"SHHII ZUKA CHAAN"

I happily walked into the nostalgic staff-room of my old school. Faculty lifted their heads annoyed at the noise I had made to scold me but it quickly turned into smiles.

I was not only beautiful but also remained the highest achiever in this school when I was here and they remember it. Add the power of my parents money including donations to this school and they cannot help but love me. In summary, power equals love.

I entered her cubicle that hadn't changed in the last three years. There was a student sitting there who looked like he was here for some mistake with essay assignment. I have obviously never experienced it as I was only called to this room to be praised.

Was he interesting in anyway for Shizuka to pay special attention to him? Nah, he was already dazedly looking at me like a regular horny teenager with no self-control. His eyes were a bit abnormal but it was likely just a genetic or medical thing. Of course I showed him a charming smile while feeling bored. They don't even disgust me anymore.

"How is my dear Shizuka-chan?"

"I've told you many times to call me Hiratsuka-san or sensei."

"Then how is my favorite christmas cake sensei?"

"I'll punch you."

Heh, she's as amusing as ever. If I was a man, I would marry her for sure. A gem like her is totally wasted on the men of today.

"Why are you here, Haruno?"

"Whaaa..., don't tell me you hate me now? How cruel!"

"Want me to call your mother?"

"Ah, sorry sorry. You know the request for the new club that Yukino-chan wants to make? Mother sent me to discuss the details of it."

"That huh. I liked the idea and wanted to support it but even I can't get the approval with just one member. I've given her a free room but its not included in the official clubs."

"You liked it, did you? What is it?"

"A volunteer's club. Your sheltered sister wants to call it service club not realizing the alternate meaning."

"Pffft. Hahaha..., please tell me if you decide to tell her. I'll be ready with the camera to get her expression."

"You really are too much of a sis-con. No wonder you've never seriously dated anyone."

"How rude! I am completely straight. You know what my requirements are. Perfection like Yukino-chan doesn't count. And our relationship is completely pure."

"Yeah, pure distrust and trauma from her side. You need to be more considerate ... no ignore that. So what does your mother think?"

"... is this club going to help Yukino-chan?"

This is important to me. She has developed herself to a superhuman extent, even more so than me. It wasn't just our inheritance, she had also worked harder than me but she has no core identity. She is like a diamond, the toughest substance from one angle and yet the most fragile from another. She needs to either develop a core identity or find someone trustworthy who serves as her reference. Someone who doesn't easily change, a monster of logic. Unfortunately its also my own personal requirement as well so we need two of those.

Yukino-chan has a paladin complex. She wants to help the unfortunate and save everyone as a revenge on her childhood days of elementary school. I may have played a part in it because of my immaturity at that time but how was I supposed to know that she was betrayed by her entire class including that coward Hayato at that same time? I know I am being unfair to him given how small he was as well as it was me who taught him how to wear masks in the first place.

The problem is that the way she is, I can think of a hundred ways to destroy her. You don't even need to be very smart to think some of them. Just unload everyone's problems on her, she would not immediately collapse and yet it would be too late when she does because of her pride. She is only lacking in the stats of stamina after all. Heh, let's name her stamina-less paladin.

"It will show her the results of her ambitions on a smaller scale. The helplessness of not always succeeding is important for her future. She needs to learn that there are things a person cannot do alone."

Hmmm, I don't know sensei. I do most things alone and when its bothersome, I use others as tools. Does that count as power of friendship?

"If you think so then mother won't object. She'll talk to principal as part of PTA. Yukino-chan doesn't need to know."

"Of course, her pride won't allow the help of family status in this. She wants it to be completely her thing."

"Then all she needed to do was ask four people to join."

"She would not need this club to begin with if she was willing to do that."

"Well, I got what I came for so I am leaving. Still got those university assignments to do, ugh."

"Don't slack off too much, Haruno. I've heard that your performance has dropped recently. Your sister's diligence makes her better in at least this area."

"Don't wanna. Already got my life set so let me enjoy myself."

I stood up and walked away giving a little wave to the creepy boy as well. Thankfully the room was mostly empty by now as the teachers need to eat too. I walked with loud footsteps to the door, then silenced my steps and tiptoed back to the cubicle and listened.

So the pairing seems to be leaning towards Haruno by popularity. Let's see if I can make it work. Also should I have him join the service club or not?
