Chapter 5 Bio plant

When Filo turned human the group had to get her clothes, but she ripped them each time she transform, Erhard told them to go to the dressmaker which lead them to get a gem just to give her a special dress that transforms with her.
The group was walking down a road going to a city that was nearby and Naofumi was looking at his digivice.
"So what is a digivice functions?"Naofumi asked.
"Well first, your able to scan cards that give your partner extra abilities, ours are made out of many digivices, another ability is that should you have been able to get to the digital world you could try to recruit other Digimon, but the true power is the ability of digivolution to your partner."Judai said.
"Digivolution?"He got confused.
"It's when we transform even further."Dorumon said.
"Digimon have many evolutions, like Dorumon and Impmon are Rookie Digimon, Dorumon can evolve into a Champion level later."Judai said.
"Hey is Gatomon a rookie too?"Raphtalia asked.
"No I'm a Champion level."She said surprising them.
"Wait your always a Champion level."Naofumi said.
"Wow."Filo said.
"Not all Digimon are in they're Rookie states, there are many that are in they're further evolutions, ours are in need of our power to digivolve."Kari said.
"I see, so that's the point, did your Digimon digivolved?"Naofumi asked.
"Of course, we've been doing this much longer than you."Impmon said.
"What, no way I have a long way to catch up to the both of you."Dorumon said.
"Hey we had friends with that same problem."Gatomon said.
"Don't look at me, I was able to digivolve before meeting you, I was just getting all my strenght."Impmon said.
"Can I have a digimon too?"Raphtalia asked.
"Well it's not as simple as being given one, you have to be chosen to be a digidestined like the rest of us, Naofumi got chosen because of the bond he had with Dorumon."Judai said.
"I see."She said.
They then heard a scream and they went to another direction, they arrived at a town to see a plant in the middle of the area that was alive, Judai has a bad feeling with the digimon also getting that feeling, theres also many other creatures.
"What's going on here?"Naofumi said.
"We need to stop those creatures."Judai said.
"Dash Metal!"Dorumon shoots many metal orbs.
"Bada Boom!"
"Lightning Paw!"
They hit many of them away, Raphtalia then slashes many of the trees with her sword while Filo kicks them away.
"Shield Prison!"Naofumi traps a group letting Raphtalia slash them in half.
He then sees many of then attack him and he blocks they're attacks with his shield.
Judai slashes many of the monsters trying to get to Kari protecting her.
Raphtalia then saw Naofumi get pushed and she got worried."Lord Naofumi!"
Then something happened, her loyalty and friendship made her get chosen, then a light appears and she looks at it ebfore grabbing it revealing a brown digivice.
Then someone comes done hitting the trees away, it was a Lopmon.
"Tiny Twister!"She hits them away with her hears.
"Who is she?"Raphtalia said.
"I'm Lopmon."She said.
"Lopmon?"Raphtalia said and she nodded, Raphtalia then smiled."Okay let's take them down."They then worked together hitting many of the monsters away.
Impmon then jumps up and Judai takes out a card and scans."Card slash! Meramon's fire!"
Impmon then made a giant fireball and throws it at the main tree making it burn before it got destroyed leaving a seed stopping the other monsters.
Judai picks up the seed and said:"Naofumi!"He throws it at his friend making him catch it and put it in his shield.
Then he got the BioPlant Shield, PlantRiwe Shield and Mandragora Shield.
The group saw the people come out and they started to whisper.
"The Shield Hero."
"He saved us."
"He did, the ones they call a devil saved our lives while the most powerful one doomed us."
"What?"Kari said.
The Elder then goes up to them.
"Thank you for saving us Shield Hero."
"It's nothing."Naofumi looks away.
"Can you tell us what happened here?"Judai said.
"It was the Spear Hero, he used that to end the famine, we praised him but all it did was bring more misery."A man said.
"I see, only that idiot could do this, well to fix that."Judai gets an idea."Naofumi I have an idea."
Naofumi looks at him confused.
"Pass me the seed."Judai said.
He gives the seed to Judai and he takes out his digivice making it go inside."Let's see if one of them can fix it."They waited and then it comes out different."Yes."
He then plants it back to the ground and they saw a new tree come out but this time it was red and purple with glowing fruits.
"There the digital tree."Judai said.
"But is it safe?"A woman asked.
Filo tries one and got happy."So yummy."
"She likes it."Kari said.
"Yeah."Naofumi said.
One tries it and got surprised."It is good."
More tried it and they got happy since they have real food now.
"Thank you Shield Hero, we just see that the church is a bunch of liars, how can someone that's so kind and brave be considered a devil."
Naofumi got nervous and then Judai said:"As they say actions speak louder than words."
"Yes, the Spear Hero got the cursed seed, the fact he would cheat proves that he's more evil."A man said.
Naofumi got surprised and Kari whispers to him."It's okay, just go with it."
They left the village and arrived back at the city, Kari and Judai were walking alone with they're Digimon but then they saw a group of knights in front of them.
"What now?"Judai said.
"You both have been summoned by the King."One of them said.
"This can't be good."Impmon said.
Later at the throne room
The duo and they're Digimon arrived at the throne room and they saw the King there with Malty at his side so shocking.
"Greeting adventures, I am glad you came."He said.
"Well this is surprising after we're not the best of terms."Judai said.
"Yes, I would like to apologize for that, now the reason for you being here is I wish for you to disband from the shield hero's party."He said.
"What?!"They got surprised.
"Why?"Kari said.
"I simple wish not to see two adventures with great potential go down the wrong path, but if you stay with the shield hero, there will be no doubt he will lead you astray."The King said.
"That's nice and all but we're happy with Naofumi."Judai said making him frown.
"I see."He said.
"Well what about those things?"Malty points at the Digimon.
"We have names you know."Impmon got irritated.
"They're our partners, they have been with us for a long time and we worked together."Kari said.
"Then would you give ones to the other three Heroes then, it would only be fair."The King said.
So that's his plan, he wants to other three to get Digimon too. Judai thinks to himself.
"It's not something that can be given, they're not pets your highness, they are not ones you can simply buy."Judai said.
"That's right, theres a actual bond between us."Kari said.
"Don't you dare lie!"Malty said making the King irritated at her cor yelling."Tell us where you got them?!"
"Okay because of that, we're leaving, excuse us."Judai said and they left the throne room.
"You idiot!"The King yells at her surprising Malty.
"Papa."She said.
"We could have managed to convince them, but now you ruined it."He said.
With the group Gatomon said:"Does he think the other three will get Digimon just like that."
"That's never gonna happen."Judai said.
"Yeah."Kari nodded.
Note: Here's the bio plant chapter with Raphtalia getting a Digimon being Lopmon, also the King tried to trick them into giving ones for the other three but Malty gave them the chance to leave because of her stupidity.
