"I'm bored."

"Yeah, me too. This game isn't much fun anymore."

"Well, what should we do?"

Zeni pondered Zeno's question for a moment. It had barely been a week since Goku and Vegeta came to the Palace. The spar between the two of them gave the Omni Kings the ultimate form of entertainment. Once again, the two were wanting an exciting game to play. "I know! How about we think about the rules for the new tournament?"

"That's a great idea!" Zeno smiled. "Should we do them as we did the Tournament of Power?"

"I was thinking, Zeno." Zeni began. "There was this one time, I watched Goku and his friends play in a Tournament. It was the first time I'd ever seen such a thing. The way it was set up, reminds me of the way Goku and Vegeta spar while they're here."

"Like a one on one battle?" Zeno asked happily.

"Exactly! After each fight is over, if neither is knocked out of the ring or unconscious, we get to choose who the victor is!"

Zeno thought about the idea for a moment. "What if," The Omni King began. "The Attendant fought with them as well? We could see how well each pair works together!"

"I love the idea!" Zeni exclaimed happily.

"What happens to the winner of all matches?" Zeno asked curiously.

"Well, like the last time, we could offer the Super Dragon Balls!"

"I love it, I love it!" Zeno yelled happily. "And the losers?"

"Well, we haven't played Ponies in a long time? They could each take turns!

"We would be playing forever!" Zeno couldn't think of a better idea. "We should let the Grand Minister know of our plan."

"Yes, we should!" Zeni says as his eyes search for a button on his chair. Finding the purple and blue one, Zeni pushes it and waits patiently for the Grand Minister to enter.

Within minutes, Whis appeared in the room with the Omni Kings. "You summoned me, sires?"

"We did." Zeno smiled at the Grand Minister.

"We have a new game we want to play!"

"Oh?" Whis inquired. "What game will it be sires?"

"Zeno and I were thinking." Zeni began. "What if we got all of the Destroyer's together and held a tournament?"

"Like the Tournament of Power?" The Grand Minister asked curiously.

"We want the game set up like the one we watched Goku play the first time. The one where he battled Hit!" Zeni pumped his fists in the air.

"Yes! It would be so much fun!" Zeno giggles as he watched his companion. "Watching how the different Destroyers fight each other with their Attendant's at their side, it'd be a wonderful game!"

"What do you propose happens for the losers of the Tournament?"

Zeni continued. "Well, the winner would get the Super Dragon Balls."

"And the losers?" The Grand Minister inquired.

"Ponies!" The Omni Kings laughed in unison.

Whis couldn't help but laugh at their childlike wonder on occasion. He was surprised there wouldn't be a harsher punishment for the losers of the tournament. "If that's what you desire. I will begin setting it in motion. Do you have a proposed date?"

"Not yet." Zeno spoke. "We also don't really know the rules all too well. We meant to ask Goku before he left."

"How about I summon Goku here?" The Grand Minister questioned. "We can easily get this squared away that way."

"Okay!" The Omni Kings agree.

Accessing his staff, Whis peered into the glass orb at the top. To the Grand Minister's surprise, when he tried to gain access to Goku's staff, it was blinking as unavailable. Hmm… That's odd. Whis thought. Let me try this again.

Peering into is staff once more, all Whis could see was empty space.

It made no sense. Never before has the Grand Minister had such an issue when trying to contact an Attendant.

"Is something the matter, Grand Minister?" Zeno asks, seeing the puzzled look on his face.

Whis quickly places a gentle smile on his features. "Nothing is the matter, dear Zeno. It just seems my staff doesn't seem to be communicating with Goku's at the moment." The Grand Minister paused, thinking of what to do, without getting the Omni King's involved. "I've been wanting to pay a visit to their Universe. This gives me the perfect chance!"

"Are you sure Grand Minister? Zeni questioned.

"We can just summon him, with this!" Zeno pulls the button from his chair.

"That won't be necessary." Whis smiled "I've been meaning to visit Universe Six and Seven for some time. The edible delicacies are just to die for!"

"Okay!"

"Have fun! Bring us back some!" Zeni happily waves towards The Grand Minister, watching as he quickly touched his staff to the floor twice. This created a tunnel of light around himself, teleporting him away.

The trip to the Sixth Universe wasn't very lengthy. Thankfully, the Palace was conveniently placed in the center of all dimensions. This gave Angels an easy path to each Universe. The main question on Whis' mind, was why his staff didn't seem to work when accessing Goku's own. The Grand Minister's staff is supposed to be able to peer into any dimension. This is a great tool when trying to track down people who he needs to speak with. It allows him to quickly peer into dimension before teleporting there. But wherever he tried to peer into the Dimmension Goku was in, he saw empty space.

Could Goku and Vegeta be hiding inside of a dimension? What would possess him to do such a thing? The Grand Minister hated to think the worst in situations like these. Would they really do this out of spite? All because I said they couldn't continue their relationship?

As Whis reached the Sixth Universe, he noticed there had been some destructive activity since his last visit. This pleased the Grand Minister, it meant the Destroyer was doing his job. The thought eased some of his earlier anxieties. Whis quickly made his way to Lord Vegeta's planet. Once he was within the atmosphere, he noticed Goku's energy signature, but not the Destroyer's.

Landing quietly on the grounds, The Grand Minister examined his surroundings. He noticed the environment seemed peaceful, much different than any other time he's visited. Whis also sensed Goku's energy, but not his Destroyer's. Walking around the property, Whis' nostrils picked up the most delicious scent. As the Grand Minister looked towards Lord Vegeta's home, he quickly made his way inside.

Whis as in the kitchen in no time. Sneaking up on the Attendant, The Grand Minister spoke behind him. "Smells delicious."

The Saiyan jumped as he heard a voice behind him. "Grand Minister! What are you doing here?"

"I came to see how things were going here." Whis looked around once again, making sure a second time he didn't sense the Destroyer's energy before speaking. "Where is your Destroyer, Goku?"

"He asked to train without me." Goku said quietly. "So I sent him into a dimension in my staff, like you used to for the both of us!"

"How long ago was this?" The Grand Minister inquired.

"It was after I cooked dinner, the first night home from the Palace. He's been there almost two weeks on his own. I've tried calling my staff, but somehow it's stuck there until he's ready to leave."

Hmm. The Grand Minister thought. It looks like everything is still normal here. I guess I was just freaking out for nothing. An Attendant without his staff is troublesome, but I'm sure Goku could take on just about any enemy.

"Did you need to speak with us again?" Goku interrupted his thoughts.

"No, I actually came to speak with you, Goku." Whis said with a warm smile. "Normally I can teleport relatively quickly if I know my targets location. Since your staff was in that dimension, I was unable to access it. I found you here on a stroke of luck." The Grand Minister chuckled. "I wanted to talk to you about a new game the Omni Kings decided to play."

"A game? Like a Tournament of Power?"

"Almost." Whis interjects. "Since watching you and Vegeta spar, it made the Omni Kings wonder how well the other Destroyer's would fare in a two on two style match."

Goku's eyes widened. "Two on two? Like a Destroyer and Attendant team?"

"Precisely." Whis chuckled. "Is that going to be a problem, Goku?"

"Uh.. Hopefully not." Goku's hand went to the back of his head instinctivly. The two haven't spoken since Vegeta went training, and even that conversation was short. "Would you like to stay for lunch? I was just about finished."

"That would be lovely!" Whis said happily. "I'll set the table, and then we can talk logistics. The Omni Kings seemed to like the rules of the Universe Six vs. Seven Tournament. They wanted us to iron out any details."

After the two shared a meal, The Grand Minister made sure to box any leftovers for the Omni Kings. Once they were put away, The Attendant began to clear the table of dirty dishes, placing them in the kitchen. Goku made his way back to the dining room, seeing everything was tidied up, he sat back down. "So they want to see a two on two tournament?"

"Yes." Whis stated. "They would like the rules to be similiar to the rules of the Tournament we had with Lord Champa's world."

"Okay!" Goku smiled. "So in order to win, an opponent has to either knock the other opponent out of the ring, render them unconscious, or cause them to forefeit. If both opponents are knocked out of the ring, it is normally considered a draw, unless one can stand and speak their victory. The use of weapons, shots to the eyes or groin, and killing is forbidden."

"Are those all the rules, Goku?" Whis asked.

Goku nodded confidently. "Those are the same rules we used in many of our tournaments back on Earth. I wonder why the Omni Kings decided to have the matches two on two."

"They were inspired by the way you two sparred." Whis said with a chuckle. They wanted to see how well you could work together as a team."

"Zeni and Zeno don't know Vegeta very well." Goku laughed, his hand rubbing the back of his head. "He's not exactly what I'd call a team player."

"Many of the Destroyer's are that way." Whis smiled. "This will defintely be new territory for many involved." The Grand Minister stood from his seat. "But what the Omni Kings want, we must grant."

Goku nodded. "Whatever makes them happy."

The two beings were interrupted by a bright purple light. Within a few moment's Lord Vegeta appeared, clothes torn to shreds. The Destroyer had a thick layer of dirt and sand on his skin, causing both Angel's to snicker. Goku's staff quickly returned to him.

Vegeta's eyes widened. "Grand Minister, what brings you to Universe Six?"

"Oh Vegeta! You've made it just in time." Whis clapped happily. "We were just ironing out the details of a new Tournament the Omni Kings would like held."

"A Tournament?" The Destroyer questioned.

"Yeah!" Goku mentioned excitedly. "Almost like the World Martial Arts Tournament. Only the battles will be two on two!"

Vegeta's look only became more confused. Instead of turning to his Attendant, The Destroyer kept his eyes on The Grand Minister. "How are the pairs decided?"

"That's the best part." Whis tried to contain his laughter. "It's going to be a Destroyer and Attendant pair. The winning team will be granted the Super Dragon Balls."

The Destroyer raised an eyebrow. "You expect me to work together with Kakarot?" The thought made Lord Vegeta laugh out loud as he walked towards the bathroom.

Whis couldn't help but chuckle as he looked towards Vegeta's Attendant. "Looks like you've got your work cut out for you, Goku." The Grand Minister waves goodbye before teleporting away.

The Attendant sighed, resting his head on his left hand. Just my luck, I'm going to have to tackle the impossible, getting Vegeta to work with me. Goku pondered how he was going to accomplish such a task.

As of late, the Destroyer hasn't wanted anything to do with his Attendant. With the news the two weren't allowed to persue their relationship, Vegeta had gone back to saying as few words as possible to Goku. The Destroyer didn't even acknowledge Goku when he came in the room from training. Presuming his companion was going to be hungry after his shower, the Attendant got up and began to cook another meal for Vegeta. Goku wasn't sure how well Vegeta fared in a kitchen. There was one or two occasions the Attendant could remember Vegeta trying to cook for Lord Beerus. Instances like those usually resulted in the four going to a restaraunt.

Wait… A thought rushed into Goku's mind. Didn't Whis mention something about not being able to see into my training dimension? As the Attendant began to contemplate this new information, he wondered what this could possibly mean for the two Saiyans.

A spark of hope began to ignite within the younger Saiyan. Goku wasn't sure if his plan would work.

It took nearly an hour for the Destroyer to finish his shower. As he opened the bathroom door, scents of delicious food were filling his nostrils. Vegeta's stomach had a mind of it's own, rumbling loudly at the smell coming from the kitchen. Being stuck in the training dimension alone meant he fended for himself when it came to food. Although the Prince could cook something edible, it didn't compare to his Attendant's cooking.

Making his way to the dining room, Vegeta sees that the food is already spread across the table. His Attendant was at the opposite end of the table, the same position he had in their last conversation.

"I figured you'd be hungry." Goku said with a smile. "You've been gone for a couple weeks without a home cooked meal."

"I'm starving." Vegeta said simply as he sat down and began to devour his meal.

The Attendant watched as Lord Vegeta all but threw the food into his mouth. Just watching for a second was causing Goku to stifle his laughter. He was sure Goku himself looked just as ridiculous when he was hungry. "Whis told me the reason Zeni and Zeno decided the two on two, was because they wanted to see us in action together."

The Destroyer was silent, still shoving copious amounts of food into his stomach.

A jitters came over Goku. The Attendant thought it was from the staggered silence. "They made the rules just like the World Martial Arts Tournaments! No battle royale this time."

"And what exactly becomes of the losers?" Lord Vegeta finally spoke.

"Whis didn't mention what would happen. I take that as nothing that's unmanageable. But he did happen to mention something I found interesting." Goku began, watching his Destroyer's eyebrow raise.

"After he arrived, he wanted to know where my staff was. Apparently wherever it was, the Grand Minister was unable to use his own staff to peer into that dimension." The Attendant could see the wheels turning inside the older Saiyan's mind. "I don't know why, but it seems the only way to be reached in the training dimension is to either leave willingly, or be summoned by the Omni Kings."

Lord Vegeta was silent for the remainder of his meal. This caused his Attendant's skin to crawl. He wanted to know what the Destroyer was thinking.

After several e xcruciating minutes, Vegeta pushed his chair away from the table. "Come on, Kakarot."

Goku looked toward Vegeta, confused as to what was going on. "Where are we going?"

"Back to that dimension of yours." Vegeta begins to walk out of the dining room. "We're going to need as much training as we can get if we expect to work together."
