French Quarter

Hope took a last bite of the decadent chocolate cake and moaned. Klaus had taken her shopping, then to a movie, and now out to eat. It was late and they were both getting tired.

"Dad, I can't eat anymore. I'm stuffed!" Hope exclaimed.

"That's alright, sweetheart. I don't want you to throw up," Klaus smiled.

"Oh my God, I was five! You let me have all that cotton candy and then ice cream...Then, we went on the merry-go-round!" Hope remembered.

"But you were having such a good time! I didn't want to spoil your fun," Klaus admitted.

"Mom was so pissed!" Klaus raised his eyebrows at the language.

Hope smirked, "Sorry, Daddy. But I'm not a kid anymore. Even though I get treated like I am around here."

Klaus softened and put his hand over hers, "I know, luv. I know you don't want to talk about it, but I had some harsh words for your uncle." Hope pulled her hand away in alarm.

"You did? I mean...Uncle Elijah is strict and not fun like Uncle Kol or Marcel, but Dad, he...I don't know. He got Mom and me to make up." Hope looked down at her lap.

Klaus looked around the small cafe' and lowered his voice, "But he struck you! I should have been here and I am sorry I wasn't. But I will not have you...beaten by your own family members, not like I was. I never wanted that for you. When we brought up Marcel, things were different and he was a handful. Elijah was firmer with him, I'll admit..."

Hope looked up into her blond haired father's blue-green eyes, "Dad, Uncle Elijah was here. You weren't. I don't think you get the right to be mad at him." Hope grabbed her jacket and walked out into the street.

Klaus stared at her vacant seat a moment. Had he been too harsh on his brother? Klaus got up and followed his teenage daughter into the street.

"You look so much like your mum when you're angry. I hope you grow up to be as strong and formidable as she is, not foolish like me. Sweetheart, look at me," Klaus said calmly. "I was wrong to leave here. I thought with you away at school and everyone else was involved in a relationship, that I wasn't needed. I see now that I was needed."

"So you won't go back to Europe?" Hope said tearfully with wide eyes. "I promise I won't. Not unless you are with me. But you know what this means?" Klaus asked coyly.

"What? I'm not sure I want to know," Hope replied.

"The next time you get yourself in hot water, you will have me to deal with," Klaus warned.

Hope stopped in mock horror, "No, Dad, don't take away my tv time or cut my allowance! Anything, but that."

"You keep swearing and talking back and I will take that mobile phone you seem to have developed such a fancy to," Klaus threatened.

Hope's smile froze, "You wouldn't. Dad, come on! Leave the cruel and unusual punishments to Mom. She made me apologize to Lisina and Henry today in the Bayou." "How is he doing?" Klaus said putting a reassuring arm around his daughter.

"Not good. They are getting threats. Lisina thinks the pack will turn against him. He never really fit in before this...Do you think that he can come stay with us?" Hope inquired softly.

"A teenage boy in my house with my teenage daughter? Absolutely not!" Klaus snapped.

"Dad, Henry is gay. Well, I'm pretty sure he is. He has zero muscle mass, acne, and I'm not trying to be rude, but he's not cute. I just feel bad," Hope confessed. "Gay? Maybe Josh would take him under his wing a little. Let me talk to your mum and Elijah. We can work something out. Baby vamps need a lot of supervision and hybrids are a hundred times more powerful. I am proud of you for taking responsibility like this," Klaus said pulling Hope close and kissing her on the forehead.

"Thanks, Dad," Hope said. Her cell phone buzzed in her back pocket. She pulled it out and looked at the message. "Um, Dad, we have a problem. Henry is at our house. He said he thinks he killed someone," Hope reveal shakily.

"Come on, let's go," Klaus said. Hope was rooted to the spot.

"If he did, it's my fault. Oh my God, I'm responsible for anything he does now," Hope blurted.

"Hogwash. You are a very exceptional child who made a mistake! Now, let's see if we can help," Klaus said pulling her with him to the car.

The Compound

Freya found the bloody newly made hybrid boy standing outside the Compound. She figured out he was in shock and got him inside. Hayley came down after hearing the commotion.

"Henry, what happened?"

"I had to leave the Bayou. The threats were too bad. Um, I got...hungry and I think I killed someone," Henry's thin form was shaking and pale. Henry curly brown hair was messed up and he kept nervously pushing it back. His white shirt was stained in blood.

Hayley asked Freya if she was okay and rushed out to retrace his steps. She found a bleeding woman one street over. Hayley healed her and compelled her to forget the incident. Hayley came back home and found Klaus and Hope there.

"Let's get Henry a blood bag and a bed. We can talk to Lisina tomorrow about him staying here," Klaus said.

Hayley was surprised, but pleased. Then, she recalled the bruises she saw on Elijah's backside. "Hope, take Henry up and get him settled with your aunt. I would like to speak to your father a moment," Hayley said in an acid tone.

"Okay. Come on, Henry," Hope said taking him up the grand staircase to the second floor. There were several empty bedrooms to choose from.

Hayley pulled Klaus into Elijah's study, "What the hell is wrong with you?" Klaus was confused, "Hope said the boy is gay. I thought you would be pleased. I am sorry..."

"I'm not talking about Henry. I am happy about that. I'm talking about your brother. You know, the brother who devoted 1000 years of his life to you, that brother!" Hayley spat.

"Yes, I am aware of Elijah. What of him?" Klaus asked archly.

"He has bruises all over his backside. How dare you? I told you that the spanking he gave our daughter was well-deserved and probably long overdue!" Hayley roared.

Klaus blinked, "Hayley, calm down a,-"

Before Klaus could finish, Hayley slapped him across the face. "Oh my God, Klaus. I didn't mean to," Hayley said covering her mouth. She had slapped Elijah before when he hadn't kept a promise to her. She blamed it on pregnancy hormones and her wolf temper, but she had never hit Klaus.

Klaus' eyes flashed yellowish orange for a second, but he stood his ground. "It's fine, Hayley."

Hayley reached up to touch the red mark on his face, "I'm sorry. I snapped. Elijah's still not healing...Could you talk to Freya?"

Klaus bit his lip, "Of course. May I speak to him?" 'He's sleeping. We had a bit of a night ourselves."

"I didn't mean to be so hard on him, Hayley. You are right, Hope is fine about everything. I'm sorry," Klaus said quietly.

Hayley asked, "Did you two have fun?"

"We did. She is the one who brought up the idea of Henry staying here...before he attacked anyone," Klaus admitted.

"Really? I am surprised. I'm going to go check on them and then I think we all need to go to bed," Hayley said. "And Klaus, Again, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have hit you like that."

Klaus looked at her oddly, "What do you mean 'like that?'"

"Just that if you ever harm Elijah again, I may hit you, just not in the face," Hayley laughed.

"Hayley, did you just threaten to give me a hiding? You are a force to be reckoned with," Klaus marveled.

Hayley smirked, "Don't get any funny ideas, Klaus. You know, maybe it's time you started dating again?"

"I think I'd be better off sticking to my painting, but thank you. Oh hell, maybe I will head to Rousseau's for a drink after all," Klaus said.

"Have fun. Good night," Hayley said leaving the study. Klaus followed her out.

Then, he remembered he had to speak to Freya about lifting the spell. He'd go to Rousseau's tomorrow. Klaus found Freya tending to Henry and making him a sleeping tea. He would ask her about the spell tomorrow.

The Next Day

Klaus found Freya in her workshop. "Sister, Hayley mentioned that I might have left some bruises on Elijah...Can you lift the anti-healing spell?" Klaus asked.

"You what? You bruised him. Niklaus, I am so disappointed. You said you were going to have a talk and possibly have to discipline him for his own good. You said nothing about abusing him! You have made me a party to this," Freya fumed.

Klaus hung his head, "Hayley already slapped me. Go ahead, here's the other cheek."

"Stop it. Let me see if I can end the spell early. It's a little tricky," Freya said.

"Thank you," Klaus added.

"Was Hope playing around in my ingredients? Something is wrong here. Things are missing," Freya said in a panic.

Klaus called Hope up and asked if she was meddling with Freya's magical ingredients.

"Ah, I was looking for something. I didn't mean to mess up your spell, Aunt Freya!" Hope gulped. Freya turned on her, "Young lady, this is serious. Where are the crystals that are here? The herbs? I need them to reverse a spell I did for your father."

"I was doing a spell of my own and I destroyed them. I'm sorry," Hope said.

Freya looked at Klaus in alarm, "I can't undo the spell without the crystals!"

Klaus frowned, "Hope, you to your room. We'll speak about this later."

"But Daddy, I didn't mean to. It was an accident," Hope yelled.

Klaus turned, "I realize that, but you had no business being up here. Now, do as I asked, please."

Hope kicked a table knocking the leg out, "This is bullshit. I said I was sorry."

Freya's face was impassive, "Hope, you have no idea what trouble you have just caused. You need to go." Hope began to cry and ran out of the room.

"Klaus! Freya! Come quickly, Elijah is sick," Hayley yelled up the stairs. They ran up and found Elijah writhing on the bed.

"Did you fucking bite him, too?" Hayley accused Klaus.

Klaus looked horrified.

"Hayley, of course not. I didn't...Hope...," Klaus started.

"Hope, what?" Hayley demanded.

Freya was examining Elijah and feeling his forehead, "Damn, the healing spell is slowing his body functions now. Hayley, please, don't freak but...Hope tampers with my spell. She didn't mean to, but she destroyed some of the ingredients. I don't know how to fix this."

"Hope did what?" Hayley snapped. Klaus put a hand on her arm and Hayley promptly slapped it away.

"Hayley, she was looking around and...I sent her to her room. She feels badly." "She is going to feel a lot worse when I am done with her. Klaus, did she do this on purpose? Because he punished her?" Hayley said starting to weep.

"No, no, she was snooping around. Let's focus on getting Elijah better," Klaus said watching Freya run some tests on him.

Freya turned to them, "There is a witch doctor I know who practices in Algiers. We could try him. I'll call a contact I have...I need someone to wipe the original spell clean. I need to draw from a natural event or power source...This guy uses other methods. Give me a couple of minutes. Watch him."

Klaus sat down by Elijah's bed and took his hand, "Brother, I'm here. I'm so sorry. I never meant to hurt you. Please be okay."

Hayley sniffed and said, "He can't die, Klaus. But I hate to see him suffer."

Klaus nodded, "Hayley, he will be okay. But I'm almost more worried about Hope facing her angry mother."

"Hope needs to learn to obey us, Klaus. We're not a regular family and it may not be fair to her, but with all her gifts, more is expected," Hayley explained.

Klaus nodded, "We'll have a talk with her. The three of us will sit down and have a long discussion. She has always been warned to stay out of Freya's workshop area alone. I wonder how she even got in. Freya always keeps it magically sealed."

Hayley shrugged, "She's smart like her daddy and doesn't like to be told no so..."

Elijah moaned, "Hayley?"

"Babe, I'm here. How are you feeling?" Hayley asked.

"Like I got run over by a truck. Niklaus? What's going on?" Elijah questioned.

"Don't try to sit up! Your naughty niece messed around with Freya's anit-healing spell. Rest. We're going to get you to the doctor," Klaus said calmly.

"I've never been to a doctor...," Elijah said passing out again.

Freya came in. "Niklaus, can you lift him? Raul can see us now, but we have to hurry."

Medical Clinic

Algiers

Elijah was coming to in the waiting room.

"Get me out of here!" Elijah hissed looking around the simple white waiting room.

"I want to go now!" Elijah tried to get out of the chair Klaus had sat him in. He easily pushed him back in the chair as Freya went to the reception desk. There was an older Black woman and a thin, scrawly white man who looked slumped over in the chair. "Is he alright?" the older woman asked with concern.

Klaus smiled, "He's just a little nervous. Apologies, ma'am."

"I said get me the fuck out of here!' Elijah roared.

Klaus looked at Hayley in alarm. Hayley's face grew stern. She leaned over and whispered in Elijah's ear. "You sit there calmly or when we get home that paddling you got last night will seem like nothing. Do you understand?" Hayley growled.

Elijah made a face and threw himself out of the chair. In his haste, he fell to the chair. Klaus tried to grab him and he began to struggle violently. "Brother, stop this! You are acting like a child," Klaus scolded in embarrassment.

The thin man was still slumped over but the old woman was looking on in disapproval. "My Marvin did that once. I whupped his behind right there...Never did it again," the woman murmured. Klaus smiled and tried again to get Elijah up.

"I want to go home! You bastard, let me up!" Elijah hollered. Freya came over and stared in horror. Hayley snapped,

"That's it. Get back in your seat or you're gonna get it right here!" Hayley took over and grabbed Elijah by the arm and lifted him into a kneeling position and began to spank him. Pow! Pow! Pow! He was still wearing the clean sweat suit they had dressed him in, which was now getting dirty from the floor.

"Ahhhhh, stop it. I need to leave...," Elijah wailed as he now clutched his aching butt. Hayley leaned over more and began to pepper the top of his thighs with smacks. Hayley pulled up Elijah and he stomped his feet and sobbed.

"Now back in your seat, mister!" Hayley insisted. She pushed Elijah down into the seat. He tried to pop back up when his behind made contact with the molded plastic seat but she held him there.

"You spanked me again!" Elijah sobbed. "Hush now, you are seeing the doctor to get you better. You are not yourself," Hayley commented. Freya saw the receptionist wave them back, "Come on, now let's get him up."

Elijah resisted and Klaus and Hayley had to pull him stomping and dragging his feet back to the exam room. Dr. Raul was a large man with dark skin and kind eyes. He had a heavy accent from the Caribbean. "Hello, there. I heard we had a spell go wrong? No problem," Raul said pleasantly. "Thanks so much for your help, Raul. You are a lifesaver. My brother is very old of sorts," Freya said. Elijah seemed to freeze and turned pale. "Are you from...Barbados? I take it from your accent," Klaus said politely.

"Yes, indeed. You have been?" Raul asked. "Not for a long time. Dr., can you help my brother? We've never had something happen like this before," Klaus concluded. "I will clear the original spell and then give him a series of vitamin shots to replace what he has lost. I imagine his body is cycling and burning through all the nutrients trying to heal itself," Raul explained. "Shots? No shots! I never had a shot," Elijah panicked. He tried to vamp to the door but Klaus clamped his hands down on Elijah's shoulders.

"Should I knock him unconscious? I'm sorry," Klaus said. "No, he must be awake," Raul explained. He got out the items for the clearing spell. Freya helped him and Klaus and Hayley pinned Elijah down. "Let me go! I'm going to get out of here," Elijah wailed kicking and scratching when he could. "Elijah Mikaelson, if you don't stop it. You are getting the paddle and the hairbrush when we get home," Hayley warned. "And the wooden spoon from me," Freya added. "Ouch, he better start to behave!" Raul laughed.

"Spell is done. Now the injections. I will prepare them." "You would think. I've never seen Elijah make such a fuss," Klaus said. Elijah roared in anger, "Niklaus, I will take off your damn head. Let me leave at once." "That's it," Hayley yelled. "You just will not listen." Dr. Raul seemed amused, "I need his trousers down for the shots. You will need to hold him still." Klaus gripped his brother tightly and Hayley yanked down Elijah's sweat pants and boxers. "Look, he's healing," Hayley said in relief. Elijah's bare buttocks were going from pink and blotchy to white and pale. Elijah kicked Klaus hard and let loose a string of obscenities that caused even Klaus to start to blush. Hayley exhaled and smacked Elijah's bare seat twice. Crack! Crack! Elijah stilled. Dr. Raul was able to swab Elijah's behind in alcohol and give him the first injection without incident.

Elijah felt the slight pinch and began to thrash and scream. "Stay still," Klaus ordered as he smacked Elijah's bottom himself several times. Whack! Whack! Whack. Dr. Raul did the second injection and the third. Elijah tried to bite Klaus at this point and Hayley looked around for something to spank Elijah with. Raul laughed his booming laugh. "We have something for children who misbehave here," Raul fished out a broken yard stick from a cabinet and handed it to Hayley. To Freya, "I have a safer and easier way for you to control his healing. I will show you before you leave." "Stay still or you are getting the yardstick on your sore bum," Hayley warned as she tapped it lightly over Elijah's rear. "No! No more Goddamn shots," Elijah cried hysterically. "My arse hurts too much." "Then, stop moving!" Hayley yelled in frustration. Thwack! Hayley whacked him a little below the bandaids in warning. tap. tap. She imagined the injection sites might be a little sore.

Dr. Raul was able to do the last two injections after Freya came over and held Elijah's legs. "If he does not return to normal, you must bring him back. However, I think the imbalance should be restored," Raul said as a grateful Hayley handed him back the yardstick. "Fuck offfff," Elijah almost slurred. "Come on, let's get you home. We're going to have a nice long chat about your behavior," Hayley warned. "Hayley, I'm sorry. Please don't smack me again. I'm sore and sick," Elijah complained.

"You are gonna be a mite sorer before the night is through. I am never been so damn embarrassed. Even when Hope threw those eggs at the grocery store...Or Kol pantsed me at the Christmas party," Hayley grumbled. Freya and Klaus profusely thanked the doctor, as Hayley replaced Elijah's pants carefully. Raul explained how to control the healing in a safer manner and then they left the clinic. Raul would not accept any payment. There may come a time when he would need a favor.

The ride home was tense. Freya sat in the backseat of the SUV with Elijah and asked him how he felt. "Better, thanks. But Freya, I'm never getting shots again, okay?" Elijah said in a near whisper. "Elijah, why were you so afraid? I've never seen you afraid of anything," Freya asked gently. "I don't know. You won't let them...spank me again, will you?" Elijah pleaded.

Hayley turned around to scold Elijah in the backseat from her passenger seat, "You were warned about your behavior. I know you were ill and scared, but that is not an excuse. Do you understand?" Elijah crossed his arms and looked out the window glumly. Freya was astounded. "Elijah, Hayley is speaking to you!" Freya said sternly. Elijah continued to pout. Klaus looked at his brother in the rearview window. Between his brother and his daughter, he was worried. The Compound Hayley went around to let Elijah out of the back seat. He flung open the door and stomped through a mud puddle splashing her, too. "Dammit, Elijah!" Hayley chided him. Elijah continued in the house alone. Hayley vamped after him.

"That's not like him to get dirty. What the hell is going on?" Klaus asked. Freya pointed up to the gallery outside of Hope's room. They saw smoke and heard laughter.

"I think we have a problem," Freya announced. Klaus vamped up to the gallery via the outside, no caring if any humans saw him. "You two are smoking and drinking? What the hell is going on?" Klaus hissed. Hope winced, "Dad, I thought you were with Uncle Elijah!" "Because of you meddling with Freya's spell. How did you get in her room? Put out that cigarette! Henry, is that my cognac? Bloody hell, I cannot deal with this tonight," Klaus said bitterly. "Deal with it? Well, don't. Just hop on a plane and leave. I know that's what you are planning to do anyway," Hope accused. "Hope, you are drunk. Go to bed. Henry, you two. We will discuss this in the morning," Klaus said.

Henry looked terrified. "S-Sorry, sir, we were just talking." "Henry, I am not going to kill you. I don't know what you heard, but you are in a lot of trouble," Klaus informed him. Henry trotted off. Klaus took the cognac and the cigarettes. Hope sighed, "Where's Mom? How's Uncle Elijah?" "I can see how worried you were," Klaus sniped. "Dad, I'm sorry. I was worried, okay? It was my fault. Please don't tell Mom about this. She'll probably ground me forever and worse," Hope intoned solemnly.

"We both love you, Hope. But we don't always like your behavior. That doesn't take away how we feel about you, you know that right?' Klaus asked suddenly. "I guess," Hope said tearfully. "Go on. To bed. You will tell your mum about this in the morning," Klaus said pulling his daughter to him and kissing her. "Night," Hope said weakly.

"Sweetheart, take a shower. You smell like a bar," Klaus smiled slightly. He knew Hayley was going to hit the roof. Maybe she was right about everything...

Hayley and Elijah's Room

"Get in the tub," Hayley said. "You got mud all over you."

Elijah frowned, "Only if you promise not to, you know..."

"Give you a spanking? Nope, no chance. Now get in!" Hayley ordered again.

"Can't I take a shower?" Elijah protested. He took the bandaids off where he got the shots.

"I'm getting the paddle," Hayley said getting up and going back into the bedroom. Elijah paled again and finally got in the giant bathtub. "I'm in. Hayley, I am in," Elijah called. Hayley came back in holding the paddleball paddle that had swatted his bottom yesterday.

"No! That thing stings too much!" Elijah groused. "Wait, until you feel it on a wet ass!" Hayley warned. "What?" Elijah said settling down in the water. Hayley signed and set the paddle on the edge of the bathtub.

"I had this one foster family that had a pool. The mom warned us kids not to get in when no adults were around. The mom went to get the phone or something for a minute. Of course, we dared each other to dip in and out before she noticed. Apparently, we were too stupid to realize that she would notice our bathing suits were wet. That's when I learned getting spanked hurts more on a wet behind," Hayley explained. "I'm sorry you had to go through that," Elijah said washing himself slowly.

"It's fine. We deserved it and then she let us cool our butts down in the pool after. I liked that family actually. I think they would have kept me, but she got pregnant again," Hayley mused.

"I meant, I'm sorry you had to go through foster care. You deserved a family," Elijah said. "Oh, thanks. But Elijah, every kid deserves that. They were kids who had it a lot worse than me in the system. If we can give back to kids like Henry, we can make a difference in a small way," Hayley said. "You're a good person. Sorry, I was giving you such a hard time tonight. You're not really going to spank me again, right?" Elijah said in a pouty tone. "Yes, I am. Now, hurry up and finish. You are stalling," Hayley clarified.

"No, I'm not!" Elijah argued. Hayley leaned over took him by the arm and jerked him up on his knees. "Lean over," Hayley ordered as she grabbed the light wooden paddle. Crack! Crack!

"Ouch!" Elijah yelped as the paddle danced over his soapy bottom. Hayley was using her wrist and not smacking hard, but Elijah was trying to wiggle out of the way. Crack! Crack! Crack! Crack! "Stop moving. You are getting paddled whether you like it or not," Hayley said firmly. Hayley spanked until Elijah's behind was pink and he was crying intently.

"Are you ready to behave?" Hayley asked leaving no part of his rear untouched. "Yesssss, please, stop!" Elijah whimpered. "Let's rinse you off," Hayley said briskly. She then got a towel and helped Elijah out of the tub. His behind was rosy, but the water was water, so she wasn't entirely sure how effective the paddle had been this time. "I think I also promised you a dose of the hairbrush," Hayley reminded Elijah as she took him in their bedroom to dress. "NO!" Elijah stomped.

"I have had enough. I won't let you." Hayley turned him promptly and yanked up the towel to paddle some sense into her wayward lover. He danced and tried to get out of her grip, but she didn't let him budge an inch. Elijah sobbed that he would cooperate. Crack! Crack! Crack! Crack1 Hayley put his pajamas on him, leaving out his underpants. She figured his bottom might already be too sore. "I have my brush here. I know there is no use for me to wear my hand out on your Original vampire ass," Hayley smirked.

"Then, after this, you are getting an early bedtime. No reading tonight." She pushed Elijah over the bed and cracked his behind with the brush several times. Smack! Smack! Smack! Smack! Elijah fought to stay bent over and keep his hands out of the way. Hayley swatted him another minute and then yanked down his pants. "I'm giving you ten more with the paddle and then we will call it a night," Hayley said. "You are going to stay over my lap and hold your position because you know you deserve the paddle for your behavior. After this, you are forgiven and we move on." "Alright, I'm r-ready," Elijah squeaked. She sat down on the bed and pulled Elijah over her lap. He went willingly. Hayley rubbed his pink rear and then gripped the wooden paddle. She patted him with it before delivering the first hard swat on his right cheek. Pop! Pop!

Elijah kicked out and exhaled loudly. Pop! Pop! Hayley whacked his right cheek hard. Hayley spanked Elijah in the center of his behind for the next six paddle swats. Pop! Pop! Pop! Pop! Pop! Pop! He kicked and fussed, but managed to stay in place. He pounded his fists into the comforter and just collapsed. He was spent. Hayley tossed the paddle down and rubbed his back. "All done...Have you learned a lesson here?" Hayley asked. "Yes, I d-did. Don't act up at the d-doctor's," Elijah mumbled.

"Or?" Hayley prompted now rubbing his backside.

"I get spanked...on my wet backside," Elijah sniffed. Hayley laughed and stood him up. Elijah went to pull up his pants. Hayley stopped him. "Do you want to go back over my knee? Hmm, pants down. I'm getting the cream," Hayley smiled.

"Yes, ma'am," Elijah answered. He rubbed his stinging, arching backside quickly. He was healing, but he hadn't had much blood. Elijah felt silly with his pants down, but getting the cream rubbed in wasn't so bad. Hayley had a soft touch when she wanted to. Elijah was started to feel more like himself. He really wasn't sure what had come over him at the clinic. The thought of more needles made him shiver with fear. Before he could think about it again, Hayley had him over her lap again, but this time to soothe the sting she had earlier created. Elijah was not ashamed to admit that he immediately obeyed. Sometimes it was nice to be in love with an Alpha.
