"All done! Please be careful with your leg" leg?? That's what this thing is called. "Oh, and one more thing! What's your name?" I paused and thought about it my mind made me think Levi is that my name?? "Levi" the women smiled, and so did the man " I'm hanji, and the man next to me is Captian Erwin Smith, nice to meet you Levi" I rolled my eyes annoyed of this women called hanji. After my leg was messed with I was told I had to stay in this so-called bed till I could walk again. I don't know how I got here or where I'm from, but I hope I can return.

I've been stuck in this so-called bed for 3 days already, every time I tried to get up, and leave the man called Captain, and the woman called Hanji would always find a way to keep me busy and stay in bed. "How annoying" I spoke to myself. I looked at my left leg, and studied how it looked; it had a dirty cloth wrapped around the wound then the cloth with the two pieces of wood was wrapped to keep my leg from bending.
I felt grossed out that dirty cloth was touching my skin, so I tore it all off, when I got all of it off...my leg looked red around the wound area, it also was a bit bigger than my right leg. "Strange? What is happening?"
I lightly poked the big area, and felt pain, " tch!" I pulled my finger away, I whined to myself "this sucks" the only time I can act not so strong is when I'm by myself, I feel I can never show any sign of weakness around these people.
I glared at my leg wanting to punch out all my frustration, but I held back, instead, I swung my legs over the bed, and placed them on the wooden floor, "I might as well try to walk" I began to put pressure onto my legs, and little zips of pain were going through my leg. I fell to the floor like before, but I kept trying to take little steps at a time, so far, no one came down to see what I was doing, and so I kept trying, after a few minutes I decided I was done for the time being.
I jumped back onto the bed and laid back, I took another look at my leg, and noticed the wound was redder, and bigger it also felt worse than before. " annoying" I began to get more irritated by the minute.

Erwin pov
During the past three days of Levi staying here, he has done nothing but try to leave the bed, he didn't seem to know how to walk which was understandable since he was on a wood board for who knows how long. But today was weird he didn't leave the bed or his room
For half the day, he was quiet almost too quiet, maybe it's time we went down to check on him.
"Hanji" "yes Captain?" "Levi has been quiet for most
of the day, what do you think he is up to?" Hanji moved her hand to hold her chin, this was a habit of hers she seems to do every time she is thinking. "I don't have a good feeling about it Captain" I nodded I signaled for her to follow me to my once bedroom, I opened the door and found Levi to be glaring at his no longer bandaged leg. "Get out" Levi ordered "you see I can't do that" I responded, he then turned his gaze over to me and began to glare daggers.
"Why did you unwrap your splint?" "It's annoying". I pinched the bridge of my nose irritated as well, you see if you haven't figured it out already Levi was very stubborn and most of the time would not listen if he didn't want to, it may seem childish but that's how Levi personality is, he is very headstrong. "Hanji" "yes Captain" "is there any way you can build something to make him more comfortable to leave his leg alone, or make his leg heal faster?" "I can try" I sent her off to get working while i went and sat next to him on the bed.
He like usual scooted further away from me and kept a close watch on my every move. During the last 3 days I've also figured out that Levi trust no one at all, so this made it more difficult for him to sleep, he may never admit it but I can tell by the deep and grey eye bags. " look would you rather stay up on deck with us during the day?" Levi thought about it then gave a quick slight nod "okay how about to marrow you meet the rest of
The crew?" He glared again, he's gonna have to meet them sooner than later. " whatever I'm the Captain and you have to obey my order" "tch like I would do that"
"Don't test me Levi" I gave a stern warning he didn't back down though, I convinced him enough for the day, it was getting late so I left the room, Levi was refusing to eat, but we keep bringing him an apple in hopes he will eat later.
"Captain! Dinner is ready the others are already getting food" I nodded, "how close are we to reaching town rose?" "We should get there in two days" I nodded again Hanji followed behind me as we walked to the bunker of the ship.
After chatting and having fun with everyone we all went to bed, since Levi has been here I've been sleeping in the extra hammock, I don't mind but when we decided what were going to do with him will determine when I will get my bed back.
(Time skip to morning still Erwin pov)
I woke up first before the rest of the crew, everyone was snoring, and tossing around in their hammock. Once I got out of "bed" I began to walk up to the deck of the ship, as soon as I got to the top I could smell the ocean salt, it was lovely to wake up to every day. After stretching for the day I stomped my shoe against the deck waking
Up the still sleeping crew, I heard thumps and footsteps running up to the deck, everyone was awake now. "Get to your stations! I expect all of you to know what your job is without having to be told!" "YES CAPTAIN SMITH!" The crew shouted in unison, pleased I walked away back down the steps to Hanji quarters. "Morning Hanji" she waved "morning Captain!" I sat down in a chair next to her and looked at the contraption she had made.
The splint was made of wooden splits, holding both sides of the leg In place, in the center of where the top and bottom wood splits was another wood piece except this was cut into the shape of a circle with a cotton pad attached underneath of the circle, holding the knee in place, she then had leather straps attached to the splint keeping the leg from slipping out.
"Well done Hanji! You should make more and sell this! I bet many doctors would pay gold to use it!" Hanji began to laugh "thanks Captain, maybe I should make more" I patted her on the back "let's go see if Levi is awake then we can try it out" she nodded and we both stood up and left my room.
I knocked on the door, I heard a sudden shift and the bed squeak. I pushed open the door revealing Levi, once again glaring "morning Levi!" Hanji shouted he gave her a deeper glare "tch" was all he said, I noticed his eye bags were getting worse, he must be more irritated than usual. " we have a new splint for you it should be more comfortable than the last one" he nodded, Hanji came
over to him showing the contraption she made, she then showed him how it worked. "Since your wound hasn't healed yet we will have to wrap your wound" " fine hurry up," Levi said with an I'll kill you voice.
We wrapped up his leg, then placed the new splint on him, Hanji sinched the leather straps tight to keep his leg in. "All done! Now let's go to the deck" he nodded "do you want help?" I asked he glared at me "no" I could feel a sigh coming on, Levi began to take steps away from us, I and Hanji decided to stay behind him just in case he fell.
After a few minutes, his small steps got bigger and bigger, which was a good sign he was remembering how to walk again.
(That's what Erwin thinks In reality for Levi he is learning how to walk)
Levi almost fell but he caught himself and kept walking, when he finally reached the top he stopped moving.

Now that I could finally leave the bed I could see what was going on above me, I did almost fall but I caught myself in time, I had a mini heart attack when that happened, but I kept going and I'm glad I did because when I reached the top I was blown away by the colors in the sky. It was a mix of pink, yellow, and orange, the sun was still rising so it meant early morning.
I felt happy but I didn't show it, Smith came up next to me and so did Hanji, for the moment I didn't feel irritated. "Cool isn't it Levi," Hanji asked "tch! It's fine" was all I responded with "oh Levi as soon as we get to Town Rose we will be able to get you better-fitted cloths" I looked down to what Bushy brow was talking about, and then I realized the clothes were slowly slipping off my hips and shoulders. How embarrassing, I thought.
