CHAPTER FOUR

Gabon, Central Africa

They had traveled a few more miles when Tommy got a stronger signal, stopping him and Kat. "Lerigot's signal is getting stronger."

"Mind if we take a break, it's really hot out here." Kat asked with her hand on her forehead.

"Have some water." Tommy turned his back to her and she took the water cup from his pack.

"Water isn't the only thing you'll be needing today." Exclaimed General Havoc who appeared out of nowhere. His Chromites flanking him on both sides. "Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Havoc, General Havoc, brother of Divatox, Bringer of destruction, should I put you and the pink ranger on the list of death next red ranger?

Tommy and Kat Flank each other and get into a defensive position. "You ready?" Tommy inquired. "As I'll ever be." Kat responded.

"Foolish rangers allow me to bring Divatox your rotting corpses. Chromites, let's show our new friends just what they're dealing with, ATTACK!" General Havoc Commanded.

It was at this moment the chromites begin to rush at Tommy & Kat. They spread out and engage with the chromites, putting their martial arts moves to good use. Tommy engages in a fight with 3 chromites with spinning kicks and strong punches, dismantling them with ease. Kat lands a beautiful cartwheel kick knocking a chromite back, and lands a back elbow to another before landing a roundhouse to a third to send him crashing into the ground. Suddenly, more chromites join in the fight overwhelming Tommy and Kat, and backing them into a corner.

Tommy and Kat both give each other a look signifying that they need to morph as Tommy makes the call "IT"S MORPHIN' TIME!"

"ZEO RANGER I, PINK!" Kat exclaimed.

"ZEO RANGER V, RED!" Tommy exclaimed.

They get a burst of energy after they morph and turn back the chromites, its at this moment General Havoc jumps in "I guess it's time for my gallant debut." He says before he lands a flying kick right to Tommy's chest, knocking him back. "Whats this? I thought earths mightiest defense force would put up a better fight!" He said cockily.

"Heads up General! AIYAHHH!" Kat yelled out. General Havoc grabs her by her neck and tosses her into a tree, its at this point her powers are starting to fade in an out before she gets an extra boost of energy and tries to attack Havoc again, he grabs her arm kicks her in the stomach and tosses her aside. It's at this moment when Kat de-morphs completely, also hurting her leg as she again hits a tree.

Havoc notices this and laughs maniacally "I was told the Power of the Zeo Crystal was supposed to be the strongest power in the universe. If you can't handle your own powers how do you think you will be able to handle beings much stronger like my sister and I? I have no use for weaklings" He announces as he makes his way towards Tommy.

Tommy sees this and brings forth his Zeo V Power Sword. Havoc tightens his grip on his sword as Tommy gets into a stance. They then have a long extensive sword fight where they both seem evenly match. Tommy lets out an exasperated sigh before saying "Man I haven't had a monster hold his own against me since Goldar." General Havoc lets out a compliment "You are a worthy opponent Red Zeo Ranger, its a pity I must end this, I was just starting to have fun." He says before breaking the sword clash and striking Tommy across his chest.

Tommy falls back, hurt but okay for what just happened to him. General Havoc then gets a transmission from Divatox telling him to return to the ship. He turns to Tommy and tells him "We'll finish this later Red Ranger!" Before him and his Chromites teleport back to Divatox's ship.

"Zeo V POWER DOWN!" He exclaims, Kat then lets out an exasperated groan "KAT!" Tommy yelled, worried for his friend. "Are you alright?" Tommy asked his friend. "Yeah, I'm fine. You?" Kat answered. "Yeah," Tommy told looked down at her leg and saw a nasty cut. "My leg," She said, "Let's wrap that. Can you walk on it?" He asked her. Kat nodded. "Yeah," Tommy grabbed two sticks and tore off a couple strips from his shirt. He tied the sticks to her leg and they continued going.

Meanwhile in Angel Grove Park, Adam & Tanya have their hands full with the Piranhatrons, even when fully morphed they're too much to handle. "Man we can't even scratch them!" Adam says as he deflects a Piranhatrons kick, "I know I'm starting to feel like Jason when he lost the Gold Ranger Powers." Tanya responded. "Don't give up yet Tanya, I haven't got that much left in me either but we gotta press on!" Adam exclaimed.

"Well look at this the rangers losing their powers so soon and here I thought the Power Rangers were supposed to be the strongest beings on Earth. This is pathetic I thought there would be more of a fight? Piranhatrons, finish them off and head back to the ship! There's no use for me to get my hands dirty with these weaklings." Divatox commanded as she teleports back to the ship.

Billy is back in the command center monitoring the fight when he notices that Kat's morpher has went offline and both Adam & Tanya are both losing power as the fight goes on. "Oh man they're really getting their butts handed to them." Billy said. "What seems to be the problem Billy?" Alpha questioned. "Our worse fears have come true Alpha. The Zeo powers are starting to become too strong for the rangers to hold, think about how Jason lost the Gold Ranger Powers but with a quicker effect. Soon the only person that's going to have control of his Zeo powers is Tommy and even his powers will begin to drain out." Billy explained. "Ay Yai Yai whatever can we do?" Alpha questioned "I have just the thing Alpha, but I'm going to need your help." Billy requested as he led Alpha to another level in the Command Center.

Angel Grove Lake

"Why did you call me back here sister? I had those two on the ropes. They could've led me to Lerigot!" Havoc asked.

"We have Lerigot's wife and son locked in a cage on the below deck. We'll give the rangers a little glimmer of hope once they've found Lerigot. Then take that hope away from them!" Divatox explained.

"And have you found me my two humans of purity and strength?" Divatox continued.

"Yeah," Rygog said. "Check them out, I even scrambled their brains." He told her, showing her Bulk and Skull.

"Are you out of your mind?" She asked, "My idea was to Rule Maligore, not make him loose his lunch." She told Rygog, slapping his face. "I am giving you one more chance, don't blow it." She told him.

"Remember that I am working with you not FOR you sister! Don't ever pull me out of battle when I'm winning again!" Havoc Commanded, walking away to his quarters, leaving Divatox to her vices.

Gabon, Central Africa

Tommy was looking at the navigator, trying to figure out where they were.

"Man, we're headed in the right direction, but the signal's getting fainter." Tommy said, looking from the navigator to his surroundings.

"He's weakening from the sun's heat." Kat told Tommy. "We have to find him quickly, before he gets any worse." Tommy nodded and they started walking again.

They got to Lerigot's location and Tommy put the navigator in the waist of his pants once he hears a familiar voice. "Tommy! Kat!" Aisha yelled excitedly. "Oh man I wish we could've reunited with each other under better circumstances! Allow me to introduce you to Lerigot!" Aisha explained.

"Alpha ..." Lerigot said, not very coherent because of the heat.

"Alpha." Tommy repeated. "I'm Tommy and this is Kat." Kat leaned on a rock and Lerigot started to slowly move towards her. "Yeah, we're here to take you to Alpha." Tommy told Lerigot.

Lerigot looked over at Kat, making Tommy help her over to a rock closer to Lerigot, so that he didn't have to move far. Lerigot went over to her and pointed his hand at her leg and began chanting in his language. Gold sparkles flew out of his hand and a golden glow wrapped around her leg, healing it. When he finished, Kat looked at her leg, wide eyed, then looked at Tommy.

"He healed my leg." She untied the sticks from her leg and looked at it, rubbing where the cut had been. Tommy looked down at where the cut was not even a minute ago. She grinned at Tommy and then looked at Lerigot. "Thank you, Lerigot." Lerigot started swaying because of the heat, they got him in the shade and then Kat lifted her communicator to her mouth. "Alpha, we've got Lerigot, we're good to go for teleportation."

"It was good seeing at least two of you guys again! Send the others my love and well wishes guys. I miss my old friends in Angel Grove." Aisha said with a smile, knowing this this was a farewell for the moment. Kat and Tommy both leaned in and hugged Aisha before grabbing a hold of Lerigot and preparing for teleportation. "We miss you too! Thank you so much for all of your help today" Kat said. "Always remember Aisha, Once A Ranger..." Tommy said enthusiastically.

A moment later Kat, Tommy, & Lerigot were teleported in a streak of Pink, Red & Gold.

"Always a ranger!" Aisha responded looking up in the sky at the beams of light that just teleported away. Aisha took one moment to pause and reflect, then began the journey back to her village, smiling, hoping one day she would see all of her friends again.

Authors Note: I hope you like the fourth chapter, and my relsolution on how the rangers are losing their powers, in the original story we never got any type of explanation it was like the writers just went with what they had. I hope you guys like the Aisha cameo as well. It just made sense to use her for this story since the last time we saw her on Power Rangers she was in Africa! I just wanted to add her in and at least have her help out in some way
