The next chapter is posted! WARNING: Violence & some Gore in this chapter. Enjoy :)
Tears continued to stream down her face as the tyrant roughly dragged her back to his room. Eve lost feeling in her arm some time ago while he had it in his grip as he pulled her through the halls. She also had to speed up her pace to keep up with his quick strides. The young woman so badly wanted to put up more of a fight to delay whatever it was he had planned for her once they were alone again.
Unfortunately, Eve knew whatever she tries will be futile, and most likely serve to piss him off even more than he already was with her. Whoever they passed while walking down the halls, gave them a wide berth as their Emperor walked by. They could only imagine what the tyrant had in store for the human. Either way, they all knew it wouldn't be pleasant.
A few minutes later they were once again in front of a familiar set of thick double doors. They slid open to allow the pair in. The doors didn't even close all the way before he roughly threw her down to the ground.
Eve landed on her side with a pained grunt. Frieza stood over her, arms crossed, and glared down at her. She slowly pushed herself up and turned to sit up. Her bright blue eyes slowly traveled up his taut pale body, before settling on his face. Looking at him, was like looking at a real live monster or a demon. His scowl ever present on his face.
"Now that we're here, you mind telling me how it was you were able to make it that far and nearly escape? Because I must say, it has me a bit intrigued that one pathetic human was able to sneak about a ship full of trained soldiers. Many of which have a way more substantial amount of battle power than yourself." He said.
She sat there completely frozen. It didn't help when a smirk replaced his scowl as he slowly crouched down to her level.
"Well, I'm waiting. How did you manage to pull off this little futile stunt?" Frieza repeated.
Eve swallowed and opened her mouth to speak.
"The door...it was..."
"I know the door was left unlocked by that moron, Kikono. I meant afterwards." He said, cutting her off.
She really didn't want to share. Especially, if it means he will tighten security more, making her next attempt even more difficult. But the look he was giving her promises pain if she doesn't start talking. And Eve, did not want to continue to put her life in imminent danger with the Galactic Emperor.
"There was...hardly anyone around in the halls. I just took the elevator down a couple floors. I...figured there was some kind of port here for...smaller ships. And so, I...went looking for it." Eve started to explain.
"And the uniform. How did you obtain one?" Frieza asks, as he ran his fingers over one of the short sleeves.
Eve flinched away from his touch like she'd been burned. His grin widened at the sight of her discomfort.
"On the way down one of the halls I...passed these double doors. I heard a loud commotion coming from behind them. Like someone was having a party. Anyways...they opened, and a soldier stumbled out. He spotted me, but I could tell he was extremely inebriated. He...thought I was some new ignorant recruit. He showed me where the uniform room was. Then afterwards, I asked him where the port was. And obviously being very shitfaced, he showed me how to get there. You know the rest from there." She said, as she looked everywhere but at his face.
She thought for sure he'd just be more pissed after hearing her story. So, it came to a surprise when Eve heard him chuckling instead. Her gaze settled on him afterwards. Some amusement danced through his eyes.
"Well, as far as stories of escape attempts go; that was certainly one of the more humorous ones." He said.
A frown slowly decorated his face after traces of all humor vanished.
"And sadly, it shows just how much incompetence is running amok on this ship with these pathetic excuse for soldiers." Frieza added.
Eve started to slowly scoot back away from him, trying to put some distance between them. She only made it back a foot, before his tail shot out from behind him and wrapped around her waist. She let out a startled yelp when he did this and lifted her off the floor. Frieza stood up with the young woman in his grip.
"Regardless, it still won't save you from the punishment you will be receiving." He stated.
Her eyes became glassy again and she started trying to pry his tail from around her waist. It was futile though, seeing as it was like trying to break loose from a steel band holding you in place. Frieza tightened his grip around her, making Eve hiss in pain. The tyrant crossed his arms and tapped his lip in thought as he eyed her.
"The question is, what shall I do with you? Shall I break every bone in your feeble body as slowly and painfully as possible? Or shall I shoot off each of your limbs one by one until your begging for death? I must say, the possibilities are endless." He says.
A small sob escapes her lips, and she can't stop more tears from falling. It made his grin widen eve more. He refrained from laughing again as she started pulling at his tail again and kicking her legs. Another thought came to mind as he continued to watch her struggle.
He quickly jerked her forward until she was inches away from his. Frieza grasped her chin and locked his eyes with hers and leaned in a little closer.
"Or perhaps, I can play with this tempting little body of yours. It's certainly something I haven't been able to engage in for a very long time now. And it looks very enticing." Frieza purred as his gaze traveled up and down her body.
Eve's breath hitched upon hearing that and then let out a pained yelp as she felt him bite down into the space between her neck and shoulder. Then felt something warm smooth and wet go over the tender area and realized he licked the bite wound. She felt disgusted by his sick behavior. Not only that but her fear shifted to anger.
Frieza pulled back with a satisfied look when a bruise in the shape of his mouth blotted her smooth pale skin. His attention went back to see thee look on her face. He was a bit surprised to see anger etched into her features instead of ongoing fear. Still, he wasn't prepared for what happened next.
She let out an enraged yell and quickly reached up towards his face. Frieza felt sharp pain near the bottom of his eye and a part of his cheek as the young woman raked her nails across the side of his face. He pulled back with a small grunt and used his tail to throw her back down onto the ground. Eve landed hard on her ass, but still managed to quickly backpedal away from him. Before she eventually shot to her feet and quickly backed away more.
Eve's anger quickly disappeared and was replaced with terror yet again when she realized the mistake she made. Frieza placed his hand on the left side of his face. When he pulled it back, some blood was on his fingertips. He grits his teeth in anger and growled. 'How dare she! How dare this little slip of a whelp draw blood from me!' His enraged mind screamed.
He was really going to make her pay now!
At first, there was silence, and nobody moved a muscle. Then Eve made a blind dash, heading for his desk. It wasn't the best idea. But she just wanted to put something; anything between them. Unfortunately, she wasn't quick enough though. Frieza caught her before she could make it a few feet. Then he roughly shoved her into one of the windows, knocking the wind out of her.
Before Eve had any time to recover, Frieza was on her again. He grabbed her around the base of her neck and squeezed. She yelped and reached up to try to pry his fingers loose. The pissed off tyrant just roughly jerked her back into the window again, this time she banged her head against the thick glass. It wasn't enough force to crack her skull, but if she gets out of this; there will be a nice size knot at the back of her head. And possibly a concussion.
"You little wench!" He seethed.
Frieza pulled up his other hand and extended his pointer finger. A small red dot of key suddenly appeared on the tip of his finger. He held said finger right in front of her face. Eve's eyes widened in horror as she eyed the deadly spark of key that was dangerously close to her forehead.
"For that little stunt, you will die." He hissed.
Eve started to hyperventilate. He charged up a bit more energy and was about to point it directly at her head.
"NOOO!" She screamed, as she feebly grabbed at his wrist.
Something crazy happened at that exact moment. There was a blinding flash of light and then...nothing.
Their surroundings suddenly changed. As the bright light dissipated, gone was the cool glass behind her back and the solid metal floor beneath her feet. Instead, they were surrounded by frigid air with snow swirling about and a few inches of snow beneath their feet.
Frieza noticing the sudden change, halted his attack, and looked around in completely bewilderment. His grip loosened on Eve during the process. She noticed another bright light to her right and quickly turned her gaze to the source. She instantly recognized a pair of headlights quickly descending upon them. There was swerving and honking as the car barreled towards them.
Eve screamed and backed away as quickly as she could through the snow. While Frieza still stood frozen to the spot. The car narrowly misses her as she tripped and fell back into a snowbank on the side of the road. Unfortunately, the tyrant wasn't so lucky, and he ended up getting struck. There was a loud resounding bang as he made contact with the hood of the car.
The driver must've been going very fast, because Frieza's body rolled over the hood, up over the windshield, and bounced over the roof. Before finally bouncing off the back of the trunk and back onto the snow-covered road. Surprisingly, the car didn't come to a full stop. Instead, the driver kept on going. Not only that but they were all over the place as they continued down the road.
It was a bit hard to tell if it was because of the weather conditions or if they were possibly drunk. As Eve watched on still in shock, she had to assume it was the latter. She has witnessed drunk driving before and it was very similar to what this person was doing.
She snapped out of her stupor when she heard a pained grunt coming from the middle of the road. Eve turned her attention to the source and saw Frieza still laying in the road, hardly moving. Her breathy pants came out in visible puffs. Her eyes darted around, and she gasped.
'What the hell!? Am I...am I actually home!?' Her mind screamed.
When the shock completely wore off, Eve noticed that everything around her was no longer in a cartoon setting. Instead, everything was sharp contrast, and real looking again. She also recognized the street and saw her home only a couple houses down. From what she could see, it was dark there, and no lights were on. She narrowed her eyes in confusion. Just how long was she gone from here?
Another pained groan came from the tyrant who still has yet to move from his spot in the road. Eve cautiously walked over to him. She gasped when she saw just how banged up he truly was. He was on his back and had a pained expression on his face as he gasped for air. Gashes, abrasions, and bruises littered his body from head to toe.
'What's...going on! What's wrong with me!? I feel...I feel so weak! Like my power is...No! It's gone!' He thought, as he laid there unable to move.
His vision kept going in and out of focused as he gazed up at the dark night sky as snow continued to silently fall. He faintly heard a crunching sound as footsteps made their way through the snow towards his position. Then Eve's form came into view above him. She looked down at him, studying his battered form.
Frieza could barely move his limbs. When he tried, they screamed in protest and in pain. Just what the fuck was going on!? Not only could he not sense or feel his power anymore, but his incredible strength appears to have left him as well. He set his gaze on Eve.
She could clearly see the look of pain and distress on his face. All in all, the once revered Galactic Emperor appeared completely helpless. Which was rather shocking for her to witness since she knew people like him, Goku, and Vegeta could take one hell of a beating and more. Hell, they've survived massive ki explosions being thrown at them like it's nothing.
So, how is Frieza this fucked up from being merely hit by a car!?
He coughed and winced as he did so.
"I...I can't...move." He rasped.
Eve blinked a few times.
"What do you mean? Thought your body was made to take a beating without any problems." She stated.
"My po power...is gone. I can't...feel it...anymore." He coughed again, before continuing. "My strength is...gone too. It's...it's like I'm...It's like I'm..." He trails off trying to find the right word to describe it.
Her brows furrow in slight bafflement.
"Like what?" She asks.
Dread drops into his stomach like a lead weight.
"Human. I...I feel as weak...as a human." He finally gets out.
Eve rears back in surprise. How? That doesn't make any sense! How can he be...Unless...
She looks around again and briefly looks at the sky. Before turning her attention back down to the injured Warlord. What can she do? A huge part of her wanted to leave him here. Hell, it's what he deserves. After all, the psychotic little bastard was just about to kill her right before they were dropped here. How the fuck did they come to be here!? Especially, when Lord Beerus and Whis told her it wasn't possible to return!?
Frieza had a small coughing fit which ended in a pained groan. Eve stood rooted to the spot. Her instincts were to help him. He clearly needed medical attention. But a dark cloud ascended upon her. 'No! Fuck him! He was about to kill me! Hell, he may still attempt to!'
With that thought in mind, Eve glared at down at him. He caught the look of malice she directed towards him. A few moments of silence passed between them. Then to his astonishment, she left his view, and started walking away. 'She was leaving him! Leaving him to rot in the middle of the road!' And judging by how he felt, the extent of his injuries, and his newfound vulnerability; if he gets hit again by another unsuspecting vehicle, he has no doubt he will likely parish!
Eve made it maybe ten feet from his position. When a broken voice pierced the silence once again.
"Wait...please." He weakly croaked.
It was like Namek for him all over again. Reminding him when he laid at his foe's feet; defeated and fatally maimed by his own death saucer. Here he was, begging for mercy yet again. Only it wasn't Goku he wasn't pleading to. But a pathetic human woman!
She stopped and clenched her fists.
"Why?" Eve harshly snapped.
"I...I need your help. Please." He continued.
She whipped around in anger to face him.
"Fuck you! You beat the hell out of me and tried to kill me! And now you have the fucking nerve to ask me for help!? Fucking forget it!" She spat.
Eve turned back around and had every intention of leaving and going back home. She can only hope that it still was her home. For she is unsure if it is still December of 2021 or the following winter or even several years later.
From what she could see, there didn't appear to be any cars in her driveway. And she did tend to leave all the lights off when she left her place. She continued on, wanting to get out of the freezing cold.
"Eve! Eve Please!" He begged, calling her by name.
She shook her head and tried to tune out his cries for help. But the way he sounded, really tugged at her heart. It's unlike her. Completely unlike her to ignore a person or animal in need or in trouble. And here she was, doing just that. Not only that, but willing to live him to die.
"Please!" Frieza pleaded.
The pain was quite intense, and for once he was also starting to feel very cold. As much as he hates to admit it, he actually was quite scared in this moment. Since Namek he has never felt this vulnerable. It's something he never dreamed would happen to him again. And here it has.
His body started getting numb and he was having a harder time staying conscious.
Frieza's not sure how long he lied there in the snow-covered road bleeding out. When he faintly heard footsteps approaching him. He heard something else to. Whatever it was, it made a soft sliding sound. His vision was beginning to darken around the corners. When someone came into his line of vision again. They knelt down closer to him, and he instantly recognized it to be none other than Eve.
She grabbed him beneath the armpits, using her glutes and legs, she hauled him his upper half off the ground. She had to move fast, before another car came, and someone sees them. He groaned in pain as she picked him up and dragged him.
Eve pulled him over to the sled she brought over with her from her garage. Then as carefully as she could, eased him down onto it. She then went and lifted his legs and dragged that half of him onto the sled. When she felt he was on securely, she picked up the long piece of rope that was tied to the sled and started to pull him through the snow back to her home.
It was a bit of a challenge hauling his dead weight back. Good thing they weren't far from her house.
By the time they made it to her front door, she was no longer cold, and was sweating from the exertion of pulling Frieza on the sled through the snow. 'Thank God I don't have any steps.' She thought. Eve reached underneath the flower sill connected to the windowsill by the front door. And pulled a spare key from a hidden crevice. So far so good. Looks like it is still her place and hasn't had any new owners take it after she disappeared.
She unlocks the door and pushes it open. Then steps in to turn on the light. Eve glances around and sighs in relief. Everything appears to be where she left it and all of her furniture was still there. She then turns back to Frieza who appears to be unconscious at this point. She picks up the rope and with a quick jerk, heaves it over the metal lip of the door and onto the doormat inside.
Eve pulls him in just enough before she quickly closes the door. Unfortunately, she can't pull the sled to her couch in her living room. The front door itself lead right into the room in question. So, the couch was a mere eight feet away to her right. The floors were wood and because of this couldn't pull the sled any further than the large doormat.
So, she goes back around and lifts him by his armpits again and starts to drag him across the floor over to her couch. Now for the fun part, getting his small but surprisingly heavy ass onto the couch.
Eve pulled the coffee table back, so she had more room to maneuver him onto the leather couch. When she had it to where she comfortably had more space, she returned to Frieza. Even though he was still passed out, he still grunted in pain as she continued to struggle to haul his ass onto the couch. This ought to be fun.
Several minutes later, Eve dropped down to the floor, and leaned back against the couch huffing and puffing. After a minute of gathering her bearings, she looked over her shoulder to the unconscious tyrant laying prone on her couch.
"Well asshole, welcome to my world." She said, between pants.
Then Eve hauled herself up and headed to the bathroom to get her large Emergency Kit out.
Don't you love how the tables have turned? In case everyone is wondering; Yes, upon crossing over into our reality, Frieza is currently powerless and now no stronger nor faster than your average human. News that will be broken to him by Eve very shortly when he awakens soon. I'm sure everyone is already imagining how he will take to such news and the confirmation of his worst fears. Until Next Time ;)
