Summary: it's been weeks since Dabi revealed himself as Touya Todoroki. Shoto, Deku and Bakugo were out for extra credit for their school patrolling the city. Shoto end up bumping into his brother and they both started to fight.

CHAPTER 5

Early in the Morning, Endeavor was walking through the streets towards an abandoned building. He walked inside and made his way to the rooftop.

There he saw Hawks, walking over to him. "There you are"

Hawks turned to him. "Endeavor? What do you want?"

"I want your help in capturing Touya…"

Hawk's eyes widened. "Dabi? But he's been silent for months… no one has heard from him since he fought Shoto…"

Endeavor frowned. "Trust me, he's been active… The little shit dared to touch…" He stopped himself making Hawks blink at him in confusion.

'What is he talking about…?' "Hey what was that about last night? On TV? So, is it true then? About Shoto?" Hawks asked.

Endeavor sighed. "I can't speak of it anymore. The main problem is that we take down Touya, he needs to answer for his crimes."

Hawks sighed. "Very well, you want this on the down low so he won't get wind of it?"

Endeavor nodded "Yeah"

Hawks also nodded. "Very well"

At Touya's apartment, the first one to wake up was Touya himself. He leaned on his elbow, looking at Shoto who was soundly asleep. Reaching out, he combed the hair from Shoto's forehead. He was just so cute even in his sleep.

Smiling, his hand reached down rubbing the baby bump. 'I still can't believe this is happening… I'm a villain, fighting him and then… We kissed… and I couldn't stop thinking about him… I want nothing more than for him to be in my arms… the day he was released from the hospital I was so excited I dashed off to sneak in his room… and… we… had such passionate sex ever… God I love him and our baby…'

Leaning in he kissed Shoto's forehead who was still out like a light making Touya chuckle 'Still exhausted from another round of love making last night, huh. Might as well get up and start making breakfast for him and our little one.' He managed to get out of the bed. Butt naked, he searched for his boxers and shirt. He put them on and walked off to the kitchen.

Roaming in the fridge, Mochi jumped on the table meowing softly making Touya look over "Shhh Mochi, Shoto is sleeping" he whispered evoking a soft purr from Mochi in response.

Touya took out some food for breakfast 'I think I can remember how to make just simple eggs and bacon.' He nodded. 'Yeah, I can do this for him, it's been a while since I cooked even for myself.'

Within half hour, Shoto stirred awake smelling food, making him lick his lips. Getting out of bed, he found his boxers and shirt. He got dressed and walked over with a yawn "Morning"

Touya looked over to him and smiled "Morning, I made breakfast"

Shoto blinked and looked at the table to see a plate of bacon and a cheese omelet. Shoto blushed and smiled brightly. "Awww Touya nii"

Touya chuckled and sat down with his plate "Come on, eat up" Shoto only giggled and sat down and started to eat his breakfast with a big glass of milk.

After breakfast, Touya was cleaning up. Shoto was in the bathroom taking a nice relaxing bath. Shoto leaned back more, his eyes closed and relaxed even more. He was happy, happy he was here with Touya.

Running his fingers through his wet hair, he then reached down and touched his baby bump. Chuckling, he said "You're happy too huh little one?" he asked rubbing his bump. The door slightly opened

"Babe?"

Shoto flushed "yeah?"

"Can I come in?"

Shoto smiled "Sure" Touya walked in wearing nothing but his boxers and stepped over to the bathtub. Shoto watched him and smiled "You gonna come and join me?"

Touya grinned sliding off his boxers throwing them in the basket. Shoto moved forward making room for Touya, who just stepped in and laid back pulling Shoto back with him wrapping arms around him rubbing his baby bump "Mhmm this is nice"

Shoto giggled and relaxed back into Touya "Very"

Touya leaned down kissing the top of his head "Mhmm" Shoto smiled brightly snuggling back into Touya.

"What are we gonna do today?" Shoto asked.

Touya hummed softly "Mhmm I don't know, its cold out today… I don't like the idea of you and the baby out in such cold weather…"

Shoto chuckled softly "We can just stay inside then, watch TV?"

Touya nodded "And Cuddle all day" he snuggled into Shoto more making Shoto giggle softly. Shoto's eyes lingered at Touya's arms, the burns on them made him frown.

Gently rubbing them "Have you thought of letting them heal?"

Touya blinked and lifted up his right arm "No not really… I mean what's the point?"

Shoto pouted looking up at him "Really? Touya nii…"

Touya smiled softly down at him "If you want me to let them heal I will… that means…"

Shoto nodded "You need to take a break from using your quirk for a while"

Touya's arm dropped and his head went back with a groan 'Not using my quirk for a while….?' "I know you can do it Touya nii..." Touya opened his eyes looking down, Shoto's face just looked too cute right know.

He just couldn't so no to that adorable face, cupping Shoto's cheek and with a soft smile, he said. "Alright, only for you"

Shoto leaned into the touch "I love you"

Touya's eyes widened slightly but smirked "Love you too Sho"

The week with Touya went by quickly, they mainly snuggled and made love couple of more times. Natsuo had texted Shoto telling him to have Touya bring him to his apartment since mom is being watched by their father.

Touya was not happy about this but he agreed for Shoto's safety. They both bundled up and walked through the alleyways to were Natsuo's apartment was. It was a long walk but they both managed to get there.

Both walking up the stairs to Natsuo's front door, Touya had knocked on the door. They both heard rustling then the door opened, Natsuo was in his normal outfit he normally wore. A smile came on his face "About time, how are you feeling Shoto?"

Shoto sighed. "Tired…"

Touya pulled him in a hug "I'll text you when I get back" Shoto nodded in his chest. Nastuo blinked at them and smiled.

"Well what about me? Huh? I want a hug"

Touya looked at him and sighed opening his arms. "Come on" Natsuo smiled and stepped over hugging Touya tightly

"You jackass…" Natsuo muttered. "You're an idiot…"

Touya just smirked. "I know" Shoto was chuckling at them. Letting go of the hug Touya turned to Shoto and kissed him "Love you"

Shoto smiled brightly "Love you too" Touya walked away heading back home.

Natsuo was carrying Shoto's bag, as they both walked inside the apartment "Would you like me to do your laundry?" Shoto looked at him and blushed

"Uhm sure, do you mind if lay down?"

Natsuo nodded "Sure of course you can Shoto, you must be tired" Shoto smiled and walked more into the apartment. Finding the futon, he laid down and sighed softly. He was already missing Touya and even Mochi.

Tomorrow he had school, he had Monday off. Natsuo was gonna take him to school the next morning.

After throwing the laundry in the washing machine, he walked back to the living room, sitting down next to Shoto "So how are you?"

Shoto looked up at him "Tired and good… Natsuo… are you okay with everything…?"

Natsuo blinked at him and nodded "It's maybe weird… but I understand how this all happened…" he reached down rubbing Shoto's baby bump "Wow there's really a baby in there huh?"

Shoto nodded with a chuckle "Yeah"

"Well then! We have to get you on vitamins! Are you taking them?"

Shoto blinked and blushed "No…? I mean I'm not a girl so…" Natsuo flicked his forehead "Oh you are taking them!" he got up and walked over to the bags.

Shoto sat up and watched him, Natsuo came back with a bottle of prenatal vitamins "Here take one a day"

Shoto blushed more. "But these are for girls… Natsuo…You sure this would work?"

Natsuo nodded "You're pregnant, you need the proper vitamins for your baby"

Shoto smiled "thank you…" he opened it up and took one. They were gummies and tasted not that bad

"One a day huh?" Natsuo nodded "So you hungry?"

Shoto rubbed his tummy "Uhm… sure… what do you have?"

Natsuo chuckled "I can make some instant ramen with an egg and a piece of ham?"

Shoto nodded "Sure!" Natsuo patted his head and walked off to the kitchen.

The next day at school, Shoto was in the library looking outside. This was during gym, his stomach wasn't feeling the best so he decided to stay in the library until gym class ends. Shoto sighed as he flipped through a page in the book he was reading.

"There he is…" Shoto blinked looking up, his eyes widened and a blush came on his face to see two highly attractive twin boys walking up to him.

"Shoto Todoroki?" they both asked him.

Shoto nodded "Uhm yeah… who are you two?"

The twins smiled at him "I'm Daisuke"

"And I'm Haruo." The other one said. Shoto blinked up at them "We are the twins… with the soul bond and Attraction quirks…" Shoto's eyes widened. "And the drug was created for that was injected in you… we are deeply sorry for what happened to you" they both bowed they heads.

Shoto stood up waving his hand "It's alright… uhm… I…" the twins looked up at him and smiled at him, walking around the table they were right next to him "Can we feel your tummy?" They both asked at the same time.

Shoto blushed but nodded "Sure…."

They twins smiled brightly both touched shoto's baby bump. Blinking "Wow…" "Yeah… wow…"

Shoto blinked at them "so… uhm… are they making another one for you two….?"

The twin brothers looked at him and nodded "yeah they are…" "you can tell us you know… the drug was created for uhm… us... that are brothers… so… we can guess who the other father is… but in order to active our quirks…. Was through blood… did you two exchange blood…?"

Shoto's eyes widened 'Exchange blood…?!' thinking back, he recalled back to their first heated kiss… some blood was mixed with in the kiss 'What is from the first time we kissed…?'

Shoto nodded to them "I think... it was from the heated kiss…."

The twins chuckled at him "we see… just so you know we are always here to help you with anything"

Shoto flushed and nodded "Thank you" The twins chuckled hugging him

"We are gonna be good friends" they both said to him making Shoto smile softly 'friends huh?'

Couple of weeks gone by and it was Shoto's birthday, January 11th. Somewhere around the neighborhood in the morning, Toga was standing in line for a breakfast sandwich. By far the best made according to Dabi. She wanted to try it for herself. Wearing an oversized and heavy thick pink hoodie she stood there waiting, with her phone in her hand looking through it.

Humming to herself, she was finally next in line. Stepping up she smiled. "The ultimate breakfast sandwich please!" the man nodded and started to make it.

"Did you hear? There's some low-class hero's asking about that blue flame villain…?"

This made Toga froze slightly 'Dabi..?'

"Yeah it's been happening since early this morning… you think the hero's finally put a hit on him or something…?"

"No doubt... he is after a criminal… I've seen him the other day walking around with someone… I think a girlfriend or boyfriend?"

"Wait a moment… I saw him at the burger place! I was like behind him! He did say boyfriend… mhmm who would ever wanna date him…? I mean.. he looks a burn zombie…."

"Here you go ma'am" Toga blinked and smiled giving him the money "Thank you!" she took the sandwich and walked out of the place and went trait for Dabi's to warn him. 'this isn't good… Heroes are looking for him…'

At Touya's apartment, he was lounging around watching the news of course. Mochi was on his lap purring, today was Shoto's birthday. Grinning, he couldn't wait to see Shoto today. He planned on walking all the way to Natsuo's again. Shoto would be there with Fuyumi.

Mochi's head went up and his ears went back growling. Touya sighed 'Great…' he thought hearing the knocking on the door. Touya groaned getting up as Mochi jumped off and went to hide.

Walking to the door, he opened it to see Toga smiling "Hey Dabi!" Dabi groaned "What? It's too early in the morning!" Toga frowned and pushed him in and closing the door "Dabi listen… I was at the breakfast place… and while I was in line.. I heard that low ranking heroes are looking for you…"

Dabi's eyes widen and then he frowned "And…?"

Toga frowned "Dabi… you think… he put a hit on your head…. to capture… you…?"

Dabi made a fist, his quirk was slowly activating 'Enji… putting a bounty on me….?' Biting his lip "So like him… fuck…"

Toga nodded "if you have any plans today… you can't go anywhere…."

Dabi growled "No I have to go to Natsuo's. Its Shoto's birthday today…! I don't give a shit!" his Shoto was turning 17 today and he wasn't gonna miss it.

Toga sighed softly "Then let me walk with you just in case….?" Touya bit his lip

"No… just leave and stay hidden…"

Toga nodded but hugged him "Please be careful….?"

Touya sighed and nodded "leave already" Toga let him go and left. Touya locked the door and growled picking up his phone texting Natsuo telling him he's getting ready to leave soon.

Sometime in the afternoon, Shoto was at Natsuo's. Fuyumi had just arrived with a cake, Shoto's favorite. Vanilla strawberry cake. Fuyumi put the cake in the fridge for now.

Natsuo and Shoto were sitting under the kotatsu table, a hot pot was on the hot pad. Sukiyaki was for lunch, and Touya had not shown up yet. Fuyumi was about to sit when there was a knock on the door, the three of them looked at the door.

Shoto smiled "He's here"

Fuyumi smiled and rushed to the front door and opened it to see Touya in that thick hoodie and holding a present bag. Touya smiled "Hey little sis"

Fuyumi smiled so brightly "Come on in"

Touya nodded and stepped inside. Taking off his shoes he walked through the apartment and smiled at Shoto "Yo happy 17th birthday my cute little Sho'

Natsuo gasps "He's 'our' cute little Shoto!'

Fuyumi laughed sitting down "Take off your hoodie Touya"

Touya frowned but took it off. Sitting down next to Shoto "Here, happy birthday" Shoto giggled taking. Reaching in he took out a plushie but this plushie looks just like Touya as Dabi "Did you make this…?"

Touya grinned "oh I know someone who make plushie so this person owes me and made it"

Natsuo blinked "wow… it's so detailed…."

Fuyumi nodded "Now I want one…."

Shoto blushed making Touya grin hugging him "Awwww"

He looked at the food "Oooo are we have sukiyaki?" his siblings grinned at him

"Oh you know it! I got extra beef just for you too also" Touya laughed "Oh Natsuo you still know I love a lot of meat in sukiyaki"

All three siblings sat there, eating sukiyaki together. Touya had confess that he was keeping tabs on his siblings so he knew what they were up to before he joined the villain league and watched Shoto's match which surprised Shoto.

At some point Natsuo asked Touya why he really sent that villain to him. Touya frowned "I don't know… I wasn't in my right mind…"

Fuyumi frowned "Touya nii… you wanted to hurt father didn't you…?"

Touya looked down and nodded, Shoto held his hand "It's okay Touya… you can show emotion…. Your safe with us…"

Natsuo nodded "I forgive you"

Touya's eyes widened looking up at him "Why? I tried to kill you…."

Natsuo sighed "Well.. it wasn't really you… it was the old man's fault for doing this… it's his fault"

Fuyumi frowned "Natsuo…"

Natsuo slammed his hand on the table making them all jump "Don't you dare defend him, Fuyumi you know he would never change…. I mean yeah he's trying but it all stopped after Shoto became pregnant!"

Shoto nodded "Yeah… he looks at me with such disgust know…"

Touya growled "He didn't touch you did he?"

Shoto nodded "Nope, he wouldn't dare… Miydora has been walking with me to classes everyday and the twins..."

"Wait twins?"

Shoto nodded "Twins that the drug was made for… i met them and became friends with them"

Touya looked surprised by this "Oh I see, so they have been guarding you too?"

Shoto nodded "Most of my classmates are"

Touya groaned "I hate that I can't be there with you every single day"

Nastuo and Fuyumi chuckled at them "Awww cute!" Shoto and even Touya flushed slightly, then a knock on the door make them jump.

Natsuo frowned "Who is it?!" he shouted.

"Its your father let me in!" Touya's eyes widened shaking with anger.

Shoto looked fearful "Touya…" he whispered.

Fuyumi bites her lip "Quickly the bathroom" she got up and walked to over to him

"Coming dad!" Natsuo shouted as Fuyumi pulled Touya up and pulled him along to the bathroom, they both stepped in and Fuyumi closed it, she looked up at him. "Shhh" Touya nodded.

Shoto saw Touya's hoodie and gasped, he hid it under the rolled up futon and hid the plushie under his lap and quickly poured Touya's half eaten in his empty bowl as Natsuo opened the door to see Enji.

Natsuo narrowed at him "What? You weren't invited"

Enji frowned at him "what do you mean? I came here to wish him a"

"Oh shut the hell up and leave, we all know how you think of him right know why don't you take it up your ass and leave"

Enji's eyes wideedn at him with shock 'Natsuo never talked back to me like this before…. What in the world as gotten into him?' biting his lip "he's here isn't? him and Touya? I know Touya's here!"

Natsuo narrowed his eyes. "No he is not… the only ones are here, are me, Fuyumi and Shoto…"

"Then were is Fuyumi?!"

"In the bathroom!" the bathroom door opened and Fuyumi stepped out and frown at their father "Please leave father… you will upset Shoto and the baby…"

Enji frowned holding up a bag "Here give this to him" Natsuo took it and slammed the door in Enji's face. The bathroom door opened and Touya stepped out, he stayed quite hearing their father leave.

Touya sighed. "I should leave…."

Natsuo and Fuyumi frowned "No you don't have too"

Touya walked to the back as they followed him "He put a bounty on my head…."

Their eyes widened at him. Shoto stood up "What?!"

Touya looked around "where's my hoodie?"

Shoto growled "What do you mean a bounty?!"

Natsuo and Fuyumi looked upset and shocked "Touya… how do you know he even did?"

Touya turned to them "Well it's a guess… I wouldn't put it pass him to put one on my head after happen… getting Shoto pregnant pissed him off and he wants me in prison… Shoto where is my hoodie?"

Shoto made fists "You are not leaving…!"

Natsuo frowned. "Calm down Shoto… the baby…"

Touya reached out cupping his cheek "Sho"

Shoto's eyes widened "Listen to me, if I stay here any longer I'll put you all in danger… this place is being watched…. Him just showing up like this raises questions"

Shoto bit his lips and had tears in his eyes "Touya…."

Touya nodded "I'm a wanted villain you know this… all you know this… I'm sorry for everything… I love you"

Shoto nodded putting his head in Touya's chest tearing "I love you too"

Natsuo stepped to the futon pulling out the hoodie "Use the balcony…." Touya nodded taking the hoodie and looked down at Shoto, leaning down he kisses shoto making Fuyumi's eyes widen and even blush. Shoto kissed him back right away "promise me to text me when you get home…."

Touya smiled "Of course.. and if I get captured take care of Mochi?"

Shoto nodded "I promise…"

Touya putting on his hoodie, he stepped to the balcony. Natsuo opened it and Touya looked back at them "I'm sorry" all three of them rushed him hugging him.

Touya smiled hugging them back but get out of the hug and jumped down and ran off quickly as he can. The three siblings watched him disappear in the darkness.

Shoto sniffed "Touya…"

Within couple of hours, Touya was close to his apartment when he stopped and right in front him was Hawks "Touya enough running"

Touya bit his lip "You don't get to call me that Hawks, only my family does"

Hawks blinked "what do you mean? Don't you hate your family? And have been trying to kill them?"

Touya sighed "No moron… I made up with my siblings and was enjoying Shoto's birthday until the old man showed up, I know he put a bounty on my head…. so I guess you're a part of it… huh trying to get back at for almost killing you? I see your wings grew back, oh nice for you" that grin came upon his face as Dabi.

Hawks narrowed "Dabi, you gonna fight me or surrender?"

Dabi sighs "I promised my cute little Sho I wouldn't use my quirk for a while to let my skin heal…. But I guess I have to break that promise don't I?!" he shouted his blue flames came around his hands "Sorry Hawks but I won't be going down, I have a family to take care of!" he shouted.

Hawk's eyes widen 'family to take care of…?' Then he gasped as Dabi rushed at him with his blue flames. Hawks jumped up in the air and the two started to fight each other.

At Natsuo's, Shoto was still by the window frowning looking out of it. He had a bad feeling something is happening. Fuyumi had brought out the cake and sit it down on the table "shoto you want some cake?"

Shoto didn't answer, Natsuo sighs softly "He really does love him" Fuyumi nodded siting down "they both love each other deeply… its kind of cute" then Fuyumi's phone rang.

Fuyumi answered "Hello? Oh my mom… huh?" Fuyumi's eyes widened and looked at Shoto who turned to her.

Natsuo frowned "Sis?"

"Natsuo… the TV, turn on the news…."

Natsuo's eyes widened and quickly turned on the TV, Shoto bis his lip, deep down in his gut he knew something was happening. Natsuo switched to the news, there was a reporter in the down town area where Shoto knew Touya lived.

"As you can see behind me, blue flames! Pro hero Hawks is in battle with the Villain Dabi also known as Touya Todoroki"

Shoto's eyes widened and stood up looking at the TV and saw the blue flames and Touya fighting Hawks. Biting his lip "That idiot promised no more using quirk to let himself heal!"

Natsuo's and Fuyumi's eyes widened at him, Shoto turned to his siblings and smiled "Please… take me to him… I can stop this… please…" Natsuo looked at Fuyumi who smiled, nodding.

Dabi was panting and his arms sizzled in pain 'shit… if I keep going… I won't feel my arms…'

Hawks dropped down "Enough Dabi! Surrender!"

Dabi bit his lip "Never! I will see my child born!" Hawk's eyes widened 'child..!?'

Dabi's whole body was covered in his blue flames "You and Enji will not take me away from my family!"

Hawk's could feel the heat from this, so much emotion from Dabi. He's never seen Dabi like this before. Then in the corner of his eyes he saw the other three siblings rushing over. Hawk's eyes widened "Stop don't get close!"

Natsuo's and Fuyumi's eyes widen. "Touya!" Touya didn't listen and screamed as he fell to his knees. Touya was losing control of his quirk. Shoto bit his lip taking off his hoodie and rushed over making Natsuo and Fuyumi gasp "Shoto! Stop! The baby!"

Hawk's eyes widened as Shoto rushed closed "TOUYA NII! YOU PROMISED!"

Touya had stopped screaming and the heat died down the flames died down slightly but he was still covered in the flames "Sho…"

Shoto wa right in front him, in between him and Hawks. People were all around watching. Shoto was sending calming cold waves at him "Touya… you promised me you wouldn't use your quirk anymore… to let yourself heal…. Please enough…"

Touya frowned "Sho… I…"

Shoto stepped to him only to grab his hand that was fire "Stop don't! you'll burn!" Shoto smiled and placed that said on his stomach. Eyes widen, the flames weren't burning Shoto and the baby "See we are okay…"

Touya blinked as his flames completely died down. Hawk's eyes widened and he was shocked by this 'No it can't be…. This is why Endevor wanted Dabi caught so badly…? Because…' Hawks knew, oh he knew now.

Stepping over "Shoto" Shoto turned to him and frowned but looked back at Touya.

"Touya…."

Touya sighed but stood up "I know" he rubbed Shoto's stomach, "Take care of Mochi for me…"

Shoto then started to tear "I…."

Touya leaned over kissing his forehead "I know…"

Hawks blinked at them with a shocked look 'was Dabi… giving up…?'

Touya looked up at Hawks and lifted his arms "Go ahead… Hawks"

Hawk's eyes widened. "You sure about this…?"

Touya nodded "People are watching you know, if they see you let me go well there goes your career huh?" that smirk made Hawks narrow but stepped over cuffing him

"So that family of yours…"

Touya narrowed "not here…"

Natsuo and Fuyumi rushed over "Touya…!"

Touya looked at them and smiled "Take good care of Shoto and the baby?" Shoto was still tearing. Natsuo and Fuyumi nodded to him.

Cops were already showing up as also some other hero's, Endeavor had showed up also crossing his arms with a smirk on his face making Touya narrow his eyes at him "Happy, old man?"

Hawks just pulled Touya along putting Touya in the back of villain van and closed the door behind them. Touya had sat down.

Hawks looked at him "Dabi…" Dabi didn't look at him just kept his eyes closed. "Touya"

Touya opened his eyes, Hawks frowned "Your family… you spoke off.. and of the baby…."

Touya sighed, leaning back with his head up. "if you guessed it in your head then yes, Shoto is pregnant with my child"

Hawk's eyes widen 'I was right…..'

Hawks sighed "I can see what I can do…. I know how it is to have a fucked up childhood, we are the same page you know… I'll try to get out on probation…."
