Ash and Lorelei then entered the Pokemon Center and saw a broadcast of the new Pokemon Competition.
"The Master League has opened. The strongest type trainers from each type would be the Battle Leader and the strongest among them would be the Master Champion while the next four strongest trainers would be the Master Elites. All the arenas would have an apex pokemon to defeat and many strong Pokemon and trainers. After fighting first 7 Battle Leaders, there would be a Battle Royale and the top Trainers would fight the next 6 Battle Leaders, and there would be a Pokemon World Championship to find the strongest among them who would have to fight the Elite Masters.
If there are many who defeated the Elite Masters, there would ba Pokemon Master Championship battles to find the strongest who would fight with the Master Champion. If the trainer loses against the Master Champion or the Elite Masters, he could either be a trainer who would be in Champion arena or the Elite arena to challenge other challengers or he would have to again take part in the Pokemon World Championship. The Battle Royale would take place every fortnight, while the Pokemon World Championship would take place every Month. The Opening Ceremony would take place today." the Newsreader said.
"I would take part in the Master League." Ash said.
"I hope you do good. We would go to the Opening Ceremony which would take place in evening." Lorelei said.
"I am going to the Phone booth to call my Mother." Ash said and Lorelei followed Ash to the Phone Booth in the Pokemon Centre. Ash then called his Mother.
"Hey Ash, you seem to have grown. Is the hot Woman next to you your girlfriend?" Ash's Mother Delia said.
"It looks like I have grown somewhat and she is my Travelling Companion, not my Girlfriend." Ash said blushing heavily.
"I thought you would be a friend with your Travelling Companion. What is her name?" Delia said.
"It is not that kind of friendship. And her name is Lorelei. I would be going on a new adventure." Ash said still blushing and to switch conversation.
"Are you hiding something from your Mother?" Lorelei said smiling.
"Lorelei dear, Take good care of my son. Also get my son new clothes for his trip with you" Delia said laughing.
"I sure would get take good care of Ash and get him new clothes, Delia." Lorelei said.
"Ash, take good care of Mimey. Also make sure to do the daily tasks." Delia said.
"I would do my daily tasks Goodbye." Ash said.
"Goodbye to you too." Delia said.
"We would go to the mall to get new clothes for you." Lorelei said.
Ash and Lorelei left the Pokemon Centre and went to the mall. Ash got a new dress which he could use for his travels which was a similar model to the dress he had in Kalos. Ash and Lorelei went to the restaurant to eat.
"I would like to challenge you to a Pokemon battle. We can battle in the meadow outside the City." Lorelei said.
"I do not say no to a challenge." Ash said.
Ash and Lorelei finished eating and left the Restaurant and Mall. Ash and Lorelei left the City to go to the Meadow.
"So we would battle here." Lorelei said releasing Articuno.
"Fine by me." Ash said releasing Infernape.
"Articuno, use Blizzard." Lorelei said. Articuno shot an ice beam to the sky and the place turned to be full of hail.
"Use Dig and Flare Blitz, Infernape." Ash said. Infernape dug underground and made a Fiery land. Soil seemed to become molten due to the temperature.
"You are quite strong and smart, Alola Champion. But the match will end soon." Lorelei said.
Articuno was continuing to remove heat from surroundings while keeping Ash in normal temperature. Air was condensing to become liquid and falling as raindrops on the field. The field was rapidly cooling and there was soon heavy liquid air raining wile moving like a Hurricane. The filed soon became filled with liquid air mixed with rapidly cooling rocky soil moving like a Whirlpool above the Hurricane while the rocks were breaking due to the force of the Hurricane.
"Shoot up to hit Articuno with Flare Blitz." Ash said.
"You are a very strong trainer. I can see how you became Alola Champion." Lorelei said.
Infernape then shot up to hold Articuno who made the Hurricane to be severely strong torrent of Liquid Air to hit Infernape. Infernape felt the barrage of Liquid Air and could not cope with the temperature and had Blaze activated. But it was to no avail while the Whirlpool was very strong and too cold. Infernape soon fainted. Articuno then stopped the attack.
"You are very strong and powerful to be holding so long." Lorelei congratulated Ash.
"You are so insanely strong! Can you be my Master?" Ash said.
"I accept you as my student." Lorelei said.
Ash and Lorelei went to the Pokemon Centre to heal their Pokemons and then went to the Opening Ceremony.
The Opening Ceremony was in an indoor stadium. Ash and Lorelei went to the stadium and Lorelei led Ash to the VIP room.
"How do you have access to the VIP room?" Ash said.
"You would soon know." Lorelei said.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, the Opening Ceremony will soon start. Master Champion, please come to the stage to inaugurate the Master League." Mr. Goodshow said. Lorelei left the VIP Room and went to the Stage. Ash was looking and Lorelei then came to the podium.
"Today marks the first day the Master League will open. As the Master Champion. It bring me immense pleasure to inaugurate the Master League." Lorelei said.
Ash was stunned to hear Lorelei was the Master Champion. While Lorelei was very strong he was still surprised to see her being this strong.

Champions would be allowed to challenge the higher tier gym leaders without taking part in Battle Royale. Also the routes to go to the next Battle Leader has very strong Pokemon so be safe." Lorelei said.
"I call on the First Seven Battle Leaders, Dragon Trainer Lance, Ghost Trainer Fantina, Normal Trainer Cheren, Psychic Trainer Sabrina, Rock Trainer Roark, Fairy Trainer Bede, Grass Trainer Ramos to come to stage." Lorelei said.
The first Seven Battle Leaders introduced themselves to the audience.
"I call on the Next Six Battle Leaders, Flying Trainer Skyla, Bug Trainer Viola, Electric Trainer Volkner, Water Trainer Misty, Ground Trainer Cynthia, Steel Trainer Steven to come to stage." Lorelei said.
The next Six Battle Leaders introduced themselves.
"I call on the Elite Masters, Dark Elite Karen, Poison Elite Lucy, Fighting Elite Riley, Fire Elite N to come to stage."
The Elite Masters introduced themselves.
"The regions of Fiore, Almia, Oblivia and Kiloude, Cerulean, Blackthorn, Anville would be the Places where the Battle Leaders would be present." Lorelei said.
"With this, I conclude the Opening Ceremony." Lorelei said. Lorelei went to the VIP Room and called Ash to come and Ash went to her.
"You are the Master Champion! Congratulations on becoming Master Champion!" Ash said.
"Thanks! I would take good care of you like how your Mom said." Lorelei said.
"I guess that would be appreciated." Ash said blushing.
"We would return to the Mountains because that is in the route to go to the next Battle Leader." Lorelei said.
Ash and Lorelei left the stadium and Lorelei released her Articuno. Ash and Lorelei embarked on her Articuno and flew to the high Valley. Ash and Lorelei reached the high valley and disembarked from Articuno. Lorelei gave Ash berries for both of them to eat while stargazing in the lone Mountains.
"Tomorrow your training would start." Lorelei said.
"I cannot wait for my training to start." Ash said.
"Are you good in Aura?" Lorelei asked.
"I do know to some level." Ash said.
Ash and Lorelei slept on the Grass.
