Sans's P.O.V.

I look down at my phone as I had received a text from Frisk. I smiled slightly as I felt my cheeks get warm when I looked at what she had sent.

F: Sorry for bothering you I don't know if this is Sans or not but if it is I wanted to ask you something though text

S: It's Sans alright Frisk Why do you want to ask me something through text

I look at my phone in confusion as I sent the text. I wonder why she can't just ask me now.

F: It's about the AU's and other Timelines...I uhh Also wanted to ask you why you researched our orphanage

If I had a heart it would stop beating at that very moment. Something about the other universes and timelines huh.

S: Sure ask away kid

F: In our universe Undyne and Alphys are teachers but you and Papyrus are just students but in the other timelines and Alternate Universes you and Papyrus are around the same age as them. Why is that?

S: I'm not too sure about that but I do know is that Papyrus is friends with Ms. Undyne because she tutored him for Cooking class and she and Dr. Alphys are married in this universe. So not too much is different compared to the others What's the question you wanted to ask me about the orphanage

There was a short pause. I looked up at her to see that Chara was whispering in her ear. She looks down at her phone in sadness before she starts typing. Seeing her look so down hurt my SOUL.

F: When you researched the orphanage...You knew that Chara and I were humans the whole time didn't you...Why did you look it up in the first place You didn't have to

S: When Uncle Dings said your names and that the two of you were in that orphanage Something inside me was telling me to see for myself just how bad that place really was and Tibia honest I was right to do so and yes I knew the whole time that you and your sister were humans

"Actually Ever since that day Tibia honest I wanted to find a way to bring that place down to the ground and make them pay for what they have done to you and the other kids that lived there" I said shortly after I sent the last text.

"Why would you when you never knew us at the time" Chara asked.

"Something inside me was telling me to do something about that place and to make sure no one else went there and suffered the way you two did" I said.

"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT COUSIN" Paps asked me. I turned to him and smiled.

"It's nothing important Papyrus Let's all go to math class the bell is gonna ring soon" I said.

It had been a few months since the first day of school. Frisk and Chara have been getting accustomed to the school well...Though Chara still gets into fights every now and then whenever someone messes with Frisk. Whenever I'm around her people don't seem to mess with her then. Maybe that's because I would always give them looks when she isn't looking. I'm starting to become like Chara when it comes to protecting Frisk form others who would want to do her harm. I never realized it until one of Pap's basketball teammates tried to put gum in her hair from behind a few weeks ago.

The four of us walk home every day after school with me telling jokes, Frisk laughing at them with her gorgeous laugh, while Paps and Chara both groan at them. Though The girls and I have been texting each other about our knowledge of the Alternate Universes and timelines from time to time. I look over at Papyrus as he smiles while talking to Chara with an orange blush crossing his cheeks. Does he...Does he have a crush on her? I look over at Chara as she smiles with a pink blush crossing her rosey cheeks. NO WAY! Does she have a crush on him too? I look over at Frisk as she looks down as if in deep thought. Yet she looks saddened.

I gently nudge her with my elbow. "Hey you okay kid" I asked. She looks at me and gives me what I knew was a fake smile.

"I'm fine Sans Just thinking about the academy" She said.

"Are you wanting to go back there after this year's over" I asked.

"I mean I'm only an exchange student at Underground high soo I sorta don't have a choice...But to be honest...I don't want to go back there" She said as she looked back down in sadness.

"I can understand that...I wouldn't want to go to a different school from Papyrus if it meant him getting bullied without me to keep him safe" I said as I looked ahead of me. Then looked back down at her and smiled. "Listen...Whenever you're with me or Chara We'll make sure to keep you safe...I promise you that" I smiled at her. She looks at me and smiles back. This time a genuine smile.

"Thanks Sans...That means a lot to me but when I go back to the Academy both of you won't be there to help me" She said.

"Why not just ask Grillby or Muffett to see if you can transfer to our school...Tibia honest I'm surprised that the Academy even let you come to our school for the exchange program Seeing is how Underground High is an all monster school" I explained.

I noticed that she was looking down in sadness again. "I...I meant to ask but...Who was it from your school that was chosen for the exchange program I-if you don't mind me asking" She asked shyly. I smiled as I felt my face heat up with a blue blush. She'd come a long way from when we first met her. She doesn't stutter when she talks to me and Paps anymore so that tells me that she's getting a little bit of confidence every day. And that is a good thing.

"Let's see...If I remember correctly Her name is Noelle or something like that She was in the Chior class until she got a tumor in her throat and hat to get surgery to remove it Now she can no longer sing...Speaking of singing...I still haven't heard you sing before Chara and Papyrus both say that you sing like an angel" I said as I smiled at her.

She looks away. She's so Adorable. Why I love her so I do not know. "Whatever they say it's not true it sounds more like a dying cat than an angel or...so what Susie says" She said sadly.

"If anyone sounds like a dying cat it's her...You get bullied in Chior don't you" I said as I looked at her. She nodded her head. "Don't listen to what they say cause they're just trying to get to you To make you loose your Determination for singing...They want you to give up on things that they think they're better at when in truth you yourself are better at it than they ever will be" I smiled at her as she looked at me, her eyes beginning to gloss over with tears.

"Y-You've never even heard me sing before so how do you know what I would sound like" She asked.

"I haven't yet but I can tell you right now that you sound so much better than Susie would ever sing...So Who are you going to trust more Susie and your bullies that want nothing more than to make you feel bad and give up on everything...Or your sister and your friends who love and care about you And want nothing more than to make sure you're safe" I explained.

"You guys of course" She said instantly.

"Even though you trust us then why are you believing on what Susie says about your singing" I said as I looked at her. She looks down in sadness. I smiled and held out my hand for her to take it. "Take my hand...Let me take you somewhere I think you'll love" She looks back at me with confusion on her face. "Don't worry I know a shortcut" I winked at her making her blush. She hesitates a bit before she takes my hand.

I summon my magic and teleport us to a clearing in the forest close by our houses. I stand in front of her telling her to cover her eyes. She looked confused for a minute then covered them with her hands. I smiled and turned her around facing her towards a large old wooden outdoor stage. Once I tell her to open her eyes she looks at the stage in awe. "Oh Wow Sans this is amazing" she said as she looked around.

"Paps and I found this place a few years ago so it's kinda our secret place...We come here to think, Practice drumming for him, and Dancing for me And we're the only ones that know about this place...And now you and Chara can come here as well...I-if you want" I said. She turns to me and jumps onto me, hugging me tightly, making me loose my balance for a quick second, though I quickly regained it. I looked at her and smiled as I hugged her back.

"But are you sure it's alright for me and Chara to come here" She asked when she released me from the hug.

"Of course Besides the reason why I brought you here in the first place is so that you can practice your singing and no one can bother you here because me and Paps are the only ones that know about this place" I said as I looked at her as she climbed onto the stage.

"It looks like this has been here for a long time...At least maybe forty years" She said as she examined the stage.

"Tibia honest you're exactly right When monsters first came to this town The King and Queen found this stage to have weekly movie nights or talent shows but about twenty years ago we just stopped using it and forgot about it So when Paps and I found it we were thinking about repairing it so that it would be used again by not just by us but for all of Undertown to use" I explained.

"And I'm guessing with your lazybones that idea didn't really go anywhere did it" She said in a teasing manner.

"Sadly no but as you can see it tried to go somewhere thanks to Papyrus" I said.

She hummed as she examined the loose floorboards then walked over to examine the pillars that held up the dome above the stage then she smiled. "Maybe we can have mom and dad help us repair it over the summer Mom and her spiders can help make a new curtain while dad can help make the metal we'll need to hang things With their help this place will look good as new in a matter of weeks" She said as she turns to me smiling. Her smile is so cute I couldn't help but stare.

"Y-yeah...L-Listen kid...Next time you want to practice your singing with no one to bother you Just let me or Paps know and we can bring you here Okay" I explained as I rubbed the back of my head looking away shyly as I felt my cheeks begin to heat up.

When I looked back at her I noticed that she was smiling, her cheeks a slight red. "Thank you Sans You're the most best friend I could ever have" She said. I looked at her and smiled back.

Chara's P.O.V.

It had been about five months since we have met the Skeleton Cousins. Christmas, or as the Monsters called it Gyftmas, had come and gone and it was almost time to go back to school. Today was one of Papyrus's Basketball games which was unfortunately on the same day as Frisk's Choir performance. She told me that so that she won't get stage freight again the teacher was gonna allow her to wear a blindfold and have one of her classmates guide her on and off the stage. She also told me that she had a duet with said classmate. Five months since we met the Skeletons and Sans STILL hasn't heard Frisk sing yet.

The three of us have been to every one of Papyrus's games but whenever Frisk has a performance on the same night as one of his games, Sans would always go to his game to support his cousin while I would go to Frisk's performance to support her. This time I'm thinking on letting Sans go to the performance while I go Pap's game. But I'm also thinking on having it be a surprise for Frisk. I would have to ask Sans Grillby, Mr. Gaster, and Muffet about my plan.

Luckily Sans and I are going to the abandoned stage to practice our Dancing for class. I can ask him then. I'm so glad the Skeleton Cousins allowed Frisk and I to use it with them. I arrived at the old stage to see Sans sitting on the front of the stage waiting for me. I smile and wave at him. "Just the Skeleton I wanted to see" I said.

"Sup Chara Ready to practice" He asks.

"As always but first there's something I wanted to discuss with you" I said.

"What's up" He asked as he looked at me in confusion.

"You know how both Frisk has her performance and Papyrus has his Basketball game at the same time tonight right" I asked as I looked at him. He looks off to the side in sadness.

"Yeah Another missed opportunity for me to hear Frisk sing sadly I heard that she's gonna sing a duet tonight" He said as he sighed.

"That's actually what I wanted to talk to you about Y'see I was thinking that instead of me attend the concert maybe you would go in my place and I can go to Papyrus's game That way you would get an opportunity to hear her sing and I can go to his game in your place to support him along with Mr. Gaster and Grillby" I said as I smiled noticing him blush.

"R-really Y-you'd let me go to her concert" He stuttered.

"Indeed I've already talked to Muffet and Grillby about it before coming here and they both agreed You would just need to talk to Mr. Gaster about it AND it would be a great surprise for Frisk seeing is that she's gonna be blindfolded the whole time on stage so she won't see you sitting in the front row In front of her the whole time" I said.

"W-wait Why is she gonna be Blindfolded" He asked as he looked at me.

"She has stage fright Which is why she will never know you're there till after it ends when she meets you and Muffet outside her classroom" I said as I smile at him as his whole face turns blue. "I know you've been dying to hear her sing and she always tells me that she's too scared to sing in front of you and Paps so what better way for you to hear her and for her to not know you're there than to go to this concert tonight in my place Also knowing since you've got a huge crush on her I'm pretty sure you'd want to get her some flowers because she's gonna do great no matter what Am I right" I look at him as he looks away his face now looking like a blueberry.

"Do...do you think I should I-I mean get her some flowers...They aren't the same but I've heard that the Royal scientist from back when the barrier broke brought some Echoflowers from Underground to the surface to see if they would be able to grow here M-Maybe I can get her some of those" He explained.

"Are you talking about the blue glowing flowers that are in Muffet's lunar Garden" I ask.

"Y-Yeah that's the one" He said.

"I can ask Muffet if she can give you a couple from her garden...Unless if you want to get her some yourself" I said.

"I-I'd rather if I get her some myself...That way it can be more special when it comes from me" He said shyly.

"I get the feeling that your crush on her is more than a crush" I said slyly.

"W-well what about your crush on Papyrus I know by the way you look at him that you're just as much in love with him as I am with Frisk...I know I'm shy about it but I'm waiting for the right time to tell her" He said.

"S-so am I But the main reasons why I want to go to his game is not only because I want to support him but it's because I overheard some of his so called 'buddies' that they were going to beat him up after the game So I want to be there so I can beat their asses and not have Papyrus worry about them because NO ONE messes with our innocent beans and gets away with it and if they even TRY to mess with them then they'll answer to Lady Jawbreaker and Lady Punisher" I said as I formed my hands into fists showing him my right fist as Lady Jawbreaker and my left fist as Lady Punisher. He looks at me with his eye sockets black as the void. "And he knows nothing about this so don't tell him...I'll handle them you just go to Frisk's concert"

As I saw the eye lights in his sockets reappear, he looked at me with concern on his face. "I understand your love for him but you don't need to fight for him...I know that he gets bullied a lot but he can take care of himself He always finds a way out of a fight no matter who it's with" He said as he put his hand on my shoulder.

"You don't understand Sans...They said they would make him wish he never existed and that they were going to beat him up no matter what he says...I HAVE to be there for him Sans because no offense but you can't handle all of them at once with your powers" I said.

"And you can't handle them all by yourself because you just recovered from the last fight against Aaron and his three goons that almost resulted with you getting a cast on your leg and a concussion If something happens to you in this fight How do you think Paps would feel if he-" He began to say.

"I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING SANS...I can't-...I can't let him get hurt because of me...Not again" I interrupted raising my voice at him. I fell to my knees as I started to cry. "That crack on his skull The one above his left eye...He got that because he tried to defend me last week when we were in our Social Studies class...I told him that I could handle them myself but he insisted on helping me get out of it without me having fight them"

There was a long awkward silence before I hear him let out a sigh. "Alright...I won't tell him...But I will be checking in on you through texts once every ten minutes and if you don't check back within the next five minutes after I sent the text I'm teleporting there" He said as he glared at me his left eye glowing bright blue with his magic.

"Please don't Frisk needs you there with her I can handle everything myself" I said. "Besides I've been seeing a few of her old Academy bullies walking around with concert tickets in their hands They might want to try something to her tonight"

"Not while I'm around they won't No one messes with my BEST friend and gets away with it" He said. I see him start to pace around in circles as he looked down in thought then looked back towards me."What do her bullies look like and what are their names...I'll make sure they don't harm her"He said with his eye blazing with a blue fire.

I explained to him about what Frisk's bullies from the Academy look like and what their names are. "Last I heard there was only two of them but Since I haven't been to that school since I got expelled from there they might've added more to their little gang Kaitlyn is the the head bitch at the school she always orders her lackeys so it's no doubt that she'll be there with her cousin Ashe would always fallow close behind her but Ashe is shy and timid and tries to appologise for what Kaitlyn does Unfortunately I don't know if they have added more to their group or not" I explained.

"Ashe and Kaitlyn...Got it and if I can help it I won't harm Ashe...If anything in a worst case scenario I would give Kaitlyn an empty threat to harm her cousin"He said as he looked down in thought.

"Also...Kaitlyn is a Monster Hater so she'll try to threaten you any way she can...But if you can somehow sneak up behind her Then she'll be too surprised to think of insulting you or the Monsters" I told him. I look away in worry. "I get this bad feeling that something bad is gonna happen to both her and Papyrus but I can't figure out what"

"Don't worry we'll protect them...I know I will for Frisk...Even if it costs me my life" He said. I smiled at him as I nodded my head.

"And I'll Protect Papyrus with my life or die trying We can't let our precious innocent beans get hurt now can we" I said.

Frisk's P.O.V.

Just two more hours till I have to go to my Concert with Mom and Chara. Dad is gonna go to Papyrus's Basketball Game with Mr. Gaster and Sans. He's always complaining that he never gets to hear me sing. But to be honest...I'm afraid to sing in front of Sans. Right now he and Chara are practicing their dancing at the old stage in the forest clearing just behind his house. They have a dancing competition next week and so they were paired together as partners. Chara is a good dancer when it comes to the waltz or her own style of dancing but Sans...his hip-hop skills are amazing. Recently when people bully me I'm always with him, so he settles things with his dancing.

Of course he's always the one that challenges them to dance...but lately, it seems that something's changed in him whenever he dances. Sure he says that he only dances usually for fun but...Lately it seems that his dancing has been getting more serious when it comes to people bullying me. I can see it in his eye sockets that something's on his mind when he's in a dance battle. I had just finished helping mom bring in groceries. Dad and Mr. Gaster are practicing their basketball skills with Papyrus at their house. Not like Papy needs practice. And dad is his Basketball Coach so he has to go to all his games. I don't mind though.

I opened the door to my room and my eyes widened. A bouquet of glowing blue flowers was gently laying on the side of my bed. I wonder who put those there. As I walked towards it I noticed that there was a light blue envelope laying in front of it. I opened it and started reading it to myself.

"Break a leg out there kiddo (Not literally) I'm sure you will do amazing Wish I was there to watch ya but I'm needed elsewhere I'm sure I'll be able to hear you sing some other time But hey after your concert I have a surprise for ya I'll come look for you later -Sans P.S. These Glowflowers aren't from Muffet's Garden" The message said.

"A surprise huh...I wonder what that would be" I asked myself.

"Frisk Dearie Can you help me bake some cookies for your Choir class" I heard mom say as she walked up the stairs. "Oh dearie Who gave you those Glowflowers"

I looked down at the flowers in my arms as I smiled. "Sans did" I said as I felt my cheeks get warm.

"Well that was very sweet of him but I sure hope he didn't get them from my garden" She huffed as she crossed her four arms.

"Don't worry mom He said that he didn't get them from your garden" I told her as I looked back down at the flowers. I could just feel that all five of her eyes were examining me before I heard her gasp.

"My little Frisky is in LOVE" She cheered before she ran down the stairs and left the house. Probably to go across the street to tell dad. He already knows though as well as Chara's Love for Papyrus. Mom already knew of Chara's love for Papy as only a simple crush but I'm not sure if she knows if she's in love with him or not.

I promised Chara I wouldn't tell Papyrus about her feelings for him but I also promised Papyrus not to tell Chara about his feelings for her My sister and my second best friend are both in love with each other but I promised both of them I wouldn't tell the other about their feelings...This is getting hard I need to figure out how to get them together and fast...They deserve to be happy Especially Chara.

A Few hours later the concert was finally done. I'm so glad I was blindfolded the whole time I was on stage or else I never would have been able to make it through the concert. But as I sang my duet with Shyren, I felt as though someone was watching me. And I don't mean the whole audience...but someone in the audience. I walked out of my choir classroom to look for mom when I see Kaitlyn and Ashe walking towards me. Great what's SHE doing here? I don't mind Ashe She's a nice girl when her relative, Kaitlyn isn't around.

"Hi Frisk Ashe wanted to come see you sing so I thought we'd come. You did great even though you were blindfolded the whole time Anyway as a reward for all your hard work me and Ashe want to show you something but you'll have to put your blindfold back on cause we don't want to ruin the surprise" Kaitlyn said as she put my blindfold on. She tightly grabbed my hands and lead me out the door.

"S-So uhh...H-How are you liking Underground High" I hear Ashe ask.

"It's great I met a lot of new friends especially the Skeleton Cousins Sans and Papyrus and Shyren" I said as I smiled.

"They never should've came up here in the first place...They shoulda stayed in the underground where they belong" I heard Kaitlyn mumble to herself.

"K-Kaitlyn Y-You're just saying that cause Lillith made friends with the raindeer girl before you...And to be honest I'm glad she did" Ashe said.

"Are you saying that I would be mean to poor sweet Noelle Don't be silly Ashe" I hear Kaitlyn giggle. I can tell she's lying.

"Just like how you're not mean to mom and dad behind their back" I told her.

"Your so called 'parents' are just monsters That broke the law when they adopted you and your sister from our Orphanage and they should be punished by dying just like how our orphanage mother wanted" Kaitlyn said.

"That's not true I'm glad they adopted us" I said.

"Oh That's right you don't know what REALLY happened to the Orphanage do you" Kaitlyn said.

"W-What do you mean" I said.

"WELP We're HERE" She said in a Sing song voice. She took off my blindfold and I look around to see that we are on top of a mountain.

"Where are we" I asked.

"Where else than the Mountain itself The very same one the Monsters were sealed under...Mt. Ebott" She said. My eyes widened.

"K-Kaitlyn...W-Why did we bring her here...Y-you told me that we were going to take her to go get ice cream after her concert" Ashe said fearfully.

"Oh my poor little Ashe As if to think she deserves any ice cream...If fact...I don't think she even deserves...To live" I see her smile creepily...The same smile I see Chara smile in my nightmares.

"Hey There ya are kid Muffet was worried and she asked me to come find ya" I hear Sans say from behind me.

"Oh great one of the Monster freaks is here...Perfect" Kaitlyn said without loosing her smile.

"You two must be friends of Frisk from the Academy Nice ta meet ya The name's Sans Sans the Skeleton" He said as he stood beside me holding out his hand towards Ashe to shake.

"I-I'm A-Ashe" She stuttered as she shook Sans's hand. After a long farting noise that came from his hand she giggles.

"The old Whoopee cushion in the hand trick again Sans" I said.

"What can I say It's a good prank to pull on the good kids" He said as he smiled showing the whoopee cushion in his hand.

"My dear sweet Ashe You dare find that monster FUNNY How DARE YOU" Kaitlyn said as she tried to grab Ashe by the collar of her shirt before Sans got in front of her.

"Hey now That's no way to treat your relative she's just trying to be nice" He said.

"Oh so you're defending her She doesn't deserve to be Defended by a monster freak like you" She said.

"But she DOES Deserve to make friends weather if they are human or monster" I said.

"Oh really And what makes you think a shy little bitch like you thinks that Ashe 'Deserves' to make friends" She said as she crossed her arms.

"Because Unlike you...She has a kind heart of gold that deserves to be loved by both humans and monsters...Kaitlyn Monsters aren't mean or scary as we first thought that's why our Academy arranged the exchange program with their King To PROOVE that they aren't as bad as we thought they were...I should know because my parents are monsters and two of my very best friends are monsters" I explained to her as I started walking closer to her as I spoke.

Once I realized that I had walked too close to her it was too late. She grabbed the collor of my shirt pulling me closer to her as she looked at me with anger in her emerald eyes. Sans tries to get me away from her grip but she ends up pushing him away making him loose his balance. "If you think so highly of these freaks than you deserve to die along side them" She said as she smiled. She snickered evily as her smile grew. "And what better way for you to die than to become the first of the new 'fallen children' that will never return" She shoves me into the giant hole in the mountain. The one said that leads to the ruins.

"NOO FRIIISK" I hear Sans call out as I fell. A few seconds later I see him jump into the hole after me riding on top of one of his blasters. "Hold on Frisk I'm coming for you Come on Faster Dammit" Both him and his blaster trying to rush to me as fast as they could as I fell with tears in their eyes. Is he...Scared? Why would he be scared?

Is this how it ends for me? I don't want to die but...I've lived a good life and met some amazing friends...I fell in love with the most amazing monster in school. I was even thinking about transferring to Underground high with my sister permanently just to be with him and possibly become high school sweethearts. Too bad I'm still shy when it comes to telling him my feelings. And now he will never know my feelings for him. I'm too scared to even speak now. Oh well. I look at Sans one last time as I smiled at him then closed my eyes to await my inevitable death.
