Time passed, and in the week since the initial reunion with some of the other Shepherds, the royal family of Chon'sin were able to establish an embassy within walking distance of the palace. And with the week up, preparations began for the coronation of Chon'sin's new Emperor and Princess.
"Wait," Robin said, just having continued going over the details with Say'ri and Morgan, "Shouldn't we be planning the wedding as well? Olivia and Chrom's wedding was a massive event, and there were issues right up to the moment the two said their vows."
"Would be true if the marriage was going to be a public one," Say'ri said, "I wish for it to be a private affair between us, Morgan, and our closest friends."
Morgan interjected immediately after Say'ri, "It will be perfect, the venue Mother picked out has a great view of the ocean, the pew is right below the branches of two cherry trees, and it is a short carriage ride to the imperial temple. Perfect in every sense."
"Well alright then, I guess I'll leave that in the hands of you two," Robin said, and returned to the papers before him, "As for our preparations, the decorations mostly just need to be put up and the fireworks are ready to go off. So it is just about directing people to where they are needed."
"Aye, as that is the case, I say I take the North end, Morgan takes the South, and you help set the fireworks up, as the team doing them are from Ylisse," Say'ri said.
"Alright, let's get to it." "See you guys back here in…However long."
The three parted for where they were assigned.

Morgan pointed at what needed more streamers, along with what should hang off of them, and someone put them up. A girl can really get used to this kind of power over people. Not that she would abuse it, she would never, but there was nothing against having them do all her menial chores. Wait, that was the point of servants she already had, looking over at Ka'me. Ah well, there were no issues then. Goodbye ever having to make a bed again.
As she continued to ponder the usefulness of servants for menial labor, Morgan spotted something that was generally abnormal for the average person, but stood out particularly to her. A pair of two blue-haired individuals, one a man, and the other a woman, wearing butterfly ma…wait, one of them looked more like a moth, but eh.
And so she just rushed over to them. Just as she was about to say something, the woman spoke up in a poor deep voice, "Hello stranger, I hope the city is treating you well. I heard it was beautiful this time of year."
Morgan was confused, "Really Lucina, you don't remember me, Morgan, daughter of your father's best friend, main tactician for you and the other children, the…"
She was cut off by the man, Inigo, 'Morgan, we are trying to stay under cover, at Lucina's request." He had his eyes move towards her as he said the latter part.
"How does that make sense?" Morgan said, "You're far from Ylisse, your names aren't two uncommon, and Lucina, you're still carrying Falchion."
Lucina responded with, "We agreed to disappear in order to cause as few issues as possible for our families, particularly in regards to inheritance."
"You do know that only you, Inigo, Gerome, and Severa agreed to that, and I'm pretty sure only Gerome agreed for reasons similar to your own. Severa just needed space from her mother, even if their relationship is better now and Inigo was just chasing after Severa," Morgan said.
"You can't be serious." "Yeah, Cynthia, Owain, and Noire are currently at the Ylissean embassy with their parents, and unless something changed, the rest are with their parents." "I meant more with Inigo and Severa." "Yeah, that had been a thing for a bit. Helped with it too."
"[Lady Morgan, who are these two?]" Ka'me had finally caught up to Morgan and was now holding a small knife in her hand.
"[Friends Ka'me, these are Lucina and Inigo,]" Morgan said, and while their knowledge of the language is very limited, they recognize when their name is being said, and while Inigo thought about something else, Lucina was annoyed.
"Morgan, why did you tell her our names?" Lucina said, slightly exasperated.
"This is my personal retainer, Ka'me," Morgan replied with a bit of jubilance.
"Okay then, in any case Morgan, the whole point of this was to distance myself in order to prevent issues from cropping up in the future," Lucina said, "Namely in terms of-"
"The long-term issues, I heard it from Father," Morgan said, "Didn't mean I wasn't there with my parents. Plus, Mother convinced him to have me crowned as the new Princess of Chon'sin."
"Ahh, should I be addressing you as Princess then," Inigo said, trying to be a bit of a flirt. "Not technically Princess yet, and you would only do that in order to try to flirt with me," Morgan responded, knowledge of his behavior well known to her.
"In any case Morgan, we came here simply to see the sites and witness an event that never occurred in the future," Lucina said, "I at least plan to leave after watching Robin's, as well as yours, coronation before disappearing."
"How about you two come to the wedding?" Morgan asked, "Mother only wanted to bring along friends, so I think you should come."
"Of course, I would be glad to come as-" "A guest, of course Inigo. I'm glad you have agreed to come." "Good catch Morgan."
Lucina hummed for a moment, "Well, there shouldn't be an issue for us if there were only close friends, so I will be in attendance." She swooshed her cape and turned to leave, only to turn around and ask, "Do you happen to know a good tailor?" Morgan took in a breath of excitement and Inigo sighed a bit.

Robin had some expectations as to what setting up the fireworks entailed. Upon reaching the location where the fireworks were being set up, which was a bit outside of town on a nearby hill. He was not expecting who the company was.
"So the copper fireworks have been prepared, how about yours, Mother," Laurent said, having prepared his batch and awaiting guidance as to what was needed to be done.
"The cobalt ones are ready, and as we have already come prepared with iron and lead ones, we should just be awaiting exact placement and direction from Robin," Miriel responded.
"Miriel, Laurent, how have you two been," Robin amicably said, having not talked to the pair in a while.
"Physically fine, but the psychological stresses of helping Exalt Chrom run the Halidom have been making their marks," Miriel said, with a slight hint of tiredness in her voice. Laurent continued on, "We have not had much time dedicated to our more scholarly pursuits since your and Morgan's departure, though we have been able to get a new university set up for aspiring minds."
"Sorry about leaving you with my former duties," Robin said, rubbing the back of his head, "Speaking of that, where is Frederick."
"Father is currently helping the Exalt with acquiring local accommodations," Laurent said in an oddly calculating voice, "They should be currently dealing with the issues of how to communicate the need for an inn."
Robin nodded along before saying, "Wait, what do-"

Say'ri was directing the decorations in the northern part of town when she heard someone familiar. "Milord, the people here should be able to recognize who you are, given you helped to liberate their country. In fact I'll start setting up posters in order to-"
"Frederick, that is really not needed. Besides, the Shepherds never directly went to Chon'sin, so the people have only heard of my description, no need to blame them," Chrom said, memories of the last time Frederick put up posters of him.
"If that is the case, that just means that I-" Frederick was cut off from his statement when Say'ri walked into view. "Lady Say'ri, do you know where we might find accommodations for our stay here?"
Say'ri happened to see Frederick on horseback, with the horse pulling a carriage that had the Brand of the Exalt on it.
"Aye, Sir Frederick, some of you can stay at the embassy we recently finished, and there is a nearby inn willing to take Ylisseans."
"Thank you, Lady Say'ri."
Chrom, overhearing the conversation, decided to step out of the carriage in order to greet Say'ri, "Say'ri, it's nice to see you again."
"To you as well, Exalt Chrom."
"I think we can drop formalities since we stopped Grima."
"Fie, we have to, as we have both been officially crowned the rulers of our respectives nations. Also, we are in public which is where it matters the most."
"I guess that is fair, Empress Say'ri," Chrom acquiesced, while Olivia also left the carriage, though still shying from as many eyes as possible, before arriving at her husband's side, "It has been a while, has it not, Empress Say'ri."
"Indeed it has, Queen Olivia. And even longer since we have talked to just each other. I have some tales to tell you since we departed, including ones about Gaius and his family. And I must say, if you are going to send spies to help us, please inform us before we find them in our kitchen stealing sweets," Say'ri said with some annoyance but with a forefront of kindness due to having seen a friend she hasn't seen in a while.
"Oh, I apologize on their behalf, I hadn't expected them to do that. I guess I should have told them to meet you at the front."
"I accept the apology, but I do applaud you for taking to heart the idea of setting up a spy network. I hoped our discussions about statecraft would prove useful to you."
"Well, Gaius helped make a good starting point as to what to seek out in a good spy and…"
As the two talked for a bit, Chrom just thought to himself, Wait, what spy network?

A/N: Now it is time for the wedding. I hope I can handle this well. It is definitely going to be at least three chapters, probably longer. Hard to say given how I write. In any case, I hope you enjoyed this chapter.
Also, as some of you might have noticed, I tried to aim for releases on the weekend, even if it is very late that day. Now, due to college starting up again and me seeing what days assignments and classes are on, I'm going to aim for Friday, as most of my stuff is due on Saturday and Sunday. Shouldn't really be an issue, but I thought I would bring it up.
