Summary: it's been weeks since Dabi revealed himself as Touya Todoroki. Shoto, Deku and Bakugo were out for extra credit for their school patrolling the city. Shoto end up bumping into his brother and they both started to fight.

CHAPTER 7

The next day, Izuku in his causal clothes was walking out of the dorm building. Today he got to see Shoto and do some studying. The twins, Daisuke and Haruo were picking him up. Shoto had texted him saying they were having a late birthday party for Touya, like 4 months late. Something their mother wanted to do for him.

"Deku!"

Izuku turned around to see Bakugo "Kacchan…?"

Bakugo frowned "Listen…" rubbing the back of his head "I just wanted to say that… that I'm…"

"Oh my look at this" Izuku turned back to see Daisuke and Haruo with grins on their faces, they were standing in front of a private car.

Haruo himself had a growing bump on him "It seems he's finally confessing!"

Izuku blinked and looked back at Bakugo who looked angry with a red face. Daisuke nudged his brother "Sheesh Haruo…"

Izuku looked confused "I don't understand what you mean by confess…?"

Bakugo growled "Why are you two always here?!"

Shoto was wearing something similar was lounging on the couch on his phone. Touya was in the kitchen with his mother helping her cook for the first time.

Shoto looked down at his phone and smiled, Izuku had just texted him say they were on their way. The show he was watching had switched to the news quickly.

"Shocking news on the villain Dabi aka Touya Todoroki, who was released on probation just yesterday" Shoto's eyes widened and looked up at the TV with a shock look.

"Yesterday that evening there was a press conference with the hero association and the hero Hawks after a complaint from the hero Endeavor. He was told at the last moment his son was being released.

Our news crew was there that day for an interview and managed to catch an argument with Endeavor and Hawks"

Shoto shook 'what…?!' "TOUYA!" he screamed and with in seconds Touya and their mother came running in "Shoto what's wrong?!"

Shoto was pointing at the TV, they both turned their heads to it "Here is the footage of that argument"

~ They can see Hawks and their father right there, Hawks was frowning at him "You used me to track Touya because of happened to your family, you tried to hide what happened between Shoto and Touya… they said you were changing but as soon as that accident happened you went right back to being the same old you…. Enji's eyes widened "Twins…? Shoto is carrying twins…?!"

Hawks smirked "Yeah, he found out yesterday. Hidden twin was a surprise, now if you excuse me, I have a patrol to do" he walked off. ~

The clip had ended "What did Hawks mean by that?" a news reporter asked the other. The other frowned.

"Who knows we are currently reaching out to Hawks or even Endeavor's family for answers" Touya turned off the phone right away.

"Stupid idiot.. sheesh what the hell bird boy…." He muttered.

He turned to Shoto who was shaking in fear lightly, this made Touya rush to him and sat down next to him holding him

"Shhhh calm down don't stress the twins"

Rei nodded "take deep breaths" she knelt to them and took Shoto's hands "I had to do this when I was pregnant with all of you… I was so much under stress from your father… it was the reason why Touya was born premature…." Shoto closed his eyes and tries to calm down.

Touya was frowning "that's it deep calming breaths…" Natsuo with Fuyumi walked in with presents and a cake in a box. They blinked at them, Natsuo stepped over putting presents down on the table

"What happen…?"

Touya frowns "I'll tell you in a moment"

Natsuo was frowning know, Fuyumi stepped over "Mom…" Rei stood up "Oh the cake… lets go to the kitchen" Fuyumi nodded and followed her to the kitchen. Natsuo however stepped over and knelled where it mother was "Touya… what happen?"

Touya looked at him again and told him on what happened. Natsuo's eyes widened "oh my.."

Shoto sighs "I'm alright…" they both smiled at him, Natsuo turned to Touya and grinned "happy late birthday Bro, 25 now huh?"

Touya just huffed "Yeah a day I hate I don't even know why mother wanted to have one when it's already past my so called birthday…"

Shoto frowned "Touya…"

Touya turned to him and ruffled his hair "Hush, you want anything?"

Shoto flushed "Some… uhm… pickles… and… uhm..." he poked his fingers together in a very cute way that even made Natsuo flush at him.

Touya blinked at him and chuckled "Of course" he got up and walked off.

Not long after, Izuku and the twins were there. They were all sitting around the table. Shoto on a floor futon chair for his back. Touya was looking at the twins with widen eyes, while the twins smirking at him.

"Wow he sure is good looking" Daisuke says softly

Haru nodded "Even when he had the burn scars"

Shoto nudged at Touya "Touya…"

Touya blinked and turned to him "Yes love?"

Izuku's eyes widen and flushed at them, the twins were just grinning. Fuyumi and Natsuo only smiled.

Daisuke and Haru were giggling at them, Shoto pouted and looked away with a huff "No"

They all looked over to see someone standing there "Who's here…?" Natsuo was about to get up but Touya sighed

The back door slid open to show Toga smiling brightly with a bag "Happy super late birthday Dabi!"

Izuku gasped "It's Toga Himiko!" he shook slightly afraid of her.

Toga giggled "Izuku! Hello!"

Touya sighed "Toga get in and behave yourself…. Hawks is coming here later so give me the gift and then leave if you don't wanna get caught"

Toga pouted but stepped in taking off her shoes and walked over but Mochi hissed and ran off. Toga pouted "HE still hates me?!"

Touya shook his head "present"

Natsuo and Fuyumi were sitting there slightly nervous around her. Izuku was frowning at her, the twins didn't care the least. Shoto just sat there watching Touya has he opened his present. Touya's eyes widen lifting a Men's Quilted Black Leather Motorcycle Jacket.

Shoto gasped softly "Wow… a black leather jacket…"

Natsuo was grinning "So suits you"

The twins were chuckling "wow nice jacket" they both said at the same time.

Izuku nodded "Nice gift… Toga… did you steal that…?"

Toga giggled "Happy birthday Dabi"

Touya reached out and ruffled her hair "You can call me Touya Toga I'm no longer Dabi anymore"

Toga frowned "You will always be Dabi to me, Dabi and Toga"

Touya chuckled "thanks you crazy bitch"

After Toga left, Hawks had showed up, joining the party. He had given Touya a gift and it was cell phone that was allowed by his probation officer. It was a nice smart phone.

"You can pretty much do anything on it but it is monitored… since"

Hawks frowned. "About the news…"

Touya blinked "A sketch book?"

Natsuo nodded "You use to draw when we were kids… so I figured you can get back into it…."

Next was Fuyumi who got him some new books to read. After him, Rei got him some new clothes. Izuku didn't know what to get him but he managed to find a blue flame pin and apologized that he couldn't get anything better but Touya just said it was a nice present and would pin it somewhere in his room.

The twins however handed them a gift bag but winked at him saying to open it once he's alone with Shoto. Making everyone at the table blush at them. Shoto looked embarrassed but handed Touya his gift "Here…."

Touya smirked "Oh what did you give me?" he opened the bag and reached in to pull out a Blue Flame Knitted Sweater. Touya was grinning "wow this is prefect"

Shoto smiled brightly "I'm happy you like it" Touya reached out and kissed him in front of everyone, Shoto right away kissed him back.

Izuku was staring with wide eyes with a red face. The twins were grinning at them. Rei, Natsuo and Fuyumi only smiled because they were used to it by know. Hawks who was sitting there flushing 'sheesh right in front of everyone… bold'

Touya broke the kiss and chuckled "sorry about that"

Fuyumi smiled getting up "Yeah!" she rushed off to the kitchen and only came back with a cake. Putting it down, the cake looked very nice. It was light blue with chocolate on the top that had a dripping effect on the sides going down the cake and blue frosting design on top and lettering that wrote 'Happy Birthday'

Touya laughed "how cute"

Fuyumi giggled "It's devil's chocolate with mint in the middle"

Touya smiles "Thanks, it sure does look yummy"

Everyone said happy birthday to him, and everyone had a piece which turned out delicious and Shoto had more than anyone.

Oni knelt down reaching out gripping Touya's face "payment Dabi, you screwed me over before you joined that pathetic villain group and I will collect on what you took, where is the fire gem?"
