"It's a beautiful day here in the Domas Flau as we are coming to the end of the Junior Grand Magic Games," Chappy said as he looked over the field as the mages were racing through trying to take out their competition.

"That's right Chappy it's only the fourth time we've run this and I've got to say these j-class wizards are just amazing. I can't wait to see how strong they are when they finish growing up," the retired king said as he smiled, in his retirement he had taken over the games completely, acting as both the face and co commentator for the event.

"You're right but let's not forget that Fairy Tail's team is no different than their own parents. These pint-sized wizards pack a punch and I don't just mean Myka Redfox," Chappy spoke as he pulled up the girl's picture. Long wild black hair that was held back by a red band nearly touching the back of her knees, iron dotting her nose, ears and along her brows just above her piercing red eyes. Next to her picture was her stats.

"That's right this little iron dragon slayer is just like her daddy, I'd never want to run it to her by myself," Tomma laughed as he saw the confrontation building on the screens.

"Hmmm I know let's play the, which one is Ulter game!" The Fullbuster twins shouted in joy as they stood shoulder to shoulder arms raised up in the air before their opponent.

They were dressed in matching outfits ankle length blue dresses with long slits up the sides, that came up to a mandarin collared top and cap sleeves, a look that was heavily inspired by their mother's own classic wardrobe. Their blue hair pulled up into high pony tails their bangs sweeping across their foreheads.

"The what?" The boy asked the guild mark for lamia scale sitting proudly on his arm.

"It's very simple, all you have to do is tell which is Ur and which is Ulter," the twins said in unison.

"Um why would I even play this game?" The boy asked readying himself for an attack, he knew from each of the girl's battles that they were the quickest draws he'd ever seen.

"Cause if you do and win then we'll surrender to your guild," the twin on the right spoke.

"And if you don't or if you get it wrong?" The one on the left paused as she looked at her sister.

"Well we will have to annihilate you for hurting our feelings," they spoke in unison a glint of danger in their eyes.

"Please… I can take you both out right now," the boy scoffed as he backed up ready to attack hearing his guild mates call out to him.

"Ice make avalanche!" The twins shouted as half a block in front of them was all of a sudden covered in snow.

"And the Fullbuster twins just took out a whole team ten points to Fairy Tail!" The announcer called as the crowd went wild.

"Are they both ice make wizards like their father?" Tomma asked as he looked over at his Co-anchor.

"No According to their sheets Ur is the ice make wizard and Ulter is what's been classified as a Mimicker mage. It's similar to a takeover mage, apparently she has the ability to copy any one's appearance, speech, and or magic," Chappy said as they turned their attention back to the arena.

"Oh poo there goes, our fun," the girls pouted as they tossed their blue hair behind their shoulders.

"Hey tweedle dums stop playing games and start fighting," Myka growled as she slid down a snow-covered roof landing on top of the pile, her black braid falling over her shoulder. Dressed in dark pants and halter-top, which she covered with a knee length coat.

"We just earned us ten points," Ur yelled on the right.

"Yeah what have you done Myka!" Ulter scoffed as both paled as they watched the girl gather her magic.

"Iron dragon roar!" Myka shouted as the attack left her, both her team mates having to duck each screeching as they avoided the attack.

"And another team falls to Fairy Tail," Chappy laughed as the crowd cheered in astonishment.

"There now, let's go!" the iron dragon said proudly as she whipped her hands against her coat.

"You're not in charge of us!" The twins growled from their spots on the cobblestone glaring at their teammate.

"Well it looks like things are all over even if another team could somehow manage to take out all of Fairy Tail and the remaining guilds they wouldn't be able to catch up to the Fairies lead," Chappy said happily as he perused the screens looking for the remaining contestants.

"That's right even with the infighting that is going on," Tomma said as he pointed to the screen where Jude was standing.

"Open gate of the chariot, Pegasus!" Jude shouted as a winged horse appeared. "let's find where the others are hiding," the Celestial mage said as the horse galloped before taking flight his blond hair flying in to his face. Rolling his brown eyes as he found the girls fighting. "Hey stop it we're all on the same team, there is still five more mages to take out," he shouted from the back of his spirit. The Celestial mage was dressed simply in a pair of dark pants and a light shirt.

"Where is Isabella?" Ulter asked as her sister continued to glare at the iron slayer.

"Where do you think?" Jude said pointing to a screen as Ulter rolled her eyes.

"Hey let us out!" Two trapped mages shouted one boy and one girl as Isabella sat on a ledge kicking her feet.

"Not until you admit you love each other!" The girl giggled as she tucked a green strand of hair behind her ear before dusting off the leg of her Capri pants, a simple tee-shirt with Fairy Tail's logo on the front tucked into them.

"Engaurd!" a new voice shouted as Isabella jumped off the ledge and pulling out a sword from her arsenal. The steel clashed as the two teens battled.

"You should really give up," Isabella said as she held one hand behind her back as he blocked an attack.

"Why?" The boy asked in confusion as he continued to attack confused as to why she was simply blocking and not attacking.

"Do you know who taught me swordplay," Isabella asked tauntingly.

"Why should I care?" The boy asked as he attacked again but his sword only meet air as Isabella jumped back. Even if he hadn't known beforehand it wasn't hard to guess she was the child of Mira, the girl so resembled her mother in spite of her hair color.

"Requip!" She shouted as she pulled a magic sword from her armory.

"Um," the boy said looking rather nervous going up against a pupil of the Tatiana. Isabella lunged forward switching hands as she began a series of attacks that were barely being blocked.

"Hey Kassie where have you been?" Isabella asked as the white dragon slayer walked into view.

"Pre-occupied but these are the last three left," Kassie said as she leaned against the wall fixing her long white hair that had fallen out of its ponytail. Her shorts and crop tank top showing off a generous amount of skin that had caused a fight between her and her over protective father that morning.

"ooo goodie," Isabella shouted as she returned her full attention to the mage she was fighting.

"Need help?" Myka asked jumping down next to Kassie, the fellow dragon slayer grunting in Draconic making her laugh.

"No, I got this," Isabella said happily as she dodged an attack not noticing that the two mages had escaped her barrier.

"Fire lance!" The boy shouted as Jude jumped in front of the attack.

"Oh, is this the end for the Dragneel?" Chappy asked as the field filled with smoke.

"Ya know," Jude said as the smoke cleared. "You should really work on the intensity of your flames. He said his shirt having been burned off but not a single mark was left on his skin.

"You're not a dragon!" The kid shouted in confusion as he took a few steps back.

"I'm not, but you should know. No fire can harm us Dragneels!" Jude said as he pulled out another key and sinking it into the water barrel next to him. "Open gate of the sea monster, Cetus!" He shouted as a large beast appeared. It was a man that had several large tentacles sprouting from his back each moving on their own.

"And it's over now," Chappy said as he watched the spirit wipe out the remains three mages with one wave of its tentacles.

"Fairy Tail wins!" He shouted as the enchantment on the area disappeared and, in the center, stood the Fairy Tail team full intact them as every other team was either passed out or receiving aide.

"What an exciting game," Chappy said as the crowd continued to chant for their champions.

"Yes, it is but I fear we are running out of guilds that can actually challenge the Fairies," Tomma laughed.

"Maybe at this age, but you know full well that the grand magic games are far from over and the A and S-class mages are far more evenly matched," Chappy said as he watched as the kids were all surrounded by their families.

"That is true, so stay tuned because not only will the opening ceremony for the A and S Class begin but the competitors for Titan class will be reveled after this short break," Tomma said as a man standing behind the camera yelled cut.

"You all did so well," Lucy said as she hugged every single member of the team before circling her son in her arms as he whispered reassurances that he was alright.

"Thanks mom," Jude said as he turned to his spirit. "Thanks again Cetus you were a big help," the celestial mage spoke.

"Not at all Jude, it was a pleasure," the spirit said as he disappeared in to a bright light.

"Alright everyone back to the guild's box," Laxus grunted standing by Fairy Tail's entrance. Patting each on the shoulder as the teens all left the arena.

"Now are you all going to line up for Wendy nicely or are we going to have to be rough with you?" Romeo asked his two-year-old daughter Gale on his hip. The little girl's purple hair pulled up in to pig tails as she licked a lollipop.

"Ulter sprained her ankle avoiding friendly fire," Ulter said as she hopped forward glaring at Myka supported by her sister.

"Well I could've let you just be taken out by Mermaid heel," Myka scoffed crossing her arms over her chest.

"Enough bickering," Gray said as he swept up his injured daughter into his arms carrying her into the infirmary.

"Were you proud of us Papa?" Ur asked as she walked alongside her father.

"Yeah you both did really great, but we need to work on that freezing touch. That water shouldn't have broken as easily as it did," Gray spoke as he laid Ulter down on the table as Wendy stepped forward to inspect the ankle.

"We will celebrate later tonight. So, everyone get healed up and come back to the main box before they introduce the teams coming up," Laxus grunted as Lucy left with him.

"You nervous?" Laxus asked as he looked down at the celestial mage.

"Have you met me?" she asked sarcastically as she placed a hand over her stomach, hoping to calm the fluttering life inside of her.

She was eight months along and in spite of the fact that she had four more to go the excitement hadn't worn off yet. She knew bets had been placed and her children had already started drafting up lists of potential names, like they had done with Ryu, Anna and Luna. But even still, her propensity for worry increased whenever she was expecting.

"You know that she can handle it, she was born to," Laxus spoke attempting to calm the high-strung mother down as he looked over at the team waiting in the wings.

His daughter was leading the pack, as each one was anxiously awaiting their names to be called. But two figures huddled close. Layla had her hands wrapped around Storm as she pressed into his back.

"I was born to be what Natsu needed most. But that still didn't change the fact that things haven't been easy since the day we met," Lucy said quietly knowing that the children could hear her.

"Lucy, we can't keep this secret any longer you know who they are pitting her against and you know full well what is going to happen," Laxus's quiet and steady voice seemed to bring the ruckus to a halt as each teen knew what was about to happen.

"I just want her to be normal for as long as possible," Lucy said with tears in her eyes.

"But I've never been normal mom," Layla said without moving an inch.

"Yeah besides normal is for people who aren't interesting," Igneel laughed as the lights flickered in the hall the signal that the games were about to start.

Lucy watched as her children began getting ready, and now it was time for the world to know the truth.
