Chapter 27: Match of the Millennium - Yuugi vs. Pegasus Part I
"I'll place one card face down." Yami Yuugi played his turn, after the intermission. "And put this Monster card in defense mode."
"I'll place one card face down." Pegasus played his card. "And the Monster card, 'Bow-Drawing Mermaid', in defense mode. I end my turn."
"'Beaver Warrior', in attack mode." Yami Yuugi opened his face down card. "And I activate the face down card, 'Horn of the Unicorn' to increase 'Beaver Warrior's attack power by 700. Attack 'Bow-Drawing Mermaid'."
"You forgot something." Pegasus reminded. "Trap Card activate, 'Mermaid's Tear'." And nullified 'Horn of the Unicorn's effect and returned 'Beaver Warrior' back to its original attack strength. "My turn." He switched 'Bow-Drawing Mermaid' into attack mode. "'Bow-Drawing Mermaid', prepare to attack. 'Arrow Shot'. 'Beaver Warrior' is defeated."
"I put my monster in defense mode and end my turn." Yami Yuugi played his turn.
"My turn." Pegasus drew his card. "I place 'Ryu-Ran' in defense mode and switch 'Bow-Drawing Mermaid' in defense mode and end my turn."
"My turn." Yami Yuugi declared and drew his card.
