A/N-1: Welcome chapter Número Dos. In this chapter is the Wave mission and you meet another member of Naruto's Coven. She is a character who was dead in Canon and you slightly see her abilities in chapter one. I haven't decided on Lemons but that may change. Kakashi Hatake was a man who has lost many things, his mother at a young age, his father to suicide for failing a mission, his teammates to war and his sensei. A man he revered as a second father died because of the uzumaki. Kushina was the bane his existence, her first breaths killed his sensei as he sealed the kyubi inside of her. Currently he and his team were on a simple escort mission for a man called Tazuna, however the mission went awry quickly as the Demon Brothers Gozu and Meizu from Mist attacked them on the road. His team managed to defeat them and they learned a man called Gato was after tazuna. In a bout of foolishness and arrogance team-7 continued. They then encountered the Demon of Mist Zabuza Momochi. They managed to survive that encounter due to sheer luck, causing kakashi to wise up and send for back up.
"Kakashi-san.. How are you feeling" a voice says, shaking kakashi from his delusions.
"Yes I am fine.. Where are my Genin Tsunami" kakashi asks. He has silver hair oriented to the right, his hitai-ate covering his left eye and wearing the standard konoha attire.
"Sasuke and Kiba accompanied Father and Hinata is watching the house" tsunami says. She has dark blue hair and dark eyes, wearing a pink long sleeve shirt and blue skirt. Kakashi shifts uncomfortably but gives the woman an eye smile, "That's good.. Our back up should arrive soon and then we can better protect your father" he says. A few hours later kiba, sasuke and tazuna return as his team makes their way upstairs.
"How ya feeling Kakashi-sensei" kiba says and akamaru barks.
"I should be able to start moving tomorrow" kakashi says.
"What about our backup" sasuke asks. He has black hair and dark eyes with his hair looking like a duck's rump. He wears white cargo shorts that cinch under his knees, long sleeve blue shirt with the uchiha fan on the back, also matching sandals with tape up to his knees.
"They should be arriving soon.. I don't know who Hokage-sama sent" kakashi says.
"What will we do about Zabuza" hinata says. She has long indigo hair in a hime-cut with lavender pupil-less eyes, wearing blue pants and kunoichi sandals with a mesh shirt under a purple coat with white sleeves.
"We'll decide once the other team arrives" kakashi says. Tsunami comes upstairs with slightly concerned look, "Um Kakashi-san.. Someone is here and he says they're from Konoha" she says, shocking team-7.
"Hello Kakashi" naruto says, stepping in behind tsunami with his team. Kakashi almost didn't hide his disgust for kushina but sasuke says what he is thinking, "Why are the Dobe and her team here" sasuke says. Naruto's faint smile slips a bit as he looks to sasuke, "My team and I can just leave.. I'll say we didn't get the message until it was Too late" he says.
"No-No it is good you all came.. I know you were out on a mission of your own" kakashi says.
"Good... So I got the gist of the situation but I would like to hear things from you" naruto says and glances to his team, "Anko can you make some tea... Kushina.. Kurenai head outside and set up a perimeter" he adds and all three kunoichi nod, heading off.
"You three go with them" kakashi says.
"No I need first accounts.. So I need to hear from your students" naruto says, taking a seat on his knees and kakashi sits up with kiba's help.
"Do you think your team can handle it" kakashi says and naruto smiles, slipping off his sunglasses with a nod.
"Of course... Now start at the encounter with Zabuza" naruto says. Kakashi clears his throat with a sigh, "We encountered Zabuza once we were the island.. He and I clashed but I became trapped in the Water Prison Jutsu" he starts.
"Teme and I freed him" kiba comments and sasuke scoffs.
"After that I defeated Zabuza.. A Hunter-nin stepped in and took Zabuza.. However I believe this hunter works with Zabuza due to using Senbon" kakashi explains. Anko returns with a few cups of tea and naruto takes one, "So Zabuza is convalescing.. So what will you do Kakashi" he says.
"Well judging by Zabuza's injuries.. He'll be out of commission for at least two weeks.. So I'll train up my team" kakashi says, as naruto drinks some tea.
"That could leave Zabuza time to call for reinforcements" anko says and kakashi shoots her look, as if to say to stay out of this genin.
"She's not wrong.. Zabuza could call for back up just as you did.. Starting tomorrow I will scout the island for Zabuza's base.. My team will assist Tazuna and you can train your team" naruto says.
"Shouldn't you train your team as well.. Especially with Her on your team" kakashi says and freezes as naruto's smile was very dark.
"Tell me Kakashi what your team done in the last two months" naruto asks, after taking a sip of tea.
"Team building with D-rank missions" kakashi says and anko looks at him incredulously.
"Hmm.. My team has done that but Tree and Water walking.. Kushina has nearly mastered a Kenjutsu style.. Kurenai is working her Genjutsu skills and Anko is honing her skills.. I plan to teach each them an Elemental Jutsu" naruto says and this shows kakashi but also all of team-7, how ahead team-9 is. Naruto finishes his tea with a smile, "For a premiere team.. I hope they can keep up" he says, rising to his feet and anko follows him out. Kakashi clenches his fists under the sheet in anger, "That Bastard" he thought, his team was no better and were offended by naruto's words.

"Was that wise Sensei" anko asks, as they leave tazuna's seaside inn. Naruto slips his sunglasses on with his smile on display, "Just creating some friendly competition and to show those from noble clans aren't all what they seem to be" he says.
"But Kushina is from a noble clan... Well a fallen clan" anko says.
"True but Kushina works for every gain she has" naruto muses. The vampire and dhampir find kushina and kurenai in the forest near the inn, "How's it looking" naruto asks.
"I sent some clones into the village itself and it is bad" kushina says.
"I'll look into it as I search for Zabuza... However for now we're step up the training" naruto says and pulls out three strips of paper from his vest.
"I'm going to test your Chakra Natures and from there we'll will start with your elemental training.. However I don't want to use clones.. At least for now due to Team-7" naruto and kushina nods with a pout, "Now channel your chakra and lets see what we have" he adds, thinking kushina to be the cutest thing in the world. Kurenai goes first and her paper crumbles into dirt, anko follows suit and her paper burns, while kushina's splits in half with one part turning wet.
"So we have Doton for Kurenai.. Katon for Anko and Kushina having Fūton but Suiton as well" naruto says and kushina puffs her chest, causing to the blond to laugh.
"Alright... To start we increased your control.. Now we're gonna put it to the test.. For Kurenai you will have to alter the ground around you.. For Anko you will have to set a leaf on fire with your chakra.. Lastly for Kushina it will be two-fold as you have to cut a leaf in half with your chakra but also soaking a leaf.. Your wind is strong so focus on that" naruto explains and all three nod.
"Now I am going to take a nap" naruto says and all three nod, as he turns on his heels to return inside the inn.
"You could easily find this Zabuza" kaguya says. Naruto asks tsunami for a dark room and leads him to the loft, "Will this be ok" she asks and naruto nods, smiling.
"Of course but that wouldn't fun.. Gato is the more fun prize" naruto says, pulling a blanket from his pack inside a scroll. The vampire wraps himself in the blanket and sits in the corner, "Being awake during the day is exhausting" naruto thought, drifting off to sleep. The night soon comes and the vampire stood on the roof of the inn, his inhuman gaze on the night sky as anko joins him.
"How did it go" naruto asks.
"Team-7 watched us from afar.. Kiba and Sasuke attempted to antagonize Kushina.. Even to leer at Kurenai in Kiba's case as well... Sensei I think Sasuke's knows Kurenai is his sister.. His tone seems to reflect this" anko starts.
"Hmph so Fugaku tells his son but not his wife.. More than likely to stroke the kid's ego.. I wonder if Sasuke did this during the academy... What about Hinata" naruto asks.
"She looked down at us.. Especially Kushina" anko says and naruto sighs.
"No matter but a worry is Kushina's temper.. I'll have to make sure to keep her calm" naruto says and flexes his back, for his wings to emerge.
"I'll return before Dawn.. I wish to scout the island.. Sleep well my dear" naruto says and flies off.
"Safe journey my master" anko says and returns to get some sleep. The morning would soon come and an uneasy tension would arise at the breakfast table. Team-7 on one and nine on the other with their sensei in the middle, "Maa-Maa it seems your team is uneasy" kakashi says and naruto silently snorts.
"Perhaps.. Did you all sleep well" naruto asks and the three nod.
"I want to get back to trying to cut the leaf" kushina says and naruto smiles.
"You've started them on elemental training" kakashi says, incredulously and naruto continues to smile.
"Of course.. All three of them are ready and I did say I would teach them a Jutsu... Are you saying such an illustrious team hasn't attempted this.. Oh that's right Nothing but team building and d-ranks" naruto says and the egotistical pair take offense. Tsunami serves them a light breakfast of eggs and toast as her food stores were waning. The meal is eaten in silence as team-7 were glaring at team-9 but they ignore them.
"Are you not hungry Naruto-san" tsunami asks, seeing naruto shovel his eggs into kushina's plate.
"Do not worry.. I was up early and already dined but it smells divine" naruto says, rising to his feet and stretches.
"Once you're finished.. Meet me where we met yesterday" naruto says and the three nod, as the blond excuses himself.
"Why not simply kill Zabuza and Gato... You know where they are" kaguya says. Naruto walks through the forest towards the clearing, "Where's the fun in that.. Yes I could simply kill them but I feel Kakashi and team want a rematch against Zabuza and his partner... So I'll let things go as they are.. Once they fail.. We can step in" he thought. Naruto starts to stretch with surprising flexibility but soon his team arrive, "Are we ready to train" he says, holding a pose.
"Y-yeah" kushina says, seeing naruto's flexibility. Naruto gets to his feet and dusts himself, "Now yesterday we started and your elemental training.. So we will continue that and I will send a clone to search for Zabuza.. This will keep unnecessary eyes off of you" he says.
"Thanks Naruto.. I mean Sensei" kushina says. Naruto creates a clone and it vanishes with wispy purple-black smoke, "Alright Anko and Kurenai continue with your exercises and Kushina.. I wish to test something" he says, pulling out two bokken and tossing her one. Naruto shifts his stance with his left arm behind his back and his sword in his right, while kushina shifts to Seigan no Kamae stance.
"When you're ready" naruto says. Kushina gulps but steadies her breathing as she edges forward but attacks with a side-sweeping attack but naruto parries her. Kushina attacks with a variety of strikes but naruto parries, "You're getting better.. Soon I'll be able to teach you the Uzumaki's Kenjutsu styles" he says and kushina perks up, pushing a forward strike through his parry.
"But remember your breathing as it is the Key to them" naruto says, poking her side.
"I know!" kushina shouts and naruto chuckles. Kushina starts to do her breathing and it sounds akin to steam escaping as she shoots forward with an arcing but sweeping strike. Naruto back steps to dodge strike and kushina follows up with another strike as naruto parries but the redhead chains another attack, then a another and another.
"That's it" kushina says, losing her balance but naruto catches her.
"You did good Kushina" naruto says and kushina nods, with some gulping breaths.
"What was that" kurenai says, seeing kushina trying to catch her breath. Naruto looks up to his ruby eye charge, "It's known as Zen Shūchū no Kokyū.. It is technique created by the Uzumaki and uses esoteric breathing.. Some even added their elemental affinty to it as well" he explains.
"I-It enhances everything.. According to the scrolls.. T-the goal is to do it constantly.. Even when sleeping" kushina says, after drinking some water and naruto rubbing her back. A few minutes pass and kushina starts to feel better but the vampire could see team-7 watching.
"Let's go back to your elemental training" naruto says and the three nod. Naruto takes kushina out on the water near the inn as anko and kurenai do chakra control with elemental control.
"Alright since we have a ready supply of water.. I'm gonna teach you a Jutsu called the Suirō no Jutsu" naruto says and creates a clone, then weaves several signs slowly to ox and claps his hands. Kushina watches the clone be surrounded by prison of water as naruto holds it, "Do you see the issue with this Jutsu" he asks.
"It leaves you vulnerable" kushina says and naruto nods, smiling.
"Good eye.. The downside is you have to hold the prison but that can be circumvented by using clones" naruto says and kushina nods. The redhead spends about an hour learning the jutsu, "This really only works with preexisting water" kushina says.
"True but other Jutsu requires you to knead water in your body.. We would use your clones to do this but with Team-7 lurking" naruto says.
"You're right but when we get home.. I can go all out" kushina says and naruto smiles but his eyes glaze over, for a moment. Naruto rolls his neck with a sigh, "Let's find the others and continue your control exercises" he says and kushina pouts but the vampire only smiles.

A week passes as the two teams train for the return of zabuza with tazuna's grandson Inari calling them fools for even trying to fight against gato. Team-9 ignore the boy but kiba fought with the boy at every turn about how they were strong and wouldn't be beaten by some fat midget. At the same time zabuza had indeed called in reinforcements in the form of a kunoichi named Kaen.
"To think you would need My help Zabuza" kaen says. She is hidden by a white mantle to her knees but he could see her pupil-less brown eyes and she was fairly tall.
"I not taking any other chances.. According to Gato's thugs another team has arrived" zabuza says. He is tall and noticeably muscular with light grayish skin, short spiky black hair, dark brown eyes, and small eyebrows with bandages like a mask over the bottom half of his face. He's wearing no shirt with a pair of baggy pants with the striped pattern and mimetic leg-warmers.
"Then that presents a challenge.. Has your faux hunter scouted them yet" kaen asks.
"Not particularly but one of them seems dangerous.. I saw him in town and he has a danger air about him" zabuza's apprentice Haku Yuki says. He is an effeminate young man with long black hair and dark brown eyes. He wears a pinstripe outfit, typical of Kirigakure which stops at his knees, a green haori with white trimmings, and a brown sash with a fringe trail wrapping around his waist twice, along with light-brown platoon sandals that straps being the same color as his haori.
"So When will you able to actually go after the Konoha ninja" kaen asks.
"Another week... I deal with Kakashi and Haku will handle his brats.. I leave the other team to you" zabuza says and kaen narrows her eyes.
"I'll handle them and turn them into nothing but ashes" kaen says, rising to her feet and leaving. Kaen leaves zabuza's hideout of a fortifed tree house, while his employer gato lived in the daimyo's residence. Kaen enters the forest with only the ambience of the forest as her ally.
"Now this makes things interesting" a voice says and kaen halts in her tracks, removing her right hand from her mantle. However kaen drops her hand as naruto comes into view, "Naruto" she says.
"Hello Kaen or shall I call you by your Real name" naruto says. Kaen approaches naruto and removes her hood to reveal her green hair tied in a bun on top of her head with a hair needle running through it and one short and long strands of hair with orange tips framing each side of her face.
"What ever you like" kaen says, kissing naruto on the cheeks. Naruto smiles and caresses kaen's cheek, "It is good to see you Pakura... So how are things" he asks.
"The rebels have won their civil war and named their leader Mei Terumi as Mizukage" pakura starts, enjoying naruto's touch. She remembers the day they met as it would've been her last day on earth, cursing her home of suna and kiri for death. However a blue eye angel or devil appeared and facilitated her rebirth as a dhampir. She hides her real name and became kaen a wandering mercenary but also her master's eyes and ears.
"Interesting.. So Zabuza brought you in to aid" naruto says and pakura nods.
"I'll be dealing with you... I suspect his employer won't pay him and will backstab him" pakura says.
"No matter... Kakashi and his team should be enough to deal with Zabuza.. I'll deal with Gato when the time comes" naruto says.
"I look forward to it.. I sense one of my sisters.. I believe Anko is her name" pakura says and naruto nods, smiling.
"You would be correct.. You will enjoy her company.. Now I must return.. The Boss will be pleased you are here" naruto says and pakura smiles, as naruto pops with a puff of smoke. Pakura continues into the forest to find something or someone to satiate her hunger.

"Why do you try so Hard?!.. No one can beat Gato" inari shouts, finally snapping at the ninja present. Kiba was about to snap at the boy as was kushina but the redhead holds her temper and tongue.
"No one you say" naruto starts, wiping his mouth.
"And they are Fools if they try... So your grandfather is a Fool for building his bridge" naruto says, looking inari in the eye. The boy flinches with a heated glare and runs to his room as tsunami follows.
"You didn't need to say such things" kakashi says.
"I simply turned his logic back at him.. He chose to be offended" naruto muses, after sipping some tea and smiling at anko for her lovely tea.
"So tomorrow is the day.. Zabuza should be fully healed" naruto says.
"And you didn't find hideout" sasuke comments and hinata nods as the uchiha's sentiment. Naruto's team took offense but naruto simply laughs, "You would be right.. He must of hid himself away quite well" he says. The dinner finishes in silence and the teams retire to their respective rooms and the next day team-7 follows tazuna to his bridge as team-9 remains to guard tazuna's family.
"Why do you entertain these notions" kaguya says.
"It reminds me to be human" naruto thought, lounging on tazuna's roof as his team were training on the water near him.
"You could easily be ruler but choose not to.. A sentiment I can not understand" kaguya says.
"You were the princess of your people and ate the forbidden fruit to bring about peace in a lifetime of war" naruto thought.
"I did bring peace but my sons Rebelled and Cursed me" kaguya says, upset at these memories.
"Your brand of peace was Tyranny my dear... Anyone who thought different than you.. You turned to ashes.. Remember I have lived a Very long time and seen similar rises to power" naruto thought but narrows his eyes. The vampire hops off the roof as two samurai were approaching the house, "Can I help you gentlemen" naruto says.
"It's one of the ninja Waraji" one says. He wears dark purple hat on this head, a blue jacket with multiple pockets and purple pants. Waraji draws his sword with a sinister glint in his glint eye, "Then we'll kill him Zori" he says. He is tall in stature and has brown hair which he parts in three, finishing in an elaborate topknot. He wears a loose-fitting kimono, albeit not in the traditional manner as the top half of the outfit falls around his waist leaving his upper body exposed with bandages wrapped around his waist and simple sandals.
"Well that seems like a problem for me" naruto says but both gasps as the blond seems to warp along with everything around them. Naruto smirks as both men were caught in kurenai's Genjutsu as anko and kushina knock them out.
"Good work Kurenai.. It seems your penchant for Genjutsu is improving.. When we return I will test a theory of mine" naruto says, as kurenai drops down next to him.
"What will we do with them" kushina says. Two clones of naruto pop to life and secure the men, "If they are then that means Zabuza is at the bridge.. Kushina and I will aid Team-7.. While you two remain here in case Gato sends more" naruto says, pulling out his bo-staff. Kushina pulls out her sword and follows naruto as kurenai and anko enter the inn to check on tazuna's family.
"Do you think they're ok" kushina says, as they run through the forest.
"They should be" naruto says but halts in his tracks. Kushina does the same as a figure in white is standing in front of them, "Who are you?!" she shouts.
"I am Kaen and I can not let you pass" the figure says. Kushina was about to attack but naruto raises his arm to block her, "Go ahead Kushina.. I'l handle this one" he says.
"You sure Naruto.. I-I mean Sensei" kushina says, looking between them. Naruto faintly smiles and points his staff, "I am.. Now go" he says and kushina rushes pass kaen.
"So that is you Destined One.. Our Mistress" pakura says, removing her hood. Naruto twirls his staff with a smile, "Indeed she is but also holder of the Kyubi no Yoko" he says.
"Then the beast will be set free upon her rebirth and reform in a few years" pakura says, thinking how the Sanbi would do the same.
"Quite the opposite.. The Yondaime Hokage used a Forbidden Jutsu to seal the Kyubi in Kushina.. He split the beast in half and took that half into the Shinigami's stomach" naruto says and pakura's eyes narrow in thought.
"So when Kushina technically dies..." pakura says.
"They Kyubi will go the Shinigami's stomach with its other half" naruto says, his smile downright callous. Naruto's clones appear with waraji and zori, "Here a gift to celebrate our reunion" he says. Pakura looks at the two men and hisses in delight as her fangs come bare with their screams fill the forest.

Sasuke was glaring at haku inside his mirrors with several senbon in his body, while kiba was on the ground with his puppy and both knocked unconscious with senbon. This had gone from good to bad as their team arrived to several of tazuna's workers knocked out with zabuza and haku appearing from the mist. Zabuza taunted them but the uchiha heir took out his mizu-bunshin with ease. Haku joined the fray and he gained the upperhand but haku revealed he could use one-handed signs and possessed a Kekkei Genkai called the Hyōton or ice release.
"Please surrender.. I do not wish to harm you any further" haku says, seemingly from every ice mirror. Sasuke snarls as his Sharingan has gained another tomoe, "Katon Gōkakyū no Jutsu" he shouts, after weaving signs to tiger and expelling a fireball.
"I told you my Demonic Ice Mirrors can not be melted' haku says. Sasuke tsks in anger but sees an opportunity as kushina has appeared, "There is my door" he thought and weaves a few signs to snake. Haku prepares to fire numerous senbon but gasps as the sasuke vanishes and a redhead kunoichi was in his place.
"W-what happened?!" kushina shouts but sees kiba and akamaru on the ground but sees haku in the mirror. Kushina gasps as she didn't feel a pulse in kiba but akamaru was unconscious, "Did you do this" she says her tone barely above a whisper.
"Is this your first time seeing a comrade die.. This is the world we live in" haku says, preparing to take kushina down.
"I may not have liked Kiba but he doesn't deserve to die like this" kushina says, rising to her feet as her chakra becomes visible in a silverish tone. Haku gasps as chains burst from kushina's body and shatter his chains, "What?!" he thought, leaping from the last mirror as it shatter. Sasuke and hinata gasp at kushina's display of power but more so the uchiha, "How can the Dead-last have such power" he thought.
"Is this the power of the Uzumaki" hinata thought. Haku lands with a skid as kushina draw her sword as she steadies her with breathing to use total concentration.
"Who is this girl" haku thought and creates a wall of ice to block kushina's first strike. The redhead chains together three more attacks, cutting haku across the chest, right leg and severing his left arm at the forearm. Haku crashes to the ground as kushina takes a heaving breath, "Zabuza-sama... I failed you" he thought but feels his mask being removed.
"Why did you kill Kiba" kushina says. Haku spits up a bit of blood but the sounds of chirping echoes and his eyes widen, "I-I must help Zabuza-sama" he thought.
"Y-your friend is not dead" haku says, before vanishing in a swirl of ice flurries. Kushina gasps and rushes back to kiba as akamaru was now awake and licking him, causing him to slowly awaken. The thick mist around them starts to dissipate as kushina looks to see kakashi with his hand through haku's chest, while zabuza was bound by several dogs.
"Even in such a state.. You are the Perfect Tool" zabuza says, as the dogs dismiss because of haku's senbon and he leaps back. His left arm bleeding heavily but he grabs his sword the Kubikiribōchō but a blade goes through both his legs from his left.
"Looks I am a little late" naruto says, appearing with pakura. Zabuza falls to his knees with naruto's blade in his thighs, "You betrayed me.. You bitch" he hisses.
"You assumed I was your side.. The Godaime sent me for your head and your blade" pakura says. Zabuza hisses in pain as kakashi guides haku to the ground but clapping catches everyone's attention, "Gato" zabuza hisses. Gato stands with his right arm in a sling and wearing a black suit with a cane, "You still disappoint me Zabuza" he sneers, with at least forty thugs behind him.
"You're more a Baby demon and looking at things.. You all have exhausted yourselves fighting.. So now I don't have to pay you and my men can collect your bounties" gato says but naruto starts laughing, angering gato.
"Well they may be exhausted but I on the other hand am Not" naruto says, pulling his sword free from zabuza's legs. The vampire's faint smile grows as he strolls forward but glances back to his destined one, "Bare witness Kushina.. This is what Total Concentration looks like when adding to it" naruto says.
"First one to kill him.. Will get double" gato shouts and the thugs roar, rushing forward. Naruto shoots forward with his breath escaping like steam, "Oto no Kokyū: Concerto of Blood" he muses, vanishing and moving like a flash. Gato gasps in horror as his men spray blood everywhere from various wounds as naruto appears in front of him wth his sword entering his stomach.
"Your stranglehold on this country.. Dies with you" naruto says, showing his fangs in glowing white eyes. Gato spews blood from his mouth as naruto rips his sword free and collapses to his knees but the vampire rends his head from his shoulders.
"Now then.. Zabuza" naruto says. Zabuza tries to rises to his feet with trembling legs and bleeding profusely, "I'd rather die on my feet" he says.
"Like a Proper warrior" naruto says and punches zabuza in the chest, "Oto no Kokyū: Nagareru Kūsho" he says. Zabuza staggers and crumples as his heart has exploded as kakashi narrows his eyes.
"What did you do" kakashi says. Naruto squats down and closes the demon of mist's eyes, "Something you have no right to know" he says. Kakashi pull down his hitai-ate over his Sharingan but his grey eye drifts to pakura, "Who are you" he says.
"Kaen.. I was sent by the Mizukage to collect the Kubikiribōchō and Zabuza's head.. I have no quarrel with you Kakashi no Sharingan" pakura says and kakashi narrows his eye.
"Naruto.. I mean Sensei" kushina says, standing behind the vampire but her gaze drifts to haku.
"I-I would like for him to buried" kushina says. Naruto turns to his destined one with a nod, "You have a good heart Kushina" he says and pakura notices the dirty look on kakashi's face. Naruto creates a clone to deal the corpses of gato and his thugs, while the vampire picks up haku and kushina follows him.

Kushina says a silent prayer for haku as naruto stands with his arms folded on a tree, "She did not know him but gave him his final rights.. A truly good heart" he thought. It has been a day since the battle on the bridge. Pakura took zabuza's sword and body, leaving quickly to keep kakashi and his cohorts from claiming the weapon.
"Konoha's greed is something to behold.. I'm sure Kakashi would've claimed the blade for himself or given it to Sasuke" naruto thought.
"Is he that much a sycophant to the Uchiha" kaguya says.
"Of course.. He owes his Sharingan to his deceased teammate Obito and feels the need to honor his memory" naruto thought.
"The same eye you possess" kaguya says, as kurenai and anko approach.
"Sensei.. Team-7 plans to raid's Gato's hideout" anko says. Naruto pushes off the tree with a chuckle, "Of course.. They want all the spoils and since the threat is gone.. The people can regain what the have lost" he says.
"So we will be leaving now that Gato is dead" kushina asks. Naruto cups his chin in thought, "We can.. Team-7 can handle minor thugs.. In fact we can leave as soon you're packed" he says. The three kunoichi nod and follow their sensei back to tazuna's inn as team-7 were leaving, "Pack up and we'll head out" naruto says, as the three enter the inn.
"You're leaving" kakashi questions. Naruto slips a flavored cigar into his mouth with a nod, "Gato and Zabuza are dead.. I'm sure your powerful team can handle simple thugs that are holdovers" he says, feeling sasuke glowering him.
"Something on your mind.. Your highness" naruto says and sasuke adopts a scowl.
"How did the Dead-last beat the Hunter-nin when I couldn't" sasuke hisses and naruto shrugs.
"Who knows.. I wasn't there.. Perhaps Kushina is stronger than you all believe" naruto says.
"The Hokage will want to know about her chains" kakashi says and naruto scoffs, finally lighting his cigar.
"The Hokage and his cronies already know about that.. They have just turned a blind eye to it" naruto says and kakashi's eye takes a hard edge.
"That is bordering on insubordination" kakashi says and naruto smiles, as he blows out some smoke but sucks it up through his nose.
"It would be wise to remember.. My orders do not come from the Hokage but her Ladyship... I could've simply ignored coming here" naruto says, his eyes boring a hole into kakashi's eye.
"The Hokage will hear of this" kakashi says, ushering his team to follow him and naruto silently chuckles. A few minutes pass in silence as his team finally exit with tsunami, "Thank you saving my father and killing Gato" tsunami says, bowing at the waist.
"There is no need to bow.. I was simply riding a country a tyrant" naruto says, smiling and his team say their goodbyes to tsunami. Team-9 leave the inn and make their way to the bridge's area and make their way across the waters as they did before, using the water-walking technique.
"So I can use my clones once were home" kushina says, running next to naruto.
"Of course.. No prying eyes to copy your techniques either" naruto says and kushina smirks.
"Kurenai.. I have several Genjutsu for you to learn.. I believe you can master them" naruto says and kurenai gasps.
"Do you think so Sensei" kurenai says and naruto nods.
"I do.. Not only do you possess a Doton affinity but a Yin affinity as well" naruto says.
"Yin affinity" kushina asks, seeing a dolphin following them.
"Yin affinity is a outlining affinity along with Yang affinity... Yin is more spiritual and Yang is physical.. The Sage of Six Paths is said to have combined both and used Yin-Yang releases to create many things.. Even the Moon" naruto explains and all three were wide eyes.
"For Real?!" kushina shouts.
"Well that is the legend" naruto says, as they continue on. Inside kushina's seal the kyubi listened to every word, "Could he have existed since the time of Old man Six Paths" the fox thought.

Fugaku listens to team-9's oral report with silent anger as naruto blatantly told him that he could've disregarded team-7's request for back up, "Genin are dismissed" fugaku says. Naruto nods to his team and they excuse themselves as the vampire folds his hands behind his back. Fugaku remains silent but his body language screams rage towards the vampire, "Why did you allow a foreign ninja to take the Kubikiribōchō and Zabuza" fugaku says.
"It was my choice to hand over both to keep Kirigakure from crying foul.. Quite the same with the Kumo incident.. However it did allow you to become Hokage" naruto says. Fugaku leans back in his chair with a scowl but waves his hand, "Get out" he says and naruto turns on his heels.
"Kushina will report to Danzo for training as well.. Seeing she is a Fūton user" fugaku says and naruto stops in his tracks, glancing back with a dark eye but it shifts into a eye-smile.
"Clever move Lord Hokage but ultimately it will fail" naruto thought, leaving fugaku's office.
"He will use that Sharingan on her and has gotten into her sphere through legal means" kaguya says.
"He's using his puppet well.. He can be in Kushina's sphere through the light rather than the dark" naruto thought.
"He could turn her against you" kaguya says and naruto smirks.
"That won't happen.. Kushina has already begun to see me as her destined other half and I have Shisui" naruto thought. The vampire makes his way to his home but sees anko waiting for him with her teammates.
"So you live in the Red-light district" kushina says, seeing a few street walkers. Naruto smiles with a nod to a passing yakuza, "It is not as bad you think" he says, unlocking the gate.
"Enter Freely and leave some of the Joy you bring" naruto says and the three step through. The house is two stories and modest but give off an air, "So did the Hokage scold you" kushina says, as naruto unlocks the door.
"A little" naruto says, slipping off his boots. The three do the same and follow naruto to the living room with adjoining kitchen and small dining room with a table for four. The sofa could fit three with a loveseat and a TV in front of the sofa, a table between both.
"Sit... Relax" naruto says, going upstairs to change. A few minutes pass and the three see naruto coming down in a pair of baggy pants and a tank top. The vampire could see kushina blushing a bit, "I plan to give you three about two days to decompress from the mission and then we'll get back to it... Also Kushina a elder named Danzo wishes to help you with your Fūton" naruto explains.
"Really" kushina says and naruto nods.
"He's a Fūton user and can help but do not trust him" naruto says and kushina furrows her brow.
"He's a bit of a warhawk and very prideful about Konoha.. Only Konoha and sees those not from Konoha as someone not to be trusted" naruto says.
"When will I meet him" kushina says, not liking danzo's sentiments.
"That I'm not sure but he will find us" naruto says.
"Sensei do you have the Genjutsu scrolls you mentioned" kurenai asks. Naruto creates a clone and it heads upstairs, "It'll take time to use.. Some come from outside the village and some from within" he explains. The clone comes down with a medium size scroll, before popping and naruto handing the scroll to kurenai.
"We'll work on them each day between missions" naruto says and claps his hands, "How I cook you all some early dinner" he adds and the three agree. The vampire sets to work on a quartet of hamburger steaks, spicy rice, steamed veggies and lemon flavored iced tea.
"Can you three set the table.. Plates and cup are there.. Utensils there" naruto says, pointing to two cupboards to his right and a drawer to his left. The kunoichi set the table as naruto finishes the steaks, serving one to each and grabbing the veggies and rice as anko pours the tea as everyone takes a seat.
"I hope you enjoy it" naruto says. Kushina tears into her food with happy notices to denotes she likes it as kurenai eats with manners, while anko eats similar to kushina but more refined. The four make light small talk about their training going forward and when they could take another c-rank as d-ranks were so boring.
"Perhaps another month.. We need to do a certain amount of d-ranks" naruto says, picking up their plates.
"But they're boring" kushina whines.
"Even if you aren't personally doing them" naruto says, as the three return to the living room.
"Besides D-ranks ingratiate us with the village and teamwork" kurenai says and kushina frowns slightly.
"Come on Nai I know you've seen how people look at Kushina" anko says.
"I have but doesn't..." kurenai starts but stops, "You are correct" she corrects but kushina places a hand on her shoulder.
"It's fine Kurenai.. People probably don't like because I'm from Uzushio" kushina says, keeping the fact was she was the kyubi jinchuriki a secret.
"We should head home" anko says. Kurenai and kushina look at the time and it was around five, "You're right.. We should go.. Thank you for the meal Sensei" kurenai says.
"Right.. See ya Naruto" kushina says.
"Let me go to the bathroom first" anko says, heading to the bathroom.
"We'll meet at the training ground at eight" naruto says and both nod, following them to the door. Anko meets them and slips on her boots but naruto's knows this is a clone of anko, "See you Sensei.. Goodbye Sensei.. See ya Naruto" they said in tandem. Naruto follows them to the gate and waves, before heading back inside and upstairs to find anko sitting on his coffin.
"I'm ready Sensei" anko says.
"Did you use a Chi-bunshin" naruto asks and anko nods, slipping off her top and leaving only her bra to rise to her feet. Naruto opens his coffin and climbs in as anko does the same, between his legs and on his lap.
"We'll have to stay like this for at least day.. Hence the clone" naruto says and anko nods. Naruto blows on anko's skin and she tingles, "Turn me Sensei" she whispers, as naruto runs his nose along her shoulder and up her neck. Anko moans softly but gasps as naruto bites into her neck, her eyes widen but slowly become half-lidded as a trail of blood runs down her chest.
"Ahh.. Ahh.. Ahh" anko moans, squirming from naruto's bite. Anko feels her heartbeat slowing and her skin paling a bit more, her eyes were a glowing white and her canines sharpen more with soft growls escapes. Naruto unlatches as anko hisses with soft growls but a heavy sleep overcomes her and she falls back into him. Naruto shifts anko on her back but onto her side with her head on his chest as he closes the coffin, allowing anko to awaken anew as a full vampire.

"Alright.. Welcome back.. Even if it was only a few days" naruto says and kushina giggles. Kurenai has naruto's scroll across her back as anko was giggling as well, "Good to see you to Sensei" kurenai says. Naruto creates two clones with a soft smile, "I will be working with you individually and give suggestions on your elemental training.. The main me will work with Kushina" he says. Anko and kurenai follow their clones as naruto and kushina head to a small lake, "Alright Hundred clones.. Fifty for Fūton and Fifty for Suiton" he says. Kushina creates her clones as naruto pulls out his bo-staff and she her sword, "Ok the difference between Total Concentration and Total Concentration Constant.. Is the constant.. Being able to do it twenty-four hours a day" he says and kushina slowly nods.
"Alright lets continue what we were doing in Nami" naruto says and kushina shoots forward, as naruto parries her and she chains a few attacks together. Naruto leaps back to dodge kushina's chains but they catch his staff and kushina yanks its free.
"Good but not good enough" naruto says, calling his staff back. The vampire closes the gap with a few strikes but kushina blocks, however she back leaps as she sees an older man approaching.
"Naruto" kushina says, pointing and glances back to see danzo approaching. Naruto twirls his staff with an amused look on his face, "How can I help you.. Honorable Elder" he says.
"The Hokage told me that young Kushina possesses the Fūton affinity" danzo says. Kushina sheathes her sword and bows to danzo, "Greetings Honorable Elder" she says.
"Greetings I am Danzo Shimura" danzo says.
"Since Kushina is a Fūton user.. Will you impart some of your wisdom to her young mind" naruto says, a coy smile on his face.
"Will you Danzo-san" kushina says. Danzo internally gnashes his teeth at the mocking smile from naruto behind kushina, "Have you completed the basic exercise for learning Fūton" danzo asks.
"She's currently working on it with her clones" naruto says.
"Then today will be a simple introduction.. Inform me once she has mastered the exercise" danzo says and turns on his heels.
"So I got an actual elder to teach me" kushina says and naruto nods, smiling and patting her shoulder.
"Yeah so we need to finish your exercise" naruto says.
"How long will it take me" kushina says and naruto pops her head lightly with his staff.
"That depends on you" naruto says and dodges several of kushina's chains as the redhead was showing her temper. Kushina would take about two weeks to complete the first exercise and naruto taught her the fūton toppa. Danzo would rear his head once again and kushina showed him her skill, to which the darkness of konoha would teach her two techniques and give the stipulation that she had two weeks to learn both. The jutsu were the Shinkūgyoku and Shinkū Taigyoku but naruto told her to drag it out, which she did as the redhead got a bad feeling from the one eyed elder. This would anger danzo but outwardly he showed he was disappointed and said as such. However danzo knew this was the vampire's doing and with naruto keeping an eye on her and shisui on him, not much could be done openly.
Kushina's teammates were working at a good pace as well as kurenai finished the Genjutsu and started working on proficiency. Naruto suspected kurenai wouldn't awaken the Sharingan but the uchiha's natural yin affinity would aid her. He even planned to teach her the famed Nidaime Hokage's Genjutsu known as Bringer of Darkness. She even was working on her doton affinity and he started showing how to use the earth flowing spears. For anko becoming a full vampire didn't change her much as she devoured dango like fiend, so a few extra was not great change. She did also gain an easier use of her katon and her control became easier. She did mature a few years but the only show of this was her bust going from a D-cup to a DD-cup. The team continued to do d-ranks to qualify for another c-rank and they would get one to the Land of Rivers.

"So we're heading to find a man named Genno" kushina says. Naruto whistles a tune with a nod, "Yes.. T&I managed to find a message that Genno was in the village and planning something dangerous" he says.
"Do we need him alive" anko asks.
"Depending on his actions.. His accomplice says Genno wants revenge on Konoha and Tanigakure for what happened to Kagero Village" naruto says.
"Kagero village" kurenai asks. Naruto shifts his bo-staff to his right arm with a look to the sky as they walk along a river, "Kagero village was destroyed by Tanigakure.. Not long after Konoha declared a cease-fire.. So Genno seeks revenge for his fallen people" he explains.
"But why Konoha" kushina asks.
"Who knows but we'll find out once we find him" naruto says. The journey along the river leads them to a valley and within the valley was tanigakure. However the journey did not yield fruit as genno was not in the village as his contact said but they found documents suggesting genno was heading to thr Katabami gold mines. Naruto decided to inform the leader to tani about genno's threats but the piggish leader waved them off and practically bragged about his village's role in the destruction of kagero village. This infuriates the fiery member of team-9 but naruto quickly ushers his team out.
"You should've let me hit him Naruto" kushina says, as tani was becoming a speck behind them.
"Any risk an international incident.. Though he would deserve it" kurenai says and anko giggles.
"While true.. Kurenai is right.. We gave him the warning and he disregarded it... So our next stop are the Katabami mines" naruto says. The four pick up speed to reach the town where the mine is located.
"The curry of life" kushina says, pointing to a curry shop. The shop was on a hill with an inn as well.
"Let's get a meal before we hoof it to the mine" naruto says and the four make their way to the shop.
"Welcome" a young man says. He has brown hair and blue eyes, wearing a brown outfit.
"Hello table for four" naruto says and the man nods.
"I'm Karashi" the man says.
"I'm Naruto and this my team of Anko.. Kurenai and Kushina" naruto says and each give a friendly greeting. The four take a seat and karashi gets them a menu as an older woman with white hair, small black eyes and large glasses approaches with four glasses of water. She wears a beige-colour hat and two large strands of her hair hang down below each side of her face, with a light blue kimono, brown coat and pink pants with red shoes.
"This is my grandmother.. Sansho" karashi says and the four greet her.
"So will you be trying my World-Famous curry" sansho says but naruto sees karashi waving his hands vigorously.
"I take this curry" kushina says, pointing to one on the menu and her teammates do the same.
"Sure I'll try the young lady's world-famous curry" naruto says and sansho laughs, as karashi turns white. Grandson and grandmother prepare their curry dishes as team-9 discuss things, "So we'll meet with the magistrate and show him Genno's picture.. If he's seen the man then we're golden.. If not we'll have to search the town" naruto says.
"I can use my clones to cover more ground" kushina says and naruto nods, as karashi comes with his curry.
"Here you are and grandma is almost finish" karashi says and naruto nods.
"Oh Karashi perhaps you can help.. Have you seen this man" naruto says, showing him a photo of genno. Karashi looks over the picture in thought as sansho approaches with a bubbling plate of curry, "Can't say that I have" he says. Kushina and the other gasp at the near black curry, "What the Hell?!" all three thought.
"Grandma.. Have you seen this person" karashi says, as naruto lifts a spoonful to his mouth. Sansho looks over the picture as the curry enters naruto's mouth, "I think I have.. He came for curry" she says, as naruto turns several colors.
"Why's it so Spicy" naruto says, his voice very hoarse. The vampire drinks some water and coughs a few times, "So you've seen him" naruto says, his voice slightly better.
"Yes it about a week ago" sansho says. Kushina and the other continue on their curry as naruto failed to finish his but left a generous tip for karashi and sansho.
"So he's in town but where is a mystery" anko says. The group make their way to the mining area to seek the magistrate, the miners were below them and working well as the make their way up the mountain to the magistrate's home. The home was traditional japanese home with a high wall and two guards waiting at the gate.
"Halt.. Reason for visit" one says. Naruto points to the konoha hitai-ate around his neck, "We're from Konoha and wish to meet the magistrate about a concern" he says. The guard looks over the four but opens the gate and beckons for them to follow, leading them to the home.
"Miyazaki-sama will be with you" the guard says. The room was large with raised spot for a lord to sit with several sliding doors. Naruto sits a few feet from the raised section with anko and kurenai behind him, while kushina behind them with their eyes on the entire room. A few minutes pass and the door to their upper left slides open and miyazaki enters with an effeminate young man with chin length purple hair, parted in the middle and red colored eyes. He wears a light-purple shirt with black stripes on each side, a sash around his waist, a pair of dark-color pants and sandals with a elegant katana at his side.
"What does Konoha want with my humble mine" miyazaki says. She is a large woman with black hair, green eyes and wearing a dark purple kimono.
"We're searching for a criminal named Genno" naruto says, holding up a picture.
"Ranmaru-chan.. Fetch me the photo" miyazaki says. Ranmaru approaches naruto and the blond hands him the picture as miyazaki looks over the vampire, "And your name Sir" she asks.
"Naruto... Naruto Midvalley" naruto says and ranmaru freezes with wide eyes.
"R-ranmaru-chan.. What's the matter and why are making such a face" miyazaki says. Ranmaru takes a few steps but clicks his sword from the sheath, "Forgive me Miyazaki-sama but the source of my revenge has appeared before me" he says, before dropping the photo and drawing his sword with it aimed for naruto's neck. Time seems to slow as kushina and her teammates spring to action but a loud clang erupts as naruto blocks with his right glove. Numerous doors slide open as samurai rush in along as miyazaki scurries off to hide.
"What should we do Sensei" kurenai says. Ranmaru glares at naruto with a heated look as the vampire remains seated, "This doesn't seem connected to Genno.. However You can defend ourselves.. Non-lethal measures though" naruto says, brushing the blade and reaching quickly to grab ranmaru but he back steps quickly.
"Capture the Genin.. He is mine" ranmaru shouts, sheathing his sword and slipping into a laido stance. Naruto rolls his neck and cracks his fingers with a faint smile, "Iai huh" he says.
"Magen: Jubaku Satsu" kurenai utters, weaving signs to tiger. The samurai gasp as kurenai starts to fade away as anko prepares ninja wire from her gloves and kushina prepares her chains.
"How about we head outside.. It's a bit cramped in here" naruto says, strolling towards the open door. Ranmaru remains still but follows the vampire outside with his stance lowered, "So I am the source of your revenge" naruto says.
"Yes.. You killed Raiga-sama" ranmaru hisses, holding his laido stance but shoots forward with another quick draw. Naruto leaps from his path as the force of the strike cuts down a tree and crashes onto the roof, allowing naruto to run up to the roof and ranmaru giving chase.
"Raiga.. Surely you don't mean Raiga Kurosuki.. That was Ten years ago" naruto says, pulling out his bo-staff.
"Ten years of Hell!.. I would Never forget you Bloody Midvalley" ranmaru shouts. Naruto twirls his staff as ranmaru shifts into his laido again, "So you trained for Ten years for a chance to get revenge on me" naruto says. Ranmaru shoots forward with a flurry of strikes but naruto blocks with his staff as they move across the roof.
"Raiga-sama didn't deserve to die to a demon like you" ranmaru says, pushing on his sword as naruto holds him off.
"Such Reverence for a man who buried people alive.. I may be a demon but I am not that depraved" naruto says.
"Shut up" ranmaru roars, pushing open and cutting opening naruto's cheek. The vampire back steps with a grin on his face, "First's one is free" naruto says. Ranmaru swings again but naruto doesn't bother blocking and ranmaru's blade simply passes through naruto, causing the young man's eyes to widen.
"When I killed Raiga.. He had that same look on his face" naruto says. Ranmaru recovers from his shock but he sees naruto's veins on his face becoming pronounced, "No matter.. I have already won" he says and naruto tilts his head in confusion.
"My blade is poisonous" ranmaru says. Naruto pats his cheek with a smile on his face, "Is that supposed to scare me" he says, showing his teeth a bit. Ranmaru shoots and slices naruto several times but the vampire grabs him by the throat, before looking around and no one could see them.
"I can appreciate your need for Revenge but in my Very long life.. Revenge solves nothing" naruto says, before ripping into ranmaru's neck. The last thing ranamru sees is the glowing white eyes of a immortal being, before his head sails from his body. Naruto picks up ranmaru's sword and sniffs it, "Hmm Wisteria and Nerium Oleander" he thought. The vampire drops down as his team has subdued the samurai and miyazaki, "Well then Lady Magistrate for your guard attempting to kill me.. I think you should tell us where Genno is" he says.
"Y-yes.. He's at the White Olive inn.. B-but it is too late" miyazaki says and naruto looks into her eyes.
"We'll be the judge of that" naruto says. Kushina releases the guards from her chains and team-9 leave miyazaki's residence to find the inn, "Is this wise.. She could be sending us in a trap" kurenai says.
"She isn't.. Fear motivates people and she's afraid of me" naruto says.
"Naruto I thought your last name was Bluesummers" kushina says.
"It is but I also go by Midvalley" naruto says, as they quickly make their way to the inn in questions. Naruto asks the owner for genno's room and he leads to the room, before they cautiously enter and the man in question was sitting in a chair with a cup next to him.
"Konoha would send Bloody Naruto" genno says, wearing a white and brown outfit with glasses.
"They did.. However only because I was there... So surrender and your safety is guaranteed" naruto says.
"It is far too late for that.. My revenge will only be half complete" genno says.
"What does that mean?!" kushina says. Genno smiles at the redhead but shifts his gaze back to naruto, "So who will feel the wrath of your vengeance" naruto says.
"Tanigakure as Konohagakure was too guarded with the Hyuga" genno says. Naruto approaches genno and picks up the cup to sniff it, "How long" naruto says, shocking his team.
"How long for what" kurenai says. Naruto looks back to his team with a sigh as he places the cup down, "He has drunk poison" he says and genno softly laughs.
"My life is at an end and my revenge is half complete but Tanigakure will suffer as my home Kagero village did" genno says.
"So you're gonna kill innocent people" kushina says but genno chuckles.
"Perhaps but people will feel as I did when my village was wiped out" genno says and naruto grasps his forehead with a shake of his head.
"Tanigakure will suffer and you will die in Infamy" naruto says. Genno leans back in his chair with a smirk but starts coughing, a wet cough as blood drips from his mouth and his last breaths echo.
"What could he mean be by Tanigakure will suffer" kurenai says.
"One can guess but I'll send a clone to Tanigakure" naruto says, looking over genno's notes. The magistrate sent her men to take genno's body but naruto claimed the body in the name of konoha and sent his clone to tanigakure. The team would stay in sansho's inn and naruto would receive his clone's memories with bad news that genno's revenge was several explosive note explosion with a few being high yield.

"So essentially a mission failure" fugaku says, as naruto stands alone. The vampire sighs with a shake of his head, "Genno is dead and his cohorts caught in the village.. The only issue is Tanigakure" naruto says.
"I could care less about Tani" fugaku says and naruto sighs.
"Team-9 will be restricted from missions above D-rank and I am debating on not allowing them to enter the Chunin Exams" fugaku says.
"That's fine.. I wasn't planning on entering them any way" naruto quips and fugaku narrows his eyes.
"I can't force you.. Now get out" fugaku says and naruto leaves but fugaku slams his fist on his desk, "If he doesn't.. Then it changes things.. If not the exams.. I can set up a mission to kill them all except Kushina" he thought. Time would pass in the blink of an eye as the time for chunin exams would arrive. Kushina would pester naruto about her team entering but the vampire convinced his destined one they weren't ready, despite team-7, team-8 and team-10 entering. The vampire told his team the exams were a glorified show for clients and various nobles. Since they were skipping the exams naruto decided to up their training.
Thanks to kushina's clones kurenai was able to master some of her Genjutsu and with her doton affinity attempted some flower based Ninjutsu. The skills originally came from the Land of Vegetables and it seems to fit her motif. Kushina herself was able hold her total concentration for about half day and started to attempt adding her fūton or suiton affinities to her attacks. Danzo stop coming to train kushina due to naruto's interference and decided to attempt another method of acquiring kushina. On anko's front she learned to conjure a pair of wings like naruto but hers were bird like. Even learning to create blood weapons, shape-shifting and enhancing her present skills. The exams soon brought various genin from various villages with team-9 meeting the sand siblings once more.
They were shocked team-9 were not entering or rather temari was shocked but didn't push further. Team-7 boasted they would sweep the exams and kiba constantly said team-9 were simply too weak to enter. This angered kushina but over the pass three months her angering was curbing. She was also having dreams about naruto, something she keeps to herself as a few were of a sexual nature. The first round of the exams of were at the academy and the second round inside the forest of death. All the rookies teams from konoha survived and the preliminaries were held due to the number of team passing. The finals were set for the next month and the highlighted matches were sasuke vs gaara but hinata vs neji.

"So Kushina.. How does it feel to watch from the Daimyo's box" naruto says. The redhead was looking down at the arena with a smile, "It's cool.. Thank you Oichi-sama for allowing us to watch" kushina says.
"Yes Thank you Oichi-sama" kurenai says and anko nods. Oichi softly smiles with a nod as naruto was sitting next to her, "I'm curious why you didn't enter them" she asks. She has long black hair in several braids and blue eyes, wearing elegant robes of red, black and pink.
"What would be the point if the current Regime is in power" naruto says, low enough for only anko to hear.
"It would seem so... Perhaps I can aid in this as I have a mission to see the three promoted" oichi says and whispers to naruto.
"The first match is about to begin" kushina shouts. The first match was neji and hinata with the former prepared to put the latter in her place. Both activated their Byakugan and quickly start in a flurry of Jūken strikes.
"They seem evenly matched" kurenai says.
"Neji is a prodigy despite being of the Cadet Branch of the Hyuga" naruto says.
"Cadet Branch" kushina says.
"The Hyuga are a Noble Clan and firmly believe the First Born is Fated to be strongest and above all" naruto starts.
"Despite his lot Neji still looked down on others" anko says.
"You knew him" kushina asks.
"I use to see him in the academy" anko replies and kushina slowly nods. The match between the hyuga pair even but neji started to gain ground, causing hinata to use the Cage Bird seal and give her the advantage to the take victory.
"That sucks" kushina says.
"Such is our world.. All tactics can be used" naruto says. The next match was temari vs shikamaru and it lasts nearly an hour with shikamaru giving up, due to being lazy. The match after was sasuke vs gaara but the prince of konoha was late due to his sensei. There was a debate among the hokage and kazekage in which fugaku postponed his son's match.
"Such favoritism" naruto muses. The match to come was shino vs kankuro with shino getting the victory by kankuro forfeiting. Sasuke soon arrived much to the happiness of the village with loud cheers for their prince. The match starts with sasuke showing off his speed against gaara's sand, moves he stole from Rock Lee a genin teammate of neji.
"Sasuke's pretty fast against Gaara" kushina says. Naruto watches with an amused look on his face but his gaze drifts to hidden Anbu or one in particular. A loud chirping catches naruto's ears and he sees sasuke coming down the arena wall with his left encompassed in lightning.
"What is that Sensei" kurenai says. Naruto glances to the ruby eye kunoichi, "That is the signature of Kakashi Hatake.. The height of Ration manipulation knowns for the sound it makes... Chidori or One Thousand Birds" he says, a blood-curdling scream erupts. However before the three could process things, numerous white feathers filled the arena. Kurenai and anko immediately recognize the Genjutsu at play as the vampire helps kushina, while sunagakure and otogakure ninja reveal themselves in the crowd.
"What is going on?!" kushina shouts. Naruto sees gaara being taken his siblings and sasuke giving chase, "Seems we're being invaded" he says, pulling out his staff.
"What do we do" kushina says.
"Kushina I want to go after Gaara.. Our invaders may use him.. Your chains can stop him" naruto starts and kushina nods.
"Kurenai and Anko.. Escort Lady Oichi to a safe area" naruto says and both nod. Kushina and naruto leap out the booth as naruto starts to engage the enemy, his staff destroying bodies internally via his sound breathing technique. Naruto ignores the other jonin and moves to outside the arena as sound and suna ninja fail to kill him.
"Why would an ally betray their ally" kaguya says. Naruto faintly smiles as shatters the jaw of a oto jonin, "For many reasons" he says but his eyes narrow, dodging a tri-scythe on a thick cord.
"Fuck I missed" a brash voice shouts. Naruto sees a man having medium-length slicked back grey hair with distinctive purple eyes, wearing a chin length black cloak with red clouds on it.
"He's Bloody Midvalley.. Don't take him lightly" a gruff voice says. Naruto glances behind him to see a the famed Kakazu that fought hashirama and lived, "Such famed company.. Kakuzu of the Five Hearts and the Mad Priest of Jashin.. Dumbass" naruto declares.
"My name is Hidan" the silver hair man shouts.
"Dumbass is your partner Kakuzu" naruto says and hidan gnashes his teeth in a rage, flinging his scythe but naruto parries it. Kakuzu shoots forward as his right arm turns dark color but naruto again dodges the enhanced fist.
"Feel Jashin's glory" hidan shouts, swinging his scythe but naruto tosses his foot back to block.
"Katon: Kaen hōsha-ki" kakuzu shouts, firing a stream of flames but hits hidan.
"Damn it Kakuzu" hidan shouts, ripping his cloak and revealing he is shirtless with red pants. Naruto rolls his neck as his eyes turn a glowing white and his fangs protrude from his lips, "You Jashinist are all the same.. Always claiming to be immortal but let's been honest.. In the face of a Real immortal.. You don't measure up" he says, his voice changing. Kakuzu's eyes widen as hidan's body starts to turn ashes, "W-what is this?!" hidan shouts.
"Highly focused Ultrasonic Energy.. The Fire of Sound" naruto says, as hidan breaks down to ashes.
"I'm feeling Generous today Kakuzu.. So I will let you leave... However" naruto says and kakuzu's left arm turns to ash.
"If the rumors about your organization are True... They will know the Wrath of Vengeance" naruto says, a wide grin on his face.
"Right and you did me a service by killing that idiot" kakuzu says and vanishes with a swirl of water. Naruto sighs as his vampiric traits subside, "Heh.. He never changes" he thought, vanishing to feed.

Anko and kurenai race back into the village after securing oichi in her satellite residence, outfitted with numerous security seals by their sensei. The pair have encountered a few oto ninja but were able to defeat them, "We should link up with a Jonin to get our orders" anko says and kurenai nods but both suddenly dodge a wave of blue crystals.
"You are a little skilled to dodge my Omiwatari no Jutsu" a voice. Both kunoichi see another kunoichi about kurenai or anko's age with blue hair done up in a spiky ponytail with long strands of hair framing her face and dark eyes, wearing a grey and black outfit.
"Who are you?!" anko shouts.
"I am what you could've been.. If you did squander your time with Orochimaru-sama.. As for my name I am Guren" the kunoichi says and anko narrows her eyes.
"Orochimaru tried to experiment on her" kurenai says, defending her friend. Guren simply scoffs and rushes the pair with a kunai but anko meets her with one of tonfa as kurenai weaves signs to ram.
"Hana Shuriken" kurenai says, creating several flower shuriken. Guren clashes with anko but back leaps to dodge kurenai's flowers, "Quite skilled for a Genin" guren sneers. Anko fires a fireball but guren slams her hand on the ground, causing kurenai and anko to gasp as a wall of pink crystal emerges.
"What is that" kurenai says.
"Perhaps I'll tell you before I kill you" guren says and slam her palm into the wall and it creates several shards, which fly towards the pair but both substitute with logs. Guren shunshin next to kurenai and kicks her into anko as she weaves signs to snake, "Shōton: Suishōtō" guren shouts, creating a crystal blade on her forearm but gasps. Guren finds herself bound by a tree as kurenai emerges from it with a kunai, "You are skilled in Genjutsu but..." guren says, turning into snakes. The snake hiss to bite kurenai on the neck, arms and legs as her illusion fades but she catches herself. However guren connects with a knee to her nose and knocking kurenai on her side with a hard kick to her stomach for good measure.
"Unlike my Master's poison... You will suffer until you die" guren sneers but a cold chill goes up her spine. Guren whips around to see anko with glowing white eyes and a look of death on her face, "W-what?!" guren says.
"How Dare you harm someone precious to me" anko hisses, her fangs starting to protrude from her lips. Guren gnashes her teeth in anger as her instincts were telling her to run and she rapidly weaves signs to ram, "Shōton: Hashō Kōryū" she shouts, creating a pink crystal dragon. The dragon charges anko and slams into her as guren vanishes by sinking into the ground, thinking she has won. The small debris cloud dissipates as anko rises to her feet with several crystals in her body but she pulls them out, before rushing to kurenai.
"Nai" anko says, checking her pulse and it was erratic. The young vampire grabs her dear friend and rushes towards the hospital as the invasion was reaching its finale.

Kushina stares at the partially transformed gaara, his body covered in sand and strange blue markings. Sasuke was clutching his broken left arm and sakura was pinned to a tree by sand. Gaara sees kushina and laughs madly, "Uzumaki.. You weren't in the Exams.. A Shame but now you can Die" he roars, launching toward her with his enlarged arm. Kushina flashes signs to hare and inhales, "Suiton: Mizurappa" she thought, firing a stream of water and knocking gaara back. Sasuke and a hidden temari gasp as gaara crashes into a tree as his sand loses cohesion from the water.
"Dobe?!" sasuke thought, clutching his broken arm. Gaara shakes his head in anger as his sand attempts to overtake him once again, "What have you done?!" he shouts. Kushina draws her sword with a serious look in her eyes, "I'm stopping you" she says. Gaara gnashes his teeth as only his legs were now visible and he looks like a smaller version of the sand tanuki Shukaku. Kushina shoots forward and she holds a half-ram sign, "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu" she thought, creating several clones.
"Fūton: Mugen Sajin Toppa" gaara roars, firing a blast of sand akin to a sandstorm. Kushina's clones dispel but the smoke hides the real kushina, "Mizu no kokyū: Sobietatsu kawa" she thought. Gaara roars in pain as his right shukaku arm is severed to reveal his real arm, "Hahaha... You will serve to feed my existence" he shouts. However gaara jerks as kushina's boots slam into his face and send him careening into a large clearing. The ichibi jinchuriki recovers as kushina lands in the clearing but several mouths open on his body, "Fūton: Mugen Sajin Daitoppa" gaara shouts. Kushina drives her sword into the ground to hold herself as several cuts erupt on her body but she endures as they start to bleed.
"I need to stop him before he transforms" kushina thought and rushes forward. Gaara fires several sand bullets but kushina coats her sword in water and deflects them, "Mizu no kokyū: Mizu muchi" she thought, creating a stream of water to catch gaara.
"I won't lose to you" gaara shouts, preparing to transform but jerks as chains ensnare his body and his eyes widen as all the sand fall from his body.
"Mother?!... Mother?!.. Why can't I hear mother" gaara shouts, struggling against the chains.
"That is not your mother" kushina shouts. Gaara sees the chains are coming from kushina and sees the sword in her hand, "Stay away!.. I won't let you end my Existence" he shouts, fear in his voice.
"I won't.. I've seen those same eyes in the mirror.. I too am like you.. Hated and Feared for my existence.. That pain of being so unbearable and I understand it completely but I was saved from being alone.. They accepted me and cared for me" kushina says.
"H-how can you fight for others" gaara says and kushina smiles.
"Because they fight for me.. When no one else would" kushina says, thinking more of naruto.
"Let him Go!" temari shouts, appearing her closed fan above kushina. The redhead dodges the large fan as kankuro appear to attempt to free gaara, "Temari.. Kankuro" gaara says.
"I've never seen him so weakened" kankuro thought but gasps, as the chains vanish. Temari glares at kushina but the redhead stands firm with her sword at ready but gasps as naruto lands next to her, "Naruto" kushina says.
"Just a clone but I've got your back" naruto says. Temari grits her teeth as kankuro gets gaara to his feet, "Is she strong because of others.. Do I have others who fight for me" gaara thought.
"Temari.. Kankuro.. Enough... I have lost this day" gaara says and his siblings gasp.
"You should listen to him and go.. The invasion has failed" naruto says and temari gasps. Kankuro looks to temari and the blonde looks down with flickering eyes, "We're leaving.. We can't beat them" she says and naruto faintly smiles. Temari and kankuro leap with gaara as naruto pats kushina on the shoulder. Kushina watches the sand siblings leave, "Could I have been like him without Naruto" she thought, unknowingly setting gaara on a better path.

A/N-2: I'm gonna stop here with Kushina defeating Gaara and setting him on a better path. As you have seen Kushina can use Water Breathing or a version of it. She will also use Wind Breathing as well. I also used a younger Guren, also Hidan and Kakuzu. Naruto's ability to kill Hidan is similar Seth Nightroad's Crusnik ability. Yes I did use the Invasion storyline but with some changes. Sasuke doesn't have the Curse-mark for one and spoiler Hiruzen will use the Death Reaper Seal on the reanimated Hokage and Orochimaru.
Next Chapter will introduce Jiraiya and the Tsunade Retrieval Mission but mainly for the injuries and Hiruzen's death. Tsunade won't be as jaded towards Konoha but has a secret. Thank you for your support and as always.
