(Music- 'Solid Park'- Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 2)

"You two are nothing but tiny stepping stones for my rise!" Demon Lord Etna declared, holding her Elder Spear at the ready.

"We'll see about that!" Nisa and Chika declared in unison, taking their stances.

"Be careful!" Peach called out to them, still favoring her shoulder wound. "She fights dirty!"

"Oh, I know," Nisa nodded grimly.

"Well, of course I fight dirty, I *am* a demon, after all!" Etna grinned, before suddenly shoving her spear into the ground...

"Jump and roll!" Nisa yelled, she and Chika doing just that as the business end of Etna's spear suddenly erupted from the ground between them! Etna then charged at the unarmed bluenette, thrusting several times with her spear, only for Nisa to dodge every strike! Nisa then managed to grab said spear and deliver a kick to the groin! "Not quite that easy!" She then hit Etna with an uppercut, following up with a few jabs to the face!

"Argh!" the demon growled as she swung her spear again, only for Nicole to duck, then backflip away from the follow-up swing. Etna was then forced to block another strike from Chika's spear... "Ugh, what an annoyance!" Their weapons clashed, but the redhead was clearly stronger, moving to pin her opponent's spear to the ground...

Realizing this, Chika broke off and spun away, before intoning, "Sylhet Spear!" Etna barely managed to spin out of the way of the giant spear that was summoned, the Oracle rushing in before she could recover, swinging her spear down...

But Etna blocked with her own weapon just in time, despite being on one knee. "I don't think so!" Her superior strength was made apparent as she sent Chika flying with a simple shove!

But Nicole was on the attack again, hitting the demon with a left straight, then sending her into the sky with a two-fisted upward swing, before jumping above her and coming down with a powerful kick that enveloped Etna in twin flares of energy in the shape of a V! "V Extreme!" Nisa intoned as she landed a safe distance away, the energy-V detonating in a violent explosion upon contacting the ground!

"Wow!" Chika gasped in awe. "It seems your training's paid off..."

"Thanks, but it's not over yet!" the bluenette cautioned... Sure enough, Etna's Elder Spear came shooting out of the dust cloud, Nisa barely rolling away in time to avoid getting skewered, as the demon flew into the sky above the two women.

"Glad to see you haven't lost your touch, Nisa," Etna stated, "But let's see how your Oracle handles this! Sexy Beam!"

"One step to the left, then make like a fencepost!" Nicole called to Chika, who did as advised, resulting in the greenette standing inside the left curve of the heart shape formed by Etna's multiple pink energy beams, the brunt of the attack missing completely. As Etna descended back to the ground, Chika charged at her, only for the redhead to grab the spear and flip her opponent over her head!

"Too predictable," Etna muttered as she recalled her Elder Spear to her hand, then thrusting at Chika, who just managed to block with her own weapon. The Oracle then broke away, spinning like a ballerina, her spear lashing out...

A small spatter of blood flew through the air.

"Huh? What?!" Etna gasped in shock as her hand went up to her right cheek, coming away with red on her glove. "You... you hurt me?! Some nobody human actually marred my beautiful face?!"

"Don't make me laugh!" Chika taunted, "A sad piece of jailbait like you could never compare to my goddess's beauty!"

"Idiot! Don't insult her chest size!" Nisa yelled.

"You would know, huh Nisa?" Etna growled, "but too little, too late!" Her eyes glowed yellow as she rose into the air again, raising her hands above her head... "Now I'll fricassee this entire stadium! CHAOS IMPACT!" A massive fireball began forming over her head...

"Oh no..." Chika's eyes went wide with terror. "Why did I open my big mouth..."

"Oh hell..." Peach quaked with terror herself. (Should've run when I had the chance...!)

"DIE!" the Demon Lord cried. But just then...

"Sylhet Spear!" A massive lance skewered the giant fireball and destroyed it, the remaining flames dissipating harmlessly!

"What the-?!" Etna gasped in shock. "Who did tha-?!"

"Inbetween Spear!" the voice called out again, the flat-chested demon crying out as she was assaulted by several pointed energy projectiles, followed by a much larger one that sent her crashing to the ground!

"Lady Vert! You made it!" Chika gasped in joy as her eyes sparkled with admiration. Indeed it was the goddess herself, slowly descending from the sky in her HDD form.

"The hell...?" Etna grunted as she turned herself over, seeing the new arrival. "You're the goddess?!"

"I am indeed," Vert confirmed, "CPU Green Heart, ruler of Leanbox. You who would dare attack my fellow goddesses, and try to burn my Oracle to ashes, prepare for your judgement!" As if to accentuate her statement, several helicopters, Ospreys and hovercraft flew down beside her, as well as several Jeeps and small military vehicles rolling in!

"This is the Leanbox Army!" the commander announced, "We have you completely surrounded, demon dirtbag! Surrender now or face our combined might!"

"About time, guys..." Peashy sighed in relief. "Thanks, Adrian."

"Oh, joy. Looks like the calvary's arrived," Etna sighed as she stood to her feet. Putting her hands behind her head, she muttered, "I could destroy all of you, but that's way too much hassle. Guess I'll call it quits for today." She then took a breath before yelling, "Dimensional Gatekeeper! Take me home, will ya?!" A green rune suddenly formed in the air above the redhead. "Green Heart, was it? I'll come back later to kill you, and take your title for myself! Then everyone will worship me as the Beauty Queen Goddess! Ah ha ha ha ha!" She laughed as she was abruptly sucked into the rune, which promptly dissipated.

(music fades out)

"She got away!" One of the soldiers lamented.

"Well, at least she didn't hurt anyone else," Green Heart countered, before reverting to human form. "Chika, Nisa, good work keeping her occupied until we could arrive."

"Of course," the Oracle nodded happily. "But if it hadn't been for Nisa's knowledge of Etna's fighting style, I might have been skewered several times over!"

"Is this true, Nisa?" vert turned to the Hero of Justice. "You two have clashed before?"

"Yeah, in a manner of speaking," Nicole nodded. "I'll be happy to tell you everything I know about her... but first, we should make sure Nepgear and the others are okay..."

Just then, another soldier walked up. "Lady Vert, we have successfully evacuated all the civilians! Also, the CPU Candidates are being med-evaced to the nearest hospital as we speak!"

"Good work, commander," Vert smiled and nodded. "But I think Peach needs some medical attention for her shoulder..."

"Si, si! I will handle that!" a medical officer came up next to Peach. "Remember me, señora? Corporal Rodriguez?"

"Oh yeah! The guy whose de-fib-u-lators were stolen!" the blonde nodded. "Alright, let's go to the locker room, and I'll let you take my shirt off so you can patch me up! Gracias!"

"Very good," Vert said, before turning back to Chika and Nicole. "Chika, you go on ahead to the hospital and check on little Nepgear and the others, and contact the other Goddesses. Nisa, you go back to Peach's family and let them know she's okay."

"Yes ma'am!" Nicole saluted, before running off.

"But what are you going to do, Lady Vert?" Chika asked.

"I need to address the citizens of Leanbox, to inform them of what happened and reassure them," the CPU replied. "The camera equipment is still functional here, correct?"

"It should be," the greenette nodded. Turning to the soldiers, she said, "You heard Lady Vert! Get the cameras set up so she can address the nation!"

"Yessir!" they saluted, before moving to do as ordered...
