Review Response:

OmnipotentUIJudgeOfCharacterOV (Chapter 1): I should probably explain this a little better: This isn't like a reboot/remake of Infinite Crisis New Destiny. It's just a story set in the Young Justice universe that isn't a simulation by the Source Wall, that's what I mean by like 'It's real'. Otherwise I would've just repeated the exact same chapters as before but probably clean it up more lol.

So no Superboy Prime, no Infinite Crisis… Nada lol. Hope that clears that up a little, I was kinda worried that some of y'all by not get it but hopefully this helps.

Silver crow (Chapter 1): Kiss on the lips or a hug, I'm down for either lol.

Nah, Guy isn't in the League, he's just another Lantern member on Earth.

I do like the ideas you've presented but given the notion of Isun Te and the reputation of Kryptonians/Daxamites, I don't see him performing THAT many feats as you've described. Some of them, yeah, the bigger ones like the Furies and stuff… Hm, I don't think so but that doesn't mean they WON'T happen, they'll just be like Season 2 stuff or something. Some of those ideas I will be using, just in my sexy way ;).

In fairness, there wouldn't be much of a cultural difference between the two anyway… or even much of a genetic difference either. I think the DNA difference between the Kryptonians and Daxamites is like 2% or something, and given how complex that genome is, that's fairly impressive lol. So naturally any Daxamite IS a Kryptonian by blood, just that's something lol. Plus Superman is like the only representation of Kryptonian's for Earth to go by, so… I suppose that makes sense ;P.

I think Isun did have either curious look or deadpan look, I can't remember lol. A little bit also is that, that fight is reminiscent of Batman vs Superman fight in the Justice League War movie XD.

Considering where Krypton's location is if it's in the same galaxy or in another galaxy is the bigger mystery lol. Though it's kinda odd anyway to begin with ;P.

To be fair, Guy wasn't helping the situation all that much either. Kinda easy to fight against a Lantern when you're already in fight mode, plus keeping to the history I had for Isun Te in New Destiny, traveling across the galaxy already for 6 years kinda makes it easy to interact with some Green Lanterns lol. Though Captain Marvel ain't down for the fight XP (stoopid OP hax magic lol).

Well, depending on who shows up during the fight, Isun should have a decent fight on his hands since compared to most places in the DC universe, Earth is pretty stacked with powerhitters… take that what you will. To be fair, Isun's life is different than Clark's- Isun was on his own since the start and had to learn how to use his powers, whereas Clark didn't really know about them and when he did he hid them away; that's gonna be a interesting dynamic I plan on exploring later in the story and in the Rebirth story too. I also wouldn't fully say Isun is stronger FULLY but he does have the upper hand in the strength AND using his powers, in comparison to Clark, for a longer period of time despite being younger than the Kryptonian.

Eh, I've modified the basic weakness of lead for Daxamites; in the comics it was like an allergic reaction, however in the basic AU rules of my stories Daxamites still have that weakness but it's using the basic principle of what happened in the Superboy Prime vs Sodam Yat fight: You have to puncture them with the lead to poison them (given that if any Daxamite where to leave the planet first, they'd more than likely get powered up by a yellow star first THEN their physiology would be strong enough to prevent most beings from exploiting that weakness… HOWERVER, if you're in the same strength tier as a Kryptonian or above… bye bye Daxamite). I think that's a fair balance for the lead weakness in comparison to the canon explanation lol. In fairness to magic, everybody's weak to magic lol… IT'S MAGIC! But I do have an idea I've been playing with Isun in regards to magic, especially there's a little secret in regards to Kryptonians and magic that MOST don't know about *hint hint*.

I'll probably save the Kryptonian God pantheon for the MAIN Isun Te series *Rebirth and one other story that'll be canon* but I wouldn't entirely dismiss the idea YET ;).

Well, a long time ago the Kryptonians did have a MASSIVE empire that reigned for quite a long time, and given the fact most people across the universe wouldn't be even to TELL the difference between a Kryptonian and a Daxamite (given the earlier explanations) that's something Isun Te will be bound to irregardless :(. But most of the universe would know about Krypton's and Daxam's xenophobia so they would be surprised that there is a Kryptonian/Daxamite running around.

That's actually something really interesting about Isun Te is that DC Comics has NEVER really gone into depth about what Kryptonian culture was like, outside of the Krypton tv series. So it would be hard to explain what beliefs he would be rejecting outside of the xenophobia and leaving the planet. Hm, I guess to a degree he could be viewed as a Xenophile but he definitely has his roots to a more Nationalistic way; like he'd be interested in a foreign/alien culture, but probably would compare it to Krypton/Daxam in some capacity and probably try to improve it (not always but the thought would cross his mind). If anything he'd be more of an observer/adventurer, kinda like Metron XD.

Well, I do have something planned for Daxam's fate, you're just gonna have to wait ;).

Right, the basic backstory for Isun Te (mentioned a little bit in New Destiny) is that he was 10 years old when he left the planet (I believe it was mentioned by Jor-El somewhere in the Rebirth comics that 10 years old for a Kryptonian was like a trial for manhood, like being 18 on Earth would mean you're an adult, something like that) and he was 16 when he encountered the Justice League in the original story so he's had 6 years to learn and adapt to his powers on his own for that long, makes sense to me lol.

Well, I'll just check mark the harem lol. However I should mention and I'll make an Author's Note about this too, I'll be using both Young Justice and DCAMU as the main timeline for this story.

Hm, maybe but Klarion is a Chaos Lord so… given the backstory now for Vandal Savage and Klarion it would be hard to just write over that lol, it's not impossible but I see Circe as a contender under Klarion

The younger heroes that appear in canon in like Season 3 will also appear roughly in the same time frame, so Arrowette and them will be appear roughly in the same time so that not too much happens too quickly, kinda the problem of Seasons 3 and 4 of YJ lol.

True, true but Isun's gotta see things in motion first before he decides on that point but when that does happen… big changes on the horizon.

Hm, that's not a bad idea with Kara but I kinda already have something in mind for Kara that I think most people here would not expect to see ;).

Uh, yeah I can use Tula and Avery Ho as replacements, no problem. Same with Barbara lol. Though I can imagine what Batman's response is going to be when he notices what's happening.

… I like the reference of the virtual world training and New Destiny ;), I'll use it thanks!

As for the stuff you mentioned about him being famous, I'll pick and choose which events will have happened as he's just one guy, so like, he can't be EVERYWHERE at once lol: Destroying the Citadel, Having an encounter with Despero on Planet Rann, Probably helped a few Green Lanterns with some stuff, Encountered Mongol (similar to Superman's encounter in the DCAU), stuff like that… Maybe something with the Reach… He definitely be noticed by some, not everyone lol. Maybe even an encounter with the Tribune/High Court.

I would save the Star Sapphires/Sinestro Corps, Darkseid/Furies for like later since Isun's only one person and in a galaxy/universe THAT big it would be hard-pressed for even him to be involved in that many events, ya know? Plus since the upcoming events will change the Young Justice team in a big way, those latter two events will make more sense in the future. Besides if Isun did manage to get noticed by Darkseid, and he did all that stuff you suggested… Wouldn't make sense to send Lobo, would it? He'd have Apokolips after him already, just food for thought… not hatin' lol.

Not sure who the sexy AI would be lol, I doubt it'd be Aya XD.

I like the layout of Isun's Guardian of the Galaxy lol, but I wouldn't incorporate this until the 3rd season (which I think you almost wrote for me already XP). Though I do like these ideas and I'll definitely use them, thank you. But I won't use Nebula, Gamora or Lady Hellbender in here, sorry :(.

I also have a reason why Lobo and Isun were, uh, 'play fighting' lol, no worries I gotchu.

As for the reason why Isun will be forced to stay on Earth… no worries I got this lol. I appreciate all these ideas, I do, but I got the first two seasons mostly covered ;).

I will say, like the stuff with Perdita's heart, that my version of Season 1 of YJ will feature both the tv show and the comic based on the show (I recommend reading those quickly lol) because this version of YJ, because of Isun Te, will play out differently than the covert Black Ops style like it was in canon.

It would be a cute idea for Perdita to make Isun a Knight of Vlatava… though how much older would you make Perdita? Like how she was in Season 3 or 4? Terra's not a bad idea either, I'll probably do that to.

Also like the list of Isun's students ;). Bit surprised you didn't throw in like Wonder Girl (Cassie Sandsmark) or Stargirl (maybe after Courtney Whitmore's interview at some point, she decides to join *shrugs shoulders*)

Hm, I can understand the bit of the Citadels being part of the reason why Isun is confined to Earth… thanks! Though I think genocide might be a bit of stretch but it would depend on what happened beforehand, know what I mean? Even the clone species bit probably wouldn't change the League's mind that much I think, lol.

diablohunter123 (Chapter 1): I try lol, rarely do I disappoint… even rarer that I update XD.

Crywolfseven (Chapter 1): Hm, not exactly. In the comics, a Daxamite by the name of Mon-El created the cure for lead in the 31st Century… so I say we're about 10 centuries off lol, but I do have an AU rule in regards to the Daxamite's weakness to lead: "Using the basic principle of what happened in the Superboy Prime vs Sodam Yat fight: You have to puncture them with the lead to poison them (given that if any Daxamite where to leave the planet first, they'd more than likely get powered up by a yellow star first THEN their physiology would be strong enough to prevent most beings from exploiting that weakness… HOWERVER, if you're in the same strength tier as a Kryptonian or above… bye bye Daxamite)."

I think that's pretty fair, what do you think?

Diabolos Aides (Chapter 1): Thank you, thank you… Hopefully this chapter will be worth the wait.

Pa7adox (Chapter 1): Thanks for the suggestions, and I hope you enjoy this chapter!

Appolyon (Chapter 1): That's true, however M'gann is, at this point, not as well trained as she would be later in the series. She definitely has the raw power that her uncle acknowledges, but Isun Te does have secrets of his own that Superman doesn't either know or uses, which gives the Daxamite an advantage in many regards. Kryptonians and Martians are like the two Apex species in the DC Universe, especially with a Kryptonian/Daxamite that knows how to use his people's powers effectively ;).

mdhunter111 (Chapter 1): Love the suggestions, and no worries about the lead weakness I got you guys (and my best boy) covered.

Guest (Chapter 1): I guess now would be a good time as ever lol.

-Free Daxam-

"Pin him down!" Shouted the Flash, his voice hoarse as he limped towards the main conflict. Having his left leg snapped in two by the rogue Kryptonian left the bitter taste of blood in his mouth, tufts of his blonde hair broke through the seams of his mask trying to mask the pain numbing part of his body. "Don't let him move!"

"Any other helpful advice?!" Fellow scarlet hero, Captain Marvel, snarked; grunting as his godly strength began to ache from preventing the rogue Kryptonian from budging. 'Even Superman shouldn't be this strong! Are we even sure he is Kryptonian?!'

Resting for a second by a large broken piece of asphalt, the Flash refocused on his leg. Taking a deep breath, he straightened his posture best he could, letting his powers try to heal itself. It was a clean split of the bone too, it would have to take perhaps a few hours, hopefully less, for it mend back in place.

"Foriru de mi!" The young alien shouted, his hazel eyes darkening to scarlet. Grunting desperately as he tried to free himself from the grasps of these 'freaks' dog piling him; nonetheless they seemed to be the planet's defenders, thus the strongest and powerful… "Mi faris nenion malbonan! Lasu min paroli al la kriptoniano ĉi tie sur via mondo!" Trying to shake these caped freaks off of him, they were surprisingly stronger than he anticipated, but he was a Child of Rao… The Light was on his side, it fed his power and he could not be beaten!

Gritting his teeth, digging deep within himself, the alien pushed himself upward, yelling as he felt the opposing force of gravity and power pushing him opposite-

"Fragin' scum suckin' BASTICH!" roared the deranged bounty hunter, dog piling on top of the group. Isun yelled as the extra force and weight crashed down on him, forcing him to collapse. Clawing past the other League members to get to his target, the Czarnian grasped his huge, rough hands around the Daxamite's skull, trying to shatter it to bloody pieces.

Thrashing desperately at this barbaric action, Isun's eyes launched a torrent of fire, burning some of the Czarnian's hands, some of the caped crusaders, and some of the nearby landscape. Quickly leaping away from the Daxamite, Lobo growled animalistically, his wound healing quickly.

Darting to his feet, Isun Te breathed heavily refusing to take his eyes away from this psycho. However he knew he was surrounded by all sides, no real chance of escape… Perhaps… if he…

'Can't take that chance,' Isun contemplated. 'Too many innocents in this city…' He growled inwardly, his anger and primal instincts threatening to overtake him. He couldn't let these base instincts rule over him. But, this bounty hunter seemed to counter and tank every attack he threw. 'Even then, these… protectors… are likely to take me down too.' He had to think, he had to come with something quickly. But what?!

"You can't escape me!" Lobo mocked, his yellow jagged teeth snarling at him. "You ain't worth the hassle or the reward! Hell, even your death won't be worth shit to me!"

Glaring at Lobo, Isun couldn't surrender… to either parties involved… nor could he possibly keep fighting here, there could be more of those caped people just waiting as backup. If they haven't already been called. Looking over his shoulder, keeping Lobo in his sights, Isun observed the current state of those caped protectors; a dozen or so of them already down, either knocked out or barely in a state of helping him. He had figured with taking his chance with the lesser of two evils, now… he was the lesser evil.

A sudden pulse of invisible energy cracked at his mind's eye, the Daxamite lurching forward in pain, almost dropping to his knees. It felt as if incorporeal fingers were squeezing his Grey matter, almost paralyzing him. The silent attack nearly would've work if he hadn't already suffered such tortures before, nor having his mind strengthened by Torquasm-Vo.

Reinforcing his mind's eye, the Daxamite managed to slowly regain focus; apparently the Czarnian did have such luck, on his knees howling as his hands clawed at his skull, streams of blood jetted down Lobo's face.

'Enough!' The Martian declared telepathically, staggering to stand on his two feet. This boy's mind was stronger than he expected, apparently trained in some mental defense the likes he's never felt before. The other one, as barbaric as it looked, seemed to be down.

'Stay out of my head!' Isun yelled, his enraged expression clearly warning the Martian to back off. 'I didn't want this fight! I am NOT your enemy!' He tried to walk towards the Martian, but he stumbled a little. Apparently the Martian was still trying to break into his mind. 'Stand down! I don't want to hurt anyone else! Leave me alone!'

The pure desperation in the boy's voice cause Martian Manhunter to pause, taking a moment to truly look at who they were fighting. Just a boy, a child, seemingly justified in his rage. Something didn't make sense, something that either Bruce or Guy didn't tell him…

A dark silhouette covered the two of them, forcing them to look towards the sky. Standing as the pillar of humanity, a champion of Earth, clad in his ancestor's crest, the Last Son of Krypton descended along with a female dressed in what he could call a type of Classic armor that somewhat reminded him of Krypton's armor.

Were there more than one Kryptonian on this planet?

The tall male, adorning the House of El crest, landed in front of the Daxamite, the female next to the Martian tending to any injuries he may have sustained. The two heirs of Rao observed the other, Superman noticing the swirl-like crest on the younger male and the silver and crimson outfit; Isun Te observed the cerulean outfit, red trunks and cape, and yellow crest of the House of El.

The House of El was noble and well-respected House on both Krypton and Daxam, being one of the oldest Houses rumored to have actually found Krypton eons ago. To be standing in front of such legacy, the Daxamite offered a small courtesy bow.

"Heredanto de House El, estas honoro renkonti membron de tia estimata heredaĵo," Isun began, noticing the quietness of the bounty hunter, looking behind him to notice the psychotic Czarnian slumped over blood coating his face. "Mi estis atakita de ĉi tiu premiĉasisto kaj ni kraŝis sur via planedo. En la mezo de nia batalo Verda Lanterno kaj ĉi tiu... vesperthomo... implikiĝis kaj mi rebatis."

The Man of Steel's arms folded during this young man's explanation, unfortunately he couldn't fully understand what was being said, however he was insightful enough to know that he was trying to imply some bit of self-defense. Observing the seemingly catatonic bounty hunter, hiding his disgust at the bloodied sight, the Kryptonian looked back to his comrades.

The female held the Martian in place, a few open wounds on his forehead but looked none-the-worse-for-wear, thank goodness. Looking the other way, a large portion of heavy hitters of the Justice League were down or about to recover.

No one on Earth had managed to do what this young man just did, with no real injury to speak of. Though if this bounty hunter was fully involved he couldn't be sure, but it wouldn't have surprised him either way.

Though seeing the calm state of this young man did give the Man of Steel hope that he could be taken in quietly, he appeared cordial enough and seemed to recognize his family crest. However, he wasn't sure how to approach this; if he tried to physically demand the young man come with him, he might refuse and continue the fight. Superman needed a way to contact the other Lanterns off-world and see what they could do about either of them.

But he couldn't speak the language either. If J'onn could translate-

"Vi ne povas kompreni kion mi diras." the young man responded, apparently disappointed and offended. Inspecting the older Kryptonian, Isun began to turn and wander back to his ship to see what repairs he could make-

"I don't want anymore problems," the Kryptonian called, grasping the Daxamite by his arm holding him in place firmly. "But I can't let you walk away from this. Come with us, we'll get you help-" His words caught in his throat when a fierce punch collided to his chest, causing the Kryptonian to nearly keel over from the surprise attack. There was strength in that attack that few on the planet could back up…

"Ne tuŝu min!" warned Isun, formerly hazel eyes blazing crimson. "Vi malhonoras vian Domon kaj vian popolon, helpante ilin! Ne parolante nian lingvon!"

Stumbling back, the Kryptonian was caught by his female teammate, her eyes instinctively inspected their opponent, highlighting any potential weaknesses. If the reports she and Kal heard were true, this was indeed another Kryptonian. However she immediately recognized differences between Kal and this Kryptonian; Kal relied on brute force and power, pounding away to victory, it wasn't something she was fond of for him, but he wouldn't listen to her.

This one, however, showed promise. His stance entailed training; probably self-taught, given there didn't seem be any other Kryptonians reported, young and angry so he could be led to a potential trap, even with the stronger members of the Justice League down, they weren't trained and skilled as Amazons.

Born, raised and destined for a life of battle, the Amazon princess of proud Themyscira stood by her remaining Trinity partner, fists by her sides awaiting her opponents next move. Rolling her neck, soft crackles ensuing preparation, the Amazon took the lead.

Isun Te breathed calmly, his senses in tandem with his martial prowess, moved his arms forward and caught the Amazon's punch. Keeping the Amazon's momentum in check, Isun used it to push her away behind him, launching himself towards the Kryptonian. Slamming into Superman with blunt force, the momentum gained from the earlier attack launched the Man of Steel down the city block, crashing into the road and raining debris in the aftermath.

Whirling around, the Daxamite leaned just in time to avoid the Amazon's strike, her fist grazing his nose; his amber gaze settled on her ferocious expression, poised still with feminine grace it did not take away the warrior spirit in her eyes. He had seen many beautiful women across his travels, many fights with him as well, a smirk that almost made it to his lips. However he wasn't swayed before, he wouldn't now.

Nonetheless, much like those women, this one knew the art of war. However she seemed far more adept than he first gave credit to. Even with two attacks from her, the Daxamite knew this one was unique, besides being foolish enough to combat a child of Rao.

Grabbing her wrist, Isun Te was about to retaliate when the Amazon wrapped her legs around his torso and used her momentum to flip Isun and launch into a building. As the building violently collapsed on top of the alien, the Amazon princess unsheathed the Lasso of Truth on her hip.

The Lasso of Truth, forged by the God of Fire Hephaestus, was nigh unbreakable so she just needed one opening to latch her prey. As the dust finally settled, debris and rubble falling pathetically in whatever direction they were to fall, it became silent.

Eerily silent.

She was familiar with this type of silence before. The Calm before the Storm, what every warrior dreads before the praise of war and death. Her piercing cerulean sapphire eyes never blinked, she was on high alert. Just waiting for the opportune-

The ground quake softly beneath her boots. Her eyes darted down then to the destroyed building.

He wasn't-

Bursting from the ground a meter to her left, the sudden right haymaker from the young alien spelt blood from the Amazon's lips, launching her off her feet into a far off street opposite the Kryptonian.

Landing on his feet, Isun panted softly. This was definitely not a fight he was accustomed to before. So many odd people on this planet, with powers he was not used to seeing, or in smaller moderation. Deep down he knew this wasn't a fight to the death nor did he wish to go that far, but he was not going in their custody.

A shockwave erupted from his left, knowing that the Kryptonian was finally up and heading in his direction, the Daxamite reacted on instinct and let the Kryptonian dive into him. The Kryptonian wrapped his arms around the Daxamite's torso, head buried in his chest, Isun took the opportunity for close-quarters combat; striking with powerful elbow blows to the Kryptonian's head, said Kryptonian grunted in pain but kept flying.

Isun, barely above the ground, slammed his feet into the pavement, ripping the ground in two and tremendously slowing the Kryptonian's speed. Amber eyes fired a crimson heat beam to the Kryptonian's backside, forcing the Man of Steel to finally let go of the Daxamite and tumble pathetically across the ground. Finally grinding to a halt, Isun barely had a moment to recover before being slammed into his backside.

A brief cry of pain escaped Isun, as his feet left the ground, the Daxamite felt a rope wrapping around his neck. He couldn't see it at first, then it radiated with golden light. It had an effect on him, it was smoldered against his skin but not enough to burn it. Struggling to break from her grasp, Isun felt the Amazon wrap her legs again around his torso, even tighter now than earlier. Gritting his teeth, the Daxamite spun in place hoping to distract the Amazon from his real plan.

Finally having the Amazon warrior where he wanted, Isun flew lower to the ground before scraping the Amazon on her backside against the pavement. Isun figured the exposed backside of her costume could be used against her, which he used to his advantage.

The Amazon screamed from the high friction of her skin and the pavement, a scream that was cut short by the Daxamite brutally slamming the back of his head into her face, leaving head-sized craters in their wake. The onslaught of pain eventually wade the Amazon down, forcing her to finally let her grip go and tumble away from him.

Isun slowed to a halt, his own back sliding against the ground before stopping. His adrenaline was starting to die down, slow ruptures of pain began to-

Pushing himself to his feet, Isun tried his best to ignore the pain. It wouldn't serve him to focus on that. He leaned forward, hands resting on his knees, taking a moment to recompose himself. When he was done, he observed the Kryptonian standing to his feet again, hunched over from the heat vision cutting a deep wound in his back.

This had to stop. They had to stop this. But this… alien in front of him, was not Kryptonian. Was he not aware of his proud heritage? Or did he not care? Amber eyes observed the destruction around him, the comatose state of Lobo, the fallen costumed freaks around him.

He needed to leave. Get back to his ship. This was one planet he would not return to.

However the Kryptonian did not agree, lifting himself off the ground he hovered in place. Isun noted the aggressive stance he had taken, and the readied heat vision on display. This would keep going, no truce or peace until any and all threats were at his feet, or he laid at their feet.

A giant emerald block construct slammed on top of the Kryptonian, startling Isun out of his thoughts. Looking up he… couldn't believe it!

"Sodam?!" cried Isun.

At the call of his name, Sodam Yat glanced to his younger cousin. Adorning a mostly green Lantern uniform with pieces of black on his triceps, chest and boots, the other Daxamite had stern glare to his baby cousin. Behind him he saw the bounty hunter Lobo on his knees, seemingly comatosed, then back to the destruction surrounding him.

'Why is he looking at me with that expression?' pondered Isun, a dark frown on his forehead. He was beyond happy and relieved to his cousin after six years but… something wasn't-

Another emerald construct shot out of the Lantern's ring and slammed into Isun's face, the colors he saw were black and green.

-Free Daxam-

Watchtower

Isun Te sat imprisoned, his hands cuffed in his cousin's- the Lantern's- construct. He stared at his hands, transparent in the green construct, balled into tight fists. His own family…

Resting his head against the cold wall, he let his mind wander. Something was wrong. How did Sodam actually find him? They hadn't seen each other… since Sodam had gotten the Green Lantern ring. That was six years ago…

Isun left the planet shortly after Sodam did, traveling across the galaxy in those six years… He had come into contact with some unsavory characters, yet…

'He's trying to protect me in some way,' Isun mused. 'I may have more trouble than I realized. But he didn't need to…' Leaning forward in his seat, the Daxamite reflected on his travels. He traveled far and wide across the galaxy, encountering new cultures and species and fighting injustices when he could. He never expected to be famous across the galaxy but he was no fool to think his exploits wouldn't be noticed. Especially noted by the Tribune and the magistrates on Rimbor.

Who would be coming after him?

Despero? Possible.

Mongul? More than likely.

Still, even if it was just those two-

His eyes widened with plausible realization: Whoever had hired the bounty hunter.

But who would be aware of any Daxamites out in the galaxy? Himself and Sodam were the only two…

The ray shield of his cell disappeared, standing there was Sodam Yat. Isun observed his cousin clearly for the first time; his hair was shorter than he last had it, definitely military style, and his Lantern suit was skin-tight.

Isun stood to his feet, gesturing his hands towards his cousin. Sodam lifted his Lantern ring and a brief light flashed, and the cuffs disappeared. Walking into the cell, Sodam stood roughly four inches taller than his cousin. He stared at his baby cousin for a split second then smiled and grabbed Isun in a powerful hug.

"I'm so happy to see you Isun!" exclaimed Sodam.

Isun laughed then returned the hug just as strong. "You owe me an apology for nearly killing me!"

"I'm sorry, but I had to keep up appearances. I couldn't show favoritism to my beloved cousin."

Chuckling at his cousin, Isun rolled his eyes. "But what are you doing here? How did you find me?"

Raising his ring, a emerald holomap of the galaxy flashed before them. "Hard not to follow the chaotic trail you've been making me clean up."

Isun looked at the map then at Sodam, raising a brow. "Why didn't you come see me during that time?"

Walking to his cousin's side, Sodam wrapped his arm around Isun's shoulder. "No breaks when you're a Lantern. Besides the galaxy can be chaotic at times, and I'm always on call, being the best Green Lantern the Corps has."

Reflecting on his encounter with the planet's Lantern, Isun pulled away with a frown. "But why are you here?" He pointed beyond the open cell. "Who are these people?"

Holographs of the costumed freaks displayed in front of the Daxamite, his eyes scanning the images. "They call themselves the Justice League. Protectors of their planet called Earth. For some reason or another, various events have happened on Earth that the galaxy has now decided to keep an eye on."

"They're not fond of outsiders," muttered Isun.

"Can't blame them," Sodam retorted. "Either case, to answer your question of why I'm here: the Czarnian."

"Who hired him?"

Sodam shrugged, a frown etched on his face. "Don't know. And with him currently in a comatose state, who knows how long before he comes to. Or even if he'll answer our questions anyway. Lobo is a bastard through and through, I don't expect to get answers."

"And my ship's in a bad state," Isun pointed out. "So I can't leave immediately. But with you here-"

Sodam held his hand up. "I can't help you."

Isun glared darkly at his cousin, anger rising quickly. "Why not?!"

The elder Daxamite looked away then back to Isun. "I can't let you be on your own in the galaxy when someone is hunting you down. Could be something you did before, any enemies you've made-"

"And you're using me as bait?!"

"No, but you are going to stay here where it's safe," Sodam explained. "Besides the fact that this planet has had encounters before, it's a small planet that nobody would think to look for you. Plus I will be taking your ship in the meantime, to throw your pursuers off-course and create a trail for them to follow."

Breathing deeply to calm his anger, Isun Te turned away from his cousin. This wasn't fair! He didn't need to be coddled. His shoulders, realizing how tense they became, eased. Maybe… this was for the best.

"I'm not sure if this will work," Isun said, facing Sodam. "Your only lead in this more than likely won't tell you anything, like you just said." Isun then pointed towards the open cell again. "What about this Justice League? You honestly believe they will let me be after I humiliated them? They will have me on watch whenever I move, I'll be a prisoner here! I rather take my chances out there than rot my life here."

Sodam Yat listened to his cousin, watched him during his rant. He walked to him, stopped and observed him. 'He hadn't changed that much,' Sodam contemplated. 'Still such a fire within him.' He held in a fond smile, he needed his family to stay safe and he couldn't always be there for Isun. "Life is not about controlling what happens to us, but using what happens to us."

Surrounded by the bruised and injured Justice League at their elongated round table, Isun Te stood next to his cousin. The youngest Daxamite observed their expressions toward him; some of wounded pride, others shame, another uncertainty…

'This is a mistake,' Isun pondered, his folded arms tightened from his subconscious thought. He eyed the Trinity of Batman, Wonder and Superman, the leaders of the Justice League. They were the ones with the most reserved expressions, but he knew what they thought of him.

"I want to thank you for your hospitality in taking care of my cousin," Sodam Yat began, speaking the language that the Earthlings spoke. He looked to Isun before proceeding. "I will extend my services to this sector whenever you desire, I've already alerted Lanterns Jordan, Stewart, and Gardner of this." He turned to leave, leaning to Isun whispering. "No sense in making more trouble while your here. Make peace while the fire is still hot."

Isun didn't responded, letting Sodam's words mull in his head as he left. Alone again, the Daxamite took a breath to figure what he wanted to say. 'It may be for the best to bury any animosity here.'

Superman stood up, catching the attention of the entire League including the Daxamite. "I am sorry." Most of the eyes across the League widened to the Man of Steel's response. "I figured you were acting in self-defense but I should have handled the situation better," he waved his hand towards the League. "We all should have. And after your cousin's explanation of what happened beforehand, I am willing to move on and I ask the rest of the League, and you Isun Te, to join me."

Mulling over the Kryptonian's words, Isun Te was a bit surprised to hear humbleness and modesty from him. The Daxamite's honor and pride were conflicting with another; he was justified in his actions, yet a fellow Kryptonian was offering a hand of peace, possible friendship.

It was surprising nonetheless that a Kryptonian survived Krypton's explosion, and if the records were correct, this Kal-El would be the proper age of an infant during that event. Whether there were other survivors or if Daxam truly was the last remnants of Krypton's once proud legacy, Isun Te knew better than to ignore an olive branch.

Walking to the Kryptonian, Isun grasped the Kryptonian's forearm with strength and vigor. "Either we learn to live together as brothers or we die as beasts. Either way, I look forward to see what you value so much about Earth."

The Hub

Isun stood in front of the large panoramic window overlooking the city of Hollywood. The penthouse, as it was called, was quite spacious and the interior design held a certain appeal; smooth flowing architecture that held some rigid foundations, not unlike Krypton…

The ceramic tile was a nice touch, allowing the Daxamite to, admittedly, enjoy gliding across the floor. Isun smiled a bit at the innocent fun he had a few moments ago. He stared at his faint reflection, wondering what exactly he would do here. He seemingly made peace with the Justice League, at least with Superman, Kal-El, but that didn't leave much incentive for him.

The technology was primitive on a basic engineering level, but held some promise with these rudimentary holograms. Fortunately Sodam was kind enough to leave some of the Sunstone crystals behind. Perhaps he could make this home away from home. For a while at least.

And, it might be good for him to rest his feet, not always travelling to somewhere every few weeks. But with how primitive everything was, he was unsure how long he keep himself occupied on this planet.

Rubbing his forehead in thought, Isun heard a soft chime of the elevator. Curious on who it would be, besides a probable League member, he turned to find a small group.

He stared at the group of… teenagers. Female teenagers. Puzzled by this, he looked to the adult members behind them: a blonde hero by the name of Black Canary, a red machine named Red Tornado, and the Martian Manhunter.

"Apologizes for the lateness," Manhunter began, stepping in front of the group. "Your arrival had postponed a few plans in the making, but we can consider this a small mishap." Signaling to the group of teen heroes, the Martian continued. "We are always looking for new heroes to join the ranks of the Justice League. Before we were alone, then we found each other and became a team, a family. I hope that you could help us in our journeys."

Isun eyed the group in kind, noting every detail he could: a female Martian, a green masked blonde human archer, a dark skinned girl wearing navy one piece covered with a jacket-

He paused at the sight of a female Bat-themed crusader, his gaze trailing down to the Bat symbol. His eye twitched in uncertainty…

- a red-haired female with a yellow swimsuit with teal highlights-

Again he paused on the female that looked nearly identical to the Amazon princess, if not for a few years younger.-

- And finally a young girl dressed in a type of evening suit.

"These young heroes have great potential," Black Canary stated. "And we want to help in anyway that we can, not just for the weak but those like us as well."

Looking to each female member, Isun was intrigued by what he saw. Yet he was unsure of how to address this in any capacity, or what was really expected of him.

However before he could respond, the female Martian stepped forward, one arm latching to the other in nervousness, looking down to the side then to him. Isun noticed that she also had amber eyes like him, causing him to stare longer than he thought. The female Martian blushed at his intense stare, tucking some of her hair behind her ear.

Her white shirt morphed from the Martian Manhunter's X logo to Isun Te's family crest. "I-I like your symbol." She smiled shyly, her cheeks feeling really warm.

Isun smiled, then looked to the other females. "I'm Isun Te."

"Artemis," the blonde archer commented, her gray eyes devouring the sight of the studmuffin alien in front of her. She might enjoy this little gig here…

"Rocket. Raquel's my name among friends," Rocket introduced, winking playfully.

"Batgirl," the Bat-themed crusader greeted chastely.

"Tula," the other red-haired girl greeted.

"Donna Troy."

".erianidroartxe lrig cigaM .arataZ annataZ si emaN," the girl in the evening suit bowed, a cloud of sparkles sprouted from her fingertips.

Isun Te nodded politely, then he looked to the only member that didn't introduce herself. The Martian didn't say anything for a time until she realized he was looking at her again. Her cheeks burned even hotter, burying her face in her hands.

"Sorry! Sorry! I-I-I'm Megan! M'gann! Megan!" M'gann sputtered, feeling something beyond shame or nervousness or-

"I'm Isun," the Daxamite greeted again, smiling at her bashful behavior.

Perhaps there was a blessing somewhere in this chaotic life…

A/N: Hopefully you guys enjoyed this new chapter!

Also a note before going further, this will be the last time you guys will see the Kryptonese language in its native tongue, I'll be using italicized translations in the future. I just wanted to give an alien feel to Isun Te, and for the Justice League not being familiar with the language. It's a small pain for this chapter but I do have the translations in order below so, you know, just a quick skim back and forth to get the whole picture lol.

With that said, I hope you guys enjoyed the new chapter and for me finally kicking some ass lol. I wish to apologize for the years long hiatus on these stories, I've just been making some hard life choices and getting my house together, plus procrastination (typical lazy writer/author excuses lol), but I am getting my inspiration back and I will try to put myself into either a weekly or, more likely, bi-weekly schedule.

OH! Before I forget, I will also be using the DCAMU movies as part of the timeline in this story (since both the art styles are done by the same group for the movies and later seasons of YJ, why not?) so the DCAMU movies will serve more for the Justice League events in Young Justice, if that makes sense lol.
