ANNABETH IS RUBBING OFF ON ME.

PERCY POV

'Why isn't he here yet?' asked Sirius.

'He runs the biggest and the best magical boarding school in the world, he must be busy,' I told Sirius. 'Besides, don't people get their letters via an Owl'

I was not peeved by the Owl concept. They attacked me once. Almost took of my head when Annabeth tried to get me to pet them. Now, horses were like that in this world. I found it odd since that was not the case in my universe.

'In a general case,' said Sirius. 'You are thirteen years old and live in America, and probably part of a prominent family. Dumbledore is coming, or else at least McG is,' said Sirius with a fond smile. It was still weird sensing or seeing Sirius's face expressions sometimes. At random moments hopelessness hits lick a truck. That has nothing to do with me and everything to do with Sirius. Azkaban sucks. I hope I find that place and blow it to hell.

'McG?' I asked him.

'Minerva McGonagall. Your Transfiguration Professor. She is the kindest, the most compassionate, the coolest and the sternest person in that whole castle. She is the head of Gryffindor, and she is probably the best teacher in that castle,' said Sirius with a nostalgic sigh.

'You seem to like her a lot,' I noted.

'I asked her to run away with me when I was in my sixth year. She said I was too young for her,' said Sirius while another air of nostalgia hit me like a brick wall. I chuckled when he said that.

'What of Dumbledore?' I asked him.

'Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore is an old man but a sharp and powerful one. He was our only chance in taking out Voldemort the last time and he was the only one working to fight him this time too. He is manipulative, stubborn, cunning and doesn't mind collateral damage and prone to mistakes, but he is also compassionate to the students, he is not power-hungry, and he carries so many regrets it weighs him down. In the end he is a manipulative old git who means the best," Sirius told me.

'So, he is an old human,' I told him simply.

'Yes, I suppose he is, and I expected too much from him,' said Sirius sighing in defeat.

'What was that?' I asked him.

'Never mind all that, go spend time with your mother. When he or McG are here you will leave her and will not meet her any time soon,' he told me, and I nodded.

I got off my bed and walked to my mom who was currently in her study working on her novel. She said she was writing some sort of love story and I lost interest after that. The only books I ever read because I wanted to and finished them were the Song of Ice and Fire, Wheel of Time and finally comics.

I found out who John Wick is, and I had half a mind to find the Fates and strangle them with their thread. I met John Wick and all I did was grumble about my inability to shoot a gun. I should have found out more about him. I hate my life.

I walked out from my room and on my way dropped some food for Angie, the friendly Kelpie that lived in our aquarium. Turns out the Kelpie I gave my dad to keep safe was sort of attached to me and the Palace of Atlantis and its surrounding area were uncomfortable for her. She asked to be sent back to me and my dad agreed. She took up residence in a carriable aquarium. Carriable since the mess she made when I left him to pretend to be looking for the Labyrinth was very bad.

Dad said he would grow much larger but for now it was fine. He told me to take good care of her. I just about managed to stop her from calling me lord and call me Percy instead. It was a lot of work.

Speaking of which, before I left, I managed to find the entrance with Annabeth on the night of her birthday. We explored for a bit and ended up at Washington DC. It was afternoon the next day even though it only felt like an hour. Blackjack picked us up and returned us back to Camp Half-Blood.

Annabeth's birthday was wonderful, and I am pretty sure I gave her one she would remember for the rest of her life. The party while not as wonderfully organized would do the job. The night before though the gift I gave her, the ride on Grant the time playing in the beach. The kiss she gave me on my cheek. Oh, mama. That girl is going to be the death of me.

With everything I got her the night before, maybe the Sword of Themistocles was overkilling the gift department the next day, but I didn't need it and Chiron told me it was my spoil, and I could do what I wanted with it.

I gifted it to her and the hug and kiss on the cheek she gave me made me lose all sense of thought. I stood there gapping like a fool while she gave me a shy smile. Wolf-whistles and cheers were heard from everyone except Drew who looked ready to kill someone.

I took her into the forest that night with her new short sword and me using my longbow. We went seeking out monsters, but I led her to Zeus's fist and then under and into the Labyrinth.

One of the advantages of being a wizard I could manipulate and see around the mist better. I led us around for enough time to be considered right before I found a door to Washington DC.

'For the record I still don't believe in me having to take up a place in the Wizengamot,' I said to Sirius.

'I think you have to Percy,' said Sirius.

'Why would you think that?' I asked him.

'If you have to be a wizard you would have to be either a muggle born or from an old family. If you are a muggle born, you would be discovered and registered as a Wizard even if the system in the MACUSA is subpar at best. They are careful in case of a muggle born. So, ergo your mother is a witch descending from an important family and since the Fates made sure you are going to Hogwarts you will join the Wizengamot,' said Sirius.

I had nothing to say. My mouth didn't work for some time and when it did, I said, 'I don't want to do it,'

'Boo fucking hoo, but you have too,' said Sirius making me grumble.

'For the last time, ask her out before someone else does,' said Sirius.

"Fuck off," I told Sirius as the memory of us walking through the maze came into my mind.

We talked about everything as we moved, once we calmed down our panicking hearts. Annabeth by her general curious nature since she didn't know it was the Labyrinth went exploring.

Annabeth told me how she wrote to her father, and they were coming to pick her up. I left Camp about 10 days early to help my mom with a moving into a new apartment.

Annabeth talked about going to school and her desire to be an architect. She tried to get me excited about school to, but I just groaned and moaned whenever it was mentioned making Annabeth giggle in a so unlike Annabeth way.

That was when I realized I was excited to go to Hogwarts.

Dear Gods Annabeth is rubbing off on me.

'It is a magical school, Percy,' said Sirius.

'A school is a school Padfoot, even if it is magical,' I told him.

'You will eat your words trust me,' said Sirius annoyed before going silent again.

Anyway, after we came back and got a through scolding from Chiron the both of us told him about the fist and Annabeth told him how she believed it was the Labyrinth. Chiron set up protection around the entrance and told us he would talk to the Gods. I was hopeful.

I also managed to nudge and irritate Beckendorf enough to make him ask Selina out. She squealed and said yes, kissing him so hard they fell over. It was epic. I had to make sure neither of them died.

Damn it, why do we keep dying just when we find happiness?

Ah, Fate. Thou are a heartless bitch.

Fate not the Fates. The three old grandmothers were rather wonderful company even if they had mysterious edge to them.

I spent a lot of time with Drew and Katie too and Drew was flirting with me a lot. Give yourself another year. You will know for sure Annabeth wants that.

Sirius snorted but said nothing.

We had a lot of disagreements about Annabeth. He wanted me to make a move now, but I wanted to wait. But I did spend every day with her and now I Iris called her along with Drew, Katie, Grover and Charles almost every day.

"Mom," I asked her, knocking on her door only to find her passed out on her table with a pot of coffee beside her and her laptop on. I picked her up carefully and with a little difficulty placed her on her bed. I tucked her into her bed and kissed her forehead. I saved her work and switched off the laptop before taking the coffee away and closing the door behind me. It could wait. My mom deserved the rest.

LINE BREAK

"Stupid idiot, come on die, asshole, die," I said while ducking behind the overturned car as the huge fire breathing dog chased me.

It was a rather harrowing scene in Times Square. My mother and I were just in the neighbourhood when this monster decided to attack me and now half the place was trashed. Sirius told me it was a Flanine, a magical fire breathing dog common in the volcanic planes in Australia, Pompeii and near volcanos.

That thing was about eight and half feet tall and four feet wide. It growled so hard my ear drums popped and its fire was destroying the place. It was pure black in colour. It looked like a smaller and more dangerous version of Mrs O'Leary that could breathe fire (Yes, it was a mastiff).

'You know it's not a trained dog that will play dead if you ask it too,' said Sirius.

'It's not funny asshole,' I told Sirius, barely dodging that thing with massive jaws. 'How do I kill it?'

'I told you, you can't stop it without a wand,'

Celestial Bronze didn't work on the bastard.

'What did the spell do? Can I recreate it in some way?' I asked Sirius.

'I guess you could. It involved freezing the fire producing glands in the animal's throat and knocking it out. Do it well enough and you might kill it. Then you chain it down with magical ropes,' he told me as I somersaulted over a car that was thrown towards me.

I looked around my surroundings while dodging the dog and trying to stab it with Riptide. It didn't work. My heart was beating very hard from all the exertion it had gone through and my knees throbbed from the bad landing from one of the monster's paws strikes

'Look out,' said Sirius and the dog's enormous tail hit me in my stomach.

I went flying, crashing and smashing the road and finally hit a car about thirty meters away. I was bleeding from my back, my hands and legs from being smacked against and dragged across the road multiple times on my flight. I felt my back throb in pain, but I pushed through it. I barely managed to get to my feet and my knees wobbled. My whole body was in pain, and it was roaring in protest.

I barely dodged the dog as it pounced and bit through the car I hit. It threw it aside afterwards and gave me a look that could be described as mocking and haughty. I looked at it with my wolf-stare and it seemed to do the trick. The animal lost its composure. Exhaustion was eating through my energy reserve, and I could feel the blood drip to the ground and could taste it in my mouth. I could smell it in the air. Wait, air.

I had an idea. A dangerous idea. There was water in the air as moisture. Could it be drawn?

'For the record I don't approve of that idea,' said Sirius.

'Then we are definitely trying it,' I said to him as I closed my eyes and tried to feel for the water in the air.

I could almost feel the curious gaze of the mastiff as it looked at me. I went searching in myself like I did when I was in the Volcano. I felt an untouched trace somewhere in my core. I followed it and what I found was beautiful.

There were threads all around me. Many of them are of different colours and look like some sort of forbidden fruit. Some of them looked completely untouched while some were worn from use, but they looked so thick and strong I would need a battle axe to just put a scratch on them. I was called towards a specific white one and I grasped it and pulled. Almost instantly my gut screamed in protest. It felt like it was being torn apart but it worked.

I could sense the moisture in the air. I could feel it move around and pushed aside due to movement. I could make out almost everything around me from the moisture. Where it was, how it moved, how big it was and how far.

I could feel the moisture move due to my panting and from the huge dog's growling. It moved quick and fast, but I saw it coming from a mile away. Its leg tensed and I could feel the moisture move slightly. I ducked under two of its swipes before kicking it on its snout. My leg didn't like that, but I pushed through it trying my best to concentrate on the air.

The dog growled in protest and moved back. I could sense an influx of air and I understood what it was going for

'Now, do it now, if you want it to work,' said Sirius and I didn't need any more motivation.

I dodged to the side of its blast of fire. My legs were barely able to hold me upright, but I pushed through it running and pouncing on the dog's face. It tried to shake me off. Key word tried. My hands screamed in protest, and I barely managed to keep my feet away from its mouth. My back throbbed and I was losing a lot of blood. The spinning was making me dizzy.

'Focus' growled Sirius and I sobered up.

I pulled on the thread again and the moisture started forming up around me. The hell dog whimpered slightly before bucking wildly like a bull in a rodeo. I dropped myself slightly and managed to get a hold on the monster's mouth. I pulled it wide open and I pulled as hard as I could. My gut screamed and my ears popped. I bit my tongue to stop myself from screaming. I could feel another thread in my mind and I pulled it too. I was pretty sure my gut was twisted into a knot and was being cut by scissors but I kept at it.

The water I drew entered the monster's mouth and I tried to pull it closer when I felt it reach the bulge in its throat. I pulled the water in there closer and it started freezing slowly. I opened my eyes to see the terrified eyes of the hound. It went crazy and dizzy trying his best to throw me off. It got sluggish slowly and once a block of ice was lodged in its throat it got knocked out and fell to the floor.

I barely managed to stay awake and before I could enter the realm of unconscious, I saw a tall man running towards me followed by another man who seemed to resemble a bat.

'Remus and... oh you have got to be bloody joking,' said Sirius in my mind before I joined the realm of the unconscious.

ALBUS POV.

"Well, you don't see that every day," said Nymphadora from my side and I could do nothing but nod.

I had never been happier to come with a company of people. The relations between Magical Britain and Magical America were delicate right now since they were backing France in the Flamel case. Cornelius insisted I travel with company.

I managed to convince him not to assign all the Aurors to me and instead I got Nymphadora as a single government protection. She was young and she was Ted's daughter. I trusted her not to say anything about what she saw here or tell them what I already told her even if it included the possibility of the fact, we might be training up the Next Lord Voldemort.

I was hopeful we weren't and Percy Jackson going out of his way to deal with the monster only reassured me.

"Quiet, Nymphadora," growled the voice of Alastor Moody leaning on his staff while a wand was in his hand. Minerva, Severus and Remus had gone to help the civilians. Remus wanted to help the kid but this wasn't their fight. The creature came to see if Percy was a worthy familiar for him. In a way he was but I didn't think Percy would take him. I hoped he wouldn't.

If we had interfered the chaos would have been much worse.

Everyone who travelled with me knew the truth and none of them other than Moody seemed ready to kill a child just by the idea he could be dangerous.

"Don't call me Nymphadora," growled Nymphadora, her hair transforming from bright pink to an aggressive shade of red. Did I mention how fascinating pink hair is?

"The kid is smart," continued Moody, completely avoiding what she had said, "Choking the monster by forming a block of ice in its neck while also freezing it's glands and to do it after the damage he sustained was no easy feat,"

"How he did it is the real question then?" asked Nymphadora.

"Don't tell me you didn't hear the tales, girls. The Peverell family was known for their abilities as elementals in the air and water when they weren't braying about their agreement with Death," said Moody, his magical eye scanning the whole place.

"I am more concerned with why the MACUSA isn't here yet," I told my companions.

"Lazy sods the whole lot of them. Always slow. They lost Grindelwald like he was some sort of sack of potatoes and the chaos during Voldemort's first reign of terror. Need I remind you," growled Moody.

I nodded grimly not trying to remember the chaos Voldemort and his followers wrought on Washington and Miami.

"What's with the Sword?" asked Moody finally.

"Olympia family magic. They are all trained in weapons. You remember some of them from the fight in Druid Corner," I told him.

Alastor grunted in response.

"What do we do with the dog?" asked Nymphadora.

"I will chain him and take him back to Hagrid. He might be useful for the DADA classes if Hagrid has his way with the creature like he usually does," I told the two of them.

Moody nodded and Tonks looked ready to say something when we heard a shrill scream.

"GET AWAY FROM MY SON," screamed a brown-haired woman as Remus and Severus approached the fallen form of Percy Jackson. The hound was already bound and ready for travel.

For all their magical prowess, Remus and Severus were knocked away from the young boy by a handbag. Severus had taken a hard hit to his side while Remus caught one straight to his face.

Tonks couldn't help herself. She burst out laughing while Alastor growled out "Bloody idiots. They would have been killed if it was a Wizard"

Minerva approached the Woman, Sally Jackson as Severus and Remus groaned on the road. Both of them got to their feet groggily and Remus almost collapsed again. She stood in front of her son protectively while also pulling out a dagger from her bag and pointing it at them.

"Woman packs one heck of a punch," said Nymphadora.

An unsaid agreement passed between the three of them before they disapperated to the road and Nymphadora immediately was by Remus's side helping him stabilize. Severus collapsed again and got back to his feet with great difficulty.

"Miss. Jackson, we are here to help. Please we must leave here. Your son's life is in danger," said Minerva as calmly as she could.

"Listen to her lass. We must leave before they get here," growled Moody.

"Are you...Are you with his father?" asked Sally Jackson almost hopefully.

"Of sorts," I said walking to the front of the group.

"My name is Albus Dumbledore, Miss. Jackson and I have an educational opportunity I want to discuss with you and your son but if we don't get out of here, we might lose him before we could do so," I told her, raising my hand in a peace gesture.

Sally Jackson considered her options and then looked down to her bleeding, groaning and unconscious son.

"We can help him too, Miss. Jackson. Heal him," said Nymphodora.

She bit her lips considering her options answering policemen or worse Aurors or dealing with Strangers.

"My house..." she started.

"We know where it is," growled Moody, "We have to leave now," his eye moving around in circles. The glamour on it was gone now, and Sally Jackson looked ready to collapse due to it.

"Hold my hand dear," said Minerva while Severus and Remus walked to the boy. Sally looked back to them as they held Percy before vanishing. Nymphadora goes next while Sally, while surprised, wasn't shocked like I expected. Minerva left with her a few moments later.

"The lass knows about us," said Moody.

"I expect the father told her about us," I told him. "Besides, she was bound to know if her uncle wasn't a squib"

"Two squibs in the Blackfyre family. Oh, what I wouldn't give to see Margaret's face now," said Moody, chuckling as he disappeared.

I chuckled to myself before leaving in a flash. Margaret would have freaked.

PERCY POV

You know that feeling when you sleep in a very uncomfortable chair and all your body groans in protests. Amplify that feeling by a hundred times and then get yourself burned by boiling water and you might get to where I feel.

For the first few minutes I was conscious I could sense nothing. My head felt like it might implode if I tried to open my eyes or try harder to hear something. The first sense to return to me was my smell.

I could make out the smell of fresh paint and my mother's cooking. We decided to repaint the new two-bedroom apartment and I had picked almost every shade of blue and green I could find in the shop. We painted a good part of my mother's room, the main hall, and the kitchen were done. My room was next, and I couldn't wait to do it.

I tried to rise from my bed in my room and my body screamed in protest and I just fell face first back into the bed. My chest, hands, legs, there was nothing that didn't hurt. I could make out vague voices from the hall, but I couldn't make out what was being said.

'Sirius, can you..."

'For the last time I hear what you hear Percy, I see what you see, and I smell what you smell. I am a soul living in your head. I don't even belong here and if I try to move out or something, I might vanish forever,' he told me again.

'Okay geez, I'll keep that in mind and no need to be so testy Sirius,' I told him as I tried to raise my hands, but they didn't respond to my commands and just made me grunt in pain when I tried.

'Serves you right,' said Sirius as I managed to open my eyes without my brain splitting into a thousand pieces.

I thought of a very rude hand gesture making him huff in annoyance.

"I still find all of this a little hard to believe, Miss. Olympia," said a stern voice of a woman.

"I also find it hard to believe someone hung out with Voldemort of their own free will," said back a regal, soft but powerful voice.

'McG,' said Sirius.

I managed to pull myself off my bed and walked carefully trying my best not to faceplant.

"That was McGonagall," I asked Sirius out quietly. My brain concentrated too much on the fact I didn't want to faceplant. Spoiler alert, it wasn't successful.

'The first voice is. You are going to love her,' he told me.

I didn't think I would. Teachers and I had a bad relation.

'Don't worry, you will love her," Sirius said with giddy enthusiasm.

I decided to leave that alone and concentrate on the second problem. I was about to ask about Voldemort when my feet failed me, and I face planted right at the door of the bedroom. I could make out a pink colour on the couch and I groaned in pain.

"He is up," said another female with a peppy and enthusiastic voice. She started moving towards me with heavy footsteps before she tripped and crashed right in front of me.

"Ow," said the voice and I looked up to her to see that she had bubble-gum pink hair and her eyes were dark and twinkling. Her hair suddenly changed colour from pink to bright red but before she could say anything she was hoisted to her feet by someone. I looked up to meet the face of Remus John Lupin.

Sirius had described him and his friends so well I could probably draw them in my sleep. Only problem was that I couldn't draw.

'I can and I am pretty sure I did a wonderful job with Annabeth, your mom, Grover, Nico, Thalia, Tyson and...Luke,' he added the last name after a little hesitation. I understood him. I talked about Luke a lot.

'The same way I could draw Marlene McKinnon, McGonagall, James, Remus, Peter, Regulus and Snape,' I told him, and he nodded with a smile. I am really starting to depend on Sirius. His opinion was starting to matter almost as much as Annabeth's would. He was almost like a big brother.

'I am proud you feel like that Percy,' he told me gratefully, making me almost smile before realizing there were more people there.

"Are you okay, lad?" growled a voice from the doorway. I looked to the voice, and I scrambled away almost instantly forgetting the pain in my legs, arms, ribs and head.

The man looking at me was... difficult to process. He looked as though his face was roughly carved from wood. Due to injuries from his long career as an Auror, it was covered with scars, and a chunk of his nose was missing. He had dark grey, grizzled hair. He also had a wooden leg that had a clawed foot. He was leaning on a wooden staff and his hands had multiple scars and a claw mark was present on his right arm.

His eyes or rather eye however were how I recognized him. Sirius might not have talked about him a lot, but he told me enough about his mentor to recognize Alastor "Mad-Eye" Moody.

'Time to put those Oscar level skills to a test, Aqua," said Sirius. He gave me a marauder nick name. I was giddy and annoyed that day.

I did the only thing any logical thirteen-year-old demigod with a sword would do. I pulled out Riptide and attacked the three of them.

'YOU IDIOT, NOT THAT,' said Sirius but I couldn't hear anything.

Remus barely managed to make sure the pink haired witch dodged but Moody was a lot faster than I expected. He fired three spells, stunners according to Sirius at me. I dodged two and deflected the third with my sword. The fourth freezing charm that came suddenly had me stuck.

"Kids good," said the pink haired woman. She might have been twenty at best and if I had to guess Thalia would look like this if she was short and with pink hair.

"Percy," said my mother, running to me and hugging me. The charm was gone, and I pushed her behind me and stood in front of her.

"I don't know what you are seeing, but this is a real sword and if you lay a hand on my mother, I will kill all of you," I told them putting on my best menacing glare I could muster.

Four other people took residence behind Mad- Eye who still had his wand in his hand.

I recognized the greasy hair and crooked nose of Severus Snape while the stern glare of Minerva McGonagall in her emerald robes. She must have been in her late fifties.

'She was much younger when she taught us. Just in her forties,' supplies Sirius unhelpfully.

There was the other woman with midnight dark hair and poisonous green eyes that immediately put me at ill-ease. Her eyes were glowing with Power and mist was pouring around her in waves. She wore black robes and held a staff in her hand. A weasel was sitting at her feet.

'A goddess,' the both of us came to the same conclusion.

I was about to bow when a voice spoke in my mind, and it wasn't Sirius. It was a female, and it was the goddess.

'Don't bow,' it told me. 'Be quiet and let me do the talking for now.'

I gulped slightly and turned to the last man and my sword almost slipped out.

I didn't want to say it but it sorts of slipped out. "Gandalf,"

Albus Dumbledore chuckled, "Not quite but nearly there my dear hobbit,'

Calling Albus Dumbledore old would be stupid. He was ancient. He was probably alive when people watched black and white TV and hunted dinosaurs for a living. His white beard almost reached his waist, and he had half-moon spectacles resting on his crooked nose. His blue eyes were twinkling with mischief and knowledge and unlike Zeus's eyes they didn't make me uncomfortable and scared. There was a strange warmth in his old wrinkled and broken-nosed face.

His clothes though were almost as difficult to comprehend as Moody's face. They were bright orange wizard robes with a silver pointed wizard's hat. Everyone except Dumbledore seemed to be wearing what could be considered… muggle clothing was it.

'Muggle is the right terminology,' said Sirius.

"Percy, they are here to talk, honey. Put Riptide inside," said my mother softly. I put it inside with an air of reluctance and wariness and I didn't have to pretend I was. I knew enough about Lycaon to understand how dangerous a werewolf could be and my scent was probably already there. Mad-Eye could just as easily kill me with a single spell if I am slow because he thinks I am dangerous.

Severus Snape just made me uncomfortable.

'All good points but as long as Albus is around you will be fine,' said Sirius.

"Come Percy Jackson. I have an educational opportunity to talk to you about," said Albus Dumbledore smiling and his eyes twinkling. He sorts of reminded me of Chiron putting me at ease very easily.

'I guess they are similar in a way and for the record you could have killed Tonks,' said Sirius.

'Relax, unless they are demigods it couldn't have hurt them,' I told him as I walked into the Hall.

Ten minutes later all of us were seated in the hall. The table had been transformed into a sofa and I stared at it for so long, they thought I might have some aftereffects from the Freeze Charm.

Sirius explained about Magic but seeing it there just blew my mind.

Everyone took a seat and drank the coffee and tea that my mother made. I took some of the biscuits and ate them. There was an uncomfortable silence only broken by Mad-Eye's mad eye going mad.

'Awkward,' said Sirius.

I was starting to think it was the case in the whole room except for the fact that the Goddess who I believe is Hecate and Albus Dumbledore looked completely at ease. Mad-Eye was being paranoid sitting at the door scanning everything with his magical eye. Severus Snape was looking at my mother and I had an uncomfortable need to punch the man in the face.

'Go for it,' said Sirius.

'Maybe not but I could prank the hell out of him once school starts,' I thought back to Sirius as I turned to look at Minerva who was looking up at the pictures that were placed all around.

Remus looked out of place and the last one, the pink haired woman, looked like a cross between a bubble-gum princess and a punk rockstar just looked uncomfortable and unsure. There was also the fact that her hair became red once.

"Are you aware you are a Wizard, Mr. Jackson?" asked Severus Snape from beside Albus Dumbledore, his dark eyes gazing intently. I broke eye contact and stared at him for some time before looking at all the people around me.

I looked around incredulously before bursting out laughing.

"Good prank, Connor, you almost had me. The hat and beard sure help the image. Who helped you with it, your dad, Lou Ellen, where did you place the cameras?" I asked looking around the room and getting to my feet doing my best to be believable.

Everyone who was sitting there looked a little bemused except for Moody.

'Can't get much around Moody,' said Sirius and I nodded.

Professor McGonagall spoke next, "I assure you Mr. Jackson...,"

"Were they getting back at you, or do they do this very often?" asked the pink haired witch.

'Nymphadora Tonks,' supplied Sirius and I nodded to her.

"Getting back, I carried him off into the lake as he slept on his mattress. He is a heavy sleeper," I told her grinning. Damn you ADHD, stay on task.

"He doesn't appear to be aware he is a wizard, Miss. Olympia, may I know why that is?" asked Professor Dumbledore.

"How much do you know about our family Mr. Dumbledore?" asked Miss. Olympia while I tried not to snicker at the surname. Olympia. Typical.

"Not a lot, Miss. Olympia," said Dumbledore.

"Then let me explain, no one from my family really uses wands to perform magic, Mr. Dumbledore, some of us have elemental abilities that make some of the charms you have look like school projects. Every single person in my family has a gift and we try to keep this gift within our family, and we train them to use and understand this magic they are blessed with. Percy inherited his abilities with water, air and possibly earth from his father and not because his grandmother and grandfather and his whole family on the mother's side were wizards, so he might not really need to go to Hogwarts," she told Dumbledore.

But Dumbledore merely smiled and said, "But I remember the same Percy burning some of the children's pants because they tried to bully him or when he fired the cannon," he told us.

"I didn't touch that cannon," I told him indignantly.

"My point exactly Percy. You might try to deny it, Miss. Olympia but Percy is a wizard not only because of his father but because of his mother and his grandparents and his whole family," said Dumbledore beaming.

"Okay stop talking, what the hell is happening? Who are all of you, what is wrong with your eye and your hair was red a few minutes ago,"

"Minerva, could you please talk to Percy, while we sort things out with Miss Hecate Olympia," said Dumbledore.

"Certainly Albus, Severus," asked Minerva and the two of them got up and they moved, gesturing to me to follow.

I stood there unsure for a moment before my mom nodded her head in a sign to tell me to follow them.

I turned to Miss. Olympia, who was identified as Lady Hecate and she nodded her head.

'Why does Snivellus have to come?' he asked, sounding a little too much like a petulant child.

'Safety Sirius, I just about decapitated...Tonks,' I told him.

He just huffed but didn't say anything.

"In here, Mr. Jackson," said Minerva McGonagall.

The three of us walked into my room which was covered in peeling paint along with posters of bikes, horses, wolves, thunderbirds, superheroes and a few posters of Led Zeppelin, Green Day, Imagine Dragons, Backstreet Boys, Ariana Grande and female models all over the walls. A poster of Margot Robbie in Harley Quinn costume hung over the table where Zee my kelpie stayed. Another one of Emilia Clark along with the dragons was stuck below one of thunderbirds.

'Did I mention that these bikes are honestly gorgeous,' said Sirius.

'Yes, many times,' I told him.

'I wonder what kind of bike I got myself when I was 19 this life,'

'I wonder if you even got a bike,'

'I did. Trust me and I will teach you how to drive and get you tour licence,' said Sirius making me smile before I remembered he was stuck in my head.

I escaped that rabbit hole before I could fall into it.

My bed was unmade and looked in a bad condition and multiple food wrappers could be seen all over the floor. I moved inside first and shoved them under the bed, but the Professor had seen it. McGonagall gave me a disapproving stare while Snape just stood at the door, his hands in the pockets of his jeans.

"Please read this Mr. Jackson, we will talk after that," said Minerva and I nodded.

She handed me a letter.

Mr. P. Jackson

PARKINSON AVENUE

UNIT 5B

NEW YORK, NY 10028.

HOGWARTS SCHOOL of WITCHCRAFT and WIZARDRY

Headmaster: ALBUS DUMBLEDORE (Order of Merlin, First Class, Grand Sorcerer., Chief. Warlock, Supreme Mugwump, International Confed. of Wizards)

"Supreme Mugwump," I looked up amused.

Professor Minerva let out a snort at that but told me to continue.

Dear Mr. Jackson,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment.

Term begins on September 1. We await your owl by no later than July 31.

Yours sincerely,

Minerva McGonagall,

Deputy Headmistress.

"I don't like owls or for that matter any birds," I told them.

"The Thunderbird poster begs to..."

Snape moved towards the aquarium housing Zee, my pet kelpie. His eyes just about bugged out his sockets as he stared at her.

"Mr. Jackson, you do realize that is a Kelpie?" asked Severus Snape.

"I do and it's her. Her name is Zee," I told her a little angrily.

Zee banged her head against the glass before throwing a ball of water at Snape making him splutter slightly. She looked offended.

'Damn right I am offended, Percy. This greasy haired slimeball called me a thing,'

"How did you come across... Zee?" asked Snape looking into my eyes. I immediately broke eye contact and turned to Zee. I didn't even want to know if Snape was capable of Legiminecy but it's better to be safe.

'He does, you did good,' said Sirius.

"I saved her from imprisonment. I had to help my father with something this summer. He prefers to keep me out of his bussiness but he couldn't this time. I found her imprisoned and saved her. She has stayed with me ever since. I tried to send her off, but she reappears here again," I told them.

'You saved me lord Percy, I will stay with you and help you however I can,' she told me and I smiled looking at her.

The two Professor's had a silent conversation before looking at me.

"What would you like to know, Mr Jackson?" asked Professor McGonagall.

The next ten minutes was a basic rundown of Hogwarts and its rules and the magical society in general. Sirius covered most of it but still it was better to hear it from Professor McGonagall. She was a gifted teacher, and she had an order to things not just dropping stuff like Sirius did.

Professor McGonagall explained about accidental magic and how it reacts to my emotions, and I should get a hold of them if I wanted to stay safe and keep people safe.

She told me about how I would have to start third year now. Professor McGonagall told me about quidditch which made Snape snort and Minerva glare at him. I didn't want to touch a broom, but it apparently was a necessity to learn how to fly.

We went on to talk about actual subjects that would be available in Hogwarts. She told me that education in Hogwarts lasted for eight years starting when we are 11 and ending after eight school years. In the first year, all sorts of basics and the theory behind most common spells and charms were discussed and understood.

Professor McGonagall gave me brief overview of Transfiguration before moving onto charms talking about them. She showed me some examples by transforming my simple and comfy bed to a huge king-sized bed. She vanished all the rubbish on my floor while some of the charms made my room bigger and a fire was raging on one of the posters that held a naked model over a BMW R18.

I looked at her in awe due to her display of magic. Professor moved all of them back as they were except the rubbish.

Severus Snape went next explaining how the first years spent all their time arranging ingredients and understanding their abilities and properties for Potions. They discussed the importance of temperature, the nature of the cauldron used and movement and stirs and their importance.

He continued saying Herbology was important for Potions and how understanding those plants could help with making their potions. He gave me a brief overview on what we did in Herbology and talked about plants like Mandrakes and Gilly weed and other sorts of plants.

The two of them spent some more time explaining DADA, saying how it was a combination of Charms, Transfiguration and just about every sort of magic. The only thing you really need to fight the dark arts is your wand and your brain, said Professor McGonagall while Professor Snape made a reference about how the Dark Arts were like an ever-evolving Hydra. Having fought a hydra before I didn't take comfort in that fact.

There were also lectures every Sunday about the life of wizards, the history of Magic for students who were from muggle upbringing while students from Wizarding upbringing had lectures about the life of muggles and their history.

It also started in the third year. They weren't exactly classes per se but rather lectures so that we had the basic idea of how these societies worked. If these subjects intrigued, you could join clubs accordingly and take on the separate exams required to pursue a job in those fields.

By the end of the first year, every student was confident in their basics and had strengthened their magical core to perform magic for their next year.

Before starting third year every student had to pick some electives to add to their original five core subjects which were Transfiguration, Charms, Defence Against the Dark Arts, Potions and Herbology.

Professor Snape talked about the clubs that were available to students. They could pick one or two from them and join when the meeting was called. The clubs started when the students are in their third year.

There was also talk about how I had an option to go the village of Hogsmeade if I had a signed form from my parents.

Professor McGonagall talked about the exams I had to write. The OWLs in my fourth year, the NEWTs in the sixth and the HICCUPs (Highly Infuriating, Complicated, Confusing and Upsetting Papers). It was daunting to know I had some sort of huge test coming up.

Sirius kept talking saying how it was different and how Dumbledore had changed the education system like he said he would.

'Hey...' said Sirius to probably to say something else that was different.

'Don't. I am busy,' Sirius kept quiet as I tried to process everything that was said. I finally looked to the two professors who were taking a drink of water.

"Wow, and my father is a wizard?" I asked her.

"So is your mother," said Albus Dumbledore from the door.

"Albus,"

"Headmaster,"

"Professor," I said.

Dumbledore merely raised an eyebrow but didn't say anything. Okay time for some important questions.

"If Hogwarts is all the way in Scotland, why are you asking me to attend it. Is there no school in America?" I asked them.

Minerva was about to say something, but I didn't let her. "I understand Professor that Hogwarts is believed to be the best school there is, but you wouldn't come all the way just for one student however much you might think I am troubled or important. You are all teachers, you don't work with partiality," I told her.

"You are right Mr. Jackson," said Albus and sat down in the room. Everyone else walked inside and Hecate sat to my left on the bed beside Tonks while my mother took a seat beside me in support. Remus Lupin was observing a poster of a ducati with an odd look in his eye while Mad-Eye stood at the door.

Dumbledore went on to explain about the Flamels and their children, the House of Life and Khepri and Blackfyre's and their prominence and their line becoming the Jackson's.

He explained why my family was hated and their cruelty. He talked about my great great grandfather who stood against my great great granduncle and how they fought against each other when my granduncle decided to support Gellert Grindelwald during the World War. How they destroyed each other and the family and as a last resort how his youngest son became a Jackson.

It was when he came to my grandfather that he stopped. Dumbledore hesitated for a few seconds as if considering things. He turned to the others and Professor McGonagall and Remus Lupin shook their heads while Moody and Professor Snape nodded their heads.

Dumbledore took in a deep breathe before turning to me and my mother.

"What I am about to tell you Percy, don't repeat it to anyone. You will face enough problems as it is being a Flamel and a Blackfyre you don't need any extra burden or the prejudice of others," he told me, and I nodded.

"About 22 years back there was a wizard by the name of Voldemort," said Dumbledore and I paled immediately. A thought came into my mind. A horrible and terrible thought and as Professor Dumbledore went on to explain how bad Lord Voldemort or Tom Riddle was the more scared, I got. My mom looked shaken and even Tonks looked a little queasy as some of the events of the War were described to me.

Professor Dumbledore talked about him trying to take over Europe and all the world. He talked about how he was on the rise and high of his reign when Harry Potter came along and how he became the Boy-Who-Lived.

I turned to Hecate just for the sake of it and not because I didn't believe them. I just wanted to drive this thought out of my head.

"Is it true? How could one man do something like this?" I asked her and Lady Hecate just nodded her head in affirmative.

I looked over to Professor Dumbledore who was waiting for me to digest the information, "So my grandfather is a genocidal megalomaniac," I told him and Albus simply sighed and nodded as if he expected that.

The rest of them didn't. Tonks was the first one to break the silence,

"How did you..." she was about to ask.

"I am thirteen not stupid. You don't tell a teenager horrifying fact about Wizard Hitler just because you can. I put them together and ergo Voldemort is my grandfather," I told them.

"He is perceptive," said Severus Snape, looking at me.

"Who is Hitler?" asked Tonks, making my mom just about lose her mind.

"So, you want to spy on him? Make sure there isn't another Dark Lord or neutralize him if he is a problem," asked Hecate, glaring at the whole collection of Witches and Wizards.

"It would be simpler to just kill him now than go through all the hassle, lass," said Moody scratching under his chin.

Minerva glared at Moody, "We don't kill children Alastor, that make us no different than the You-Know-Who,"

"I am just saying," said Moody simply before moving away. I tapped into the water vapor powers again to see Alastor stand guard at the door. It wasn't getting any easier and I couldn't do it for long. I had to see how well I could do when I am at full strength.

"We don't judge a child by his family's mistakes, Miss. Olympia," said Dumbledore, giving her a significant stare.

"Is there no other option than Hogwarts?" asked my mother, causing the Goddess to give her a betrayed stare.

"There is, Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in Massachusetts but I would ask you to consider Hogwarts. Both are boarding schools, so you would only see Perseus during the holidays. Not only is Hogwarts the better school, but it is also the safer school," said Albus Dumbledore.

"Why would I need to be safe, if I am attending a school?" I asked.

"We are candid with you until now Mr. Jackson so I won't sugar-coat it, once you enter the Wizarding World you would have to claim the Flamel wealth since it is tearing the continent apart and, in all honesty, there is high chance people might want to kill you just so they could get this wealth. Hogwarts is safer because of all the protections placed on the castle and not to mention all of the faculty would put themselves on the line to defend you," said Severus Snape gazing intently at my mother and me and Lady Hecate too.

'He needs to get laid,' Sirius so suddenly I almost lost my composure. Before anything else could happen, something knocked against the window of my room.

The whole room turned to look out the window to find an Owl flapping there waiting to be let in. Tonks went over to open the window before Remus stopped her.

"We don't know what that is, I'd rather not let it in," Remus told her but Hecate went to the window.

"Don't worry, it's one of my cousin Athena's owls. They must have sent a message from the family home," said Hecate, opening the window. The midnight black Dusk Owl flew in and threw a letter in my face before pecking me on my head and flying away to the end of the table where Lady Hecate gave her a bowl of water.

I turned towards Professor McGonagall with a grin, "Told you, don't like me,"

The Professor shook her head before grinning at me, making me smile. I turned the letter over to see what it was.

Written in cursive handwriting were the words

Perseus Achilles Peverell-Flamel

I knew immediately who the letter was from, and Hecate did too. We turned to the Wizards and Hecate spoke, "Can we get some time to consider our options. This letter is from Percy's father. We will come back to you in a few hours."

All of them nodded and left one after another before multiple pops could be heard in the main room.

Dumbledore stuck around and then spoke, "I would ask you to answer in two days, I will be leaving then, and Percy will be joining in his third year if he joins. Please pick your electives and clubs from the from the options, Thank You," he said, placing another piece of paper on the table and leaving with a pop.

I reached out and sensed no one was around. Lady Hecate walked to the door and swung her hand around in vague gestures and then a smile came onto her face. She chuckled.

"Severus Snape is smarter than I gave him credit for," said Hecate and walked to the Kelpie tank before rubbing her hand over the water there.

'He drew a rune to hear in on your conversation,' said Sirius.

I scowled but before I could say something Sirius spoke up,

'Don't blame the man, Percy. He is a smart person, and you can't help but be paranoid when Voldemort, Peverell's and Blackfyre's are involved,' said Sirius.

'You are a Black and you turned out fine,' I told him.

He shrugged. 'I am the white sheep of the Black Family,'

I turned to the Goddess and was about to get to my knees when she waved it off,

"Don't it get exhausting after a certain amount of time," said the Goddess of Magic.

"Percy, who is this?" asked my mom.

"Mom, meet Lady Hecate, the Goddess of Magic, Mist and Crossroads," I told her. My mom's jaw just about dropped to the floor but before she could say something, Hecate stopped her.

"Don't say anything. I am a little imbalanced. This hit me so suddenly and so fast it is making it difficult to breathe," said Hecate panicking slightly.

I moved off my chair to go to the kitchen and get the Goddess a glass of water but she stopped me.

"Read the Letter Perseus and read it out loud," she told me while meditating slightly. I opened the letter and read it aloud,

Dear Perseus,

I am truly sorry about this. The Demigod World and the Magical World aren't supposed to mix. This is a dangerous and delicate situation and I implore you to let me, Hestia, Hades and Triton handle it for you. Your Uncle is angry with the problems you pose but he is not acting because of your oath and the gift he was promised but I don't think it is good for you to stay in the USA. I can't make your decisions for you, but Hogwarts is the ideal choice. Not only is it one of the best Schools but also very safe. Scotland is not monster free but there is very little danger for you there, but I urge you to be cautious and take Riptide and Turbulence wherever you go. Contact Chiron he will tell you more about Wizards and help you. It might not hurt to talk to your friends about this.

After your Uncle's Temper has cooled enough, I might convince him to let you go to Camp next summer. If the Knicks and Eagles have a good season, he might let you return for Christmas. I know this isn't easy on you and it is not easy on your mother, but you are a true son of a sea god. Stay Safe.

Your Father,

Poseidon

P.S. Turbulence is in the package that will arrive at the end of the day. It is for you and use it wisely.

P.P.S. The Owl belongs to Athena and his name is Theo. Let him stay with your mother. He is a smart bird, and he will help her in carrying mail to you.

P.P.P.S Be careful around Dumbledore.

I looked up from the letter at my mother and the bird that was waiting for us at the table beside Zee and I cried. I literally cried.

"Oh Sweetie...," said my mother, hugging me.

I started to hiccup and sob. "It's not fair. I just got you," I told her, snuggling into her closer. We stayed like that for some time, and she started crying too.

I knew I was going. I knew I was going even before I came back to this life. I knew I would be in a boarding school in Scotland, but it didn't make it any easier when it was time. It sounded more like a sentence now rather than a choice.

"It's going to be alright sweetie, it's going to be fine," she said, holding back some of her sobs and hugging me comfortingly.

She opened her mouth but took a deep breath. She pulled back from me and gave me a smile trying to pull in some humour and said, "I guess it's time we started cheering for the Knicks and the Eagles,"

I laughed slightly and gave her a smile and she smiled back.

"I guess you can finally have a normal year," she told me.

I remembered everything Sirius told me about the castle and the classes, "What exactly is normal in a magic school?"

"I am not sure, but if you blow up a toilet no one would be very surprised," said Hecate from her place sitting on the bed.

LINE BREAK

I stood waiting at the door to be taken to Diagon Alley for shopping and to Hogwarts to catch up with my studies. My mom and I had haphazardly packed most of my clothes and some training equipment for boxing and hand to hand combat. She promised to send anything I forgot by the mail. Owl Post was the exact word.

After we told Albus Dumbledore yes, he told us to pack and be ready in two days with all the essentials for the summer.

My mom gave me money to buy stuff for the school. Books, wands, potion ingredients, gloves, uniforms and many other things. I tried to say no to the money. It wasn't needed but mom insisted.

I Iris messaged Chiron immediately after we told Dumbledore yes that evening. Between Sirius and Professor McGonagall I had a very clear understanding of what the Magical World was. I wanted to know what Chiron had to say.

"I heard the news, I am sorry this is happening to you," he told me.

"Did you know?" I asked him.

"I didn't know for sure. I had my doubts, and it explains a few things. You shouldn't have developed your powers so easily. At Least not when you were hardly thirteen," said Chiron.

"Does it have anything to do with my grandfather on dad's side or the Prophecy?" I asked him. I was genuinely concerned, and Sirius's absence wasn't helping things. He had not said a single word since Dumbledore had left that day.

"It might be Percy and at the same time it might not. I can't say and I am really sorry you are being put through this, the fates aren't kind," he told me, and his eyes held those thousands of years of sorrow. He sounded like he was carrying out a death sentence and that did very little to comfort me.

'Damnit, where are you Black?' I thought.

"It's fine really, if it wasn't me someone else would have and I'd rather not have them have such a burden," I told him trying to push my unease away.

"You brats mature too fast and die too fast," said Mr. D from the side though he wasn't visible from the message screen.

"Ignore Mr. D. He is having a bad day; Lord Zeus took away his coke privileges for a year. He is stuck to orange juice," Chiron told him.

I snickered slightly, making Mr. D glare at me from behind Chiron. I sobered up and turned to Chiron, "My father said I should talk to you. He said you could help with understanding the Wizards,"

Chiron nodded and said "I can do that. The Wizarding World is a result of the Titan's Percy. Think of the Wizards as mutants caused due to radiation. The Titans were immensely powerful beings and released huge amounts of energy without worrying about the consequences. This energy took simple people and animals as places to be dumped. Wizards, Giants, Goblins half the wizarding world was caused due to them. The mist was another by-product and Lady Hecate took it under her wing as the Goddess of Magic. These Wizards were her people and now you fall under her protection too," he told me. It was sort of interesting listening to him.

Dear Gods Annabeth is rubbing off on me.

"Then why is it still going on during the age of the Gods? It rather sounds like magic is passed through blood too unless it selects some people at the random," I asked him, and Chiron grinned.

"Annabeth doesn't give you enough credit," said Chiron, making me blush.

"Gods are like Titans Percy. They release energy too and it isn't the same and the kind of magic changed. It became more organized and less chaotic. The Gods are the heart of Western Civilization and as they travelled, they infused magic into the very air we breathe. It first took form in Rome after Greece and not long after in Camelot and slowly all over Europe. The same way as our influence reached more places Wizards started popping up there too. Once the Gods realized this was happening, they were more careful, but the damage was done. Now very rarely is some sort of magical creature created. There isn't enough power to do that but there is enough for making a mortal a wizard or witch," said Chiron.

He continued, "The magic world is backwards Percy. Very backwards where Lords, Ladies and marriage contracts are still in effect. It's a difficult world to live in and it only gets harder due to the fact you are a Peverell and Flamel," he told me.

"Do you know about them, Peverell and Flamel?" I asked him genuinely curious. They were dangerous names according to all three professors and everyone else who were there.

Chiron sighed and moved his wheelchair around in discomfort before answering, "The Peverell family was started by your father Percy. He fell in love with a Bright but simple Witch by the name Maritina Peverell in the fifth century. They had three children, triplets by the name Antonio, Cadmus and Ignotus Peverell. The three of them along with some of the best Witches and Wizards of that time including Marvinic Mage also called Merlin and the founders of the school you will attend,"

"The three of them were ambitious, powerful and loyal Wizards but all of them had their flaws. Antonio had a horrible temper; Cadmus was weighed down by his past and Ignotus was a little paranoid. When they were trying to build the castle to save Witches and Wizards and later teach them the three of them set out to ask the gods for help, they made deals with Lady Demeter, and she helped Helga Hufflepuff construct a huge forest to protect the school, Lady Athena and Lord Hephaestus helped in designing the castle for a favour. Your father made a wonderful lake that housed a giant squid and a mermen village that helps the students and keeps the school safe. Lady Hecate helped wherever she could, and she made the school magical and, in a way, alive. Lady Hestia gave the whole castle a homey feel. The last god they went to for help was Lord Hades. Lord Hades asked them to help put an errant child of his back in line and they agreed in exchange for his help protecting Hogwarts," said Chiron. He sighed sadly after that.

"This is where their flaws lead them away and when they confronted him, he made them an offer. An irresistible offer. All of them got something from him in relation to his powers. An unbeatable wand for Antonio, a stone to bring people back from the dead for Cadmus and a very powerful invisibility cloak for Ignotus," he told me.

"Bet Uncle Hades didn't like that," I told Chiron with a grin.

The ground rumbled slightly as if it was annoyed but didn't open and eat me so that was good.

"He didn't and he personally collected all their souls after their untimely deaths or at least in the case of Antonio and Cadmus. Ignotus was far too smart for that,"

I gulped in fear and the ground let out another rumbling sound that was very close to laughter. I scowled at the ground. I didn't like what Hades did to the three of them but that was the way the world worked.

"You have to understand Percy, the three of them did something bad, those instruments in someone's hands would have brought about chaos and destruction. It was a good thing Lord Hades did. Those instruments currently sit in some corner of his palace safe. Or at least the wand and stone do, the cloak was left as it is since Ignotus gave it to his son," said Chiron.

"Your uncle might not have liked what they did but they were good people, so he blessed the Peverell family with their own branch of magic. This led the Peverell's to almost lead the Wizarding World into a new age. They were ahead of mortals by years, and they helped against the prejudice in the society but ever since the last of them died in the 14th century the Wizarding World has become rather stagnant and the number of Dark Lords increased all over. it is only now that they are moving in the right direction with Albus Dumbledore there both in Britian and the ICW," he told me.

I found the whole thing fascinating and motivating even if I didn't want to.

Dear Gods Annabeth is rubbing off on me. I am finding History interesting and want to take part in politics.

I would rather have served as Mr. D's cup bearer than do this, but I think I might have to take the seat on the Wizemangot. Fuck my life.

"Was there anymore, Chiron?" I asked him.

"There is but I will send you some books that might help. They would be in Greek of course," he told me smiling and it made me smile before I realized what he said and groaned. Books, ugh.

"Now, now, I would suggest you change that attitude, Percy. A lot of work goes into being a Wizard, I would suggest you buck and prepare to work hard. Don't lose your temper and don't get into any fights," he told me, giving me a stern gaze with a slight amount of mischief.

I nodded and said, "I won't cause much trouble,"

Chiron gave me a full-blown laugh at that, and I grinned at him before remembering about the Flamels.

"What about the Flamels, Chiron?" I asked him.

"The Flamels were also gifted Wizards Percy. They had a way with fire. It might not come to you as easily as it did to them owing to your dad, but it will come. Trust and apply yourself. I would suggest talking to Perenelle. She could help you in more ways than one," he told me smiling and I smiled back.

"Hogwarts will be good for you Percy, the place is much better equipped than any school to deal with the many quirks you have but I implore you not to get into fights, make friends, allies and be yourself, and don't use Riptide or Turbulence until necessary," he told me sternly and I immediately nodded my head in understanding.

"I promise," I told him, and he nodded.

"Turbulence belonged to Antonio did you know that" he asked, making my eyebrows go into my hairline.

"It survived that long," I said, clicking my watch and seeing it transform into a beautiful shield. It was larger than some of the other shields, almost covering everything from my neck to knees when used. It had a weird symbol in the middle. All around it were different sorts of magical creatures. I identified the Thunderbirds and Kelpies but the other ones I couldn't know what they were.

One of them looked like a huge wolf and the other one looked like the skeleton of a Pegasus. Both looked oddly majestic and beautiful. There was a raven flapping around in the centre and under the symbol.

The shield was made of Imperial Gold and Atlantean Steel. It hummed with magic I couldn't identify what it was.

"It's humming with magic," I told him looking at it in awe.

"Cadmus charmed it for Antonio, he placed two charms on it. One to make it return to his hand if thrown and the second to absorb kinetic energy and explode if he wants it to," he told me.

"So, a combination of Captain America's shield and Black Panther's suit," I told him grinning making him laugh.

"I guess it is," he told me making me smile.

"Did you know about Riptide? The fact that it could change form?" I asked him when to question struck me. I was still absentmindedly staring at the animals in the shield.

"I did, but it was successfully done only once before when it bonded with a half-sister of yours named Joan of Arc," said Chiron.

I slipped of my chair and feel on my butt.

"You don't drop bombs like that. Joan of Arc is my half-sister," I asked him bewildered.

Chiron gave me an amused grin before Mr. D spoke again, "Kid might die if you tell him Napoleon and Churchill were his half-brother's too,"

"Come on," I whined making Chiron laugh.

We sat in companiable silence for some time before I finally spoke about what I want to do.

"Chiron, I want to help. This world I want to make it better like my ancestors did, but I have no idea how to really do it," I told him looking to him.

He gave me a long look before sighing, "You have a good and kind heart. I don't want to know what fate has in store for you but remember this, Percy. You did right by the demigods, and it will be the same with the Wizards," he told me smiling finally.

"I literally pieced things together as I went," I told him groaning and pulling on my hair.

"And you will do the same here, but I could suggest a good place to start, take your seat on the Wizengamot. Both the seats. You can claim the lack of representation of your family for a long time even if the line was alive. That might technically emancipate you and you might lose the trace and act as a Lord in the decisions making votes and giving arguments," he told me.

I sighed in defeat. I didn't want to do it but I nodded, nonetheless. Moping and moaning about it won't help. I looked to Chiron with a hardened resolve and nodded my head, "The Wizarding World won't know what hit them," I told him making him smile brightly.

There was an odd thrill going through me at the idea of going to the political landscape like Wizengamot. It might even be fun.

Dear Gods, Annabeth is rubbing off on me.

"Good, is there anything else?" he asked me, and I nodded.

"I need help picking my electives," I told him making him chuckle.

"Bring them here, we will discuss it," he told me with a bright smile and his eyes flashing with mirth.

Chiron helped a lot. I knew some things about them, but Sirius had picked Muggle Studies and Care of Magical Creatures to piss off his parents, but he told me his friend Remus enjoyed Ancient Runes and the rat was always gushing about the beauty of Arithmancy.

The options had changed from what I remember from Sirius telling me.

They were,

Ancient Runes

Arithmancy

Care of Magical Creatures

Divination

Dragon Studies

Enchanting

Magical Theory

Chiron told me about each subject and what they were and honestly except for Divination all of them sounded rather amazing.

Even Magical Theory. Learning about the way the magic in the air could be used. How different sorts of magic was developed. All of it was so exciting.

Dear Gods Annabeth is rubbing off me.

But after careful consideration I chose Dragon Studies, Care of Magical Creatures at first.

Chiron described all of them in detail. I listened attentively. Dragons Studies was a wonderful option since well we studied Dragons. Chiron assured me they wouldn't attack. Dragon were intelligent and wonderful creatures and learning about them would be wonderful.

Care of Magical Creatures was something Sirius enjoyed so I picked it.

ese were talents that came from Warlocks and their magic.

Dear Gods, I am excited to go to school and catch up to my studies. Annabeth has really rubbed of on me.

I had told Annabeth a day after I knew and at first, she was sceptical and didn't believe me and thought I was playing a prank but after Chiron confirmed it for her, she said she was sorry and listened as I spoke.

She was happy to know I was going to a magic school and would have a good time. She even sounded a little jealous.

The options for Clubs were rather simple and it wasn't difficult to select.

1. Care of Creatures Club

2. Duelling Club

3. Editorial Club

4. Etiquette Club

5. International Relations Club

6. Medical Club

7. Music Club

8. Photography Club

The Etiquette club was already locked saying it was a compulsory. I wasn't even sure what the hell it was.

I picked Duelling Club and the International Relations Club. I picked the second one because I though it was needed if I wanted to change the world and achieve what I wanted to achieve.

The first one because it sounded exciting.

As promised Chiron sent me the books about the Peverell's and the Flamel's and another about the Gaunt's. He even sent me one about the history of the Magical World and the International World of Magic.

The Gaunt were honestly horrifying and I choose not to touch that book again. The things Hermes the foul did were nightmarish.

The Peverell's were no better. While their goals were pure how they went about it made me uncomfortable in my stomach. Murder, torture, blackmail, threatening. Honestly, I am surprised they survived for five centuries after the Wizengamot came to play. The Ministry didn't be established until the Fourteenth Century when a Ishismus Peverell married both his daughter to Potters and the Gaunt's while his sons married into the Black's and the Bone's forming the strongest political alliance ever. They established the Statue of Secrecy in Britain and the other countries followed. They established the Ministry of Magic and Ishismus Peverell was the first Minister of Magic.

It was all fascinating to learn and I found out what the creatures on my shield were. The Thunderbird and Kelpie were obvious, but the horses were called Thestrals. The three of the magical creatures were the Peverell family animals while a Raven on an elder tree was the family symbol. It made sense though the wolf I didn't know until I read about the Flamels.

Most of the books was filled with Nicholas Flamel and his wife but there were snippets about the fact they were fire elementals and another rumour about being capable of sensing magic whatever that meant. Anyway, the wolf which is a dire wolf was one of their family animals including a Griffin. The family symbol was a burning sun with a wand and book crossed over it.

Each family had its own motto.

The Peverell family was "Death is inescapable,"

While the Flamel were "Burn Righteously,"

I didn't care to find out about the Gaunt's family.

The books also talked about some of the things each family did and some very important family magic.

The Flamels were capable fire elementals while water and air elementals were common in the Peverell family. The Flamels also had a talent for Runes which made me reconsider my options.

I finally added Ancient Runes after reading a little more about it. The Fates had told me Norse, Egyptian and Celtic Gods were still around. I had to learn the symbols and learn how to push magic into them. It was honestly exciting to tap into this magic. It sounded forbidden to me which made it even more appealing to me.

Dear Gods, Annabeth would laugh so hard if she saw me now, drooling on a subject.

The Peverell's family magic was something else that was mentioned. They were said to be skilled potion masters and had a talent in death magic which only made me shudder in fear. Death was Uncle Hades's domain, and it made no sense how I would have it or be on the family tree.

Peverell was a family name of the mother of Antonio, Cadmus and Ignotus so it made no sense I had the name to me.

It took us some time to figure that out and, in the end, it was Annabeth who got an answer. She theorized that since Voldemort had Peverell blood it must have been kick started by my dad.

"You ready," asked my mother. I looked at my watch to see it was 8:45 A.M. Dumbledore was arriving at 9:00.

"As ready as I will ever be," I told her shrugging my shoulders. She gave me an encouraging smile and I felt all the burden lift off my shoulders. I could do this.

The doorbell rang and my mom went to open the door.

"The Wizarding World won't know what hit them," I mummed.

'Yes, that is the spirit,'

ARDEN2790: THANK YOU. I WILL TRY TO BE LITTLE MORE REGULAR AND ORGANZIED.

DEWITT667: THE TRAINING SCENES WILL SHOW UP WHEN HE IS BEING FORCED INTO DIFFUCULT SITUATIONS AND HE FALLS BACK ON THOSE TRAININGS. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A MORE INTRESTING WAY TO WRITE THE STORY.

THE PROBLEM WITH THE WEAPONS IS THE LACK OF THE SEA. THAT IS WHY HE HAD PROBLESM DEALING WITH THEM. THEY FELL OFF AND DIFFUCULT TO HANDLE AND SOMETIMES PAINFUL.

OMNISEXSKULL: I THINK PERCY IS THE KIND OF LIKE A PUPPY. HE LOVES ANNABETH WITH HIS WHOLE HEART AND FOLLOWS HER AROUND. ANNABETH IS THE MORE JEALOUS ONE. IT WAS QUIET VISIBLE WITH RACHEL AND EVEN WITH HAZEL EVEN IF IT WAS FOR A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
