Narrator: Sugar. Spice, and everything nice. These were the ingredients chosen to create the perfect little girls, but Professor Utonium accidentally added an extra ingredient to the concoction. Chemical X!

Professor: *Gets moved backwards by an explosion, but smiles when he sees what he created*

Narrator: Thus the Powerpuff Girls were born! Using their ultra super powers, Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup and Bell have dedicated their lives to fighting crime, and the forces of evil.

Blossom: *Flies through the sky*

Bubbles: *Flying to the right of Blossom*

Buttercup: *Flying to the left of Blossom*

Bell flying to the right of Blossom

Villains: *Standing together in a red room*

Powerpuff Girls: *Getting ready to attack*

Villains: *Getting ready to attack*

They ran towards each other, but the villains were not going to win, (obviously.)

Blossom: *Punches Mojo Jojo*

Bubbles: *Punches Fuzzy Lumpkins*

Buttercup: *Kicks Him, making two teeth, and blood fly out of his mouth*

Narrator The Mayor of Citiesville prepares to close his office and go home to the suburbs. It has been a long day managing the affairs of his city, especially now that the reconstruction of the Citiesville Bridge is almost complete. The bridge that was destroyed by those Powerpuff Girls when they lived for a short time in his city. He was glad they left to return to Townsville. Then just as he is about to head out the door the phone rings forcing him to answer it.

Mayor said "Yes, what is it?"

Chief said "Mayor, it's the Chief of Police. We got a problem here at the new bridge."

Mayor said "I'm on my way." Soon his limousine pulls up to the construction site next to the bridge. A number of police officers are scurrying about. The Mayor sees the Chief trying to direct his men.

Mayor said "Chief, what's up?"

Chief said "Look up there!"

The Chief points to a black figure leaping from girder to girder high among the bridge supports. Long black streamers flow from it as large green eyes glow in it's head. It would land on a girder and rip it out with super human strength. The police would fire their weapons at the creature but it would shrug off the bullets and throw the torn girder down at them.

Chief said "If this keeps up that thing will tear down the bridge!"

Mayor said "Well kill the thing!"

Chief said "We can't, it seems to be impervious to our bullets." Then with a loud menacing laugh the creature disappears into the twilight.

Mayor said "What was it?"

Chief said "I haven't a clue."

Narrator Two days later the creature is back. This time tearing bricks out of the bridge's support pillars and throwing them into the river. Again nothing the police can do can stop it. Not even bazookas have any effect on it. The Mayor watches helplessly as his bridge is dismantled piece by piece. And again the creature disappears into the growing darkness.

Mayor said "I want some answers!" He pounds his fist on his desk as he growls at several scientists in front of him.

Scientist said "But Mayor, whatever this thing is has powers beyond our understanding."

Mayor said "I don't want you to understand it! I want it stopped!"

Scientist said "The only way to stop it would be to get a super hero to fight it."

Mayor said "Who is available?"

Scientist said "Well the closest are the Powerpuff Girls in Townsville."

Mayor said "No no, I swore never to let them use their powers in my city again. Who else?"

Scientist said "Well there is Major Man but he is unreliable and he's charging a lot of money to do super hero work."

Mayor said "What? I thought super heroes are altruistic? Is there anyone else at all who will do it for free?"

Scientist said "We can't get anyone else. Word got around about how you treated the Powerpuff Girls and we are sort of a pariah in the super hero community now."

Mayor said "Damn it!" Then the phone rings. The Mayor answers it.

Mayor said "Yes! What? Not again!" He looks out the window and sees from a distance one of the bridge's towers collapse.

Mayor said "I give up. Call Professor Utonium. Maybe he can provide some help. Hopefully without the Powerpuff Girls."

Narrator Back in the City of Townville's as The view goes to the house of the Powerpuff Girls.

inside The Professor is sitting in his easy chair reading the paper in his living room.

Professor said "Tsk tsk, it's awful what's happening to Citiesville bridge." Then the phone rings and he answers it.

Professor said "Utonium residence. Can I help you? Yes? Yes? Well I don't think I can but the girls could? Well, I'll ask them but it would be up to them. Yes, I'll give it a try. I'll let you know what they say."

Upstairs the girls are playing a game of go fish.

Buttercup said "Got any twos?"

Blossom said "Go fish."

Buttercup said "Rats!"

Bubbles said "I want two cards please."

They hear a knock on their door.

Blossom said "Come in."

Professor said "Girls, I need to have a talk with you."

Buttercup said "What ever it is I didn't do it. I was framed. I have my constitutional rights!"

Professor said "Okay Buttercup, it's not about anything you did."

Buttercup said "Whew!"

Professor said "Girls, I just got a call from the Mayor of Citiesville."

The girls all glare at him with frowns on their faces.

Professor said "I know you didn't get along well with him but this time he is asking for your help."

Buttercup said "Huh, he must really be desperate."

Blossom said "What does he want this time?"

Professor said "Some powerful creature is tearing apart the new bridge they are building."

Buttercup said "Geez, not that precious bridge of his again."

Bubbles said "He was mean to us, he made a law so we can't use our powers in his city ever again."

Professor said "I know, but he is willing to rescind his law if you will help him. Now come on, you girls are super heroes sworn to help those in need."

The girls put their heads together and whisper among themselves. Finally they break apart and stand together.

Blossom said "We'll do it, but only with our conditions."

Professor said "Conditions?"

Narrator

The next day a crowd and news reporters are gathered in front of Citiesville City Hall. The Mayor and Police Chief wait on the steps.

Chief said "Here they come."

Mayor said "Sigh, strike up the band."

A brass band begins playing a triumphant march as a long limousine pulls up to the steps. A red carpet is rolled out to the door as it opens and the Powerpuff Girls step out. Cameras flash and people cheer as the Powerpuff Girls stride up to the Mayor. They stop, cross their arms and look at him defiantly. The Mayor steels himself and makes a prepared announcement.

Mayor said "Ahem! On behalf of the people of Citiesville I welcome the great super hero team, the Powerpuff Girls. They have graciously agreed to rid our fine city of the grave danger that torments it."

The crowd cheers.

Mayor said "And by official decree, the law I have so wrongheadedly signed..." He looks down at the girls who smile up at him.

Mayor said "The law forbidding the use of super powers in the city of Citiesville, is hear by declared null and void."

Hearing this the Powerpuff Girls float up above the cheering crowd.

Blossom said "Citizens of Citiesville, we have come to rid you of this creature and bring peace to your city and restore your bridge."

The crowd cheer even louder and the band plays again. Blossom floats over to the Mayor.

Blossom said "And now Mayor, our accommodations."

Mayor said "The Chief will escort you to your hotel suite." The Powerpuff Girls get back into the limousine and it is escorted by a line of police motorcycles with sirens blaring to a sumptuous hotel. They are then shown to their executive suite by the Chief of Police.

Chief said "I hope this meets with your approval?"

Blossom said "Yes, it does."

Buttercup said "There better be candy bars in the fridge."

Chief said it "Everything you asked for is here, now about your mission."

Bell said "You say this creature strikes at sunset and has super human powers?"

Chief said "Yes, and it is only interested in destroying the new bridge."

Blossom said "We'll get right on it."

Chief said "The city and the Mayor will be most grateful." When he leaves and closes the door Blossom plops herself on the huge soft bed.

Blossom said "Ahh, now this is great."

Buttercup said "What are you doing Blossom? I thought we were going to go after that creature?"

Blossom said "The creature doesn't come out until sunset. We can take it easy until then, let's make the most of it. We had such a bad experience since the last time we were here."

Buttercup said "You're right, they owe us for being such bad hosts. I like your way of thinking."

Bubbles floats over to the bathroom and looks in.

Bubbles said "They have a wonderful bathtub in here. I'm going to take a bubble bath."

Buttercup said "Well I'm taking a nap."

Blossom said "I'm going to order a pizza from room service. What do you girls want on it?"

Buttercup said "Everything but the kitchen sink!"

Narrator

After the pizza arrives the girls gorge themselves at the expense of the city. Then Buttercup goes to sleep early while Bubbles has her bath. Blossom relaxes by surfing through the channels on the cable television. Bubbles joins her after her bath and together they watch a movie. Finally they both fall asleep. Hours pass and it begins to get dark outside. The phone by the bed rings waking Blossom.

Blossom said "Um...hello? Oh Chief! What? It's back? We're on it." She shakes Bubbles awake who is still wrapped in a bath towel.

Blossom said "Bubbles, wake up! Where's Buttercup?"

Bubbles said "Hmmm, she was right here next to me."

Blossom said "Get ready, I'll look for her."

As Bubbles gets dressed Blossom looks all over the hotel room but cannot find Buttercup.

Bubbles said "Did you find her?"

Blossom said "No, we better go. We'll look bad if we don't stop that thing. They're counting on us."

Narrator The two Powerpuff Girls zoom out the hotel room window toward the bridge at the outskirts of town. When they approach it they see a black figure knocking girders over. In fact the figure looks very familiar to them.

Bubbles said "Blossom! Doesn't that look like..."

Blossom said "Yes, Buttercup's Mange costume."

Narrator The creature dressed like Mange sees them and flies across the cities' skyscrapers.

Bubbles said "It flies like us."

Blossom said "Come on."

Narrator They chase the speedy creature across the rooftops until they manage to catch up to it. When they try to grab the creature it dodges them. Seeming to know their every move. Then as it gets ahead of them it turns around and blasts at them with lasers from its glowing green eyes.

Bubbles said "Ow, those hurt just like Buttercup's!"

Blossom said "This is weird but I'm putting a stop to this." With a burst of speed Blossom tackles the creature and Bubbles circles around to grab it from behind as well. They all plummet to the ground into the middle of a junkyard, raising a cloud of dust when they hit the ground. From a distance the Mayor and Chief watch.

Chief said "They have it down!"

Mayor said "Good! I hope they get rid of it once and for all!"

Chief said "Shouldn't I get my squad to help them?"

Mayor said "No, I gave up too much to endanger our boys. Let those girls do their job."

Narrator In the middle of piles of trash Blossom and Bubbles wrestle with the creature. They are finding it very strong and able to hold its own against them.

Bubbles yelled "AHH! It's pulling my pigtail! I wish Buttercup was here to help us!"

Blossom said "I think she's a lot closer than you think!" With that she grabs the creature's hood and rips it off revealing...

Bubbles Yelled "IT'S BUTTERCUP!"

Blossom said "Buttercup! Wake up!" As she shakes her sister in the Mange costume Buttercup seems to come out of a trance.

Buttercup said "Huh, what, who, where?"

Bubbles said "Why is she acting like this? Is she the one wrecking the bridge?"

Blossom said "Remember when the Professor was sleep walking and got us all those toys without him knowing it?"

Buttercup said "Oh geez, you mean I'm the creature we were supposed to stop? I shouldn't have had that slice of jalapeno pizza!"

Bubbles said "How did she get over here to wreck the bridge without us knowing it?"

Blossom said "When we go to bed at night Buttercup is the first asleep. Did you notice when she gets up soon afterward to go to the bathroom?"

Bubbles said "I know, she would spend almost an hour in there. You mean she was really sleep walking?"

Blossom said "And she would put on her old Mange costume and come over here to destroy the bridge."

Bubbles said "But why?"

Buttercup said "I would like to know that myself, I don't remember doing any of this."

Blossom said "My guess is deep down inside Buttercup was so angry at the Mayor of Citiesville for treating so badly it manifested itself in an rage that became a dark split-personality bent on revenge."

Buttercup said "I'm sorry girls, I ruined our reputation. Once they find out I'm the one wrecking the bridge they'll kick us out of town for sure. We'll won't be super heroes anymore."

Blossom said "Not necessarily. They still think we're fighting the creature."

Buttercup said "Yeah, so?"

Blossom said "Well we'll show them how we get rid of monsters. Buttercup, take off that costume...Bubbles, bring me that old propane tank over here. I'm hoping it will still have some gas in it."

Bubbles said "What are you going to do?"

Blossom said "Send the creature to its doom."

Outside the junkyard the Mayor and Police wait in nervous anticipation.

Chief said "Its gotten quiet Mayor, too quiet."

Mayor said "They better get rid of that thing. I'll don't know what we'll do if they don't."

Suddenly the creature is seen rocketing straight into the sky trailing fire. They all watch as the three Powerpuff Girls follow it and then train their lasers on it. With a loud explosion and in a ball of fire the creatures is destroyed.

Chief said "They did it! They did it!"

The Mayor breathes a sigh of relief. The Powerpuff Girls land in front of them to the cheers of the gathered crowd and the flash of reporter's cameras.

Blossom said "Citizens of Citiesville. Your troubles are over. The creature is destroyed!"

Chief said "Thank you Powerpuff Girls."

Mayor said "We are grateful for the good job you did."

Blossom said "Now if you'll excuse us Mayor we'll return to our hotel room and rest up for tomorrow. So we can repair your bridge."

Mayor said "That won't be necessary. The city will repair the bridge, you girls can go back to Townsville. I'm sure they need you over there."

Blossom said "Fine, we'll leave in the morning. Goodnight all."

The girls fly back to the hotel to the cheers of the crowd.

Chief said "Are you sure you don't want them to help rebuild the bridge?"

Mayor said "No, it would have meant them staying in that hotel room much longer and it's costing me a fortune to put them up there. Now that the danger is past we

can handle it without them."

Narrator That evening the girls stay up late watching movies on the hotel television and eating banana splits.

Blossom said "Well Buttercup, now that Mange is out of your system I hope we won't have you sleep walking."

Buttercup said "Don't worry sis, I don't want to turn into that creature ever again."

Bubbles said "You shouldn't keep your anger inside of you Buttercup. You should let it out."

Blossom said "If something is bothering you, you should talk about it."

Buttercup said "You're both right, and something is bothering me right now."

Bubbles said "What's that?"

Buttercup said "There's not enough chocolate syrup on my banana split! Call room service!"

Blossom (rolling her eyes) said "Oh brother!"

Narrator you tell them Buttercup"

Heart come up

Narrator and so for the vear first Time" Cityviller is saved thank to the Powerpuff girls"
