Summary: it's been weeks since Dabi revealed himself as Touya Todoroki. Shoto, Deku and Bakugo were out for extra credit for their school patrolling the city. Shoto end up bumping into his brother and they both started to fight.

CHAPTER 2

It had been a whole month since Shoto last saw Touya, but they text or video called quite a lot in between. November was approaching, and it was getting rather cold. There hadn't been much villain activity as of late. Shoto was back at the school dorms and back to attending classes. The class bell ended, he gathered his stuff and walked out with Midoriya, chatting about the school's endurance run today after school.

"I can't believe we're gonna run in such cold weather…." Midoriya muttered.

Shoto couldn't help but chuckle "It would be good, training in such an environment, to help build up the body's immunity to such seasonal weather."

Midoriya blinked at him "Mhmm I guess, if you put it that way…" then he was bumped on the head making him look over to see Bakugo with a grin on his face "You better get ready Deku because I'm gonna beat you at this endurance run!"

Shoto shook his head. "It's not a race."

Bakugo growled "The hell it is!"

Midoriya shook his head also, "Kacchan… there's no need to think this is a competition…." Bakugo bit his lip looking at him, he had stopped making Midoriya stop with him. Shoto was slightly ahead but stopped to look back at them.

Bakugo looked down at Midoriya who cocked his head to the side "Kacchan..? what's wrong?" a blush came on Bakugo face.

Then Kirishima came out of nowhere putting his arm around Bakugo's shoulder "You ready for this endurance run?!"

Bakugo growled. "Get off me!"

Shoto sighed. "You are coming Midoriya?" Midoriya had turned to Shoto and nodded rushing over to him. Bakugo frowned watching them leave.

The rest of the day went by as usual. Shoto felt somewhat tired by the end of the school day but he shook it off. He was doing this endurance run, nothing will stop him.

Out in the front of the school, their class along with other classes stood outside in their gym outfits. Shoto was stretching his arms back and forth and doing leg stretches. Midoriya, next to him, stretched as well.

All the teachers were there with the principle who stepped up with a microphone. "UA students! Thank you all for coming to the first endurance run of the school year! Now then, this is a normal high school endurance run so no quirks are allowed! There is trail, follow it and no cheating!" this made all the students gasp.

The big three nearby looked surprised, Togata grinning. "This sounds fun!"

Hado shook her head "Of course you would be so excited." Togata grinned and laughed while Amajiki shook his head.

Bakugo grinned and gripped his fist. "Get ready Deku! I'm gonna beat you!"

Izuku frowned. "Kacchan it's not a race…."

Shoto shook his head and got ready as Midnight prepared the flare gun. "Students get ready!" all the students got ready, and as Midnight shot up the flare, the students all took off.

Shoto was more or less parallel with the rest of his class and the other students. Bakugo and Midoriya were at each others heals, running alongside each other. "You're going down DEKU!" Midoriya sighed, giving up.

"Fine! If you wanna play it that way!" Bakugo grinned as they both zoomed again of the class.

Ida grinned. "That's more like!" he rushed after them, Kaminari laughed and soon following after them. Shoto just kept a good pace following the other students.

Halfway through the endurance run, there were water stops. Shoto was starting to feel tired which was rare for him because he liked to run a lot. Reaching a water stop, he grabbed a bottle and drank the whole thing and kept on running. By this time his class was way ahead of him, and made him wonder why his body was going so slow…

In a café, a hooded figure sat next to the window completely covered, black mask with black sunglasses. He had a Hot coco in his hand and was watching students run along the streets 'Mhmm must be the endurance run…' Next to him in nothing but a cute pink hooded sweater spoke. "Wow! This is looks fun!"

Dabi sighed. "Shut up Toga." Toga giggled soon gasping to see Izuku and Bakugo running beside each other. Her eyes lit up like a child on Christmas day. "My Izuku!"

Dabi shook his head and looked around more 'Where's Shoto…?' Toga looked up at him. "You wondering if your brother is here also?" Dabi shrugged his shoulders.

Toga sighed. "The league is really disbanded isn't it….?"

Dabi looked at her. "I think it's for the best Toga." Toga pouted and looked up at him

"Why…? We were a…"

Dabi sighed. "What a family? Really? is that what you're gonna say?"

Toga frowned up at him. "Dabi… do you really hate me?"

Dabi looked at her and looked away "I tolerate you for a reason Toga."

Toga smiled up at him "So how are your burn scars?"

Dabi breathed softly and carefully lifted up his mask to take a drink of his hot coco "Fine."

Toga smiled and looked back at the students, more were running past them panting or looking too exhausted. Couple of minutes went by and Toga saw a certain dual-haired boy "Dabi, it's your brother." Dabi looked right away and his heart fluttered with joy 'My little Sho!'

Then Dabi frowned, Shoto looked too exhausted even for him. "Something's wrong… he's never looked this tired before."

Toga blinked "You think so?" Dabi nodded as Shoto had stopped in front of them panting and looking like he was gonna pass out.

"Shoto." Shoto's eyes widened, turning his head, and now Dabi could see his brother's face. It was all red like he was running a fever.

Shoto's looked surprised, he knew this hooded person in all black was Touya instantly. He wanted to run up to him and hug him but there were still students running pass him. "SHOTO!" This made Shoto and Dabi both jump.

Shoto gazed away from Touya and looked to his sister with her class. Fuyumi waved at him "Shoto!" Shoto glanced back at Dabi but just jogged over to their sister and her class.

Dabi and Toga glanced over watching them. Shoto whipped his arm over his forehead "Sis what are you doing here…?"

Fuyumi smiled with a chuckle "School trip," she pointed behind her to a museum.

Shoto blinked "Oh." Fuyumi's class looked at him with surprised looks. Girls were blushing at him, and some boys were frowning at him.

"You're gonna keep going?" she asked her little brother, Shoto nodded.

"Yeah… well see you later" he waved and jogged off. Fuyumi waved at him, she turned slightly only to hear her class gasp. Then made her turn quickly to see Shoto had collapsed. She gasped and rushed over.

Dabi's eyes widened and he was about to run over but Toga grabbed his arm "Wait… if you go over there…" Dabi bit his lip feeling anger hit him. Shoto had collapsed and he couldn't be there for him but only watch with Toga as Fuyumi was holding up Shoto shouting, as people started to gather around.

It didn't take long for the ambulance to show up, Fuyumi sniffed and looked at the other teacher with her. He smiled and nodded "Go, be with your little brother." she smiled and looked at her class

"Please do what Mr. Gersa says?" They nodded to her. She turned to the ambulance and got right in. She had looked out one last time only for her eyes to widen. There by an ally was a black hooded figure being pulled away but she could have sworn she saw turquoise eyes looking concerned 'Touya…?' She thought as the doors of the ambulance closed.

At the gates of UA, Midoriya and Bakugo were panting on the ground. Ida stood there laughing, Kaminari ran up panting "So… who won?"

Ida laughed. "It was a tie!"

Nezu chuckled at them, but a teacher ran over and knelt down whispering something in his ear. Nezu's eyes widened. "Shoto Todoroki fainted?" Class A-1 looked shocked by this. Izuku sat up with wide eyes "Todoroki fainted…?!"

Nezu looked at Aizawa. "Head to the hospital, his sister is with him." Aizawa nodded and took off. Nezu looked at Shoto's class "Go back to your dorms."

Izuku was frowning. "Todoroki…."

At the hospital, Shoto was put in a private room. Fuyumi was sitting next to him holding his hand. Rei and Natsuo soon walked in, Rei stepped over sitting down next to Fuyumi very worried "Do they know why he fainted?" Natsuo asked frowning, sitting down.

Fuyumi shook his head "No… he looked so exhausted… it was so unlike him… you know running for him is like a piece of cake… but for him to get tired soo quickly… They took some blood, so we will know what is wrong… soon I hope…"

Rei breathed softly. "Fuyumi, you can go back to your class. I'll stay with him."

Fuyumi blinked. "Are you sure mom?" Rei nodded.

Natsuo sighed. "He will be alright, mom will be here."

Fuyumi nodded. "Please call us when he wakes up."

Rei nodded with a soft smile. "Of course."

Rei watched them both leave, once they left Rei held his hand. "Shoto you over worked yourself again didn't you…? You train way to much…" She lifted her head to see Enji rush in.

"How is he?"

Rei smiled "Sleeping… Enji you over train him… it needs to stop."

Enji frowned. "I haven't been training with him for a while…."

Rei looked surprised "Are you sure…? Because you know this has happened before... he was pushed over his limits because you couldn't let him rest!" she snapped slightly at him.

Enji's eyes widened at her sudden exclamation, frowning, he looked down "I know…"

Rei sighs "Leave…"

Enji's head snapped up with widen eyes "But I'm his father."

Rei bit her lip. "I said leave, it's a mother's job to be here for her children… and I won't let you do the same with Shoto like you did with Touya… Go… I'll let you know what's going on."

Enji looked upset but stomped out of the room in anger. Rei sighed softly but smiled at Shoto's slumbering face. Hearing a buzzing noise, she blinked over to the table where his gym uniform and phone were in.

She reached out and took out the phone. Looking at it, her eyes widened slightly to see a text from 'Dabi' Rei blinked "Touya…" She whispered. Making a bold move, she opened it up to see the text message.

'You alright?! I saw you collapse, please call me..!'

Rei smiled gently at the text, her oldest son was reaching out trying to make amends. Making another bold move, she had pushed the call button, placing it against her ear. The phone rang a couple of minutes then answered quickly "Sho! You alright?"

Rei smiled "He's fine"

"Mom…?" Touya's voice sounded shocked.

"Touya, hes fine… just sleeping" Rei said softly. She heard Touya sigh mostly in relief.

"Good…"

"They took a blood sample, so we should know what made him collapse." Rei then heard Touya growl

"I bet you it was him…! He over trained my Sho!"

Rei blinked at this 'My sho…?' "He was just here… he swear he didn't…"

Touya laughed. "Yeah sure he didn't… are you… staying with him?"

Rei smiled "I'll be here all night with Shoto Touya."

"Good... uhm I gotta go… Toga stop pulling me! Sorry mom bye" the phone beeped as Touya hung up.

Rei smiled putting the phone down "Mrs. Todoroki" Rei looked up to see Aizawa.

"Oh Mr. Aizawa."

He walked over. "How is he?"

Rei smiled "Fine, just resting."

"Nezu told me to come and check on him, I can see he's doing fine" Aizawa said, Rei nodded.

"Just fainted from over training himself."

Hearing a knock, they both looked over to see the doctor walk in "Ahh hello Mr. Aizawa" Aizawa nodded to him.

"I'll take my leave" he bowed his head and left to the room.

Rei smiled at the doctor "Did you find anything?"

Doctor frowned. "Mrs. Todoroki…. I checked this over and over again… and it came out positive… I don't know how it was possible because there shouldn't be a possibility…"

Rei frowned at him. "Doctor what is wrong with my son?"

He sighed softly "It seems… he's pregnant"

Rei froze for a moment 'What did he just say…?' She looked at Shoto 'Pregnant…? But he's a boy…' she looked at the doctor "Are you sure…?"

He nodded to her "Just in case… I would like to do an ultrasound on him."

Rei slowly nodded "Yes…"

The doctor nodded "I'll send someone up to give him one… did you know he was sexually active?" Rei bit her lip slightly, deep down she knew. She knew what happen between him and Touya. She only nodded to him, he sighed softly "Does he have a boyfriend?"

Rei still looking at Shoto 'Are my two sons dating….?' "I don't know if he does…" then a nurse rushed in

"Doctor Kinea, the head Doctor of the clinic is here to speak with you."

Rei's eyes widen "The clinic that… my son was in front of a month ago?"

The Nurse nodded, Dr. Kinea sighed softly "I'll be back, let me talk to him and bring him in here" he walked out of the room with the nurse.

Rei was frowning at them as they left the room. Hearing a groan, she looked down and smile "Shoto?"

Shoto's eyes fluttered open "Mom… I'm in the hospital again…?" Rei nodded.

"Yes.. you did faint in the middle of the street…."

Shoto leaned up but Rei used the bed remote and moved the bed upward. Shoto was much more comfy in this position "Did they find out what was wrong?"

Rei frowned at him and nodded "Shoto… I'm your mother and I would never feel ashamed of you…"

Shoto looked confused "Mom what are you talking about…?"

Rei took his hand "the doctor checked your blood over and over and it came back the same… it shows… that.. you're pregnant."

Shoto's eyes slowly widened 'I'm what…?!' closing his eyes shaking his head "No… I can't be… I'm a boy!"

"Ah you're awake and it seems your mother told you." Shoto opened his eyes to see the doctor and someone else. Rei frowns "You're the head Doctor from the clinic… tell me what was put in my son…"

Shoto's eyes widened at this "The clinic… now you show up and tell me what was injected in me?!"

The man frowned and bowed his head. "I'm deeply sorry, we did end up finding what was injected in you but… the Ceo told us not to say anything because he didn't think anything would happen… that drug was meant for certain reason's…. It was created by a co doctor with his quirk called pregnancy…"

Shoto's eyes widened more in shock "P-Pregnancy… Quirk….?"

He nodded to Shoto "Yes… that drug was original made for a gay couple… twin brothers, one with the quirk attraction and one with soul bond quirk…. Since birth they were soul bonded and tied to each other and unable to be with anyone else but with each other…"

Rei and Shoto looked up at him with shocked looks "The syringe with the pregnancy quirk also had both attraction and soul bond quirk with in it from the twin brothers" He also said.

Shoto closed his eyes clutching his chest 'pregnancy quirk…. Attraction and soul bond quirk… does that mean…?' "Will.. will there be any complications…?"

The man looked up at him and blinked. He shook his head "No, there won't be… it was designed for them not to have any complications during pregnancy and birth…."

Shoto leaned back into the bed covering his face with his hand, this was too much for him. Rei could sense it and looked at them. "Thank you… you can leave know" she mainly looked at the doctor from the clinic.

He only bowed his head and left the room, Dr. Kinea stayed "Shoto.. I know this so much to take in… but I would like to give you an ultrasound, just to make sure"

Shoto sighed. "Do whatever you want…." He nodded to Shoto and left the room closing the door.

Rei took Shoto's hand "Shoto honey…"

Shoto started to tear "Mom…. tell me I was dreaming just know…?"

Rei shook her head "No you weren't…"

Shoto kept tearing 'I'm pregnant… with Touya's baby…' "Mom… it's…"

Rei stood up and sat on the bed holding him "I know, I know Shoto… It's Touya's."

It didn't take long for Dr. Kinea to return with an ultrasound machine. Shoto's shirt was pulled up he gently put ultrasound gel on the small device. Rei smiled holding Shoto's hand. Dr Kinea put the wand with the gel and gently moved it around on Shoto's stomach while looking at the screen. "Mhmmm… ah, yup…" Shoto looked at the screen to see it "By the size… you are a month."

Kinea looked at him "Couple weeks after the clinic thing I take it?"

Shoto nodded "Yeah…"

He nodded to Shoto "You want me to take a couple pictures…?" Rei looked at Shoto who nodded.

Dr. Kinea finished up, wiping the gel form Shoto's tummy. Then handed him the picture "Here you go."

Shoto gently took it, looking down he smiled 'It's so small…'

"It's small, By the end of the first month of pregnancy, your baby is around 6-7mm (1/4 inch) long, about the size of a grain of rice… Shoto I know your only a teenager… and you have your hero and school career here but there is always…"

Shoto shook his head, he knew what the doctor was trying to say "No, I will not abort it."

Rei smiled at her son "Shoto."

Kinea nodded with a smile "Then you will be put on maternity leave from school activities… you have life growing in you Shoto, you have to take of yourself and that life."

Shoto nodded to him "And the dorms…" Shoto looked up at him then at his mother who smiled at him

"For know stay there but when you start to show more, you're more than welcome to come home with me."

Shoto smiled at her "Thank you mom"

Kinea smiled. "Well then, I'll have you stay overnight and you can go home tomorrow and I suggest someone talk to his school about this."

Rei nodded "I will, don't worry" Kinea nodded and left the room.

Rei handed him his phone "He called earlier… he was really worried when he witnessed you faint… call him honey, tell him to come here."

Shoto took the phone "You sure mom?"

Rei nodded to him "It will be okay, I'll make sure of it."

Shoto smiled as he dialed Touya's number right away.

Rei had gotten up and left the room to hear "Touya, I'm alright" she chuckled, closing the door. She sighed softly and walked off to call Nezu.

In the room, Shoto had turned the call into video call. Shoto blinked on where he was at. It was a dark bedroom, and Touya was in a white shirt. That big sweater he was in earlier today was not on him currently.

Touya smiled softly. "Sho… how are you?"

Shoto smiled. "Fine… uhm mom told me you called earlier."

Touya nodded "Yes… I felt so helpless… seeing you faint… I couldn't…."

Shoto smiled softly. "I know… Touya mom says to come here… there's something we both need to talk to you about."

Touya blinked "Come there… you sure it's safe…?"

Shoto nodded "Please later tonight, you can sneak in." Touya chuckled with a smirk.

"I think I'll do that, alright babe around midnight I'll be there"

Shoto blushed for being called babe "O-Okay… see you at midnight.."

Touya winked at him. "Get some rest Sho, see you later."

Shoto smiled "See you later Touya." then ended the call.

Shoto sighed with a smile, relaxing. 'Touya is gonna be here…'

"Todoroki…?" Shoto's eyes widen and looked at the doorway to see Izuku.

"M-Midoriya…?" Izuku bit his lip but stepped in closing the door.

Walking over he spoke, "Shoto.. were you just talking to... your brother?"

Shoto's eyes widened but he closed them, with a heavy sigh he nodded "Yes…" Izuku sat down next to him.

"When did this happen?" Izuku asked him.

Shoto looked away "That day in front of the clinic… we fought… then spoke… I got him to stop… he's stop fighting… I think he's doing it for me…"

Izuku looked surprised but smiled. "So you've been talking to him ever since then?"

Shoto nodded to him. "But something else… Midoriya... if I tell you this, promise me you won't find me disgusting…" Izuku blinked at him.

"Todoroki, I don't think I will ever be disgusted with you."

Shoto breathed softly. "Alright… it all started that day when I fought Touya…"

In a private room, Rei was sitting with Nezu and Aizawa. She had just told him Shoto's condition. Aizawa looked shocked by this "So… Shoto is pregnant?"

Rei nodded "Yes, the drug that was injected with by accident was confirmed being a drug created from a pregnancy quirk…"

Nezu looked down at the file. "Mhmm indeed, it was also made for a gay couple that were twin brothers." Aizawa's head turned to him fast.

"Wait what?"

Nezu nodded "Just as I said Aizawa… according to the file here, these two boys do go to AU but are in the senior class. They both have quirks that bonded them since birth… one with Soul bond quirk and the other with Attraction Quirk… and this drug was made for them." He closed the file. "Mrs. Todoroki, do not fear your son will be taken care of and looked after… tell me who the father of your son's baby is?"

Rei sighed softly "Well… it's difficult to explain… Nezu, Aizawa promise me you won't do anything if I tell you?"

Nezu nodded. "I promise."

Rei nodded "It's Touya, my oldest son."

Back in Shoto's room, Shoto had told Izuku everything. Izuku looked at him with wide eyes but blinked at him. "Todoroki… this is a joke right?"

Shoto shook his head "No… I'm not joking, I'm pregnant and Touya is the father. Me and Touya had."

Izuku put his hand up with a red face "O-Okay... no need to say it again… I'm just having a hard time believing… I mean how…? You're a boy"

Shoto frowned "It was the drug I was injected with… I told you…"

Izuku blinked 'oh yeah he told me that also…' "So… you really are…?"

Shoto nodded and handed Izuku the ultrasound picture "Here take a look."

Izuku's eyes widened and gently took it, looking down at it. He looked at it with an aww 'is there really a baby inside Todoroki's tummy…?' he looked up looking at Shoto's stomach "Can I feel it?"

Shoto's eyes widened and flushed, rubbing that back of his head and nodding shyly "Sure, I'm only a month pregnant so there's not much of a bump yet."

Izuku smiled brightly and reached out touching Shoto's stomach 'wow'

Shoto flushed more "With in another month my tummy will grow, weird huh?"

Izuku looked up at him "You're keeping the baby even though it's your brother's…?"

Shoto nodded "It's an innocent life Midoriya… of course I am" That make Izuku smile brightly and chuckle.

'He's so cool!'

"Oh, hello Izuku" Izuku turned taking his hand off Shoto's stomach to see Rei walk up with a bowl of strawberries

"Oh hello Ma'am"

Rei chuckled. "Shoto hun, I brought some strawberries, I just finished speaking with Nezu and your homeroom teacher."

Shoto sighed. "I see" but his stomach growled at the smell of strawberries, gently taking them, he started to eat them. "Mom he will be coming here around midnight."

Izuku blinked "You mean your brother…?" Shoto nodded.

Rei smiled "I see, well eat up then you can take a shower… you do smell honey" Shoto turned red making Izuku chuckle at him.

The night went by quickly, and Izuku had left hours ago. Rei looked at the time and it was close to midnight. She got up and walked to the door, opening it quietly she walked out and left it open. She walked off to the snack machine.

A black hooded figure snuck over and slipped into the room closing the door. Stepping over to the bed, he smiled to see Shoto fast asleep.

Removing his hood and mask, he moved around the bed where there was a table and chair. Reaching out he rubbed Shoto's head "Sho, still cute even asleep." Shoto started to hum in his sleep making Touya chuckle. His eyes wondered around the room but landed on the table. He blinked to see something that made him look confused. Reaching out he picked it up, looking down at it. His eyes slowly widened 'Is this… a ultrasound….?'

"Touya niii?" He slowly turned to Shoto who was awake looking at him with wide eyes.

Touya gulped "Sho… why is there a…"

Shoto reached out taking his hand. "Touya… there's… there's something I need to tell you…"

Touya's eyes widened and shook "Tell me what?"

Shoto took a breath and let it out "I'm pregnant…"

Touya sat there staring and staring "Pppp… Preg… nant..?"

Shoto nodded "the drug that I was injected was made with a pregnancy quirk… and... I think you get the picture…."

Touya started to breath heavy making Shoto look at him with worry "T-Touya… calm down…"

Touya felt dizzy 'Shoto… my sho… is pregnant with my…' the whole world crashed down on him and collapsed from the side of his chair to the ground, fainting right away.

Shoto's eyes widened but sighed with a smile getting out of the bed, he stepped over to Touya. Kneelling down he put Touya's head on his lap, running his fingers through Touya's white hair "Fainting, oh how cute of you Touya Nii."
