Chapter 9 Second Wave

I don't own Digimon Or The Rising of the Shield Hero

Days have passed since Rino joined the group and she has been getting better with the help of the girls and she has fought like she was supposed to unlike her previous group.

She was sitting at a tree stump with Candlemon at her side and she was smiling talking to him.

"Well she's happier now."Judai said with the others watching them.

"Yeah, she and Candlemon became best friends like us."Dorumon looks at Naofumi.

Naofumi just looks away but Dorumon smiles.

"Well we better get ready, since the next wave is almost up."Judai said and they nodded.

After that they went back to the city and they met up with a group of young knights and warriors that wanted to help Naofumi.

The group waited and the wave started, then dark Wolves, Condors, goblins, and Lizardmen began to pour and to cause as much death and destruction as they can.

The three heroes went off to find and fight the boss while Naofumi's group were at the town they appeared.

"Those idiots."Judai said.

"Let's just focus on saving the people."Naofumi said.

"Alright."They said.

The group started to fight the monsters away, Dorumon, Impmon and Candlemon blasted them away, Rino uses her magic making Raphtalia faster as she zooms around hitting many of the monsters, Gatomon and Lopmon attacked many of them, Naofumi traps a group with shield letting Judai slash them to pieces.

They then saw a old woman kicking many of the monsters away."Wait!"Naofumi remembers healing that woman before.

"Thank you again for your aid before Shield hero, I'm internally in your debt."She said and then back kicks a wolf right above her.

"Wow, she's strong."Kari said.

"Shield Hero we'll handle it for now, you can go and stop the wave."A young knight said.

"Alright."Naofumi said.

"Well while they're busy, let's get to it."Judai said.

Judai summons Devidramon and they jumped on to his back as he flies away.

They saw a flying Pirate ship and they went up to see the three heroes attacking a skeleton enemy.

"Let's go help."Raphtalia said.

"Jump!"They all jumped down to the ship and they landed on it.

The heroes saw them and Ren said:"Naofumi!"

He then got shocked to see Devidramon and it roars.

"That dragon."He said.

"Hey there."Etemon appears out of the back making Itsuki glare at him.

"How did you come out?"Judai said.

"I went out after you jumped off."Etemon said and he looks Itsuki."Hey there bow hero."

"You darn monkey, you ruined my life!"Itsuki glares at him.

"Me ruin it, I just helped every king out there."He picks his nose.

"Whatever, just go with Devidramon to take care of the others down."Judai said.

"You got it boss."Etemon said and they fly way.

"We need to find the weakness."Naofumi said and looks around.

Dorumon then smells something and said:"Hey what's that?"He looks at the shadow."That shadows smells funny."

Judai then got an idea."That's it, Rino usa a light spell."

"Right!"She senda a orb up making a blinding flash, the shadow started to move revealing a monster call the Soul Eater.

"That's the boss."Naofumi said.

It then attacks them but then Naofumi uses his new dragon shield to block it's attacks letting the others attack it, Raphtalia and Judai slashed at it, Rino blasts it with magic and the digimon attacked it together making the monster explode.

Then pieces of it went to Naofumi's shield turning it into the Soul Eater Shield.

"Well not bad."Naofumi checks it.

"That wasn't fair... That was my kill."Motoyasu said.

"Who cares."Naofumi said.

Then from the portals came another Soul Eater.

"Another one."Itsuki said.

"We can take it."Impmon said.

But suddenly dozens of energy spears from the sky rain down on the monster stabbing through it and killing it instantly. Everyone wasn't sure what just happened but that got quickly answered.

"So the only ones that were able to kill it was the Shield Hero."Then black-haired woman jumped out of nowhere and dives down feet first and lands on the souleaters corpse as its body disappear into energy, "You actually had trouble with weaklings like these? Are you really the heroes holding the worlds fate in their hands?"She mocks them.

"Okay who is she?"Kari said.

"I don't know."Judai said.

She looks at Naofumi."Who are you?"

"I am Naofumi the Shield Hero."He said.

She smiles and opens her fan."How insteresting. But anyway if your wondering who I am, my name is Glass and the rest you need to know is that I'm your enemy and I have to kill you."

"What, you want to fight Naofumi."Kari said.

She kept smiling at him."Let's just say that it is for the good of my world that the heroes here have to die. But enough talking why don't we just begin. The only battle worthy of this wave."

"Hey what about us true heroes?"Itsuki said.

"I have more to worry about than wasting time with a bunch of servants to the shield hero." Glass casually insults the three heroes.

Itsuki, Motoyasu, even Ren got offended by that statement."Servants!? How dare you insult us! You will be vanquished by my hand!"Motoyasu spouts out as he and the 2 other heroes attack Glass along with their parties.

The attack didn't do anything surprising them.

"Now Circle Dance Zero: reverse Snow moon flowers."She makes energy attacks to hit them all and Naofumi uses his shield to block the attacks.

Raphtalia and Filo charged at her with Rino shooting magic, but she spins her fans and knocks them back.

"Bada Boom!"

"Lightning Paw!"

"Blazing Ice!"

"Lava Loogie!"

"Metal Shoot!"

The digimon attacked her but she swings her fan at them hitting all five Digimon away and they landed next to they're partners.

"Now to test your strenght Circle dance rapture: Tortoise shell cracker!"She shoots a beam at them and Naofumi charges foward using his strongest shield to block the beam but he was getting pushed back."It doesn't matter, as you will fall."

She then prepares another attack and Filo goes to attack but she hits Filo away surprising them as she goes to fall off the ship in her human form.

"Filo!"They got scared.

But then a bright light appeared and it grabbed Filo, then they saw her fly up and Glass got surprised.

"What?"She said.

"A angel."Motoyasu smiles.

Filo opens her eyes and looks back to see a Darcmon holding her."Who are you?"

"I am Darcmon, we are partners."She smiles at her.

Filo then smiled and looks at her hand to see a white digivice."Digivice?"

Glass attacks her but then Darcmon slashes the blast away."What?!"Glass was shocked.

Then Impmon, Dorumon, Lopmon and Candlemon jumped foward.

"Lopmon!"Raphtalia said.

"Candlemon!"Rino said.

"Impmon!"Judai said.

Naofumi looks at Dorumon and said:"Dorumon!"

Then they're digivices glowed.

Then they all started to glow.

Impmon Digivolve to... Devimon!

Lopmon Digivolve to... Turuiemon!

Candlemon Digivolve to... Wizardmon!

Dorumon Digivolve to... Dorugamon!

Then they all appeared in they're champion forms with Devimon above them, they were amazed and Gatomon was in tears seeing Wizardmon.

"Wizardmon?"She said.

He looks at her and smiles."It's been a long time."

"How did they do that?"Motoyasu said.

Gatomon and Darcmon joined them and Glass attacked."Circle Dance Zero: reverse Snow moon flowers."She slashes at them.

"Dancing Sword!"Darcmon slashes with her blade canceling the attack.

Darcmon charges at her and pushes Glass away, Glass then uses another attack."Circle Dance Rupture Formation, Tortoise Shell Cracker!"She shoots a arrow.

"Cannonball!"Dorugamon shoots a orb at it destroying the attack shocking her.

Devimon charges at her, she tries to attack but he went first."Deadly Nail!"He claws her back making her scream.

Turuiemon jumps at her and starts to punch at Glass making her block with her fans before she got overpowered."Gauntlet Claw."She uses her Tokaku Tessou hitting Glass back.

"Circle Dance of Nothingness, Moon Break!"She sends an innumerable amount of blades raining down upon.

"Blink Breeze!"Wizard uses his staff to send a blast of wind sending the blades back and she got hit making her scream.

Gatomon then kicks her from behind and Etemon appears again with Devidramon and they blasted her away.

Then all the digimon attacked Glass and she screams again with smoke coming out.

Glass holds her arm in pain and looks at the digimon that stood next to they're group."What are these creatures?"

"As long as we live, you won't harm our friends, we are the digimon!"Dorugamon said.

Naofumi smiles at him and stands with his group.

"I'm not ready to fight you afterall Shield Hero, your group are just too strong."She then flies away to the portals.

"Hey she's getting away!"Etemon said.

"Leave her, she can't do anything now."Judai said.

The wave ended and the real heroes are Naofumi and his group, the others looked at them stunned with some being scared of Devimon.

Note:Here's the battle with Glass with the digimon gaining they're champion forms, she got beaten up since like I said about Devidramon goes here too except they're stronger, Wizardmon is the same one as Gatomon's friend that died a long time ago he's now reborn as Candlemon.

To answer a review:"When I said when Ken tried to take control that was before he revealed himself to him, you see Judai sent some of his other digimon to collect data and because of that Ken tried to take control of them but failed, he's now good after the seed was removed.
