In the middle of a the circular room stood a red and black suit. Fashioned from the toughest materials around. It stood without a helmet in the floors recess as a metal clamp from the ceiling held it up right. No wings as he requested. Small rocket boosters work connected to the feet and back mainly for flight whenever needed. It was surprisingly slim for a hardsuit, It's armor was as good as the others with some enhancements in maneuverability. Jacob stood infront of it as the inner latches slid apart opening the frontal part of the armor for him to enter. Jacob stepped in the cold inner cushioning sending a chill up the spine. His tight over-suit did not keep the heat in at all, it was only flexible and only that. After stepping in he leaned forwards sliding his arms into the armored arms. His hand stopped just before the fingers each one sliding into a ring connected to a computer. Standing upright the frontal armor locked against the back part sealing it tight. The temperature rose to normal as Jacob tested his fingers. They were working normally along with his arms.

The girls watched from the control room as he did a quick test of the legs. A smile formed on his face as he looked up at them through the glass. Giving the thumbs up an approval. Sylia smiled as she triggers the speaker system.

"How's it feel?" She asked him.

"Like I'm wearing a snowsuit" Jacob joked.

There was an audible chuckle from the others as they looked though the large window at him. He was already climatized to the suit and he was ready to be cut loose of the mount. Bracing himself he took a deep breath.

"I'm gonna let you off so brace yourself" Sylia warned him.

Jacob nodded. With the flip of a switch the brace disengaged and Jacob staggered forwards from the sudden loss. The change was so sudden and so heavy he tripped over himself.

"Oh shit" He cursed catching himself before he fell.

Stepping out from the small recess in the foor Jacob moved deliberately as to judge his movements better. It was like he was wearing knights armour. The irony wasn't lost on him. He saw the side door side open and in walked Linna gesturing him to come closer. He swiftly moved whilst The others watched his moments and the readings the computer recorded.

"Everything is with parameters. He's adjusting real fast" Nene said, her gazed locked on the computer screen.

Priss agreed with a firm nod. Sylia saw Jacob and Linna enter the room. Everyone's attention quickly diverted to their newest member as he sheepishly stood in view.

"It works, what else can I really say?" Jacob said shyly.

"A bit sheepish isn't he" Nene whispered to Priss.

No guff. Jacob thought to himself. If nerves could kill I'd be dead. He just shrugged as he moved closer to Sylia who was happy with her work. Jacob was happy with the suit and hoped not to be using it today, he couldn't imagine storming Genom with the others. There was noway he was even remotely ready for it even with his foresight.

"Red looks good on ya, never though you pull it off though" Priss commented.

Jacob grunted and crossed his arms in a cold demeanor.

"Defined most of my life" Jacob sheepishly replied.

Leaning against the wall he gazed out the glass into where he had come from. Shaking his head he sighed deeply to himself.

"I'm not going tonight, I'm nowhere near ready" Jacob told all of them.

Sylia nodded in agreement to that. Jacob felt a bit better knowing that. Priss was a bit dismayed but she didn't voice it completely.

"Of course let's get you outta that thing" Priss said and she guided him to the far side of the wall.

"It's pretty comfy. Like a hug" Jacob said rather absently.

Hatches disconnected as the front armor hissed forwards and the legs loosened. Priss helped him out to feel him shivering from the sudden temperature change.

"Should have adjusted temps" Linna said as Jacob continued to shiver.

Jacob nodded as he was handed a towel.

"Thank you" He meekly thanked.

Priss smiled as Jacob took a seat as he looked at his shining armor. Next time he would join, not now...Sylia needed to kill Mason not Jacob.

Mason looked at the large computer screen before him, trapped in deep thoughts. The blue glow didn't effect his closed eyes as images flashed across the screen. It was all being beamed to his mind though a cybernetic in the base of his neck. He had used it too make back ups to ensure his continued existence. He wasn't one to be a fool, a heart rate monitor hooked to his heart which would send a signal out upon his death. He was sure Martin was coming to kill him, to exact his revenge. I won't go down to easily. He mused as he had only found out who Sylia stingray was and he was surprised how Stingray's daughter had taken up arms against him with such little evidence that he truly committed the murder. He had done it and covered it up many years ago and though that was the very last of it, how wrong he truly was. Opening his eyes he pinched the bridge of his nose.

"Should have killed the bastard myself" Mason regretted.

Leaning up right he rubbed his eyes as his vison cleared. Suddenly alarms began to blare outta nowhere. Gritting his teeth he quickly stood and ran to the door. He came faster than I thought. Mason thought as a voice came onto the speaker system.

"Warning 4 attackers moving up the spiral. Deploy the combat models" A female voice said as he reached the elevator.

Keying the top floor he also keyed the comm.

"Prepare my armor, and make sure they reach me" He said coldly.

The elevator began to rise towards the roof as he took a long breath. Now he had to face his biggest mistake. Come at me martin and face me once and for all. Mason coldy thought. The elevator continued rising, all he had to do was make one stop before reaching the roof.

lJacob watched the girls exit the large truck as he drove while Mackie used the computer to keep up on their performances. Jacob turned off the spiral and began doubling back towards the gate which he smashed to bits. The boomers would focus on the Knight sabers and hopefully everything would go as planned. Jacob bit his lower lip in anticipation as the motorcycle engines roared away into the distance. Sylia and Nene were flying as Priss and Linna used those transforming bikes which he couldn't remember that name of them for the life of him. Racing past the gates he turned down the road and shifted up a gear.

"How they doing?" Jacob asked tensely.

Mackie watched the vitals as they the heart and pulse rates began to rise steadily. It was normal when it came to combat.

"Good, they'll be fine just get us as far from that tower as we can" Mackie responded checking the rear view too see nobody coming.

"I'm trying so don't hold your breath" Jacob clapped back turning off onto another road.

Combat boomers were larger than the models they were used too, taller flying and armed to the teeth!. Auto cannon fire was enough to make a man duck and run for it, except Priss who loved a challenge. The warning lights on her hud fleshed and she feathered the breaks. Tracer rounds raced passed her as she slid back. Letting go with her shooting arm, she saw the boomer flying on the outside as she raced up the spiral road. Her targeting computer took over adjusting her aim down too the millimeter, aiming just ahead of the boomer she squeezed the trigger. The metal rod shot out with a loud hiss and race though the night air and struck the extended parts striking the ammo within causing it to buckle to the right as it ditched it before it erupted into a brilliant fireball. It fired its back facing boosters it raced 20 meters infront of her. She skidded to a dead stop and her finger hovered over the missile fire button.

"Shit!" Priss cursed.

The targeting computer pinged and the target was locked. Depressing the button the rocket raced out and struck the boomer casing it to stager back from the explosion. Priss hit the gas hitting the boomer in the chest before racing over it.

"Suck on that ya hunk of metal!" She taunted over the sound of tires squealing.

The bike transformed around her and now with blaster in hand she began to brawl with the titan. Firing burst after burst of blue laser fire into the monsters body. It's body caved in on itself as it erupted into flames. Above a AD police helicopter saw the explosion and was now reporting it.

Linna with a well placed kick caused the large boomer she face to double back a few feet towards the edge. With a quick bust from the blaster it's balance was lost. Lasers ripped though it's body, right though the rockets used to fly as it fell over itself backwards. Engines flared as it smacked against the wall and slid down it till smashing into the road below!. Fuel exploded casing part of the great tower to shake and shudder.

"Got one!" She announced with a grin.

Sylia along with Nene reached the roof taking out a few combat boomers while flying. Both landed on the roof too see two figures, one boomer and the other a man in armor. The man's armor was black and grey and it's bulk wasn't as nearly as big as the boomer. Sylia stepped forwards as Nene did so nervously.

"Knight sabers?" Mason said sounding confused. "I expected Martin"

Sylia decided to play a bit dumb and not to give info on Jacob.

"No clue who he is, this is personal!" She replied venomously.

Mason folded his arms and grimaced. No Martin. He thought before giving the boomer the signal to attack. The lumbering titan raced forwards towards them in a blind rage. Nene used her booster to slide away as Sylia jumped over delivering a swift kick to its back. Landing closer to Mason who swung at her only to have her duck out of the way. Nene now duked with the boomer as she used her speed to keep at a safe distance and strike when the time was right. Just keep it at arms length and I'll be good. Nene told herself ducking under a punch.

Mackie was nervous despite Jacobs constant reassurances. It feel on deaf ears however as he stepped out of the parked truck. The large pyramid had gotten only a fraction smaller only now 15 miles away. It was odd but yet frightening at the same time. Now the Knight sabers fought to kill Mason to end the pain he let out into the worlds. Please go ok. He thought looking up to the stars beyond. In those stars he saw the world laid out for him in his minds eye. Everything ahead completely under his control. The thought repulsed him as he shook his head in dismay. Never would he do such a thing, never would he control anyone like how his parents controlled him into being a punching bag. Never would he ever be like them!.

Mason grabbed the teal colored Knight saber by the helmet tightening his grip as she struggled in his arms. Sylia suddenly felt fear as her face shield was swung upwards to reveal her face behind a pane of glass. Mason stood silent as he looked on in surprise. When he figured it all out part of him didn't want to believe it, but now it was staring back at him right in the face.

"Sylia stingray" was all he said as his Face shield swang upwards so he could see her with his own eyes.

She saw the shock on his face. Disbelief even that she was the thorn in his side. His grip began to tighten and the glass began to crack. Extending her arm blade she quickly shoved it right into his throat spilling blood onto her armor. He only gagged as he let go of her and staggered back the blade pulling from his neck causing even more blood to spill. He tried to speak but failed his vocal cords cut before falling face first in a puddle of his own blood. The life fading from his eyes as his heart slowed to a stop.

Nene killed the boomer thanks for the timely arrival of Priss and Linna who saw Sylia stab Mason in the throat. Now lying dead on the ground they approached their leader who looked blankly, she felt nothing despite taking the man's life who murdered her father, she felt empty. retracting the blade Priss swung her helmet back down over her face.

"Come on we're done here" Priss urged her.

Sylia snapped back to reality and nodded.

"Yes, before the police arrive" She responded.

Leon stood over the dead body of the executive and wondered why he was in battle armour of all things. They destroyed combat Boomer laid some distance away being examined by other officers who weren't to upset Jesse Mason bite the dust Leon included in that feeling. Deep penetrating wounds in the neck, He thought tilting the head up word with his foot. Talk about a close shave. He joked before turning around. Bringing his attention to the writing on the ground in blood. Something Mason wrote in his final moments of life. A clue.

"Sylia stingray" Leon muttered before stepping on the lettering and smearing it with his foot.
