"This Zeraora belongs to me. For now, I am allowing you to use." Lorelei said to Volkner and then released Zeraora from the Ultra Ball.
"I understand that you want to keep your Pokemon. Thanks." Volkner said.
Zekrom walked next to Ash and Ash threw an Ultra Ball on Zekrom. Zekrom was caught in one wobble of the Ultra Ball.
Ash and Lorelei embarked on Articuno and Articuno flew to the Dormant Volcanic Caldera near Boyleland Town. Ash and Lorelei disembarked from Articuno.
"The next Battle Leaders would be Bug and Flying. So we would be training a Grass Type to be able to defeat Bug and Flying Pokemons." Lorelei said.
"Sceptile, I choose you." Ash said and released Sceptile from the Pokeball.
"Articuno, use Hurricane and combine Signal Beam with Hurricane on Sceptile and increase the strength rapidly." Lorelei said.
The Hurricane went around Sceptile which was trapped in the middle. The combined power of Bug and Flying made Sceptile to find it difficult to cope.
"Ash, use your Aura to assist Sceptile." Lorelei said.
Ash used his Aura to assist Sceptile. The Aura boosted the strength of Sceptile to be stronger to cope with the onslaught of Hurricane. Sceptile was able to cope with the Hurricane for quite some time. Then Ash was getting overwhelmed far beyond his peak Aura capacity. Ash was soon about to be overwhelmed.
"Sceptile, use Leaf Storm around you and when overwhelmed, use Leaf Storm like a beam. If overwhelmed using Leaf Storm as a beam, use Leaf Storm as a shield and then withdraw Leaf Storm while using the energy within to protect from the Hurricane." Ash said.
Sceptile used Leaf Storm around itself while Ash was straining himself to help Sceptile. Sceptile was about to be overwhelmed and then Sceptile used Leaf Storm like a beam. Soon, Sceptile was overwhelmed and used Leaf Storm as a shield and then withdrew the energy to use it to boost its defense. Sceptile continued this cycle for some time and Ash was straining his Aura more. The Cycles had to be done more rapidly over time as the Hurricane was becoming stronger more rapidly over time. Ash was soon overwhelmed in supporting Sceptile.
"Articuno, stop the attack." Lorelei said and Articuno stopped the attack. Ash and Lorelei then ate berries which Lorelei brought as their brunch. Ash and Lorelei then embarked on Articuno and then Articuno flew.
"The next Battle Leader would be in Anville Town." Lorelei said.
Articuno left the island and flew over the Strait. Articuno then flew over forests and then reached Anville Town. Articuno then landed near Anville Gym. Anville Gym was a large mountain that had to be climbed to reach the Apex Pokemon and the Battle Leader. Ash and Lorelei disembarked from Articuno. Lorelei then returned Articuno to the Pokeball.
"Sceptile, I choose you." Ash said and released Sceptile from the Pokeball.
Sceptile trekked alongside Ash and Lorelei and used his Leaf Storm to defeat any Pokemon that attacked. Ash and Lorelei then reached the Apex Pokemon which was Lugia.
"Sceptile, use Leaf Storm." Ash said.
Sceptile used Leaf Storm on Lugia. Lugia found that it was not able to dodge the Leaf Storm and unable to flee from the Leaf Storm. Lugia tried to use Aeroblast as a Shield but found that it could not overcome the strength of the Leaf Storm. Lugia was rapidly losing health and the rate at which Lugia was losing health was increasing rapidly that soon Lugia fainted.
Ash and Lorelei then trekked to reach the peak of the mountain to find Skyla. Skyla was a busty young redhead girl who was curvy while being slim but Ash did not find her that appealing due to his standards being raised by Lorelei. Ash found that he seemed taller than Skyla while he was shorter than her before even though Skyla was a tall girl.
"Hey Ash, looking to battle? Be sure to know that I have a winning streak for some time." Skyla said.
"I am going to break that soon." Ash said and smiled.
Skyla took her position in the opposite side of the field and released Skarmory.
"Sceptile, I choose you." Ash said and Sceptile went to the battlefield.
"Sceptile, use Leaf Storm and increase its strength rapidly." Ash said.
"Skarmory, use Aerial Ace." Skyla said.
Sceptile used Leaf Storm against Skyla's Aerial Ace and the attacks blasted in midfield. Ash found as a pleasant surprise that Skarmory's Aerial Ace attacks were quite strong and so this match would not be as much as a pushover compared to his recent battles. However, Sceptile was too strong for this to matter so much.
Sceptile tried to target Skarmory with Leaf Storm and Skarmory was dodging for a very short amount of time while using Aerial Ace which had very little effect on Sceptile. However, Skarmory soon could not cope with Sceptile and found itself trapped in the Leaf Storm. Skarmory now could not escape the Leaf Storm which engulfed Skarmory.
Skyla was not prepared for such a gap in strength and exclaimed "You are so incredibly powerful."
"I told you that I would break your winning streak." Ash said.
Skarmory used Aerial Ace as a shield to protect itself which worked for some time before Sceptile's increase in Leaf Storm broke the Aerial Ace field and made Skarmory to rapidly lose strength. Skarmory then fainted after some time.
Skyla returned Skarmory to her Pokeball and then Skyla went to Ash to give Ash the badge.
"Apart from being strong physically, you are strong in battling. I am giving you the special Jet Badge." Skyla said.
"Thanks for the praise." Ash said smiling.
Ash recalled Sceptile to the Pokeball and Lorelei then released Articuno from her Pokeball. Ash and Lorelei then embarked on Articuno. Articuno then flew from the Anville Gym.
"We would be going to Kiloude City where the final Battle Leader. Is located" Lorelei said.
Articuno then flew over the Forests for a short time which transitioned to being Shrubs and then after the Tree Line was crossed, Articuno reached the Mountains and flew over the Mountains for some time. Then Articuno flew over the ocean for some time and then Articuno flew over the Mountains and Forests for some time. Articuno then reached Kiloude City and then Articuno landed next to Kiloude Gym which was a cave. Ash and Lorelei then disembarked from Articuno and Lorelei returned Articuno to her Pokeball.
"Sceptile, I choose you." Ash said and released Sceptile from the Pokeball.
Ash and Lorelei then walked down the cave along with Sceptile. If any Pokemon came to challenge, Sceptile defeated them using Leaf Storm. Ash and Lorelei travelled through the cave which was quite long. Ash and Lorelei then encountered one cave along the route. Ash and Lorelei entered one cave which was a dead end and saw the Apex Pokemon which was Genesect.
"Sceptile, use Leaf Storm and rapidly increase the strength." Ash said.
Genesect tried to counter using Techno Blast but the attack was far less powerful than Leaf Storm. Genesect's attack met with Leaf Storm and was pushed back and then Genesect was trapped in the Leaf Storm and was unable to flee from the Leaf Storm as Sceptile tracked and attacked Genesect. Genesect was rapidly losing health and the rate at which Genesect was losing health was increasing rapidly that soon Genesect fainted.
Ash and Lorelei then left the cave and then traveled along the route to find the field where Viola was standing on the other side the field. Viola was a busty young blonde girl who was curvy while being slim but Ash did not find her that appealing due to his standards being raised by Lorelei. Ash found that he seemed taller than Viola while he was shorter than her before even though Viola was a tall girl.
"Are you looking to get the badge? I am ready to accept your challenge." Viola said.
"I sure will get the badge." Ash said.
"We can see about that." Viola said.
"Sceptile, I choose you." Ash said and Sceptile went to the battlefield.
"Vivillon, get ready to battle and use Bug Buzz." Viola said and released Vivillon form the Pokeball.
"Sceptile, use Leaf Storm and increase its strength rapidly." Ash said.
