Upon seeing Naruto, Minato couldn't help but smile as he greets his son. After the mission statement, Naruto, Akane, and Minato along with Kakashi and Kushina had a conversation about Naruto's time with Madara. "Naruto, how about we go for lunch so we can have some family time. Kushina, you should get Mito and Menma", Minato tells his wife.
Walking through the busy streets of Konoha, Naruto can easily see that there has been no new change to the village. Looking at Akane, "Akane, you have been quiet. Is there anything wrong", Naruto asks his little sister. "No Nii San, I am just tired", She answers her big brother. "Well, how about I carry you, little one", Naruto teases Akane. "I am not little Nii San", Akane answers in a cute pout. Seeing this, Minato could only smile, they seem to ignore the intensive stare from the new arrival, Mito. Walking through the streets, People could only stare at Naruto with men having some shivers sent through their entire bodies, the ladies could only drool and scream Kawaii at the brother and sister duo. Arriving at one of the restaurants owned by the Akamichi clan, they enter and proceed to make their order and enjoy their family dinner. After some more conversation with his family, Naruto now knows that both Mito and Menma have not activated their Sharingan but Mito was able to activate the Uzumaki chakra chains. They had shown promise with the Kyuubi chakra which is still a sour topic in the family. They were also able to sign the toad and slug summoning contracts, this was emphasized by Menma in an effort to feel superior to his elder brother. They also talked about the result of Akane in detail where they interacted with young Akane and they found out that she is a sweet, calm, and collective girl. Halfway through their family lunch, an Anbu drops down in the Hokage. "Lord Hokage, the council has requested your Presence", the Anbu informs his commander. "Thank you, Rabbit, we will be there shortly", he replies to his Shinobi." Well Naruto, I have a feeling that you will be needed in this meeting, do you want to tag along?", Minato asks his son. "I see no problem, but Akane comes with me".
After entering the council chamber, everyone is staring at Naruto and Akane. Taking his seat, "Well, let's get this meeting started". "Yes Hokage, we wanted to confirm the arrival of your son, but seeing that he is here, we shall move to other topics", Haishi Hyūga speaks. "Hokage Sama, we will like the boy to give us a detailed explanation of his training and location of where he lived", Haishi continues. Before Minato could respond, Naruto answers them. "That will be impossible Hyūga, you see, I have no intentions of telling you my previous location, nor my skill set.". After hearing this, the council was in chaos. While this was going on, Danzo is quietly looking at the boy and the little girl.
"Troublesome, if you want to know his skills, just check the bingo book", Shikaku Nara, Head of the Nara clan and Jonin commander tells them. Calling out an Anbu, he was instructed to find Naruto Uchiha. After some minutes, he begins to read.

Listening to his grandfather, "Hai grandfather", Naruto replies.

"We cannot allow you to take her", Minato shouts but he was too late with Zetsu sinking into the floor with Akane. Looking at the council, "so shall we continue" he tells his father casually. Knowing what has to be done, he now calmly waits on the report of his shadow clone and Zetsu.

I know there will be questions about Minato, but I never really bought the whole perfect plot with him and Kushina. so in this story, Minato will not be as respected in the Anime.
I am still taking ideas for shinobi's to join the New Uzu. I have seen the reviews on suggested Additions. I am currently working on integrating them and you will see them make an appearance in the next chapter.
