Tomorrow I train. Train to actually stand up to some of this world. People want to walk over me? Fine I will gladly do the SAME RIGHT BACK! Tomorrow I train with a dragon!

I wake up to Xenovia laying in bed next to me "Morning" She says to me

"Morning" I reply "What time is it?" I ask stretching.

"4 A.M." Oh so we have a couple hours before we have to leave I lean back down before I a tug and look down "we both know it might be a month before we sea each other again right?"

I look at her "Yes I know. I don't like it but lets be honest we would never keep our hands off each other otherwise" I tell her. It became difficult for us to keep off of each other after that first time

"I know but it doesn't mean it doesn't suck" She says back to me

"Well, at least we will have a chance to grow and hopefully not deal with any nonsense afterward. I will even take you out for a massive dinner when we get back"

She slides on top of me "I would like that" She leans down to me ear "But what do you say we spend some time together now before we have to go and "grow"?"

Well if you put it that way.

After some morning fun and some showers we head out front meeting everyone. Including Azazel "Alright now that the love birds are here lets get down to business." He starts do load out assignments that each of us has to do for the month and lo and behold me, Issei, and Tannin will be training together while Xenovia seems to have gotten some sort of special master. Me and her give each other a kiss goodbye, Tannin grabs Issei by the collar in his jaws, I cast flight, and we head out to the mountains. The next week passes by quite harshly with a lot of complaining from our resident Emperor about the conditions. We have separate camps so we both have to survive on our own but unlike him I don't have much problems hunting. Something has been bothering me though

While me and Issei have been training together Tannin has called us both dragons I was a bit confused so I asked him "Wait are you calling me a dragon because of my name or actions?"

He responded "No, it feels like your a dragon somehow. I do not complete understand it myself. You smell like a dragon but also something else" He said while Issei and Ddraig

"Yea Ddraig has been saying the same thing for awhile now. He said you smell similar to something he smelled in the English isles but he couldn't put a finger on it. It doesn't help you have been getting better at concealing yourself"

Oh yea I can almost hide myself complete from both of them like I am not even their. Even Tannin is having trouble. Saying one minute he can feel and smell me and the next when I am trying to hide I am almost undetectable. Merlin said It wasn't complete yet so I won't be completely invisible. Speaking of Merlin. Tonight is answers night.

[Within the Mindscape]

"Alright Merlin. Answers NOW. I have had enough of you avoiding the question." Merlin shrinks back a bit. He would never answer what I am turning into. He goes to speak when I hear a familiar voice.

"A Fae is what you are becoming"

The Lady

"Oh hello My Lady. It has been sometime since we last spoke to each other. So I am becoming a Fae? Then why do I smell like a dragon to Tannin, Ddraig, and Issei" I need answers and her timely arrival will not be wasted

"Yes it has and yes you are. As for why? Well it was the same reason as Arthur you have more affinity for becoming dragon like than anything else." I tilt my head

"So my ancestor would have become sort of Draconic Fae like I am becoming?"

She nods "Yes. You and him have not been the only ones find a way to start transforming into a Fae. Many have and many have gotten different Fae forms. Some have animals like Lions and horses, some become what you think a Fae would look like with butterfly type wings and look normal like I, and some just become monstrous looking. The Pendragon line? Seems to always go towards the Draconic and just like Arthur you power has been going through the roof yes? Fire has suddenly started to catch up as your most powerful element? You can learn and make things far faster than anyone reasonably should? All traits Arthur had. And traits he never got to use. You are at the same stage he was at his death. So whatever your Fae form will look like is unknown to me."

Well that was a bombshell "How many have become a Dragon like Fae?"

She looks at me in the eyes "None. Only the Pendragon line does for whatever reason. It is also why I picked you. You had the best chance to become a Fae unlike the rest of the Pendragon family."

So that Is why you chose me. "What all comes with being a Fae?" I ask needing to have as much information as I can get

\"Generally it is the ability to hide so well not even a master of Senjutsu could find you, Immortality, and a strong connection to one or two elements, and a masterful use of magic and magical circles . Yours are fire and lightning but since you are becoming more Draconic fire will now be your main with lightning now your secondary. You already have an idea of your magic abilities since they are already more Fae like than anything else with you being able to think what you want them to do and they do it. Using words and formulas aren't even required for you now. They might have been at first but you are now close enough to not need them which is also why you have been having so much success with your magic."

Merlin chimes in "Which is why I said you have been behind on some things or are expected on others. At this point I am helping you be able to do the magic right and have it ingrained on how to do it. You don't need Magic formulas like a human now. You simply need to think it and it will occur like with devil magic."

The lady picked back up"Yep. I also bring some good tidings as well. I was not just sent here to tell that but to also tell you both Oberon will start visiting you tomorrow night" I almost fall over

"Oberon? King of the Fae?"

she chuckles "Don't worry he knows not to mess with you or he will deal with me" Merlin shivers "He will be coming to help you more in magic and will help you develop your swords skill." I ask "Really why?" she says to me "Because all Fae are his subjects and all Fae must be master swordsman to keep our selves safe. Remember after you reach fifty percent to not let any cold iron near you" She says in warning. Yea, shit Fae are weak to that like devils are weak to holy "Any more questions?" I search my mind

"Yea how strong will I become?" She smiles at me "Stronger than you could possibly imagine. You know how there aren't any Fae in most of the worlds top ten strongest being? Yea that is because the Fae don't show ourselves enough for anyone to gauge us. Oberon for example is in the top ten in all reality." I gape at that "And me?" She smiles somewhat wickedly "Dragons are icons of power and you will become the only Draconic Fae. Let me say it like this. Not only is Oberon afraid to mess with you because of me. He is afraid to mess with you because you will outclass him by a land slide when you complete your transformation. Do not tell anyone this okay? Many would like nothing more than to take out a threat like you long before it starts. I have to leave now. Good luck on your training!" She boofs out of existence and I am left speechless. I will out due Oberon once I can attain my Fae form? And he is actually in the Top ten strongest beings in existence? Let me say no training or sleeping was done that night.

The next day as I go to sleep I re-awake out in the field of the Mind-scape and turn around to see Merlin next to a 9 foot tree like man.

"I assume you are Oberon and the King of the Fae. My king?" I say the last part a bit strained

"I am Oberon King of the Fae. But your king? I know that The lady already told you what is next for you and I know like Arthur you have no intention of being under me. I am not foolish enough to sour a relationship with possibly the only Dragon Fae that will ever exist either so No." Oh that is good "I do hope you visit my kingdom as some point though" OH? "Why is that?" He draws a sword and puts it into the ground "I had a piece of land made for Arthur to rule over before his death to be a sign of good will and cooperation, I am power hungry I will admit and having the only Dragon Fae on my side is something I want and since you will be his successor it will belong to you so think of it being gifted to you the same little token of good will from me. But first you need to become more Fae then human so don't get to exited just yet"

"So a King I shall be" I say with a smile. Well at least his upfront about it

"I scheme against, lie too, and trick mortal people and other supernaturals not my own kind. I like being up-front and honest with my own." He says. So he is a good king. I guess Everything I have heard about him is both true and false at the same time then

"Now if you are done gawking and day dreaming let us begin and let me see what my son has been teaching you" I salute "YES SIR!"
