Giovanni was looking at the Pokemon in the Team Rocket Laboratory. Giovanni had his members catch the powerful Legendary Pokemon from each region. Team Rocket had stolen the Master Ball Technology from Silph Co and made their version of Master Ball. Giovanni had the members of the other Teams like Aqua, Magma, Galactic, Plasma, Flare who were trying to escape the Police caught by Team Rocket and their Aura was harvested to make the Legendary Pokemon stronger. Jessie and James came to Giovanni.
"Jessie, James, and Meowth, I congratulate you for stealing the technology for Master Ball and for showing the whereabouts of the other team members." Giovanni said.
"Thank You for rewarding us with more money." Jessie, James, and Meowth said.
"You deserve that for your work." Giovanni said. Giovanni was reminiscing about the project to catch the Dark Entity...
Jessie, James, and Meowth were in Saffron city planning to capture Pikachu. They saw Silph Co and entered the corporation.
"Good Evening, how may I help you." the staffer said.
"Do you have a Pokeball that can catch any Pokemon?" James asked.
"I mean you need to make the effort." the staffer said.
Jessie and James went outside and discussed.
"There is an urban legend here that there is a Pokeball that can catch any Pokemon and is made in Silph Co. But the price is huge." James said.
"Let us go and steal the manual to make that Pokeball from them. Take this USB and copy the data Meowth after 11 PM" Jessie said.
"How can I do that?" Meowth said.
"You are a Pokemon and Pokemon are believed to be good Any Guard would not suspect a Pokemon to do bad." James said.
"I would do that." Meowth said.
Jessie and James were waiting for Silph Co to close. Near the closing time, they made Meowth to enter.
"Now is the time to go." James said to Meowth.
Meowth entered Silph Co before the closing time. The Guards were not noticing Meowth entering the building. Meowth was going through each floor trying to see Computers and Cupboards and when finding Computers, copying the data and when finding Cupboards, opening using nails to find Master Ball. Meowth had to go to 11 floors to find. The Master Ball was found by Meowth on the 11th floor which was in the Cupboard. Meowth then had to get out using the windows and then had to use the walls to reach the ground. Meowth went to Jessie and James and gave them the Master Ball. Delibird was there to receive the Master Ball.
Jessie and James copied the data to another USB and then gave that USB and Master Ball to Delibird to give it to Giovanni.
Delibird flew to Giovanni by Morning and gave Giovanni the Master ball and data.
"Finally, Team Rocket can dominate the world." Giovanni said.
Giovanni wrote a letter to Jessie, James, and Meowth and asked Delibird to give the Letter. Giovanni gave the Master Ball and the data from Silph Co for the Scientists to make many copies of Master Balls which would be known as Ultra Rocket Balls. Delibird gave the Letter to Jessie, James, and Meowth. Delibird gave the letter to Jessie, James, and Meowth. James read the Letter.
"Jessie, Meowth, we have been given a salary hike that is 15 times the present salary. And also a mission to get Team Rocket to capture members of other teams." James said.
"This is excellent." Jessie said.
"This was mostly done by me." Meowth said happily.
Team Rocket meanwhile made many copies of Master Balls now known by Team Rocket as Ultra Master Balls.
In Hoenn, Team Aqua and Team Magma members were lounging in Sea Mauville so that they are not caught by police. Jessie and James meanwhile were flying using a Helicopter to Sea Mauville along with many Rocket Grunts.
Jessie and James knew their whereabouts due to talking with some members who were trying to hide from the police. The reason they were talking to Jessie and James was that they were perceived as being Incompetent and so they talked about their struggles.
Jessie, James, and Meowth were near Sea Mauville and had Meowth go using a ladder to Sea Mauville to find if Aqua and Magma members were there.
"Meowth, use the Ladder and go to Sea Mauville, confirm and tell." James said.
"Meowth moved in Sea Mauville and saw some members who were in underwater floors while being undetected. Meowth went to Jessie and James stealthily and fast.
"A huge number of Magma and Aqua members are in Sea Mauville." Meowth said.
Soon Team Rocket Grunts landed in Sea Mauville with guns to shoot nets. They entered the Underwater floors and caught a huge number of Aqua and Magma members. They got the members in a Cargo Aircraft and loaded them there.
In Sinnoh, Team Galactic Members were hiding in Mount Coronet. Jessie, James, and Meowth knew the location of Team Galactic members as they saw them running to caves in Mount Coronet to stay and Meowth found that they used that as their hideout.
Jessie, James, and Meowth were in a Helicopter at Spear Pillar with Team Rocket Grunts who were also there near the exits to Oreburgh, Eterna, Hearthome, Celestic, and Snowpoint.
Meowth went inside Mount Coronet and then inside the caves. Meowth was not suspected as they thought Meowth was a Wild Pokemon. Meowth soon found the Control Room which was not staffed at a particular time.
"Police are coming to Mount Coronet." Meowth said.
Team Galactic Members tried exiting Mount Coronet but were caught by Team Rocket Grunts and were put in Cargo Airplanes.
In Unova, Team Plasma members were present in Relic Castle. While Ghetsis was in Jail, the members went to Relic Castle to hide from the police.
Jessie and James knew where the Team Plasma members were present when they saw them escaping from the Plasma Headquarters in huge numbers after Police did a huge operation to capture them.
James entered the Relic Castle and went to the control room in the third basement. The Control Room was easy to enter as they wanted any member to warn them if Police came. James then sent a warning "Police will come soon to Relic Castle."
Team Plasma Members ran from Relic Castle in huge numbers and James followed them. James had a device that made his location known by Jessie. James soon fount=d there were multiple exits Team Plasma used.
James had to run fast to mark each exit location. James then informed Jessie to get the Plasma Members captured as soon as possible.
Team Rocket Grunts then used huge nets to capture the Team Plasma members and put them in a Cargo Aircraft.
In Kalos, Team Flare members were hiding in Team Flare Secret HQ in Geosenge. They escaped there when Team Flare was defeated. They hid their location due to Lysandre using his connection to stop police in Geosenge. However, there was a rumor that Team Flare was in Geosenge in the town of Geosenge.
There was a strange hole in Geosenge where people who explored there get lost but there was no police to find as Geosenge police departments were unstaffed.
Jessie, James, and Meowth were in a Helicopter directing the Team Rocket Grunts to go to Geosenge.
"Is there no other holes for Team Flare Members to escape?" Jessie asked James.
"There are no other holes which Team Flare Members could use near this area. This was found by the searching team." James said.
"Go in the Hole and Capture the Team Flare Members. If they try to run in holes, use Pokemon to catch them." Jessie sent s message to Team Rocket Grunts.
A huge number of Team Rocket Grunts went inside Team Flare Secret HQ and they were not kidnapped. They sent their Pokemons to quickly teleprt them to Team Flare Members. Team Rocket Members quickly fund the Team Flare Members and put them in the Cargo Planes.
Jessie, James and Meowth received a message from Giovanni. James read the message.
"On account of your successful mission, you would get 100 times the salary hike." James said the essence of the message.
"This is amazing." Jessie and Meowth said.
Giovanni was in Team Rocket HQ and read the Newspaper near him which said "Crime rates have dropped by a huge amount in all regions."
"Little do they know that this is the eye of the storm." Giovanni said to Persian.
