozer!" Yelled Gauche, forgetting about Noelle's insult to turn to his new problem.
"You need to loosen up, sister lover, why not have a drinky drink with me and relax." Vanessa said from the bar getting another drink from the bartender. A brunette that was wearing as much of a skimpy outfit as Vanessa walks over and sits right next to her.
"I like the way you think of Pinkie. No one here gets it but us." She spoke before picking up a barrel of wine to drink from it, only putting it back down to introduce herself "Names Cana, you?" Looking at her new drinking buddy
"Vanessa." She replies.
"Hey, why don't you join us, I could use a drinking buddy that can keep up with me." Cana picks up the barrel to drink from again.
"Sorry someone has to keep an eye on them." She turns to see Noelle and Gauche at each other while Asta tries to defuse the situation before turning back to Cana. "And this is a tamed vision, it's a good thing Luck and Magna aren't here." But the universe decided to change that, as doors flew open as a streak of blue lightning came in headed straight at Asta sending him flying back, with Luck now standing where Asta once was. Only to be followed by a delinquent looking young man in sunglasses, even though it is nighttime. "I guess I spoke too soon." She finished.
"Man, Luck you can't just go running around starting fights, we're supposed to be looking for Rasta and Little Miss Princess." The delinquent yelled through the door only to come to a scene of shocked people looking at them only to turn to see Gauche, Luck, Vanessa and Noelle. "There you are, if you found them, bring them back before Captain Yami gets pissed."
"What do you think I was doing, you moron. But this thing." Gauche pointed at Luck "Came in here and kicked the idiot away." Staring at Magna in anger.
Only for Asta to walk back to the group. "You can't just go around kicking people in the head Luck. If that had been someone else they would be dead now!" He yelled at Luck while bleeding from the head.
Luck just laughs in response "Hahaha… But I wanted to fight. I couldn't really fight anyone in my match, as they disappeared after one hit, that isn't fun." Hoping Asta will agree to the fight, Gray steps back a bit from the battle-ready Luck.
Before Asta could respond that he didn't want to fight him, Magna comes in grabbing Luck's attention "Man calm down, don't think you're better than me because it came first. Because I'll blow away your performance with mine tomorrow. Hahaha." Magna boasts to Luck and everyone else in the room
"Wow, Magna, do you have some new moves?" Luck with stars in his eyes like a joyful child "Then we should fight to the death instead." Jumping towards Magna still shining with joy as lighting starts to crackle around him.
"Oh, you want to fight, I didn't know you were so ready to lose." Magna continued to boast only to be interpreted by the sound of lightning forming and started backing away as he was well aware of what was going to happen next, and he didn't want to go through that again.
"Special Technique: Crackling Magna Typhoon! Hahaha." A laughing Luck shouts with glee when a lightning rope wraps around Magna, shocking him so much we can see this skeleton structure as Luck pulls hard on the lightning rope making Magna spin around the room shocking anyone he touches, while Luck just laughs with the joy of a child.
When Magna stops spinning, he stands up looking mad at Luck as the Fairy Tail guild members were waiting to see how he would respond. Still in some shock that there is a guild out there as crazy if not more so than them. "Oh, now you've done it, say your prayers." While activating his magic as flames formed around him. Only for him to dodge a flaming punch from Natsu. That action was all it took for Fairy Tail to snap out of their somewhat shock of the start of an old fashioned Fairy Tail brawl inside the pub.
With bodies, tables and chairs flying around the room, regular folk trying their best to escape the pub unscathed. Noelle goes to hide not wanting any part of this, all she wanted was to be back at the inn relaxing not to be in the middle of a magic pub brawl. Only to turn to her right to see a blonde haired girl doing the same as her "Why do they always have to start fights like this?" Both girls said at the same time only to turn to one another and giggle. The blonde girl put out her hand "The name's Lucy." Introducing herself to Noelle
"Noelle" she replies, shaking Lucy's hand. Only for someone to bump into her, she turns around to find a shirtless Gray. "Why are you shirtless?" she pushed Gray away, only to find that he was not only shirtless but butt naked "AAAAH!" She screams, getting most people's attention, water forms at her fingertip and shoots it at Gray on reflex. Hitting Gray right in the private area, only for him to clench that area and fall to the ground, curled up into a ball, while Noelle tries to calm herself a little from the shock. "W – Why are you naked?"
Only for everyone to stop fighting, and hear someone laughing so hard they fell on the ground "Haha haha oh take that, you stripper ha ha ha." Turning to see it's Natsu who is now rolling on the ground in pain because of how hard he is laughing at Gray's misery. Gray groaned in pain in the fetal position.
And that was the scene Finral found himself in when he walked in "What's going on here?!" everyone turns to him "You're supposed to bring them back when you found them not start a fight."
"What's the hurry, now that you're here we can stay a drink for a little more as you can just teleport us back." Vanessa said still at the bar with another drink.
"Hey, I'm your superior, not your chauffeur!" Shouted back, getting sick of being everyone's personal chauffeur when they didn't want to walk somewhere. Before he could tell them to move it again his eye's to land on the beauties within the room. Swiftly moving to where Lucy, Erza, Juvia and Mira are located together he bows to them as a portal opens up right next to him pulling out four bundles of flowers "I'm sorry about my squad's actions, I hope you take these Moon Blossoms as a token of our friendship." Getting four different responses from the ladies
"Huh, wait… what's this?" Juvia was confused about what he was trying to do.
"…" Erza looked at the flowers and back at Finral.
"Umm thanks, they look beautiful." A confused Lucy said, but not wanting to be rude to the man that just gave her flowers that did look lovely.
"Wow, thank you for the lovely flowers. And don't worry they weren't a bother." Replied Mira with a smile making Finral weak at the knees.
"Wow you're so kind, would any of you lovely ladies like to go out on a date with me?" Finral hoping one of them will agree. Look up at them while flicking his hair trying to look as charming as possible
Only for a flying blue cat to land on his shoulder eating a fish before it specks "Wow you must have terrible taste in women if you're hitting on Lucy." Only to have said blue cat fly away from what was now a very angry Lucy. Finral was too shocked to speak, upon seeing a flying blue talking cat. "Help, she's trying to eat me." Happy calls out.
Which make her even more furious with him than before if that was even possible "Get down here you stupid cat!" Yelling and waving, her arms around trying to kill Happy the cat.
As Finral turns back to the ladies, another one has vanished to help the naked guy up and to find his clothes. Leaving only two, who seem to look at something behind him.
"Why hello there, may I presume you're the Master of The Black Bulls." Mira said with the same smile she gave Finral while Erza was looking at him with a critical eye as she was trying to gauge his strength and whether or not that sword is for show. All the while Finral just gets paler by the second. "Oh my, are you all right?" Mira, feeling concerned about Finral's lack of colour.
"Captain Yami sir!" Yelled a surprised Finral as he jumped to face his Captain while saluting him with a terrified expression on his face looking up at an annoyed Yami. "Wh-What are you doing here? I was just about to bring everyone back."
"I was taking a dump, but when you haven't found them in three hours I had to take it upon myself to find them, as you're all clearly too incompetent to complete the task I set." Said a frustrated Yami before looking around the room to see that all of them were here. Before setting his eyes on the two that started this mess. Seeing as they haven't noticed him yet he walks up to the two while they are talking/arguing with one another. With every step, he released more magic as others stepped back from the unsuspecting prey. By the time the two noticed him, it was too late, he had both of them by the head and lifted them off the ground with little to no effort.
"Ow Ow Ow… Oh, Captain Yami, when did you get here?" Asta said in pain, Yami just started to squeeze his head harder so he started screaming again instead of talking. All the while Noelle was too shocked and surprised to say anything.
"I can't believe you had to make me come all the way here to get you, idiots. You're cleaning the whole base when we get back." Yami said over Asta painful cries
"B-But I didn't do anything wrong, why do I have to be punished?" Noelle said, shaking her arms and legs like a spoiled child not getting her way. Only for Yami to look at her before she stayed quiet. Letting both of them go, they hit the ground with Noelle rubbing her lower back due to the impact on the floor. And Asta grabbed his head in pain.
As that happens the other Black Bulls members came up to Yami to say hello and greet him only for him to interrupt them. "Yeah, Yeah glad to know how much you miss me." Only for his face to gain a five o'clock shadow as he continues to speck "Now shut up, well yea."
All The Black Bulls sit in front of him "Sorry sir." at the same time.
Yami looks around the room to notice that others have the same guild emblem on them. Blowing out some smoke from the cigarette he was smoking before speaking his mind "So this is the lowest of the low, The Fairy Tail guild. Weird name." Before he starts laughing "But you were funny to watch." Which pissed off all the Fairy Tail members, but Natsu the most as he wasn't going to let him say anything like that about his guild/family, not after all they've been through. Getting up, lighting his fist on fire, though before he could jump to attack Yami he was surrounded and held in place by the smallest in the group. Luck is on his left with a lightning glove sparking near his face. On his right Magna with a baseball bat made of fire just shy from his neck. And behind him holding his arm and the back of this jacket keeping him in place was Asta.
"What do you think you're doing?" Magna said in a dangerous tone.
"Forget the games I'll kill you." Luck for once not smiling.
"Calm down! He didn't mean it that way." Asta, trying to stop this from getting out of hand.
"I don't care, no one says that about my guild, my family and gets away with it!" Natsu yells trying to break out of Asta's grip. To only stop when there was a huge spike of magic power making everyone step back and beads of sweat run down Natsu's face, losing his strength looking up to see their Master surrounded by a powerful dark purple aura.
"You don't want to fight me kid. Kay." Yami said, making Natsu back down, shocking all of Fairy Tail to see him do that, but Happy as he has seen it before with Gildarts. Once Yami sees that he calmed down he stops putting out magic as he calls his squad together "All right, we're leaving. Finral." Finral opens a portal "Ok let's go, idiots first." As he grabs Asta by the head and throws him through, Noelle runs in before her captain does the same to her. She's followed by Gauche, Luck, Magna and Vanessa as Yami calls out "That means you too Miss Gluttony." For everyone still in the pub to turn in shock to see a small girl behind a mountain of food eating as if it's going out of style.
"La, but I'm not full yet." She said between the bits of food.
"I don't care." An annoyed Yami said as he wants to go back to take a dump
"No, you can't." Charmy cries out, standing in front of her food like a mother would protect her children. Not wanting to leave her food behind.
"Now Charmy, I can't keep this open all day." Said Finral
"Tch… push past your limits." Yami, not happy with Finral's excuses.
"Fine, but I'm taking this cake. La." Charmy finally agrees to leave, skipping towards the portal singing a happy tune with cake in hand and a complete one-eighty in her attitude two seconds ago.
As they all leave through the portal Fairy Tail is still in a state of shock and trying to process what had just happened. But that was broken when Erza spoke "Was that… my strawberry cake she took?" hoping to any god that it wasn't.
"No, it wasn't." Said Mira, making Erza happy, but not for long, "It was the backup strawberry cake we had, she ate the first one." Only for Erza to scream in a rage that her cake was eaten and taken away. But it's quickly turned into a pout as she sulks in the corner whispering to herself trying to cope with the loss of cake. While the rest of the guild sweat drops at her actions.
While Erza was still sulking over her cake. Master Makarov was thinking about The Black Bulls and the many questions he had about them. Before speaking to the few that might have answers he was searching for. "Macao you were Guild Master when they were formed. Do you know anything about them?" He asked the former Guild Master making most of the guild stop what they were doing, hoping to get some more insight on the people they just met.
Putting his beer down before he spoke "Huh…" rubbing his head "To tell you the truth not much is known for sure. It's all rumours from what people have seen and not mages, so all we've got was what their magic looks like to the average person. Like fire and water magic but not specific types of magic. Other than that they don't really do regular missions."
"What do you mean they don't do regular missions? They're a guild right, they have to." States Makarov a little disappointed that he's not getting the information he was hoping for.
"Well, they only became an official Guild a few months ago as the council couldn't ignore them anymore. And considering that hadn't done anything terrible and took down some dark guilds and saved some towns the council made them an official guild. Before that they were just like a wandering wizard group going from town to town" Macao said.
"Humm… do any of the others know a bit more about them and their magic?" Master Makarov asked the other members that weren't on Tenrou Island for seven years.
"Not a lot, we learnt a lot more today than we have in the whole year and a half." Said Bisca before turning to her husband Alzack, to see if he had anything to add only for him to shake his head.
"Well, I heard that one uses some type of sword magic, most likely Requip magic as it said they appeared out of nowhere." Max shares his knowledge.
"Like Erza. I wonder if they're just as scary?" Asked Gray.
"What was that?" Ezra said in an intimidating voice making Gray sweat under her stare.
"I heard they have a dancing princess of the battlefield that nearly took out a whole dark guild by herself." Said Kinana.
"A dancing princess?" Asked Lucy trying to picture which one it could be.
"Are you jealous?" Happy floating above Lucy making her mad.
"I thought that was the sword user that took out the dark guild?" Spoke up Laki.
As Jet and Droy jumped in with their input "Oh, and their guildhall can move."
Seeing as no one else was going to add anything else, Master Makarov jumped in again. "I see so that's all you know, what about the books they seem to use?"
This time it was Warren who spoke. "Not sure about that, it's the first we've seen it. But it might be a magic item to boost their magic?" Creating more questions than answering.
"No, I don't believe so." Everyone turned to see the First Master sitting on a support beam.
"Why's that First Master?" Asked a curious Makarov.
"Because that small boy doesn't have any magic power at all. And he had a book as well, though they might give the user a magic boost. I believe they hold a different purpose altogether." She finished.
"Like what?" Everyone in Fairy Tail asked, all wanting to hear the First Masters' opinion.
"I don't know." She said with a happy go lucky smile, making everyone faceplant.
