Summary: it's been weeks since Dabi revealed himself as Touya Todoroki. Shoto, Deku and Bakugo were out for extra credit for their school patrolling the city. Shoto end up bumping into his brother and they both started to fight.

Chapter 6

Four months went by, and it was June 4th. It was a nice spring day, chilly but warm. Shoto was 6 months pregnant, his stomach was so round. He was living with his mom at the new house and had been taking online classes for the time being. He was feeling more hungrier, tired and achy than ever.

Him and his mother were sitting in a waiting room in the women's imaging area. He was getting an ultrasound today. He became very popular when it came to his appointments. The nurses just loved to see him.

Sometimes he got weird looks from women and even men. Rei sat next to him held his hand "So today is the day we learn the gender"

Shoto smiled "Yeah…." Then he frowned 'I wish Touya was here… 4 months locked up…. At least Hawks have been trying to help get him on probation…'

The door to the area opened and Hawks walks in with his causal outfit. Spotting Shoto he walked over "Shoto, Rei"

Rei looked up and smiled "Oh hello Hawks"

Shoto looked up and gently smiled "Hawk's what you are doing here?"

Hawk's smiled "Well I came here for Touya has he asked me to, had a meeting with him and the lawyers today."

Shoto's eyes widened "what happened?"

Hawks smiled "I'll tell you after we see the gender, he's pretty excited"

Hawks sighed sitting down. Shoto giggled at this 'oh I hope it's good news….!'

"Shoto?" Shoto smiled as Hawks and Rei got up and helped him up to the door.

The nurse smiled brightly "Wow look at you! You're getting big! Welcome back Shoto"

Shoto flushed "Thanks" the nurses guided them to the scale. Shoto got on the scale and the nurse scaled him, she blinked 'mhmm gained more than a normal 6 month pregnancy… mhmm' "alright let's get you to the ultrasound room"

Once in the ultrasound room, Shoto was laying on an examining bed. Rei and Hawks sat there watching as the nurse was checking his vitals. Once she finished "Alright, the ultrasound doctor will be in here in a moment" Shoto nodded as the nurse left.

Shoto laid back with a sigh "Thanks for being here Hawks… you've been a real help ever since… that day…"

Hawks smiled softly "Please. After finding out that your father basically used me to capture Touya after the reason why I had to make up for it… the pregnancy changed him... in so many ways. I've never seen how passionate he was before about protecting his family…"

Rei smiled "it's cute" Shoto flushed 'Cute…. Huh?'

The door opened and woman stepped in smiled brightly "Shoto! It's really good to see you and see your mother is here and…. Hawks..?"

Hawks bowed his head "Ma'am"

Shoto chuckles "Hello Dr. Meyers"

Doctor Meyers blinked at Hawks "before we begin does he know?"

Shoto nodded "Yes he knows"

She only smiled "I see well then let's get this show on the road, I bet you are excited?"

Shoto grinned "Yes"

Rei chuckled "We all are"

The doctor chuckled and stepped over, sitting down and get everything ready. Once she was ready she pulled Shoto's shirt up and blinked down 'Big for 6 months…' She squeezes the warm gel on his tummy, putting the ultrasound wand on Shoto's 6th month pregnant stomach.

Doctor Meyers looked at the screen moving the wand slightly then her eyes widened "What the…." All their heads turned to her.

Shoto frowned "What's wrong?"

Hawks could see and his eyes widened and stood up "No way…." Rei frowned and couldn't see.

Doctor Meyers turned to Shoto "I don't know how it was possible but…. It looks like you're having twins…." She moved the screen so Shoto could see and his eyes went wide 'T-Twins….?'

"T… T… T…. Twins…?" he whispered in shock.

Rei gasps "Twins…?!"

Hawks was even shocked by this "But didn't the last ultrasound show he was having one…?"

The doctor nodded "I don't know how but I guess the twin was hidden… its rare though… In other words, your baby parked themselves behind their sibling, ducked into one of your uterus' nooks and crannies, or slipped just out of view of the ultrasound during the exam. Very rare indeed"

She looked at Shoto, his eyes rolled back and fainted, Rei gasped "Oh my…."

Hawks sighed and smiled "well that shocked the hell out of him"

Rei chuckled "Shoto wake up…."

Doctor Meyers smiled "Well the babies look to be healthy mhmmmm lets see here…"

Shoto's eyes opened "Mom…?"

Rei stood up and sat down next to him "I'm here"

"Did… she say I'm having twins..?"

Rei nodded to him, Shoto turned to his doctor who smiled "Ahhh Baby A… a boy!"

Shoto's eyes widen "a boy…."

"Mhmmm Baby B…. Oh my another boy!"

Shoto gasped "Another boy…?"

Rei chuckled "Wow twin boys..!"

Hawks laughed "wow! Twin boys! Touya is gonna be shocked! I wonder if he will faint like you did"

Shoto pouted at him "Shut up"

Doctor Meyers chuckles "Alright, I will take some pics and send you on your way. Wow a hidden twin"

After his doctor's appointment, Rei right away texted Natsuo and Rei about the hidden twin. Her, Shoto and hawks walked through the park and stopped near an ice cream stand.

Getting ice cream, Shoto picked the blue moon ice cream. Humming, enjoying it he hummed. "Mhmm so yummy"

Rei chuckled. Hawks was eating some vanilla "So about Touya. The meeting today went well with the lawyers. Nezu was there and I got good news"

Shoto's eyes widen "How good?"

Hawk's smiled "He will be released on probation, under Rei's watch on house arrest with a monitoring ankle brace."

Rei smiled brightly "wow really?" Hawks nodded, Shoto's heart fluttered and rubbed his stomach 'well my little ones, looks like daddy is gonna be coming home soon' "So when will he be released?" Rei asked Hawks.

Hawks smiled "Tomorrow, you can surprise him with the twins. I will personally bring pick him up and bring him to you"

Shoto was so happy and stood up, stepping over to Hawks he hugged him. Hawk's eyes widen and flushed "Thank you!"

Hawks smiled and hugged Shoto back "your welcome Shoto"

The next day came, Shoto was sitting around the family room as Fuyumi and Rei was putting up a banner that said, 'Welcome Home Touya' Shoto smiled brightly eating some snacks, he was in a white v-neck shirt that was in a size plus 4, specially made men's skinny jeans that his mother cut and sowed an elastic band. He also had a black cardigan that was slightly big on him.

Natsuo hanged up the phone "Alright I ordered the pizza, should be here when Touya gets here"

Shoto smiled "Mhmmm pizza…" then Mochi came walking in and jumped on Shoto's tummy. Shoto chuckled "You excited for your daddy to come home? Me too" he petted Mochi. Right after Touya got arrested, he went to Touya's apartment and brought Mochi to his mothers and had been taking care of Mochi ever since. A week later, Toga reached out and said she would watch Touya's apartment and clean it.

At the prison, Touya sat in his cell with a sigh. Soon he was gonna be released. He was excited to see Shoto and how big he had gotten. Of course, he's excited to see the rest of his family minus Enji.

He lifted his arm and smiled down at it. His burn scars had been healing very nicely. They didn't look like burnt dead skin anymore. His normal fair skin was back but still had a like pink burn scaring form where his burns were. His arms, shoulders, neck, half his face, legs and half his ankles and under his eyes. His staples were all gone. He has been going to quirk healing sessions that was for inmates that had bad reaction to their own quirks.

His hair even shocked him, slowly more red streaks were slightly coming back. Sighing softly, the guard came up "Touya it's time" Touya nodded "gather your items" Touya got up and stepped to his small little bag and picked up, walking over to the gate as the cell door opened. Stepping out they had to put him in handcuffs until he was fully released.

Walking past cells, his fellow inmates shouted bye to him "See you later Dabi!" "Good luck out their man!"

Touya shook his head "Later idiots" he waved at them making them laugh at him. The guard took him to the changing area "Here" handing him a bag "Hawks is here, he came with this. Fresh clothes, something he said he can see you wearing"

Touya blinked but went through the clothes, it was black men's skinny jeans, a white v neck shirt and a pair of black converses with black socks. He sighed 'Figures.' he slowly started to change. It's been 4 months since he held Shoto. He is grateful to Hawks for helping him and Shoto.

~A month after Touya was captured~

Touya sat in his cell with a book, he'd been in there for a month now. Endeavor made it sure that his siblings and even mother did not come and visit him.

The guard stepped up "Touya, you have a visitor" Touya looked up and raised his eyebrow 'a visitor… but I thought that man made sure I didn't get one' Touya stood up and put his book down.

Walking over to the gate, it opened, and a guard put cuffs on him, guiding him to the visitor center. Reaching it, Touya walked in but froze to see Hawks sitting there. He frowned at Hawks but stepped over "You are my visitor….?"

Hawks nodded "We need to talk"

Touya frowned but sat down "What do you wanna talk about?"

Hawks dropped a folder on the table "I've been talking to the warden and your lawyers which yes villains do get them for only probation. So basically, I'll be trying to get you on probation"

Touya frowned "Why are you helping me?"

Hawk's breathed softly "I forgive you, for trying to kill me"

Touya's eyes widened "You what…?"

"I forgive you" Hawks said to him for the second time.

Touya groaned and slammed his hands on the table making guards narrow at him "Why are you doing this? WHY?!"

Hawk's put his hand up to the guards who backed down, Hawk's frowned at him "Your father used me, he used me to try and cover up what happen in your family"

Touya frowned looking down "He used everyone"

Hawks then slipped him an envelope making Touya blink down at it "From Shoto" Touya's eyes widen and right away opened it up to see an ultrasound. Touya had a soft smile on his face making Hawks blink at it this 'wow'

On the back of the ultrasound was writing 'here is our baby! 3 months along! We both love and miss xoxo Love Shoto and the Baby :)'

Touya chuckled "3 months now, wow…."

Hawks smiled at him "So will you be willing to do quirk healing sessions that is for inmates that had bad reaction to their own quirks?"

Touya looked up surprised "really?"

Hawks nodded "It's the least you can do, after all didn't you promise Shoto that you would let your skin heal?"

Touya sighed "I guess I have no chose… fine I'll do it the next time Shoto sees me I'll be healed up!"

~Back to the present~

All changed, Touya stepped out to see Hawks waiting for him. The guard uncuffed him "enjoy your probation Touya… don't wanna see you here again"

Touya laughed "Thanks"

After walking with Hawk's out of the building to Hawk's nice sports car, another car pulled up and Enji walked out in his full endeavor outfit. Touya growled "Great…."

Endeavor looked pissed "What is the meaning of this?! I had to hear it from the warden at the last moment he was being released?!"

Hawks narrowed "Touya in the car" Touya sighed and gets into Hawk's sports car. Hawks crossed his arms "I think it's known of your concern Endeavor… you used me and low class hero's to cover your family's secret on how Shoto got pregnant"

Enji bit his lip and flames looked brighter form his anger "he is my son, I have the right know what you were doing!"

Hawks just shook his head "So know you think of him as your son? He may be your son but he is an adult. He doesn't need you for any of this, he will be placed with Rei"

Now this Enji burst in anger "Like hell I will let him near my family!" Hawk's narrowed "That's not your call, it's his family too and don't you dare come to Rei's after that fight you had with Shoto last month you are forbidden to come near him and Rei's home" Hawks turned and walked away to the car getting in. Touya looked in the side door mirror to his father's stunned and pissed off look. Hawk's started the car and droves off.

Touya sighed "He will follow us back at the house" Hawk's shook his head "Rei already forbidden him from coming over after Enji did an outburst on giving about Shoto should give away the baby"

Touya bit his lip "Bastered…."

A half hour went by and at the house, Natsuo had helped Shoto up who was feeling comfortable just sitting down. Rubbing his stomach "excuse me I have to uhm.. pee…." He flushed and wobbled off to the bathroom.

Natsuo just chuckled at him. Hearing the car pull up, he blinked "Oh I think the pizza is here" he rushed to the door and opening it to see Hawks and Touya walk over as the pizza delivery man came pulling up.

Natsuo laughed "Welcome home Touya!"

Touya looked up at him and grinned "hey there Natsuo"

Hawks just chuckled "I'll take him inside" Natsuo nodded as he steps to the pizza delivery man.

Touya walked in with Hawks and went straight to the family room. Fuyumi came flying over "Touya!" but he stepped aside "Sorry Little sis but the first one that hugs me is my Sho"

Rei sat there chuckling "He's in the bathroom"

Fuyumi pouted but walked back over to their mother and sat down. Hawks patted Touya on the back and walked over to the table and sat down.

Hearing meowing, Touya's eyes widened and looked over to see Mochi running over to him "Mochi!" Mochi jumped up at him and Touya caught him "aww I missed you too Mochi" Mochi was purring.

Hearing a gasp, he turned around to see Shoto standing there with widen eyes "Touya…?" Touya looked at him up and down. Shoto had gotten big "Wow you've gotten big!"

Shoto flushed but stepped over "I missed you…."

Touya held him gently "I missed you my Sho and" he rubbed Shoto's tummy "Our little one here"

Shoto just chuckled "Touya… I have something to tell you"

Touya blinked "Oh the gender! Ooo do tell" he grinned. Everyone in the room just chuckles at them, Shoto took his hands

"We found out today that… I'm actually caring twins"

Touya's eyes widened at this 'did he just say Twins….?' Natsuo came in with the pizza but stopped to see Touya's shocked look "Oh did he just learned about the twins?" Hawks laughed and nodded.

Shoto chuckled "We are having Twins, twin boys!" Touya gasped softly 'twin boys… twins! BOYS! okay don't pass out….' A bright smile came on his face "Twins…. And boys… oh my god… do I really deserve this miracle….?"

Shoto smiled at him "Of course you do, we both do. Come on lets get something to eat, Natsuo ordered pizza"

Touya turned to Natsuo "what kind?"

Natsuo grinned "Meat lovers of course"

Touya laughed "Good!"

Later on in the day, Touya and Shoto were cuddling on the couch. Fuyumi and Natsuo had left. Rei was in the kitchen, Hawks was outside on the phone with someone.

Shoto leaned more into Touya "I missed your touch…"

Touya grinned "Aww I missed your touch also" he leaned over kissing Shoto's forehead.

Shoto giggled but flushed "T-Touya… I mean I really missed your touch…."

Touya blinked down at him and grinned "Oh I see, so is it the pregnancy hormones? You are feeling so" he leaned in to Shoto's ear "Horny?"

Shoto's body shivered "Y-Yes…."

Touya grinned and chuckled "well I guess you have to wait until later tonight" Shoto shivered more getting even more horny 'oh god…'

Hawks walked in with a heavy sigh "It your father went complaining to hero association they want a press conference on why you were released… You don't mind Touya?"

Touya frowned "I don't give a shit as long as there's no problems with Shoto and our twins"

Hawks nodded "Alright well I'll be back tomorrow to check on everything... I'm sorry about the ankle tracking brace but you have to have it on"

Touya waved his hand "I know"

Hawks nodded "Well see you tomorrow, Rei I'm leaving!"

"Alright by Hawks!" Rei shouted from the kitchen as Hawks was leaving the family room. Shoto looked up at Touya, leaning up his lips were against Touya's so fast making Touya's eyes widened but grinned and kissed Shoto back.

Rei walked in and stopped, she just walked in on Touya and Shoto having a full out make out session. Flushing, cleared her throat making Shoto pull back fast with widen eyes feeling embarrassed. Rei chuckles "Well it's getting late, why don't you take it in the bedroom" she says walking away.

Touya grinned "well shell we?" Shoto flushed but nodded.

A half hour later, Hawks walked out of the press conference room. Enji was standing there with his arms crossed "So what did they say?"

Hawks looked at him and narrowed but grinned "It seems Touya can stay on his probation, nice try Enji"

Enji bit his lip "Why are you doing this?" a news crew that was around was witnessing their little talk.

Hawks frowned at him "you used me to track Touya because of happen to your family, you tried to hide what happened between Shoto and Touya… they said you were changing but soon as that accident happen you went right back being the same old you…. An abusive piece of shit, I'm still surprised your even aloud to be a hero after Touya's broadcast… you can't run or burry this know, sooner or later it's gonna come out on who the father of Shoto's twins really is"

Enji's eyes widened "Twins…? Shoto is carrying twins…?!"

Hawks smirked "Yeah, he found out yesterday. Hidden twin was a surprise it was, no if you excuse me, I have patrol to do" he walked off.

Moans echoed in Shoto's and Touya's room "Touya…." Shoto moaned softly. Touya was laying down as Shoto was on top of his riding him like there was no tomorrow.

Shoto smiles and closes his eyes. He was happy, finally Touya is here with him their twin boys. He missed Touya's touch and now he can have his touch.

Touya snuggled him more closely "sleep my Sho" he rubbed his pregnant tummy "Tomorrow is a new day"

Shoto smiled "I love you Touya"

Touya chuckled softly "Love you too Shoto"
