You've Come Back = Naruto Uzumaki and Quinn Fabray pairing.

This is a Naruto and Glee crossover, specifically Naruto Uzumaki and Quinn Fabray. Honestly, I always think Naruto can be paired with any girl from any universe. In this story, for the sake of the plot, Quinn never gets pregnant but is still a player, including Finn, Sam, and Puck. This story has quite fluff in it, so enjoy! For information, I revised some of the wording.

Synopsis : Quinn had a car crash when she was on the way to Rachel's wedding. During her time in hospital, she unexpectedly met someone from her forgotten childhood. That meeting will unlock their memories and blossom their relationship into something more colourful.

CHAPTER 2 : REUNITED

She released the breath she was holding, not believing her own eyes, it was like her voice was gone. When she found her voice again. "N-N-Naruto..?!" She asked weakly, still didn't believe the person in front of her now was her forgotten childhood friend and true friend.

"The one and only," He grinning stupidly, but she could saw he has tears in his eyes too, tears of happiness as Quinn also crying full of joy. Both of them calm down, still not moving from their position, well Quinn couldn't and Naruto just standing there.

"Is that really you?" She asked again to make sure that it was really his friend, there are thousands of questions swirled in her mind right now, but only one word could get out from her mouth, "how?"

"Yes, this is me, not some impostor or what," He walked to the side of her bed and sat on the chair nearby. Both of them still smiling.

"It's really you" Quinn said softly as she cupped Naruto's cheek, rubbing her fingers through his cute whiskers. Naruto snuggled comfortably into her touch. Somehow, her injured didn't matter at all, all her attention right now was solely to the person who sneaked into her hospital room tonight. From his cheeks, Quinn's arm slowly wrapped around her best friend, and put her head on his shoulder, feeling content. "I missed you so much," she whispered as her tears dripped down to his shirt.

Naruto returned the hug smoothly. "I missed you too, and for how I get here? well, it's hard to explain, you will not believe me," Naruto scratched the back of his head, a behaviour Quinn's found when he was nervous. It seemed he never changed at all. It was cute. She thought, then she blinked.

"Well, try me," She told him earnestly as they let go of the hug and inspected each other faces.

"Haha, right, you know me. So, where to start..." He put his hand under his chin, trying to look thinking seriously but Quinn knew him and just rolled her eyes mockingly. "Ah right, I think this is all started when..." and the night went on.

As Quinn listened intently to his story, she was never as happy as right now. To meet again with her long lost friend. When Naruto finished, including numerous questions from Quinn, Quinn's eyes was watering again, "I can't believe you through all that in just two days. that war, fighting, and loses, I'm sorry, Naruto," she frowned and looked down to her bed. Naruto has to fight for two days to save the world from 2 madmen and to save his friend from the darkness. When their final attack collided, an anomaly was created as Naruto sucked into it as he arrived at Lima, Ohio, 6 months ago. A hand found its way to her chin and lifted it, redirecting her attention back to those blue eyes. It was so bright.

"It's not your fault, looked at the bright side, I have a chance to really meet you, y'know!" and Quinn cannot hold her laugh. This meeting unlocked a series of memories of her time with Naruto, but what she most remember was their first encounter.

Flashback

6-year-old Quinn was in the forest alone, walking without direction, she shivered under the cold breeze of the forest. She came across a tree and take shelter under a hole in the bottom, it fit her body perfectly. She suddenly heard footsteps and it really close.

"Hello there, are you okay?" A blonde kid with three whisker marks makes himself known.

"It's cold," the girl said.

"What's your name?" the blonde boy asked.

"Quinn Fabray,"

"Naruto Uzumaki, believe it!" Naruto gives her thumb up with the largest grin she ever sees."Come on, get out of there, I will protect you." So Quinn left the hole and could see who this Naruto person is. "Are you lost?"

"Yeah, I think," she said uncertain, "where are we anyway?"

"I don't know, oh yeah here you are, this is my jacket, but you can wear it to keep you warm," Naruto opened his orange jacket and covered Quinn with it.

"But you will get cold, I can't..." she was cut off by Naruto.

"Nah, it's ok, I'm fine with only my shirt, now let's see where this forest really is." Naruto took Quinn's hand on his own as they walked together following the path.

Flashback End.

"It was the mark of our friendship," Quinn said.

"And that friendship brought us here, at this moment," Naruto continued.

"You promised me on our last day, that you will be back, right?"

"Well, we still brats back then, we believe in miracles, but I'm glad that promise was fulfilled, even if it coincidental and unplanned. I never go back in my word, that's my way of ninja!" Naruto told her. After that, the silence comes, but the comfortable one. Naruto sighed. "So, how about your injuries though?"

"Well, you eavesdropping earlier, you should know," Quinn teased her friend and Naruto was embarrassed.

"Hehe, you know I just arrived when you crowded with your friends, don't blame me. Besides, I don't have enhanced hearing, but my friends from the dog clan can-What's so funny?!" Naruto defended himself as Quinn laughed out loud, he pouted comically.

"You're so cute when you blabbering," She pinched his cheeks as Naruto evaded her hand pinching hand. Quinn calmed a bit. "Yeah, I will be here for whole weeks, treatment, therapy, recovery, you know."

"Oh, I know it so well! I hate hospitals, we can't do anything freely!" Quinn chuckled at Naruto's complaint about the hospital. Yeah, he always has a way to make her smile and feel better.

"It's okay," Quinn said. "but, can I ask you a favour?"

"Anything for my princess," that stupid grin again and Naruto didn't even realise the impact of his words on Quinn. Unconsciously, Quinn's heart is beating fast and her face was reddening. What the heck?

With a red face, she told him. "Can you come here tomorrow night? at least until my recovery finished," She averted her gaze from Naruto.

"No probs, I planned to anyway," He winked and the reddening intensified. He looked at his watch, "Well, I guess I'll return now, see ya tomorrow, my Quinn," and just like that, he left from where he came from, leaving Quinn to blush more furiously.

The next day came by, as usual, the doctor checked for Quinn's condition and gave her medicines. Quinn rest for most of the day because her relatives or friends didn't come. When the night arrived, it was almost midnight, she was still sleeping but felt a hand cover her eyes. But she wasn't afraid, because Quinn know very well who's the owner of said hand.

"Naruto, you're back!" She shouted gleefully. So the hands uncovered her eyes and she can saw her best friend beside her.

"How's your day?" He questioned as showing those white teeth. Naruto put something on the nightstand and took a seat beside her as usual.

"What do you call a day in the hospital?" She asked back.

"Boouuriiiing!" Naruto yelled lamely with mocking manner. And Quinn was laughing as happy as ever.

"Naruto, can I ask a question?"

"You just did," Quinn just rolled her eyes at the bad joke and Naruto chuckled little.

"How is your first arrival?" she asked.

Naruto was quiet for a second. "Hmm, well it was a hard one, really. My clothes burn, the ambulance came and brought me to the hospital, I was treated for 2 weeks, you know. They questioned me, who I am, where I am from, I only said my name. Long story short, I was integrated into society. Luckily they didn't suspect me of being an assassin or a spy or an alien.

"But, I always felt for some reason, I have a purpose or reason to be sent to this world. When I saw you again for the first time, I instantly recognize you and believe that you are the reason why I'm here," and on the second night, she blushed again just like yesterday.

"You charmer!"

"I'm charming," It was a statement. The time passed as it's time for Naruto to retreated into the darkness.

But before he jumped out, Quinn called for him. "Naruto,"

"Yes?" He turned his face.

"Thank you. For coming back," She grateful for everything he has done for her. She wonders if Naruto already has someone, but even though he's here with ...What I was thinking!?

"You're welcome, Quinn. See you the other night, Jaa ne," he gave her that genuine smile and it warmed her heart and smile in return.

"See you tomorrow," she waved happily. And soon she drifted back to sleep.

The third day came and Quinn's injuries started to heal. But doctor Winston told her that she will need to utilized a wheelchair when she was release. The night went on regularly as Naruto brought some cookies and chit-chat as usual with Quinn's frustration out.

"I have been in this stupid hospital for a whole week and I still need a wheelchair to move when I release!" She yelled her frustration to the only person in the room. Said person was dumbfounded by the sudden outburst. So he did what a sane man did, sit down and listened, no word spoken. And the night carried on. But something clicked in her mind.

"Wait, since you came here, we have been screaming and yelling, but no one came in, how's that?" She looked over to Naruto. "It's your doing isn't it?"

"Of course, we ninja have this special ability," Naruto stated with confidence as he showed a paper tag with a Japanese-like inscription written on it. "This is called silencing seal, used to prevent everyone from the outsides from hearing what we are saying inside, put it on the wall and pour your chakra to the seal, the effect will cover the whole room,"

"How about the CCTV?" she asked curiously.

"I put genjutsu, the illusion technique, to the room so it looked just like an ordinary hospital room," He said clearly very proud of his achievement as a ninja.

On the fourth day, Quinn's friend visited her just as a nurse finished her daily examination. the visitors are Rachel, Finn, Puck, Kurt, Santana, and Brittany. Santana was the first one to enter. "Hi Quinn!" they greeted her when they enter.

"Hey guys!" she waved and smiled.

"Someone has a good time," Kurt commented. Quinn almost slipped when she wanted to tell them about Naruto, but keep it for herself. As far as she knows, none of them know about Naruto. The only person she ever told them about Naruto was her mother. And even that was almost 10 years ago. After their last meeting, Quinn never thought or spoke about it again. She didn't know what their reaction was when they know about Naruto.

"Quinn!" Rachel waved her hand in front of her.

"Wha-What is it?" she asked. Quinn was looking at her friends face. Confused, concerned, worried.

"You kind of spaced out back there," Rachel said. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing," she said, they didn't believe it but didn't push it either.

"So what's new?" and they talked again.

That night, Quinn tell Naruto about her friends who visited this morning. "Brittany and Santana are my besties in McKinley High, we're on Cheerios. Last year, three of us joined the Glee Club,"

"Glee Club?"

"A musical choir club, Rachel, Finn, Kurt, and Puck also part of the group, we called ourselves New Direction," Naruto humming and Quinn was sighing. "You know, Naruto," Naruto turned his head in Quinn's direction, "I was mean and a complete snob. I strive for popularity stems from my family to be the perfect daughter, which puts a lot of pressure. I was manipulative and conceited, I'm such a horrible person. I just want recognition and true friendship. I just want to be loved. But most of the time, it leads me to disaster," Quinn frowned.

"Maybe," she didn't expect Naruto to agree with her. Tears started to welled up in her eyes.

"What are..."

"But, it was the past. I didn't know what you have done after we separated for such a long time," Quinn grimaced with each of Naruto's words. "but, It was all in the past, you can choose to stay in the past or to shape a better future," Naruto ended sagely as Quinn saw him in a whole different light.
