The next chapter is up! Enjoy :)

Frieza left the house a little later that night. He adjusted his hood as he walked down the pathway. Not even a few steps out of the house and he already despised the boots Eve called Uggs he was currently wearing. It felt so unnatural to for him to squeeze his three toes together and shove them in the somewhat wide set furry boots. It certainly made walking a bit more challenging.

He paused when he finally hit the sidewalk and turned around for a moment and stared at the house. He hated having to leave her like this. But it's something that had to be done. Because the last thing he wanted was to put her in danger. And by staying there, it would've proven just that for her. Frieza knew there was a possibility that this idea may not work out as well either.

He knew he would just have to do his damn best to convince them when he gets to the location. Before Frieza left, he went onto Eve's laptop and googled directions to the nearest Police Station. He looked at an image of a map online and follow its directions. Turns out the Police Station is only about five blocks from her house. So, probably a good ten-minute walk or so.

Originally, he wanted to get directions to this Coast Guard Base she talked of. That idea was quickly shot down on the fact he found out through some articles that each base was heavily guarded and secure and it may prove difficult for him to go waltzing in. Or if he did manage to do just that there are no guarantees they won't blow him sky high.

The get up he was wearing consisted of a zip up hoodie, a long baggy coat, some sweatpants, and uggs. And as ridiculous as it was, he wore a small face mask over the lower half of his face. He recalls seeing them in one of the cabinets of the kitchen. Eve told him they were for when there was some global pandemic happening. At one point these masks had to be worn at every public building.

Frieza remembers turning on the news and saw the news people talking about it. The statistics and statements they brought up in regard to this virus was ridiculous at best. Even Eve thought the whole thing was utter bullshit and stated these masks were a joke and that wearing them had nothing to do with the virus. It was mandated by the government as a means of having power and control over the people.

When they went further in discussion about it even he could tell it was a certainly a ploy by the people who were running the countries around the world. She was very relieved when they finally dropped the stupid ass mandate. Eve meant to throw them out, but luckily for him it looks like she forgot.

It may have been dark now, but he didn't want to take any chances while walking to the station. Frieza only hopes he won't cause a panic within the Police Station itself. He will just have to do a damn good job of explaining to them that he's not there to harm anyone. Then afterwards inform them to call one of the military bases to come and collect him. He hopes by doing so, they will forget all about pursuing the human who was housing him in favor of putting all their attention on him and him alone.

Hardly any people were out at this time of night. Only may be passing one person who was walking their dog. And a few teens were walking down the sidewalk on the opposite side of the street.

Pretty soon a fairly large and lit up building came into view several minutes later. Frieza glanced over at a lit sign in front of it. The sign read; 'NANTUCKET POLICE DEPT.' He spotted some people behind the glass doors sitting at a large service desk. He closes his eyes briefly and takes a deep breath. Before he reluctantly approaches the glass doors to the building.

Frieza opened the two sets of doors and entered the area. He looked around and noticed it really wasn't all that crowded in there at the time. Must've been a slow shift at the moment. Eve did state to him on a couple separate occasions that they lived in one of the safer areas of town.

He still had his hood up and mask on as he approached the front desk. A middle-aged man in uniform sat behind it and there was a wall of plexiglass on top of the counter. The guy looked up momentarily and didn't take too much notice first, because his appearance was still mostly hidden.

"Can I help you?" The man asked, in a somewhat bored tone.

It was now or never.

"Yes, I've come here to...turn myself in." Frieza replied.

The officer looked up from his paperwork with an arched brow.

"Ok, were you behind that string of burglaries we've been having in the upper west area of town?" He asked.

Frieza shook his head.

"No, but I do request that you call your nearest military base." He said.

A dark look appeared on the officer's face.

"You in here to confess to a terrorist threat?" The man questioned.

Frieza sighs, and hesitantly reached up to remove his mask and push back the hood. The man seemed quite taken aback by his appearance. He almost thought it was a damn good make up job. Until he caught sight of a long pale tail swing lazily back and forth behind the individual.

"This proof enough? Or do you prefer I remove every article I'm wearing?" He inquired.

Frieza heard a gasp from his right and heard something flutter to the floor. He turned and spotted a female officer gawking at him; a pile of papers lay strewn at her feet on the thin carpeted floor in front of her.

"The hell are you!?" The guy behind the desk blurted out as he rose from his seat. His hand on his piece.

"I sincerely hope I don't have to explain that to you as it's quite obvious. Now, are you going to call the nearest miliary base or not? As I stated, I'm here to turn myself in." Frieza repeated.

"Quinn, get the U.S. Coast Guard Station Brant Point on the phone. A.S.A.P!" He snapped at the female officer.

It took her a few moments to snap out of her stupor. Before she quickly nodded at the other officer.

"Yes, yes sir! I'm on it!" She quickly states.

She cautiously backs up before quickly turning and making a B-Line for a room in the back. Not long after, a few more officers came out of the room, and noticed Frieza.

"WHAT THE FUCK!?" One of them yelled, before drawing his gun, and pointing it at the tyrant.

The other officers had equally baffled and shocked looks on their face as they eyed the strange alien man standing in the middle of their Bureau. Wanting to diffuse the situation, Frieza spoke up again.

"Easy, I'm not here to harm anyone." Frieza said slowly and calmy.

"Just what the fuck are you? And why the hell are you here?" Another officer snapped.

"Isn't it obvious what I am?" He inquired.

"Screw that. How the hell do you know English so well is what I'd like to know." An officer off to the right side of the group questioned.

Frieza arched an eye ridge, "It's a universal language is it not? Though we call it common tongue. Anyways, why are we going off topic? I asked you people to call the nearest miliary base. In the meantime, I'll wait here until they come."

"It's understandable on why they would come for you. But why in the hell are you offering yourself up to them to begin with?" The one behind the desk asked.

"Let's just say they already are aware of my presence and most likely already on their way to detain me. I figured I'd make it easier for them by coming here instead." Frieza replied.

In the meantime, another officer working at one of the other desks just forwarded the surveillance footage on their computer to the base as proof that it's not a hoax and to get here as soon as possible.

It must've worked, because the female officer known as Quinn came back out a couple minutes later with news.

"I got ahold of someone. They said they are on their way and be here as soon as possible. Probably within the next few minutes." She stated while barely taking her eyes off of Frieza.

"In the meantime, shouldn't we be getting this thing into a holding cell?" Another officer quipped.

"That won't be necessary, seeing as I'm not going anywhere and won't put up any resistance." Frieza stated.

He spotted some chairs off to the left in what looked like a waiting area. The tyrant made his way over and sat down on one of the chairs. A couple of officers that still couldn't believe what they were seeing whipped out their phones and held it out in front of them towards the Icejin.

It didn't take long for Frieza to notice what they were doing and turned his blood red gaze back to them.

"I don't think it's a wise idea to record me. We wouldn't want a public panic on our hands, would we?" Frieza pointed out.

Both men were quite surprised he knew that was what they were doing. Just how much of human tech did this alien being understand? It sounded like he knew there were cameras in their phones.

"He has a point. Not to mention, you just gave the people at Brant Point reason to confiscate your phones. In which case, that would be the least of your problems." Another female officer stated.

One of the youngest officers who was fresh out of the academy cautiously made his way over and sat in one of the seats across from Frieza. He leaned forward with his hand on his chin and really studied the pale Arcosian. At this point, Frieza was getting a little tired of being gawked at like a side show freak.

"Whatever it is you wish to ask, just get it over with and stop gawking at me." Frieza quipped.

The young man jumped slightly in his seat. The other officers started steadily going about their business. Or at least tried to. Most of them still couldn't stop staring at the petite alien man in the waiting area.

"Sorry, just kind of find you intriguing. Guess you can say I've always been fascinated by aliens and believed in their existence." He admitted.

Frieza didn't say anything, just continued to stare at the young man who barely looked more than a boy sitting across from him.

"What is your name? This may sound crazy, but you...kind of look familiar." The young officer inquired.

Should he lie? Or just tell him the truth? Can't really be any harm in telling him his actual name.

"Frieza." He said.

The young man's eyes furrowed briefly, until his eyes somewhat widened in realization.

"No fucking way." He draws out, as if not believing it.

The tyrant sighs and closes his eyes briefly before gazing at the young officer again.

"I take it you heard of me. No doubt it has to do with that ridiculous little mockery of a show on the t.v." He grunted.

The young officer opened his mouth to say something. When a few heavily armed individuals with guns walked in. The officer at the desk gestured over to the waiting area. And the group abruptly approached Frieza. If the group of soldiers were shocked at what they were seeing, they hid it pretty well behind a mask of indifference.

"Callahan, get that tranq ready." The one up front instructed to someone on his left.

The man started to lift his rifle to take aim.

"That won't be necessary. I won't be giving anyone trouble." Frieza said, as he slowly got up.

The young officer silently watched the exchange, pretty stunned that the infamous Galactic Emperor was just voluntarily giving himself over to the Coast Guard. Did none of these dudes ever watch the show? If they did, they'd all be pissing themselves right now. Because he knew that the tyrant was more than capable of global destruction.

The leader of the group gave Frieza a long hard stare as if he were looking right through him. Then he briefly glanced to a soldier on his right and gave him a quick nod. That soldier pulled a heavy looking set of shackles from a bag he was carrying. He set the bag down and cautiously approached the tyrant.

"Slowly put your hands behind your back and turn around." He barked.

Frieza did just that. The soldier roughly grabbed his wrists and fastened the shackles to them. Another soldier also came up behind him and fastened another set to his ankles. But he was completely caught off guard when one of them put a black bag over his head. They placed their hands on his shoulders and turned him back around. And instructed him to move.

And that's how they ended up leaving the building. They hustled Frieza into one of their trucks and hit the gas. The soldiers had him sitting down in the back. And a few of them sat on either side of him with guns in hand just in case.

"Will you all take this ridiculous thing off my head. I have an important request to make." Frieza said, rather annoyed at having the damn thing over his head to begin with.

"Whatever you have to say, can wait until we get back to base. We will be there shortly." One replied.

Frieza huffed in frustration and leaned back against the metal wall of the truck. Something tells him these people are going to be quite 'fun' to talk to. Or rather; infuriating to say the least. He knew from the start that this was a dangerous decision. But he just keeps reminding himself, it was for Eve's safety. And that's what strongly compelled him to do what he did.

I guess no one would've ever guessed the Evil Emperor would just go and turn himself in. I know a lot of people are probably thinking what he did was rather stupid on his part and something highly unlikely he would do. In most circumstances we all know he wouldn't go through with something so reckless. But the situation quickly changes when someone he deeply cares about is involved.

Frieza already had a bad feeling from the start that they would do something horrible to her if they brought her in because of him and he just couldn't let that happen. So, he bit the bullet and turned himself over. How will Eve handle it knowing he is gone? And if they are in fact involved, where is Whis and Lord Beerus, and most importantly what do they think of all that is happening?

Until Next Time ;)
