Caroline knew Bonnie was the last person she called before class, so when her exhausted baby vampire body flopped onto the bed. She opened up her call history and clicked on the last number without much thought. Not realizing that when she was in class. She had gotten a miss call.

A miss call from Klaus Mikaelson.

The second she heard her call being picked up, Caroline, needing to spill her thoughts to her best friend, and a good rant, began talking.

"Oh my god, Bonnie. You won't Believe how well it's going with Klaus." The hybrid on the other side of the line blinked, before he connected the dots and a smirk appeared on his face as he realized what was happening.

"Sometimes I want to grab him and kiss him. Or jump his bones." Caroline confessed, gripping her pillow between her arms.

Klaus knew he should probably stop her here. But he's never been one to pass up on a good opportunity. And this one was just golden. So he stayed quiet and let her continue speaking. "Next thing you know, I'm going to accidentally blue out 'I love you'"

"Please tell me I'm not crazy" The baby vampire begged.

Klaus finally choose to speak up. "On the contrary, love. It all sounds good to me."

"How about a date, and when you're still interested." His use of 'when', being a clear sign of his confidence which only increased after his baby vampire's little confession. "I'd be more than happy to take you up on your offer of 'Jumping my bone'."

"Shoot" Caroline cursed.

"Is that a yes?"

"Pick me up at 8." Was the only thing she said, before hanging up.

She scrolled through her contacts and made sure she was actually dialing Bonnie's number. He already had her confession, no way was he going to know her outfit plan as well.

Since he was so good at keeping quiet, she intended to leave him fully speechless when he saw her later tonight.

The last one was really long. So I thought it would be nice to do something short, sweet and funny.

I fully intended to leave it at "Pick my up at 8." and maybe I should have. But I thought the last little bit was too cute not to add.

This was based on a picture I found online. You literally only have to type in "Klaroline Memes", and it's one of the first ones that show up.

See, I still haven't watched the originals. Every time I gather the nerve to try, I just see Cami's face and gag… and end up running away. I also made the mistake of binge watching tons of Caroline is pregnant, not the were-slut, fan made trailers. So that doesn't help. But honestly, I've come across ton's over trailers, that I wish were the spin off, instead of the ones the writers came up with. Is that just me?

So when Caroline goes looking for Klaus in season 7, I have no idea why she doesn't find him. So if someone could tell me why exactly Klaus wasn't seen for 3 years. I may be able to do a chapter on it.

Chelsea from Ao3 pointed out this thing about Kol being a better Lucifer fit, and Bonnie being a better Chloe fit. And you know what, I completely agree.

You know, I mentally just keep associating Klaus with Lucifer (I think it's the British accent), and Caroline with Chloe as a result. But now that I think about it, Bonnie as Chloe, and Lucifer as Klaus, relationship goes together VERY well. I'm not sure now.

So now, I'm going to have to think on this. I MIGHT have to write a one shot decide. I might not. But right now, I'm really leaning towards Kol x Bonnie being Lucifer's main pairing.
