After the main dish was served, and they were waiting for dessert, Harry made his way to the bathroom, still chuckling about Dudley's last joke. He had never imagined that he would ever see these people again, let alone laugh and have a good time with them. It was the exact opposite of the average school day, when they were in middle school. Harry had just made his way out of the bathroom as Alexandra Smith approached him.

"What would you say to a drink?" she said in a seducing voice.

"Er, sure," Harry replied, not noticing her change in tone.

"Two shots of Vodka and make it fast," Alexandra demanded when they reached the bar.

After drinking another round of shots, Harry ordered a beer, despite Alexandra's objection.

"So what have you been up to all these years? You didn't go to high school with the rest of us. Neither you nor Dudley did, but he, of course, went to that private school, Smeltings," she said while playing with her hair.

"Well, I attended a boarding school in Scotland. I now work as Brigadier in the army," Harry smiled.

"Wow, that is great. I'm so happy for you."

Harry nodded in appreciation while taking a sip of his beer.

"Is that where you met the woman you arrived with?" She questioned.

"Yes, Ginny and I met at school. Her brother is my best friend."

"That is so cute," she said with a tone that was filled with excitement, but her face didn't match her tone.

"Yeah, she is special." He smiled and looked towards Ginny, who seemed to enjoy Dudley's company.

"I hope she isn't special enough to ruin the night I have planned for us," she said, putting her hand on Harry's chest and biting her bottom lip.

"Easy!"Harry said as he pulled back and removed her hand from his chest. "She is the mother of my children, and I don't intend on being with no other woman for the rest of my life. It was nice catching up, but I better get back to my table. Enjoy your evening," Harry said, irritated.

"Harry, wait," She said as Harry turned his back on her, and walked towards his table. He ignored her.

"Where were you for so long?" Ginny asked as Harry sat down.

"One of my former bullies now wants to seduce me," Harry whispered.

"Who?"Ginny demanded as her face was beginning to turn red.

"It doesn't matter, I turned her down," he said while putting a reassuring hand on his wife's shoulder.

"Still, I want to hex that bitch."

"Calm down, I'm sure she will stay away the rest of the night."

"So, Harry, I assume there is a cute story behind you and Ginny," Gordon's date said when Harry and Ginny had finished their exchange.

"I don't know about cute, but there is a story," Harry said. Hoping it would calm Ginny down and divert her focus to something else.

"Yeah, it was a long road, but we got there in the end," Ginny grinned.

After sending his wife a smile, Harry began, "So, it started 11 years ago, I was 11 and Ginny was 10. So I guess this could also be our 11-year anniversary of knowing each other."

"Well, we only saw each other and didn't speak until almost 2 years later, but I guess you could call it that," Ginny interrupted.

"Anyway, we met at the train station. She was seeing her brothers off, all of whom also went to the same school as us. Her mother helped me find the right train. On the train, I became friends with her brother. And we have been best friends ever since. The following school year was Ginny's first. We didn't talk, but we knew of each other."

"Harry saved me from embarrassing myself in front of the whole school. A magician came to our school, and hypnotized me. I was about to do something very stupid, but he stopped me," said Ginny and smiled at her husband.

Harry had started to blush a little, he hadn't expected Ginny to include this part of the story, even though it was essential to their story, he couldn't figure out how to translate it to muggle terms. So he had planned on just leaving it out. "I was just at the right place at the right time, nothing special really."

"He is too humble to admit it, but he saved me. Anyway, you were telling the story," Ginny said.

"So, in short, we then became good friends over the next few years, and it wasn't really until my sixth year that I realized that I had feelings for her. And then after a big match, I kissed her in front of our entire house, and we have been together ever since."

"What sport was it?" Gordon asked, he was beginning to seem interested in Harry, but he was probably just trying to make up for the bullying, Harry thought.

"It's a weird sport. The school is the only one that plays it in the entire country. I think one of the former teachers created it many generations ago. You wouldn't know it."

"Your entire house? How many people was that?" Sophie asked.

"I probably should have explained it a bit better. The students are divided into four different houses. You eat, study and sleep in dormitories with your house. The teachers described it as your second family. And we happened to be in the same house. But to answer your question, 50 maybe?" Harry looked at his wife.

"Yeah, something like that," Ginny confirmed.

"Wow, that must have been special." The woman next to Dudley said.

"Yes, it was. I still remember the look on my brother's face. He looked like he had seen the devil." Ginny laughed.

"I'm not sure how, but somehow he didn't suspect it at all. I think he was just in denial until it happened, but I won't ever forget his facial expression," Harry added.

As the desserts were being served, Alexandra made her way to the stage. "Hemm Hemm," she said in a voice that reminded Harry too much of Umbridge.

"Now that everyone has got their desserts, I thought I would take the opportunity to improve the experience by giving one of my speeches," she said after the room had gotten quiet.

"She seems real humble," Ginny whispered to Harry.

"You should have met her in primary school. She was insufferable," Harry whispered.

"I can confirm," Dudley chipped in, apparently he had overheard the conversation.

After a 15-minute speech about her city council campaign, she finally said. "Oh, I guess I should also mention tonight's program."

"Finally," said a voice from the other side of the room. Harry and Dudley both let out a small chuckle. Alexandra didn't look pleased with this comment, but continued anyway.

"After dessert, there will be an opportunity to show off on the dance floor to my right" She gestured her hand towards the cleared space. "And while everyone is dancing or just having a good time, a couple of our old teachers will come around and talk to everybody, so don't get too drunk yet."She paused, as a couple of people laughed."And then we have a little surprise at the end."

"When I get back from the ladies' room, we will dance," Ginny whispered to her husband.

"Gin, I don't feel like it."

"Come on, it will be fun."

"You know, I hate dancing."

"You also hated this place, but you seem to be having a good time."

"Er-, well," Harry couldn't think of anything to say.

"It's settled then," Ginny laughed before kissing her husband.

"Meet me at the bar, if I'm going to be dancing. It will not be sober."

"Big D. Want a drink before Ginny comes back," Harry turned to his cousin

"Sure."

"What can you recommend?" Harry said as they were approaching the bar.

"Have you tried whiskey?"

"Not your kind."

"Let's start there then," Dudley chuckled.

After they had ordered, an older woman approached Dudley.

"Dudley Dursley, it's nice to see you again."

"I'm sorry, I'm so bad with names. Ms?" Dudley asked confused.

"Edith Jones. Your math teacher."

"Ms. Jones? It's so good to see you." He exclaimed and hugged her.

"Have you seen your cousin, Harry? I'm very curious to see how he turned out. Oh, and I promised to tell you that your PE teacher and boxing coach, Sam Johnson, asked about you earlier,"

Dudley's face lit up. "Where is coach Johnson?" Dudley was bad at all sports as a kid, except for boxing. He always had a good relationship with their PE teacher, because of his boxing skills. Harry didn't understand their relationship as a kid, after all, he was the one that unwillingly trained with Dudley on a daily basis.

"He is over by the entrance," Ms. Jones smiled.

"Thank you, it was nice to see you again." Dudley started walking away but then turned back. "Oh, and Harry is right behind you."

Ms. Jones turned around, and her jaw dropped.

"Is that really you, Harry?"

"The one and only," Harry laughed.

"It's so good to see you," she said, embracing him in a loving bear hug.

"Likewise, Ms. Jones Jones."

"What happened to you? You look like a different man."

"I feel like a different man," Harry grinned."After St Gregory's I went to a boarding school in Scotland. I now work as a brigadier in the army."

"Wow, I never pecked you as an army man. But I have to say I'm impressed."

"Thank you."

"I didn't think you would come tonight, given how people treated you. I'm so sorry for all that happened. I wish I could have stopped it."

"You did more than enough. Even though I hated math, I still looked forward to your lessons. You were always kind to me."

Harry then spotted Ginny from across the room, and they made eye contact.

"So, have you made up with Dudley?" Ms. Jones Jones asked carefully.

"Oh, yes. We had our differences as children, but we are friends now."

Ginny had now made her way over to the former teacher and student.

"So who is this beautiful lady?" Ms. Jones Jones asked as Harry pulled Ginny in by her waist.

"Ms. Jones Jones, this is my wife Ginny Potter. Honey, this is my former math teacher, Ms. Jones."

"Hi. Harry has told me so much about you. It's so nice to finally meet you."

"It's nice to meet you, too. You have certainly come a long way, Harry. I'm happy for you," Ms. Jones smiled.

"I'm quite happy for myself as well," Harry laughed.

"So, how long have you been together?" Ms. Jones asked.

"6 and a half years, right?" Harry said and looked at his wife for confirmation.

"Yeah, roughly," She nodded." We have been married for 3 years now."Ginny continued.

"That's so great. What do you do, dear?"Ms. Jones asked, looking towards Ginny.

"I'm a writer for the Daily Mail, but I write under an alias. Sports journalism is often not as well-received when written by a woman."

"That is a real problem. Someone should do something about it. I would ask Alexandra Smith, but politicians are worthless these days," Ms. Jones said.

"So, are you planning on having children?" Ms. Jones continued.

Harry smiled and looked at Ginny before saying."Yes. We would like to add a girl. We already have two sons of our own."

Ms. Jones looked surprised at them. "That is fantastic. I'm sorry for assuming you didn't have any yet."

Harry laughed, "That's alright, we were definitely surprised too when Ginny got pregnant the first time, but it for sure a welcome one. We are also helping raise a five year old, but he stays with his grandmother most of the time."

"Wow, you must really have your hands full," Ms. Jones smiled.

"Yeah, it can get quite hectic around the house, but Ginny here deserves all the credit," Harry smiled at his wife whom was starting to blush.

"How old are they?"

"Our oldest, James, just turned two. And Albus turned four months a couple of days ago," said Ginny with a satisfied smile.

"That's great. I have to say, Ginny, you look great. Especially considering you gave birth four months ago."

Ginny was starting to blush even more, "Thank you."

"It was great catching up to Ms. Jones. Please excuse us, I have been promised a dance."Harry said.

"You should come over for dinner soon," Harry took out a napkin and scrambled his muggle phone number on it.

"I would love to," said the former teacher and put the napkin in her purse.

I'm sorry for the delay, I have been super busy. This is again a part of chapter 2, I apologize for that as well. But I would rather publish some of it now, instead of waiting a month for the whole chapter. There is atleast one part of chapter 2 left.

Please leave a review, I would really appreciate it. Enjoy :D
