thunderofdeath97: No it wasn't. They established early on that you could not Digivolve normally while Ken's Dark D3 was linked to the Control Spires. Made super clear. Only when they where damaged/Ken stopped being the Digimon Emperor did that stop happening. They did not break that rule once. They loopholed around it by damaging but not destroying the towers so you could see the OG Champions again but that was it.
Also you are literally discounting over half the entries to say 02 is the worst.

The DigiDestined were going to ready for their adventure, but if it was going to be a long trek, they were going to need some supplies. Mimi flicked her green glasses case open, pulling out her glasses. They were a pair of silver lens and light-green framed glasses with a dark green teardrop on one of the sides of the hinges, just to show who owned them. "Wow, Izzy really went all out on these."
"Yeah." TK agreed as he opened his own yellow case. Inside, were a pair of yellow framed glasses, tinted blue lenses with a symbol of a dark yellow sun and a ray of light going sideways on the hinge of the glasses.
"So, where should we go first?" Kari asked, opening her pink case and revealing her own glasses. A pair of pink framed glasses with a pink flower symbol on the sideways hinges
"I'd be happy to go to the Ferris wheel." Mimi commented as she grabbed Tai's arm, trying to subtly drag him away
"Oh, um. Okay." Tai answered. "We'll meet up, okay Kari?"
"Hey!" Kari called
"Wait! Look out!" Joe called in worry

"Hi." Matt said casually as he put his glasses on. Blue framed with extra tinted lenses, giving him a bigger 'cool guy' look as the symbol of the crest of friendship was emblazoned on the hinges ... "Wow..." He whispered as the glasses truth was revealed to him
"Matt? You okay?" TK asked in concern.
"You put your glasses on yet?" He whispered
"Err, no. Hang on... Holy crap." TK answered, putting them on and his eyes widened in the revelation.
TK could now see the Digital Waves, it was like being interfaced in a VR game.

Tai and Mimi were walking together, since they promised to earlier. "Ah, this is nice." Mimi whispered.
"Yeah... When was the last time we went out together, Meems?" Tai asked casually.
"I won't lie, it's been a while. But, let's have some fun; okay?" she smiled
"Hear, hear!" Palmon cheered as she heard that.
"Ignore them, oh it's you." Agumon jokingly responded, making Palmon laugh.
"You dope." Palmon responded, pushing him.
"Hey, what's that over there?" Tai asked, pointing to a cart
"Huh?" Mimi blinked and followed his eye line
Tai was pointing to a takoyaki cart, where a line was just growing shorter. "Fancy something to eat?"
"Oh, yes, that sounds great." Mimi answered with a small blush.
"Any flavour?" Tai asked as they got closer to the cart.
"Oh, maybe some spring onions sprinkled on top." Mimi answered.
"Got it." He nodded
"Hi there, what would you like?" The vendor asked.
"Oh, two lots of spring-onion sprinkled takoyaki, please." Tai asked before he felt two pairs of eyes looking at him "... Better make it four."
"Yes!" Agumon cheered.
"Of course. You two pairs look good together." The vendor commented innocently.
"Sorry?" Tai blinked.
"Oh, don't mind me. Candlemon, keep up the heat." The vendor smiled.
"You got it!" The Candlemon responded, keeping the fires at the perfect temperature.
"Hey Tai, how do I make these glasses look?" Mimi joked as she posed a bit
"I... You look nice." Tai admitted, looking away a bit since he was put on the spot and a little embarrassed.
Mimi giggled and hugged his arm.
"Here we are, four trays of takoyaki." The vendor smiled, lining them up.
"Thank you." Both Tai and Mimi answered, the sight of them was just warming his heart.
"I've been drawing ideas, for some outfits." Mimi commented as she took her food "Mmm~! Good~!"
"You're still going for that fashion designer dream?" Tai asked as he walked with her to a bench
"You think I'm just gonna stop?" she asked, gasping as a hand covered her heart
"Of course not. Just commenting... Hmm! These are good!" Tai answered, before eating some takoyaki. Almost shoveling then into his face, choaking a bit
"Tai." She chuckled
"Hhm?" He coughed a little, but kept it away from Mimi's face. "S-sorry."

'What at you up to, sis?' Tai thought, blinking. Why did she seem so serious?
"So... The six of us then." Palmon commented, chuckling awkwardly.
"Looks like." Agumon stretched
"Well... Shall we?" Tai asked nervously, having two beautiful girls on each arm, pointing to the haunted house. Two girls that he had feelings for.
"Sure." Sora nodded
"Okay." Mimi nodded
"Ladies." Agumon bowed
"Oh; being a gentleman, Agumon?" Biyomon teased.

Both Biyomon and Palm wanted some time with Agumon herself, but with three of them here, it felt like the other was intruding.
'Biyo, why did you have to come? I was with Agumon.' Palmon thought.
'Darn it, Palmon.' Biyomon thought as she held Agumon's left claw while Palmon held the right.
"Are you okay?" Agumon asked gently to the both of them.

The Ferris wheel was being operated by a man with his friend Hagurumon, making sure that the gears and such were all ready for the next go around. "Hey kids, want to go on?"
"Yeas please, sixteen tickets please." Izzy nodded, paying
"Well... we can only fit six per box." Hagurumon commented "So two lots of six and one lot of four."
"That's fine!" Palmon smiled "The girls are going together!"
"Right this way then, ladies. First box is on its way." the gear like Digimon bowed, as best he could.
"Catcha when we get down." Kari waved as the girls walked off
"Who are in the second box?" the man asked
"Me, Izzy and Joe?" TK suggested, raising his hand.
"Sure." Joe nodded
"Works for me." Izzy agreed
"Then that leaves..." Matt and Tai looked at each other.
"Us." Tai nodded
"Alright, here we are." The controller of the wheel spoke up, letting the girls go on first with their partners.
Joe, Izzy, TK and their partners walked up, filling the next box
"Next please." The Hagurumon spoke up as the next carriage came down.
"After you, Tai." Matt spoke.
"Thanks." Tai answered as he and Agumon got on first and then followed by Matt.
"Hands and feet inside the ride and no leaning out please." The controller added as he pulled the lever and made the ride go.
The two looked out the window, seeing the pure beauty
"Whoa. The city's beautiful this time of day." Gabumon commented, seeing the lights of the buildings below.
"You said it." Agumon agreed.
"Okay, Tai. What's going on with you?" Matt asked, keeping his eyes on Tai.
"What's you talking about?" Tai asked.
"Don't give me that. You've been acting weird since that Kuwagamon attack. What's up?" Matt responded.
"Thirteen point nine million." He frowned
"What?" Matt questioned.
"That's how many people there are living in Tokyo, Matt. It is more densely populated than most countries. And how many of them do you think have Digimon partners?" Tai responded heavily.
"I don't-"
"And how many of those Digimon are Champions?" Tai added.
"I'm not sure," Matt answered.
"One in this city causes a lot of problems at worst. And that swarm of Kuwagamon proves that if an Ultimate... or god forbid an Mega attacks, the city, the innocent people... all of them will be in trouble."
"Jeez, Tai." Matt sighed.
"Agumon and I could barely handle even one of those Mons... We're out of practice." Tai frowned.
"Jeez, Tai." Matt sighed heavily and rubbed his eyes.
*With Meiko*
Meiko and Meicoomon were walking to the boat to take them back to the mainland. Both of them...kind of had a good day all things considered. "So... Kari seemed nice." Meicoomon commented.
"I suppose. I don't think she's bad." Meiko mumbled.
"Why don't you speak up to them? I mean, you might make some new friends." Meicoomon commented.
"I-I don't know." She admitted and stroked Meicoomon's head. "What if it doesn't work out?"
"Meiko..." Meicoomon frowned when suddenly the sky began to crackle
"Huh?" They blinked
*With Tai and Matt*
"Are you done being stupid?" The blonde frowned after some silence

"What?" Tai frowned
"Tai. I get it. People's lives are in danger. A champion causes lots of damage and if we aren't careful, Ultimate's and higher will make it even worse. But what do you expect us to do?" Matt frowned
"Matt, I-"
"I'm sorry, is your crest the crest of being a bitch?" Matt snapped "Look Tai! Yeah, it's bad. Yeah, the loss of life is horrible. But if we DON'T fight back, if we DON'T match them, then we are in deep shit! MORE people will be hurt if we do NOTHING, Tai!"
Silence fell between them... And Tai groaned
"Oh whatever!" He snapped, pulling his goggles down "This is stupid. It's not like we've found anyth-WOW!"
"What is it?" Matt asked as he put his own glasses on, looking to the sky "Oh.. my... God..."
The sky above them had turned into a mass of red sparks. To their eyes it looked like a plasma ball!
"This is bad." Agumon frowned
"Yeah, we need to get out of here!" Gabumon nodded as he gripped the compartments door

"Meicoomon, what's happening?" Meiko asked nervously as her partner was growling possessively to protect Meiko as something was coming through the skies. Emerging from the portal was a large hand covered in black metal.
"GRRR-RAOWR!" Meicoomon leapt up and slashed at the large metal hand... only for it it be completely useless.
The hand grew closer and closer as a figure began to emerge. Clad in black and golden armour, almost titanic in size and a pair of burning red eyes peeking through a black helmet. And suddenly the figure emerged from the portal.
"Oh my god!" Meiko screamed in fear.
It was a titanic sized humanoid, black and golden armoured with red eyes that scorched through its knight-like helmet. "You have violated..." The knight said, standing the same height as a skyscraper "... The law... Of the world!" He called, his hand raised as green energy gathered in his palm "Release the criminal, human, and leave."
"Wh-what're you talking about?" Meiko questioned almost screaming.
"Meiko, run!" Meicoomon called out.
"Forgive me." The Digimon said in his deep voice "Digitize Soul."
"Meiko! Move!" Meicoomon snapped as she pushed at Meiko, knocking her away, while the cat like champion took off sprinting
A large blast of green energy was fired from the large Digimon's hand... Causing a massive explosion as it hit the ground
"Ahhh!" Meiko yelled as dust covered her from the explosion, her jacket and pantyhose getting a bit tipped "MEICOOMON!" she yelled, seeing the cat sprinting away like a rocket
"You will not escape me, kitty cat." The massive monster of Digital proportions frowned and flour after it.
'Gonna have to catch me first!' Meicoomon thought as she bolted away to preserve her life and protect Meiko.
*with the DigiDestined*
"Did you see that?" Biyomon asked in shock.
"How could we not?" Palmon responded.
The group ran side by side, hurrying down the roads of Tokyo
"Would be nice... Be nice if one of us could ... could drive..." Joe panted
"Can't. Feel. My lungs!" Izzy wheezed as he was... honestly the most unfit of the group.
FWOOSH!
"Er... Guys?'" a voice said from above. The group looked up and saw TK sitting on Angemon's hand
"We can fly." Angemon calmly responded.

Facepalm
The group slapped themselves in the face and the Digimon Partners Digivolved into their Champion forms.
"Birdramon!"
"Ka! Bu! Terimon~!"
"Garurumon!"
The three quickly transformed as Palmon, Tentomon and Gabumon entered their champion forms. The others getting into the large champions
"Let's go, guys!" Agumon called out. "To battle!"
"You better not grab my fur too hard, Agumon." Garurumon commented.
"Izzy, we got any info on that thing?" Sora asked as the Digimon started rushing towards the giant black armoured Digimon
"I'm searching." Izzy responded, correlating the data as they got closer. 'Black armour, golden detailing, long cloak.' He listed it off, switching between his computer and the Digimon. He used the analyser to scan the Digimon, to try and find ANYTHING 'Come on, come on!' He thought. "You are the most advanced laptop I own, you can do this!"

"Guys... Do... Do you want the GOOD news? Or the bad news?" Izzy asked
"Just rip it off Izzy. Bad news?" Tai asked

"That guy... He's a Mega Level."

"Oh..." Tai muttered as silence covered the DigiDestined. For a few seconds, dread filling them
"Alphamon. Mega Level. Vaccine. Said to exceed even the Dark Master's in terms of power." Izzy read off "Not much is known behyond that."
"And what's the GOOD news?" Gomamon asked
"I know who he is." Izzy responded
"Great." Matt grumbled
*With Meicoomon*
The now names Alphamon followed Meicoomon, watching the orange cat rush into a large sporting complex of some sort
"You have no where to run, Meicoomon. This ends now." Alphamon called, his golden eyes shimmering menacingly
'Have to. Keep. Going.' Meicoomon panted from exhaustion and looked back to get a full view of the Digimon chasing her. The Digimon... was massive. As tall as a skyscraper, made out of black metal. He looked like a knight with the way his armour was designed and set. But he was not some plane generic black knight, no.
No this knight was ornate, regal.
Gold lined the edges of his armour, his armour having a royal feel to it. Large rounded shoulder pads, thick rings around his wrists. His chest jutted forwards in an almost triangular shape from its heavy protection. His waist was tiny compared to his powerful and muscular body, however. At the front of his crotch armour was a red diamond symbol surrounded by gold. From the knees down his armour was large and bulky, to help support his large frame. Three golden claws poked out from under him.
Off his back flowed a slightly tattered dark blue cape, set between two large back and gold poldrens which flowed off his back. The poldrens seemed top be connected to his shoulder pags and almost looked like jet boosters of some sort. His armour was, over all, covered in sharp edges and harsh angles, increasing his aura of dominance.
And finally... his head. Covered in more black metal, he had a pair of piercing golden eyes. A red pentagon was set on his forehead, surrounded by gold. A series of flowing spike-like protrusions came off around his jaw and his head. And he had a blood red mouth plate, almost looking like a mouth surrounded by readied fangs from the armour surrounding it.
Raising his hand, a red circular jewel set in his palm, green energy began to gather "This ends it. Digitize So-" Alphamon said, interrupted as he sensed something. Spinning around he continued launching his attack, causing the beam to arc around him like a shockwave
BOOM!
"GAH!" The DigiDestined yelled as they where thrown from their partners, Garurumon reverting back to Gabumon from the attack
"DigiDestined." Alphamon said with a tone of voice that was... hard to decipher. However our heroes took the tone as distain.
"Too... strong." Gabumon grunted, forcing himself to get back up.
"He is... a Mega..." Gomamon mumbled, swirls in his eyes
"Come on guys. It is far... from over yet!" Tai urged, pulling his goggles off from his eyes down to around his neck.
"Angemon. Let's go for the first strike!" TK called as a yellow light exploded out from his chest, his D3 glowing with that yellow light
"Right!" Angemon nodded as he glowed yellow "HAAAAA!" Angemon worled as the world seemed to envelop with light. In a world of white his form began to change. "ANGEMON SUPER DIGIVOLVE TOO!"* Angemon proclaimed as he began to grow in height. His wings erupted feathers from his back before he was surrounded by a tornado of feathers. The tornado curled into an egg like shape that he was enveloped in.
The egg suddenly shattered shattered, as did Angemon's cloths and armour. He now stood there naked with a body made of glowing blue light, eight magestic wings flowing from his back. His red-ish hair turning to a golden and heroic white as he stood tall.
Standing tall and proud, armour made of yellow light began to fly through the air and collapse onto his body. As he stoods tall and heroically, a white bodysuit appeared over his body like it was being painted onto his form, black lines covering the bodysuit. The glowing yellow armour began to loose light, revealing the armour beneath the light as if the armour was cooling from the forge.
Grey and silver boots covered his legs up to his knees, reinforced and powerful. A golden ribbon wrapped around his chest in an X shape, the ribbon extending down his legs in two strands, the ribbon having DigiCode written across it. A black shoulder-length armoured glove formed up his left arm up to his left pectoral breastplate. From his nose up a new helmet began to form. It was a purple lofty thing that was about twice as tall as his head with a silver cross placed front and center, a pair of small, angelic wings flowing off the side. The helmet being reminicent of a pope's hat.
A golden bracelet suddenly emerged and clamped down on his right wirst. The bracelet had DigiCode engraved around it, shimmering in the light, while atop the band a purple gemstone sat inside a large 'buckle' on top. On the sides of the buckle where two small wings. And finally a large glowing purple shield began to extend off his left arm, curving down his body magestically "MAGNAANGEMON!" he cried as the world returned to normal. The change not even taking a fraction of a second, as he extended a glowing purple plade from his wrist and rushed forwards
"Right behind you!" Kabuterimon responded, his body glowing as Izzy's Digivice glowed purple
"Go for it, Kabuterimon!" Izzy called as his Digivice changed colour, now a deep purple with orange buttons
"KABUTERIMON SUPER DIGIVOLVE TOO!" the large beetle champiopn proclaimed as his entire body changed from. He was in a world of blue as he flew forwards. A forest seemed to appear before him as he began to smash through them, his body growing and toughening up as he went. As he emerged from the treeline his limbs where even thinner than before, but they seemed to have many MANY more joints up a single arm. His hands lost a finger and said fingers shrunk, while his feet became a lot more basic looking.
His chest was turned bleached white and thinner, almost skeletal in a way. As the insect roared and shook his head, his horn shattered and changed. While it was a singular horn still it now had two larger outside curves with two smaller ones inside like some sort of spear-based weapon head. A large red gemstone grew on his back as he landed, his wings folding up. As the gem glowed, shell began to form. A large round exoskeleton forming protectivly around his wings.
Steam began to raise off the tall insect as it flexed, it's blue body harnening and turning bright red. The only blue parts of its body remaining being its hands and feet, the red gem flashing and becoming green as the new form entered the real world "MEGAKABUTERIMON!" he cried
Both Birdramon and Palmon nodded as they saw this, their partner's Digivices glowing as they stood next to their partners. "Lets' do this!"
"Let's go, Birdramon!" Sora called out as her Digivice turned red, the buttons yellow, and a large red light shone in the air
"BIRDRAMON SUPER DIGIVOLVE TOO!" Birdramon proclaimed as her body became wreathed in flames, her whole body was now in an egg of fire and it began to grow
Her small bird claws erupted from the flames, to massive talons that were a golden yellow with red ring markings and jet black claws, her fiery feathers now became deep burgundy red fur on her thighs. On the brown-red fur were a pair of white rings that had digicode written inside, her torso from her stomach was a similar brown-red but with a muzzle of white fur that covered her chest, where her arms were her wings were now muscular tree-trunk sized arms covered in burgundy fur that strained open as these new limbs were created.
Her hands were golden yellow talons with jet black claws and three protruding feathers on the shoulders. Her wings spread open and out, scattering the fire of the 'egg' away and revealing two large wings from her back, tipped with yellow feathers. And finally, her head armoured in a white and blue painted red helmet with a single white feather with a blue tip on the top of her head, her eyes were a piercing yellow as they seemed to live in the hollowed blackness, long flowing golden hair with a pair of braids down the front of her chest. The flames dissipated as "GURWAAAH! GARUDAMON!"
Garudamon stood powerful as her wings flapped, before she rushed into battle
"Palmon~!" Mimi winked playfully, her Digivice now green with red buttons as her light filled the air
Palmon cheered as she jumped into the air "Here we go~! Palmon Digivolve tooo~! TOGEMON!" The large cactus came falling to the ground as the world seemed to become a desert. Crashing down, sand went flying high in a shockwave as Togemon's gloves fell to the floor. "Togemon SUPER Digivolve too...!"
Togemon began to grow as it's face vanished, the hairs on its head growing as well. The arms and legs of the cactus seemed to fade away, the hairs growing and growing until... it was a giant flower. As a peaceful wind blew by, the glower bloomed.
Emerging from the flower was a much smaller creature, a human looking one. With bright pink skin, a humanoid fairy looking creature. She had green boots that went up to near her knees, yellow flowers at the front. Her fingernails where bright red, green sleeves going from her wrists to her elbows with four long yellow petals surrounding her wrists a bit.
Her hair was made out of vines and flowed down to her backside, this new Digimon having a helmet/crown made of pink petals that sat atop her head. She wore a pink sleevless dress, the skirt of the dress being a series of long petals that neared her knees. Flowing off her back where four leaf like wings.
Finally there was her face. She appeared not to really have any lips, nor a nose, while her eyes where all green and in rough tear shapes. Cheering the Digimon began to fly around happily, nature growing in the desert, as she rushed back forwards while the world began to return to normal "Lillymon~!" she cheered
"Let's do this, Gomamon." Joe spoke, holding his Digivice as it glowed grey.
"I'm on it!" Gomamon answered, leaping into the air. "GOMAMON, DIGIVOLVE TOO!"
Digital water surrounded Gomamon which infused his body into a larger form, his small slender white furred body expanded about twenty times his normal size. The purple markings of his body vanished as they were bleached white, his small claws soon grew and jutted outwards as it seemed to be straining his body, turning to big black claws with red tips, his mouth extended upwards and grew a par of long ivory walrus tusks while a single black horn penetrated through his forehead while his mouth became full of sharp teeth. "IKKAKUMON! SUPER DIGIVOLVE TOO!"
The waters in the digital water surged around him once again, his head leaning down as if in pain as three large green spikes protruded out from his back soon followed by metal rivets in a green shell while being bound in a thick brown leather belt. His front paws soon bent as he leaned upwards as he took a slouched humanoid appearance, from his hind legs was a flowing red to orange colour-gradient tail while his back flippers turned into feet as the claws soon turned bone-white, his fur moulted away and revealed a deep blue skin-tone while the remaining fur on his left hand, feet and head turned orange. His right hand had no long claws and looked fairly humanoid and wielding a large silver-grey hammer with a bent end and a bandaged handle. His mouth had become proportioned to his head and still retained his walrus tusks, but his single black horn had now become shaved and modified to have three saw-teeth from the tip downwards. *"ZUDOMON!"*
"Our turn, Gatomon!" Kari called as her Digivice exploded with pink light
Gatomon nodded as she jumped into the air as the world turned into a heavnly space. Her tail ring was flicked off her tail as the white cat passed through a large glowing pink flower symbol, the Crest of Light. "Gatomon SUPER Digivolve to~!"
The white cat's fur began to glow bright pink as she passed through the flower, her gloves slipping from her paws. Her body began to morph and grow, changing, as the cat almost looked like she was -dancing- into the sky.
Suddenly she was a tall humanoid female, eight large fuggy angelic wings exploding out of her back while long flowing blonde hair flowed down her to her backside. She landed on a cloud, kneeling, as a small dull grey helmet formed over her upper face. For a moment you could see her blue eyes, before they where sealed away under an iron guard. Two small angel wings forming either side of her helmet.
She slowly rose to her feet, her glowing skin showing her curves. The body men would drool over with large breasts, an hourglass waist, a plump backside and long sensual legs. As she arose, a white bodysuit began to form over her body. It started with a simple ankle high boot on her right foot. Her boots where both high heeled, the left boot forming quickly. Her golden holy ring came flying back and slipped onto her left leg, on her ankle and snapping in place.
The bodysuit continued to grow, her left boot connected to the bodysuit, as it crawled up her leg. As it reached her waist it continued and made a leotard like outfit, leaving a hole that showed off her stomach with some extra holes along the lines of her hips. Suddenly two belts formed and wrapped around her waist, acting almost like a corset and showing off her waist more.
A golden shell bra appeared out of magic and clasped onto her breasts, the womans skin loosing it glow. Showing off a veru human peach skin tone. She brought her arms into the air, her arms flowing and curling around each other as Gatomon's gloves came falling towards her. One glove glowed and changed, becoming a near shoulder length white silk glove that slipped onto her right arm.
As the glove slid into place a pair of wings grew out of her wrist, the second glove glowing and coming down as a pink ribbon that entangled around her arms. The new Digimon smiled, curling her pink lips into a smile "Angewomon." she responded as she took flight, the world returning to normal
"Let's go, Agumon!" Tai called as his Digivice glowed
"Right!" His partner nodded and jumped into battle, the orange glow exploding into the air as Tai'd Digivice turned bright orange "Agumon Digivolve to~! GREYMON!" he roared. The world exploded in white as Greymon roared, his tail thrashing around him as his arms curled at his side. "ROOOOOAR!" The glowing orange Crest of Courage flew through the air, merging into the mighty Champion's chest "Greymon! SUPER Digivolve too~..." he roared as his body glowed bright orange as he began to grow. He seemed almost twice as tall, a pair of large ripped purple leathery wings burst out of his back.
His body colour warped a bit, the orange flesh almost turning blue as metal appeared out of nowhere and began to collapse onto his arm. He almost seemed to scream in pain, his left arm expanding and extending. The metal came down in harsh crushing forces that caused his body to quake. The arm was now almost as long as his body now, shinning silver, with crisscrossing metalic shine and three long bladed claws. Metal burst from his chest, entangaling around itself before it slammed closed against his pecks forming a pair of doors. The skull on his head was encased with more metal, his head bobbing as it finished.
His green eyed flash, the new Digimon standing tall as his skin turned orange once more. With a mighty roar his wings spread wide while his tail came smashing down, the world returning to normal "METAL~GREY~MON~!"
"Still up for a fight, Gabumon?" Matt helped his partner up.
"Of course." Gabumon nodded as he got up as Matt's Digivice glowed a bright blue. "GABUMON! WARP DIGIVOLVE TOO!"
Gabumon took a few steps forward to give Matt some space as he himself began to glow blue as he howled out to the moon. He opened his hands that held the Garurumon fur-pelt around him and lurched forward, the fur merging with his form as his tail thinned down and his horn retreated into his skull as the hands fused with the claws and became his own limbs. Gabumon's round body soon became slim and wolf-like, his ears perked up as he turned once again into Garurumon.
"AROOO!"
But it didn't last long, as his body jutted upwards into a human-stance, as data streamed around him, but no solid form or colour appeared as the outlines of trousers with spiked kneepads grew out, his front paws turned into hands that clenched deeply into his palms as knuckle-dusters and the outlines of shoulder-guards and belts formed around his person, almost lashing onto him to secure the clothing into place.
"ARWOOOO!"
CRASH!
Gabumon, or whatever that form was, crashed front paws first as the sounds of metal and ice formed around him. Once again a quadruped, metal and ice formed around Gabumon, his claws once again grew and shone a metallic red, crawling up his front paws was a blue metal with black wires attaching the joints, on his shoulders were some spikes on blue metal, a yellow neck to his stomach, bearing the blue and purple marked belly of Gabumon, while on his shoulders were yellow rocket launchers with silver spikes protruding from them, his back was covered in the same blue metal and riveted together, his hinds legs had red lights on the top joints while his back-legs had blue metal armour and a black wheel-joint.
SHINK!
Folding out from his back was a pair of yellow protruding wings that looked similar to jetstream wings and a bladed sabre-like tail. And finally, his head, covered with blue metal and fanned blue vents with metal ears and showing his piercing red eyes and white-furred mouth and a glowing red light nose.
"METALGARURUMON!" The new form of Gabumon howled proudly as ice seemed to form beneath his feet as the moon itself acknowledged this form.
The Eight Digimon rushed into battle, the black knights golden eyes narrowing
"Digitize Soul!" the Digimon roared, unleashined a blast of green energy from his palms
"Look out!" Joe called, the eight Digimon scattering as the blast flew past them...
KABOOM!
"Tai!" Matt snapped "Why... Why aren't you using WarGreymon?! That guy is a Mega!"
Lillymon raised her arms above her head, the flower petals growing massivly and curling up into a flowerbud almost as large as she was. Bringing her arms down the flower opened up, revealing her hands had magically been replaced by a gun barrel "Flower Cannon!" she called, unleashing a golden burst of energy that rushed through the air... and bounced off the Mega's armour
"Do not interfear." Alphamon frowned
"And you go back home! Trident Arm!" MetalGreymon roared as he launched the claw from his robot arm. Small rocket jets propelled it through the air, slamming against the metal of their foe before the wire retracted the claw back into place
"Shadow~! Wi~ng~!" Garudamon called as she was surrounded by a flaming aura, launching it out of her form at the Mega. An attack that Alphamon basically swatted away
"VULCAN'S HAMMER!" Zudomon roared as he slammed his hammer into Alphamon's back, electricity passing into the large black knight. The Mega, caught by surprise, grunted in pain as he span around and threw Zudomon away
"Gate. Of. Destiny!" MagnaAngemon called as he extended a purple energy blade from his bracelet, carving a circle in the air. The circle glowed and seemed to 'harden' into a physical gate.
Alphamon stood its ground, the feeling of the gate pulling it inwards as to send him away. But this was only an Ultimate, not a Mega, it was too weak and small to send him away. He reached up and crushed the gate with a single hand. He hasn't even moved, the suction of the gate not even a breeze to him.
Angewomon held her arm high, the wings of her glove growing and expanding so it appeared she had a feathery bow attached to her wrist. Lowering it she attached a glowing white arrow she created into an inviisble bowstring, notching it and pulling back. She shifted her entire body to the side as she drew the bow back, her leg curling up beside herself as if she was winding up her entire body
"Matt..." Tai mumbled, looking away
"We are barley hurting this guy!" TK hissed
"Not barley, not at all!" Joe blinked "It's like our attacks are the literal WIND to him!"
"Izzy! Info! Please!" Mimi megged
"Working on it." he mumbled, typing away
"HA!" MetalGarurumon roared as every hatch on his body opened up, revealing SO many rockets "Eat this! GRACE CROSS FREEZER!" the missiles came out, launched from his body with streaks of blue behind them as they raced at Alphamon
"Digiti-" Alphamon frowned as he raised both of his arms, orbs of energy forming in both hands
"Celestial Arrow!" Angewomon called, launching the arrow from her bow and stabbing it between Alphamon's shoulder blades
"GAH!" He howled in pain, his attack stopping... and was then hit by the missiles, quickly being frozen over.

"Did we get him?" Zudomon asked
"Err... I don't think so!" Sora pointed out.
Crack.
CRAck.
CRACK!
SHATTER!
"Annoyances." Alphamon grunted, rolling his shoulder from the numbing cold.
"HORN BUSTER!" MegaKabuterimon roared as he unleashed a massive energy blast of blue lightning from his horn. The blast struck Alphamon and made him stumble once more, glaring at the Ultimate "... Oh no..."
"GIGA BLASTER!" MetalGreymon screeched as he unleashed missiles from his chest compartment, trying to distract the Mega
"... This... oh no... this isn't good..." Izzy blinked

Alphamon was quickly shrouded in smoke... and emerged, his eyes glowing menicingly
"... er..." MetalGreymon whispered
"G-Guys!" Izzy called out in terror and struggling to get the words out.
"What is it, Izzy? What's the Analyser say?" Joe asked.
"Alphamon. A Mega Level Digimon with armour as strong as Chrome Digizoid. Some even believe it is painted Gold Digizoid because of his high speed and defence." Izzy read off "He possesses a power known as an 'inForce', short for Gain Force. Only three are known to exist."
"Let's get him!" Zudmon roared as he rushed forwards, hammer drawn "VULCAN'S HAMMER!"
"Right beside you!" MagnaAngemon agreed "EXCALIBUR!"
"Izzy! To the point!" Matt snapped
"Guys! Wait!" Angewomon called
"HORN BUSTER!" MegaKabuterimon roared as he came rushing forwards, his horn sparking
"SHADOW WING!" Garudamon called as she followed, surrounded by her blazing aura
"They aren't listening." Lillymon flinched, making her cannon "We better long ranghe support."
"Right." Angewomon nodded
"Sorry! Sorry!" Izzy flinched "Alphamon is in possession of the Alpha inForce, an ability which-"
"CELESTIAL ARROW!" Angewomon cried as she unleashed her arrow
"FLOWER CANNON!" proclaimed Lillymon as she launched her cannon blast
"Let's do this buddy!" MetalGreymon called as he opened his chest compartment "GIGA BLASTER!"
"GRACE CROSS FREZZER!" MetalGarurumom howled while unleashing his missile barrage again
Alphamon looked at the incoming attacks and took a step forwards as his eyes flashed

Suddenly the Digimon went flying as Alphamon stood there, holding MetalGarurumon tightly in his hands, crushing the smaller Mega as he howled in pain. The other seven went flying, crashing all over the arena. All but MetalGreymon being reduced to their Rookie forms
"MetalGarurumon!" Matt called in shock
"IZZY, NOW!" Mimi called out in fear, seeing the attacks doing little to nothing on this titanic Digimon.
"Basically the Alpha inForce means he is able to counter any attack thrown at him, if he wishes. If he is going all out and using this power, he will instinctivly counter any offence." Izzy explained "He is the ultimate warrior."

"TAI!" Matt snapped with a glare "Tai! You need to stand up already!"
"Matt, we can't-" Tai tried to argue "It's too much, we could-"
"MEICOOMON!" a familiar voice yelled
"Meiko?!" The group turned around as they saw her running towards and then past them, screaming for her best friend.
"MEICOOMON!" the girl called as she rushed towards her cat, who was hurried under some rubble
"Meiko?" the champion asked in shock. If you looked close in her eyes, you could see ACTUAL shock in her eye. Shock that turuned into REAL fear "MEIKO! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?! RUN! RUN AWAY! GET OUT OF HERE!"
"NO! I AM NOT LEAVING YOU!" Meiko called as she grabbed the rubble and began to push "You... you're my best friend! We're together forever! I'd rather die then loose you!"
"I will let you -keep- that wish." Alphamon said with a solem voice, hand pointed at Meiko and Meicoomon "Digitized Soul."
"MEIKO!" the group yelled
"AAAAAAHHHHHH!" the girls screamed, hugging each other close
BOOM!
As the dust settled, half the arena was obliterated by Alphamon's attack... but Meiko and Meicoomon where safe.
Tai lay atop Meiko, having rushed over and dragged her out of the way. Matt meanwhile did the same, only grabbing Meicoomon and dragging her out of the way. MetalGreymon and MetalGarurumon tried their best to block the attack, having been sent into the waters just off the artifical island of Palette Town
"You okay?" Tai asked, as he looked down at Meiko
Meiko was silent as she looked up at Tai. This... this person just... saved her.

She silently nodded her head as she tried to look for Meicoomon.
"Meiko... you're okay." Meicoomon said from Matt's arms, sighing happily
"Meicoomon..." Meiko whispered, crying tears of joy
Matt set Meicoomon down, standing tall and looking at their opponent "I do not care. About thirteen million people." he said, talking to Tai even if he wasn't looking at his leader
"Mmmm." Tai looked at Matt and frowned, slowly letting Meiko go.
"I just care about the ones right here. And if we can't protect one? Then what good are we?" Matt answered.
Tai looked up at him, about to say something, when...
SMASH!
Tai was sent to the floor, his lip bleeding, as Matt glared down at him
The blonde's fists clenched, shaking "If we can't protect those right in front of us, if we don't fight to stop the evil we know about, then why where we chosen in the first place?! The Tai I knew understood that! The Tai I call my best friend put HIMSELF over everyone else! But you seem too scared to do that! That you seem too SCARED of the consequences, about if we fail! Well what is Courage if it isn't standing UP when you are scared! Come on Tai, you done being a bitch?!" Matt took a calming breath... and held out his hand "You read to stand back up?"
Tai was silent for a moment... when he felt them. Looking down he saw his goggles, still hanging from his neck. 'Courage. Standing up... when affraid?' he thought, smiling
Courage will give you the wings to fly.

Tai pulled his goggles up and let them spring into place, resting proudly around his head. Set on his forehead once again. "Yeah." he smirked, reaching out to grasp Matt's hand "And Matt... thanks."
Matt smirked, helpind his best friend to his feet "Anytime. It's what friends are for, after all."
"I'm gonna get you back for that; you know." Tai chuckled as he gripped his Digivice.
"You can try." Matt smirked
"Are you two finished?" Alphamon asked with a frown as MetalGreymon and MetalGarurumon crawled their way out of the water
"I am going... to smell... like wet dog... for days..." MetalGaurumom panted
"MetalGreymon!" Tai yelled
"Yeah, Tai?" MetalGreymon asked as water dripped out of his chest armour.
"Go dinosaur crazy!" he cheered, gripping his Digivice tightly as it began to glow. Brighter and brighter and brighter, until it looked like a sun!
"I WAS HOPING YOU'D SAY THAT!" he roared mightily "I'm with ya, Tai! "I'm not going down without a fight!"
MetalGreymon began to glow as well. And the light grew brighter and brighter until even Alphamon needed to shield his eyes!
MetalGreymon roared as he flouted in a world of endless darkness, his wings flapping as he flew upwards. "MetalGreymon!" he roared as he approached it, a source of light.
A glowing orange sun symbol.
The Crest of Courage!
"MEGA DIGIVOLVE TO!" he continued as he passed through the symbol, his body beginning to tremble with power.
Suddenly the metal on his body ripped itself off and began to fly around him as MetalGreymon shrunk. The Digimon reduced in size and its colour faded, becoming similar to Agumon's colour scheme, as the metal flew towards him.
The Chrome Digizoid looked as if it was being reforged and further purified as it rushed towards the new Digimon, his red hair becoming much neater and sleeker. The armour came rushing down, a metal chest-plate extended down as two 'X' shaped wires inserted themselves into his torso forming. A loin cloth formed around his waist, a silver front-guard forming as his skin turned into a shade of yellow close to Agumon's with a slight orange tint
His shoulders quaked as shoulder pads formed over them, coming down with a mighty slam. Spikes then burst from the metal, followed by red cables that intertwined with the chest plate. More metal attached to his shins.
The new monster emerged from the Crest of Courage and landed, walking through a wasteland as his scraggy purple wings extended outwards and folded down onto his back like a cape. The skin began to heal and harden, as the wings where encased in metal as well. A large hexagonal shield formed, the Crest of Courage taking form on the shield before it split in half making new wings
Metal began to come down, forming all over his face. Forming more than just MetalGreymon's helmet, covering his mouth and jawe to. Forming a full metal helmet around the Mega's face. Three horns emerged from the head as the warrior grunted, the new Mega's green eyes coming to life.
The wasteland was quiet as the Mega came across a large rock. Pulling his fist gave he gave a mighty punch, shattering it in one blow. And in the same motion, sheathing his arm in a metal gauntlet that was hidden in the rock. With a punch with his other arm, that two was sheathed in metal. The gauntelrs where large and reached his elbows, a slight hexagon shape to them, as they completely covered his hands
"WAR!" he roared out as an aura of flames where unleashed from his form, turning the wasteland to ash, as three long silver claws emerged from each hand "GREY!" his cry echoed throughout the wasteland, melting it away into the real world, as he flouted in the air "MON!"
"That's more like it!" Matt smirked
"You ready?" MetalGarurumon asked
"Always!" WarGryemon smirked
"You think TWO Mega Level Digimon will be enough to stop me?" Alphamon asked mockingly, although there was clearly a hint of respect in his voice "Do not be naive. You more than anyone should know this will not be enough. But I admire your tanasity."
"Sorry buddy, but we aren't letting you hurt anyone!" Tai called "Give it to 'em, WarGreymon!"
"We're on it!" WarGreymon and MetalGreymon flew up into the air and began to attack Alphamon.
MetalGarurumon took a deep breath, blue energy seeping out of his mouth for a moment, before he let out a powerful howl "METAL WOLF CLAW!" he howled, unleashing a massive burst of cold energy
Alphamon raised his arm, blocking the attack as best he could... as ice quickly begna to grow over it "Digitize Soul!" he hissed, launching a green blast from his other hand
"*Brave Shield!*" WarGreymon called as his wings closed up with a solid 'clunk' and forming a shield before it detached and flew through the air. WarGreymon and landed, running as fast as he could as the shield raced across the sky. Air rippled around the edges of the shield as it flew around, coming to a stop before MetalGarurumon, just as the green energy reached him. Alphamon's attack hit the shield, making it quake but it held "War Driver!" WarGrymon snarled as he raced past Alphamon, slashing him across the leg
"GAH!" the Mega howled, falling to one knee
"Garuru Tomahawk!" MetalGarurumon called, launching a large missile from his stomach. It whistled as it raced through the air, colliding with Alphamon's chest and knocking him back and forming a layer of ice
"You incolent-" Alphamon hissed
"GREAT~! TOR~! NADO~!" WarGreymon roared as the Brave Shield reattached to his back, opening back into his wings. He then jumped into the air, connecting his Dramon Destroyers together... and he began to spin. He became a living tornado of orange energy and wind, flying through the air right at Alphamon
The attack hit Alphamon hard in the back, spiraling and digging into his armour. "GAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!" the powerful Mega roared in pain from the attack, his cape ripping apart from the attack
"They're doing it!" Joe cheered
"Keep it up!" TK yelled
"Do it!" Sora called
"ENOUGH!" Alphamon roared as he slammed his fist onto the ground, a green energy shockwave filling the air. A shockwave that sent WarGreymon and MetalGreymon flying back "GAH!" the two yelled in pain at the strike, green and red eyes flashing for a second
Winds picked up from the area, everyone doing their best not to be blow away
"This is insane!" Kari flinched
"He's so strong." Mimi agreed
"Guys!" Izzy called "You can do it!"
"Whoa!" Tai yelled, the winds pushing him back
"Hey, you're not leaving me like this buddy!" Matt smirked as he looped his arm around Tai's "We're doing this together!"
"Right!" Tai smirked, lowering his goggles "We're not done yet!"
"Together!" the two called, as their Digivices began to flash orange and blue
"A very honest effort. But this battle is over." Alphamon said as he raised his arms, one pointed at WarGreymon and the other at MetalGarurumon "Stay down. *Digitize Soul!*" the Mega unleashed a pair massive green energy blasts, which rocketed at the two Mega Digimon...

BOOM!
"No..." Alphamon whispered as he looked into the air, seeing WarGreymon glowing orange and MetalGarurumon glowing blue
"WARGREYMON!" the Mega of Courage roared as he began to grow, his shield snapping closed. Hus body glowed and turned into pure energy, being absorbed into his helmet as said helmet was now larger than WarGreymon was before
"METALGARURUMON!" The Mega of Friendship howled as his whole body began to grow before his head remained while his body turned into pure energy and was absorbed into the head that was the same size as WarGreymon's head now and two 'arms' erupted from the heads as a figure of white light coalesced and formed between them. A flowing cape emerged from behind it as the two Digimon fused.
"DNA DIGIVOLVE TOO!"
The figure began to solidify, two long white armoured legs with three yellow foot claws; a slender torso with Garurumon stripes over his chest and a golden symbol, half of the Crest of Courage and half the Crest of Friendship emblazoned there. A knightly helmet with a long slightly curved horn from the top of the head and two yellow spikes pointing backwards.
Part WarGreymon.
Part MetalGarurumon.
They Digivolved together to become.
"OMEGAMON!"
Blue eyes glowed from the pristeen white helmet as the warrior landed, a long flowing white and red cape fluttering in the wind. A level beyond Mega.
A power beyond normal limits.
A strength of dreams.
The Holy Knight looked on at it's foe, nothing but silence in the air.
"Oh... wow..." Mimi whispered
"Omegamon..." TK blinked
"He looks majestic." Sora said, unable to hold back her smile
"It's a whole other level." Joe admitted
"Incredible." Kari nodded
"With this... they can win!" Izzy proclaimed with a smirk
"So... you show yourself at last, Omegamon." Alphamon said, a smile of all things evident in his voice "It has been a long time. Well then, if you are my opponent... I shall have to take this seriously."
Omegamon stayed silent, unmoving. Like a monument of power and truth, unflinching against this foe.
Alphamon raised his right arm as a portal emerged, reaching in "Alphamon... Mode Change!" he roared, as his 'jet thrusters' opened up and giant beautiful golden wings came rushing out. At the same time he ripped his arm from the portal, revealing what he had retreived
Omegamon looked at Alphamon, unflinching and unmoving. He was ready for anything he would throw at him.
Alphamon pulled out a large weapon. A massive one just as tall if not taller that itself. A thin sleek black handle made up about half the length, a bladed golden spike at the base. The other half? A giant double bladed black axe that shone in the light, the edge of the blade made out of a powerful golden metal. The blades of the axe almost looking like wings "Alphamon OURYUKEN MODE!" he called in a mighty roar "Now, let our battle commence. The Alpha and the Omega. Let us scortch this land. Let us show this Earth a battle of the Gods!"
Holding the weapon high, the two stared down one another. One clad in white, pristeen and powerful. And one clad in a shimmering black, damaged but regal and immovable. One with a red cape that fluttered freely in the wind. And one with a blue cape, trapped between mighty wings.
Both stood there silently. Eye's locked.
Blue meeting golden.
Not a word said, not a sound made.
The wind was peaceful.
...
FWOOSH!
And then, together, they moved. Rushing at each other with their full speeds.
"TRANSCENDENT SWORD!"
"ULTIMATE OURYUKEN!"
CLASH
The shockwave was massive, the sound was like clanging bells tolling from a massive church. Sparks that cracked light lightning from their weapons as both of them got closer to each other.
Down below, the Digidestined and their partners had to take cover and protect themselves. There was no way this fight wasn't going to cause intense damage.
If we take our time,
and we stick together
"Ha!" Omegamon called, slashing with the sword that emerged from his WarGreymon arm
"Digitize Soul!" Alphamon called, aiming at Omegamon's stomach
"Missed!" the Digimon who exceeded Mega called, disappearing in a dash
Alphamon span, slashing his blade behind him. A strike blocked by a glowing orange shield appearing between them as Omegamon's Brave Shield shoulder was alight with power
Everything we do,
will go our way.
Omegamon's MetalGarurumon shoulder opened up, a barrage of missiles launching and striking at Alphamon
Omegamon quickly brought his blade forth in a stabbing motion, Alphamon deflecting the strike and punching the white knights jaw
The Ultra Level Digimon stumbled back, the ground being ripped appart a bit, before aiming his MetalGarurumon arm at Alphamon "Supreme. Cannon." he said simply, a massive blast of blue energy launching suddenly
And if we try,
now and forever
Alphamon jumped high, dodging the blast, before coming down with a mighty slash "ULTIMATE OURYUKEN!"
Omegamon twisted to the side, dodging the blast, before slashing at Alphamon. The attack was once again dodged, another one following.
Their blades collided, sparking and crackling
No matter what comes next,
we'll be okay.
"How are they so even? What about that Alpha inForce thingy?" Mimi asked
"It is thanks to the Omeag inForce!" Izzy explained
More missiled came rushing through the air, fired from the MetalGarurumon head. Alphamon slashed his weapon, smashing them apart and causing smoke to fill the air

"The WHAT?" the others gasped
"The Omega inForce is a power Omegamon has, a power that allows him to see the future in battle. The ability to see his opponents moves. So he can fight knowing what they would do." Izzy explained
"Their powers... they cancle each opther out! They are a stale mate!" Sora gasped
Omegamon rushed through the smoke, ending up face to face with Alphamon. Their faces inches together...
Let's kick it up!
Another notch tomorrow!
"Supreme Cannon!" he roared, unleashing the blast point blank
Alphamon was sent flying back, his armour cracking a bit
"Or maybe not." Tai smirked

Alphamon twisted in the air and landed, stabbing his blade into the ground "Impressive." he said, ripping his blade from the ground
"We're far from done!" Omegamon stated
The two did not rest, jumping into the air once more as swords started slashing

Both came down for a mighty swing, their strike sending one another flying back
I realize,
what's on the surface,
ain't picture perfect,
but that don't mean a thing.
"Digitize Sou!"
"Supreme Cannon!"
KABOOM!
Both landed, Alphamon giving a mighty slash that sent shockwaves across the battlefield.
One thing I know,
is there's a purpose
Omegamon summoned his shield once more, taking the stike. But Alphamon moved with such swiftness, appearing behind him
"ULTIMA-"
And like the circus,
we're hanging from the rings.-
BANG!
The Mega was sent flying back as Omegamon curled his arm around himself, shooting his Garuru Cannon through his cape. Sure it wasn't the full power attack, but it did something

"You won't get me that easily!" Omegamon said proudly as he turned around, charging energy up both his blade and his cannon as he held them above his head
Alphamon stood tall, skillfully spinning his weapon, as gold and green energy surrounded it "Let us scorch the land, as we end this battle." he responded

There's not that much tomorrow.
"All!" Omegamon roared as his GreySword had turned pure gold, jumping as he took a sonic race towards Alphamon "DELETE!"

"Perfect..." Alphamon breathed before he followed Omegamon, jumping as he rushed off at his foe. The Ouryuken glowing with golden energy as well "REBOOT!"

"Omegmon!" six of the Eight Chosen Children gasped
"GO!" Tai and Matt roared
Let's kick it up!
"HA!" Both warriors called as a flash of light filled the air, the two suddenly standing back to back
Together!
Omegamon retracted the GreySword, his blue eyes shinning
Alphamon's winges faded as the Ouryuken vanished into golden particales, his golden eyes cold
Together!

SHATTER!
"Grr!" Alphamon grunted as he fell to his knees, his left shoulder armour shattering and falling to the ground
"Yes! We did it!" Joe cheered
"Well, they did." Kari joked, the heroes running towards the battle. Or rather, away from Alphamon
No one notices the Digivices flashing a bit as they ran through the debris of Alphamon's armour
Omegamon span around, his Garuru Cannon emerging once again as he pointed at Alphamon "It's over." he stated simply
"It appears so." Alphamon frowned as he stood tall, his golden eyes glowing
Omegamon suddenly gasped, his form glowing and shrinking
"No!" Tai gasped
"Not now!" Matt frowned
"This... is not the end." Alphamon frowned as a massive glowing red portal opened in front of him, walking towards it "We shall meet again. I swear this." he swore, walking through the portal as it closed behind him
Two small orbs came falling down to the floor, bouncing for a moment. One a small pink blob with long thin antenna like ears, basically a simple head, with large red eyes and a massive mouth that took up most of his head. The other was an orange furry head with large red eyes and a long curved black horn jutting out of his head... er... body
"Koromon!" Tai called, rushing over
"Tsunomon!" Matt yelled, following
"Ooh... my head. That pushed us." Koromon groaned, being held in Tai's arms.
"But... we won; right?" Tsunomon asked.
"Yeah, yeah I think we won." Matt reassured and nodded.
"Tai... I'm really hungry." Koromon groaned, feeling his 'head' run on fumes.
"We'll get you something... but how're we going to explain that?" Tai responded, and then pointed to Alphamon's broken piece.
"Well, we won for now." Matt nodded
"But... why was he chasing you, Meicoomon?" Gatomon asked the other cat
"I. I don't know. He said I was... a danger." She answered as she looked away, relaxing against Meiko's arm
No one noticed the four Digivices and the two D3s absorbing the black metal shards, a glowing red curvey lower case 'a' symbol appearing on the screens for a few moments before fading away. The symbol of Alpha appearing for just a moment.
The sound of helicopter blades does the air as the group looked to the sky.
"One thing's for sure." Tai frowned "This isn't over yet."
