Pikachu!
In the end it Pikachu one by one vote so I decided to give Jaune the mouse Pokemon and how he will receive his Pokemon will be revealed in this chapter!
With that out of the way let's continue the story!
[Kanto region: Pallet Town]
Currently it was a nice, warm afternoon in Pallet town as the Pidgey we're flying through the skies as the Rattata were scurrying through the ground collecting berries and anything else they could store for in the ground for later!
In a certain house not too far from a large hill a young man was pulling down the laundry from a laundry umbrella drying rack as he was carefully folding each clothes and placing them down into a laundry basket carefully and neatly like he was a professional! This young man was revealed to be Jaune Arc.
Jaune wiped away some sweat from his brow as he smiled from a job well done as he finished folding the last piece of laundry to bring it into the house for the day as it was completely dry and all he had to do was put him back in their drawers.
"Jaune would you like some lemonade."said a young looking woman with brown hair tied behind her back wearing a yellow shirt with a mini pink dress jacket and a long dark skirt that reached to her knees.
"Thanks Miss Delia."said Jaune as he happily accepted the lemonade and drank it down in one swig before letting out a gasp but satisfaction as he thought the lemonade was delicious.
"As always Miss Delia your lemonade is the best."said Jaune who's thirst was truly satisfied by the lemonade.
"Oh you you just saying that and please just call me Delia as Miss makes me feel old."said Delia she took the glass away from Jaune.
"You really have done a good job folding the laundry along with the other household chores I usually do. Jaune I have already told you you don't need to help me with the laundry or any of the other chores as you are my guest and it feels like I'm imposing on you."said Delia and she felt like she was being rude to Jaune.
"It's really no problem Miss Delia's compared to my old home doing the chores around your house is nothing."said Jaune as compared to having the pickup after seven sisters who didn't seem to pick up after themselves helping Miss Delia was nothing.
"But..."
"Miss Delia helping you out around the house is the least I can do after you took me in even though we were complete strangers two months ago."said Jaune as he felt like he Old Miss Delia for giving him a roof over his head and food to eat.
"Jaune I just did the thing anyone else would have done."said Delia as she thought it was common sense to help out others who needed help.
Jaune smiled as he recalled how he first met Miss Delia after getting attacked by those Pokemon when you first arrived in the Pokemon world.
[Flashback]
"My goodness those Spearow didn't show you any mercy."said Delia as she was using a handkerchief to wipe off some of the dirt that was on Jaune's face.
"I guess I stumbled into their territory by accident even though I didn't mean to."said Jaune as Delia put some rubbing alcohol in a rag and started treating Jaune's cuts, causing him to grunt with pain every time she applied rubbing alcohol to his wounds.
"I'm guessing you're not from around here as usually people avoid that area as that's clear territory for that flock of Spearow."said Delia has she helped Jaune get up.
"Yeah..."said Jaune who almost freaked out when he saw the Moon as unlike the moon he is used to the Moon in front of him was completely whole!
"Your lucky I was out here collecting Oran berries for tonight's dinner otherwise those Spearow would have done way more damage on you."said Delia even though Jaune was only half listening as he was currently trying his best not to freak out.
Jaune was starting to use his strategic mind to put the pieces together and he quickly came to a astonishing and near impossible conclusion but it was the only one that made sense!
He was teleported to another world by the mysterious door!
Jaune held his head and almost fell to the floor again before Delia caught him as he was trying to figure out how this happened! He suspected other worlds existed but he never expected to be teleported to one let alone by an ancient doorway that look like belonged to some kind of ancient civilization!
'Okay just calm down Jaune I'm sure this is all a dream! I'm sure you just passed out in the Emerald florissant all you have to do is close your eyes for a few seconds and then open them again and you'll be back at the Emerald Forest!' thought Jaune before he close his eyes for ten seconds and when he opened them again he saw a deal looking at him.
"Are you okay young man?"asked Delia as Jaune quickly realized that he wasn't dreaming that he was indeed in another world.
"Yeah...yeah I'm fine."said Jaune even though in all honesty he was not as everything he knew from his friends and family were now somewhere in the vastness of space and he had no way of getting back.
"It looks like you don't have a place to go back to huh."said Delia as Jaune knew this was true as although he was planning to leave weekend besides the school he had nowhere else to go...
"Why don't you spend some time at my house as a guest. I'm sure you'll figure something out in the meantime let's head over to my house as you look like you're famished.*said Delia as Jaune's stomach began rumbling as he was indeed hungry.
He reluctantly follow Delia back to her house as she was right when she said he had nowhere else to go and was best to go with someone who had a roof over their head as he didn't want to be attacked by those Spearow again!
[Flashback End]
'I really almost Delia for putting up with me the last two months and allowing me to use her little library to learn everything about Pokemon, the creatures that inhabited this world instead of animals and Grimm.' thought Jaune. who sings coming to the Kanto region in the Pokemon world has studied about Pokemon rigorously.
"Jaune it's getting late and tomorrow Professor Oak will be handing aspiring trainers their starter Pokemon so make sure you're not late."said Delia as she knew it was almost time for Jaune to go to bed otherwise he would oversleep and miss out on getting his very own Pokemon!
"I know Miss Delia I just need to bring in this laundry and I will be done."said Jaune as he picked up the basket of laundry.
"Oh Jaune sometimes I think you're too helpful for your own good. Okay just leave that laundry for me to put away and wash your hands as tonight we're having spaghetti."said Delia as Jaune nodded his head and walked into the house.
He place the laundry in the living room and made his way to the bathroom where he washed his hands before going to the dining table where Delia served him a plate of spaghetti. Jaune honestly enjoy Delia's cooking as he savored each bite and soon after politefully excusing himself as soon as dinner was over he made his way to the bathroom to wash up before heading to bed.
Jaune just walked into the room he has been using for the last two months which was filled with books on anything he could gather on Pokemon. Jaune have been interested in the subject as he figured since he couldn't go back home instead of becoming a huntsman or some soldier he could become a Pokemon trainer!
That was really the only thing he could do in this situation and he figured it was best to make do with the situation he had and try to or make it work out for his best interest!
"I wonder who will be my starter Pokemon tomorrow."said Jaune as he placed his alarm down being sure that he said it for an exact time to wake him up before Professor Oak started giving trainers their pokémon so he would be at the Pokemon lab on time to receive a Pokemon!

[The next Day]
"I'M GOING TO BE SO LATE!"exclaimed Jaune at the top of his lungs as he had actually forgotten to set his alarm and ended up over sleeping!
Jaune had completely forgotten that the night before he turned off the alarm as he wanted to sleep a bit later and forgot to reset it and now because of that mistake he was possibly going to miss out on a chance to get a starter Pokemon!
As Jaune was running through town many of the citizens of Pallet Town quickly got the gist of the situation as a few began laughing while others looked at Jaune with pity as they could tell he overslept and was possibly going to miss out his chance to get a starter Pokemon like the other aspiring trainers in town!
"Oh my gosh Gary's never going to let me live this down if I don't get a Pokemon before Professor Oak runs out."said Jaune as he was running towards the tallest hill in Pallet Town as fast as he could as that is where the Pokemon lab was located!
Jaune ran up the hill when there he saw a comfortable looking ranch house with a big windmill and knew that was the pokémon lab and he saw the door was still opened!
"Yes that means they're still must be a Pokemon available!"said Jaune as he ran through the door and quickly ran into Professor Oak!
"Jaune my goodness why are you running like a Tauros."said Professor Oak as Jaune held up a finger indicating to give him a minute as he was catching his breath as he had literally run from Miss Delia's house all the way to Professor Oak's laboratory.
"Ha...ha...ha...is is there any Pokemon still available..."said Jaune hoping that the professor's answer would be yes but his expression said otherwise.
"I'm very sorry young man but I'm afraid you are too late to collect a Pokemon as if only you have been here earlier you would have more than received a starter Pokemon."said Professor Oak as Jaune deflated as he felt like he had just received a major blow to the gut.
"Oh... I...see.."said Jaune who felt like he was home again where his parents refuse to allow him to attend combat school and not even give him his chance to prove them wrong.
It exactly felt like that moment.
"But there is one Pokemon I can give you."said Professor Oak getting Jaune's attention.
"This Pokemon was sent to me by a colleague and I have been looking for a trainer that could probably observe this Pokemon and see it's potential."said Professor Oak as he handed Jaune a red and white orb with with a black line and white button in the middle.
Jaune knew all to well that this was a pokeball!
"Wow a PokeBall."said Jaune as he took the PokeBall from Professor Oak before he tossed it to release the Pokemon that was inside.
The Pokemon could be described as a yellow like mouse as it was honestly cute looking with with red circles around its cheeks and a tail that look like a lightning bolt.
"Pikachu pika pika."said the mouse Pokemon as he began sniffing Jaune carefully before looking like he wanted to reach something in his pocket.
"All I have little guys a ketchup pack."said Jaune only to notice that Pikachu was staring at the ketchup pack quite intensely so Jaune decided to hand it over to the mouse Pokemon.
The mouse pokémon happily accepted a ketchup pack as it quickly tore it open and began in the ketchup like it was food.
Jaune smiled at this as it was honestly adorable although he wondered why he was only eating the ketchup. As Pikachu finish the last drop of ketchup Jaune try to return Pikachu back to his pokeball to which the mouse pokémon swatted away the pokeball and indicated it did not want to go back there before he climbed on top of Jaune's shoulders and rested on the right shoulder.
"I guess you don't like being confined to your PokeBall little guy."said Jaune as he picked up Pikachu's pokeball.
"I'm surprised you know that Pikachu is male."said Professor Oak.
"His tail doesn't end with a heart shape so he is clearly male."said Jaune who remembered to view the gender differences between Pokemon.
"Delia said you were an interesting young man who had an unusual passion for Pokemon but that's honestly not a bad thing has you remind me of myself when I was your age."said Professor Oak as he handed Jaune a red flip like device that looks like it was extremely high tech.
"What's this Professor Oak?"asked Jaune as the device was quite light and it looked like it could hold a lot of information.
"That young man is a Pokedex! This is a device me and several of my colleagues have invented in order for trainers to record information on Pokemon they have captured along with any other Pokemon they have spotted in the wild. It also gives you the ability to know about the Pokemon in front of you should you face it in battle or decided to capture it."said Professor Oak as Jaune looked over the device carefully and thought it would indeed come in handy later on in his journey as he only knew about a handful of Pokemon and there were many more Pokemon in the Kanto region he didn't know about.
"Thanks Professor Oak."said Jaune who happily accepted the Pokedex from the Professor.
"No problem young man. Now I'm assuming you're going to Viridian City."said Professor Oak is that's usually we're all trainers went to when they started their journey.
"Yeah I want to take on the gym leader there so I can earn my first gym badge."said Jaune as the reason he wanted to become a Pokemon trainer in the first place was to take on the league challenge.
Jaune learned from Miss Delia that every year the Pokemon League hosts a tournament in every respective region in the Pokemon world where trainers who have collected eight gym badges have a chance to battle it out with one another for a chance to not only win a solid gold trophy and a nice amount of cash, but they also get a chance to take on the Elite four, the four most powerful Pokemon trainers in the Kanto region for a chance to take on the champion of the Kanto region.
No one knows who the champion is as he or she is a complete mystery and has stayed out of the public eye all this time that no one knows if the champion is a girl or a boy as the champion is super secretive and even the Pokemon League refuses to reveal who the champion is out of respect for the champions wishes.
The champion did make a big announcement that the individual who wins this year's Pokemon League will get a chance to face them in a full-on Pokemon battle!
That is why everyone is so excited as this meant they don't have to go through the elite four to get to the champion as they just have to go through the champion and win against the champion to become champion!
"I'm afraid that will be impossible Jaune as the gym leader of Viridian City has gone away on a journey and even if he was there it is not wise to take him on as he is the most powerful gym leader in all of Kanto."said Professor Oak as Jaune was cut off guard by this as he was not expecting that.
"Ohhh..."said Jaune you feel like a major blow happened to his plans.
"But do not worry is all you have to do is get past Viridian Forest to take on the Pewter City gym leader, as Pewter City is just past Viridian Forest."said Professor Oak as Jaune lit up as Pewter City sounded like the perfect place where he could test out his skills.
"I will be there Professor Oak and thanks again for Pikachu."said Jaune as the two men shook hands.
"I expect great things out of you young man as that's not an ordinary Pikachu so do your best to train him so that I'm sure you already to take on what is out there!"said Professor Oak with a as Jaune smiled at him back.
"I will do my best out there Professor Oak."said Jaune as he walked away from Professor Oak while waving goodbye as the Professor waved at him as well as Jaune made his way down the hill.
"Jaune!"said Delia she ran towards him.
"What is wrong Miss Delia."said Jaune as Delia look like she was out of breath but surprisingly she quickly caught it back.
"I no you're going to viridian City to begin your journey so I wanted to give you something that I want you to open when you get to viridian City."said Delia she handed Jaune what looked like a present.
"What is it?"
"It's a surprise that I want you to open when you get to Viridian City."said Delia and she was being secretive and made a face that was saying I'm not going to tell you.
"Thanks Miss Delia and thank you again for taking care of me these last two months when I know it has not been easy taking care of an extra mouth to feed."said Jaune as Delia padded him on the head.
"Just have fun out there as my son Red left home a week before you came around and I was feeling lonely so in fact you helped me. I have to warn you that Red is one of the rivals you will be facing for a chance to take on the champion so I suggest you train hard cuz my son is strong."said Delia with a wink that said she would be supporting both of them.
"I will do my best Miss Delia."said Jaune as he started to make his way towards Route 1 where he would officially begin his journey as a Pokemon trainer!
"I may be lost in this new world but I will try my best to become the best that there ever was! Wait for me world as Jaune Arc is going to show you what he's made of as a Pokemon trainer!"said Jaune as Pikachu gave him a boost of support as they walk down Route 1 to begin their journey!
[With his partner Pokemon Pikachu by his side! How will Jaune Arc fare in this new environment as he takes on the gym challenge with the intentions of winning the Pokemon League challenge for a chance to take on the mysterious champion! Will Jaune Arc succeed? Only time will tell as the journey continues!]

Hey everyone PrimusPilus here to give everyone the news!
Yeah Jaune ended up getting Pikachu which is not too surprising as Pikachu is the face of the Pokemon franchise and even to this day he's still one of the most popular Pokemon out there!
Another major reason besides the voting system is because Yellow is Jaune in French. Pikachu is yellow so it just makes sense that he has him as his partner!
To those of you who are curious Pikachu will not evolve as I like to stick as much to cannon as possible even though I know I'm stretching that a bit.
Raichu is an interesting Pokemon and I really love it but I love Pikachu more so I hope you understand.
Anyway next chapter Jaune runs into a familiar enemy as he captures his first pokémon.
Who will his first Pokemon be?
Will Jaune be able to handle the Pokemon world?
All of these questions will be answered next chapter as the journey continues so I hope to see all of you again!
