CHAPTER SIX

Command Center

At the Power Chamber, Billy and the Rangers are working on the computers. He said, walking over to Kat, Alpha, and Adam. "Level stabilizers off eight point zero" He told the three. "Full throttle Power." He told Adam.

"Ok." Kat said, pressing a few buttons. "All systems go here." She said pressing a few buttons, the screen in front of her showed five images that seems like cars, in the colors red, green, yellow, blue, and pink.

"The zords you are now creating possess the power to take you safely on your quest to the Nemesis Triangle," A panel in the wall went up and the rangers went forward. "To rescue Lerigot, his family, and our friends," Zordon tells the rangers, who are walking up to the room that has their new Zords. "Behold your new Turbo Zords." Zordon finished, as the teenagers looked at the Zords.

"They're just ordinary cars." Tanya commented. When she said that all the Zords started revving their engines and turning on their headlights.

"No Tanya, they are extraordinary cars." Zordon tells the yellow ranger. "Vehicles equipped with the power and velocity of Turbo technology, we thank you Billy for your incredible invention." Billy looked up with a smile "Thanks Zordon, I couldn't have done it without Alpha." Billy explained. "Individually they are powerful fighting machines, but when merged together you form the Turbo Megazord, the most powerful Zord ever created." The rangers then stare at the Zords that have now started moving forward. "Adam, Desert Thunder is yours to command. Katherine, yours is called Wind Chaser. Tanya, Dune Star is your Turbo Zord. And Tommy, Red Lightning will serve you well." Zordon told the rangers, making each one smile.

Adam asked. "But, what about Rocky's?"

It was quiet for a second and then Billy spoke up. "I think I can help with that, at least until Rocky is healed enough to take the power back, but the Aquitians can work miracles, not only were they able to restore me back to my age but they were also able to detract the negative proton energy from my body." Billy explained.

The other rangers look on in amazement, when Adam spoke up. "So does this mean you want to become a ranger full time again?

"If this was a 2 years ago I would've loved to become a ranger full time again. Billy said. "But right now my friends are short a ranger, and I'm the only option. I only want to be the Blue Ranger until Rocky heals up. Think of this as one last adventure with each other before we all depart for college, remember when we return from this we have to walk the stage together." Billy reminded them. "Even though I graduated last semester Principal Kaplan is going to let me walk the stage with you guys, so for one last time..." Billy continued, putting his hand in. "Are you with me?"

Tommy, adds his hand in with Billy's, then Kat, Adam & Tanya all join in. "Good to have you back with us Billy, even if it's only for this short time." Tommy exclaimed happily.

It's at this time an incoming transmission comes in from Rocky, "Hey guys. How is it going?" He said excitedly!

"Whats up Rocky? It's good to hear you sounding better!" Kat said happy that their friend is feeling better.

"Yea the doctor says I'm making good progress, but anyway we have an incident, Justin was hiding under my bed when you guys teleported out of my hospital room. I'm sending him down to the Power Chamber, maybe he can be an assistant to Billy, the kid is a genius you know, this will be a way he can keep his head above water and his mind off things while we figure things with the shelter. Oh yea Billy you'll get a kick out of this, he just made his own communicator so he should be teleporting in right about-"

A stream of white light teleports in to the Command Center.

"Now." Rocky continued. "Hi guys!" Justin said excitedly. "Wow this is awesome! You guys are the Power Rangers! This is too cool! Anything you need me to do to help out around here I'm all for it!" Justin continued.

"Incredible!" The Rangers said, with Billy looking on with more astonishment.

"I would like to extend a warm welcome to you Justin, but I must stress that in your excitement you are the only other person that hasn't been a ranger before who knows the identity of the Power Rangers, it is imperative that this information remains a secret, Alpha has conducted an analysis of your background and has determined that you're a model citizen. You've already shown yourself to be loyal, fair , and most important, trustworthy. Therefore the Rangers, Alpha and I ask that you take a solemn vow never to reveal the secret of the Power Rangers identities." Zordon explained.

"I'll take that vow. You can count on me. I'll never betray you." Justin said with a serious tone.

"Then repeat after me." Zordon commanded. "I swear upon the forces of light within the Morphin' Grid..."

Zordon continued. "To maintain the secret of the true identities of the Power Rangers."

"Thank you and again welcome Justin Stewart, our new friend and ally." Zordon finished.

"So Alpha, can you debrief me on the situation?" Justin inquired.

"Yes Justin, follow me and I'll explain everything." Alpha said and led him to another part of the command center.

As Alpha explains everything to Justin, The Rangers stand in-front of a table with their respective colors. Adam looks at the morphers and keys in front of him in amazement. "You're telling me these are our new morphers Billy? He inquired. Yes five keys that are similar to Lerigot's Golden Key. Billy explained. Individually, they will power up your vehicle and give you access to your morphing powers. Put together and only together, they are powerful enough to see you safely through your mission. No reach out rangers and accept your destiny." Zordon added in.

"Ready?" Tommy asked, placing his hand in the middle over a hole where a light was coming through. The other rangers nodded and put their hands with Tommy's.

It started to glow brightly encasing their wrist and Tommy yelled out, "Go!" making them throw their heads back and they slammed their hands onto the morpher in front of them, encasing them in their Turbo suits.

"Wow!" Tommy looked down at his gloved hands. "I've never felt anything like this!"

"This is great!" Kat says happily.

"Alright," Tanya yells out.

"This is awesome!" Adam said.

"This is incredible." Tommy says. "Alright, let's go to work."

"Right behind you," Adam said, following his leader.

"Wait for me." Tanya replied.

"Let's do it! Billy are you okay?" Kat stated, stopping the other rangers in their tracks.

Billy looks at the gloves of the Blue suit that just encased him. "Its been a long time but, BACK TO ACTION. God it feels good to finally say that!

They went out to the main room of the Power Chamber, stopping in front of Justin. "All systems check out, your Zords are programmed and ready to go." Justin told the Rangers.

"Man you catch on quick Justin!" Billy told his new protege. "Yea it happens when you have a fully sentient multifunctional automaton to explain the situation to you, Alpha is really cool! Follow me guys!" Justin said as he led the team to a table, he pressed a button and a 3D display of a map came up, he then began to give the rangers direction, "Take your Zords across the Great Desert to the Sea." Justin explained, pointing at a particular location on the map. "There you will find the Ghost Galleon, a phantom ship." then a second screen popped up on the table showing them the ship they were supposed to be looking for. "This ship will take you and the Zords to the Nemesis Triangle." Zordon added on.

"Justin, I've been trying to add a 3D Map to this computer terminal and a second screen for the last 3 years, how did you do it so fast?" Billy inquired. "Well I've been working on this too, but I saw the AI you've been using and added a new processor that I built, it seems like we both needed what the other had." Justin replied causing Billy to give him a fist bump. "Justin you're a young prodigy! Where have you been these last few years." Billy asked rhetorically. "Angel Grove Middle School for Arts & Sciences, I just graduated 8th grade and won't be at the high school until next fall." Justin responded.

Tommy asked "Before we get back to the subject matter at hand I must ask, how old are you Justin?" Justin replied "I'm 14 years old guys. Now lets get back on track."

"You must merge the power of your Keys the moment you cross into the Triangle." Alpha warned the rangers.

"The combined powers of your keys and the Galleon will see you through safely. Neither the ship nor your zords will be detectible by Divatox." Zordon told them.

"Ay, yi. yi. Good luck rangers." Alpha says.

"Thanks Alpha." Tommy says, giving the Robot a thumbs up.

"Alright guys, let's power down and then head out." Tommy told the other rangers.

"Right," The others said.

"Power Down!" They all yelled unmorphing.

"Good luck, and may the Power Protect you." Zordon said to them.

They all nodded and then headed for their new Zords.

The rangers were in their vehicles, driving through the desert, heading for the Ghost Galleon.

"Oh man, this is awesome." Tommy said, looking around.

"Desert Thunder, ready to rumble." Adam said into his headset from inside his zord.

"Wind Chaser, ready to Howl." Kat replied.

"Mountain Blaster, ready to Rock." Billy said into his headset with a smirk.

"Dune Star's gonna shine!" Tanya said smiling.

"Red Lightning, ready to bolt." Tommy said with a determined look on his face.

"All systems go Tommy." Adam told his leader.

"All right, let's rip some velocity. Shift into Turbo!" Tommy said shifting. They all did the same with grins on their faces, they started to speed off.

"Woohoo!" Adam cheered.

Divatox's Ship

Back in Divatox's sub, she was looking through the scope. "Hmmm. No Power Ranger in sight, I suspect Zordon has something up his sleeve and I'll be right there to foil his plans!" Divatox said, walking up beside Rygog.

"Uhh … I'm not a veterinarian. But I think it's dying." Rygog said pointing as Lerigot.

"Oh! We can't let that him before he opens the gateway of Muranthias and free my betrothed!" Divatox said.
